Update: Thanks Russek. I definitely understand where you are coming from. I wish someone would have said something like were gonna need a few minutes or you can look here in the meantime. At least that would have made me feel like i wasnt being ignored. On the other hand, I do appreciate that someone can be in the middle of a task. I do appreciate also that you took the time to explain this to me. I will update my review to a 3 star. Also, I will come by when its time for some new windows and try again. The reason I came in the first place was because I heard good things about you from a friend. I hope the next experience will be better. There was no other customers in the store at the time. I asked the lady in the front about a specific type of door I was looking for. She said someone will be right with you. After 10 minutes of waiting around, I asked again. I received the same response. A few minutes later I gave up and left. Thats all. Waste of my time for absolutely no reason. I specifically drove to McDonalds Ave to visit your store. There was 3 employees in the store at the time and not one of them was on the phone or anything. Just doing paperwork. Nobody can be bothered to help. I think thats a fair review. Please tell me if you disagree. Thanks
I own a glass company and work with Robert for a long time. Hes very professional, always keep promises and very knowledgeable. I keep working with them and would recommend them to everyone.
Good selection, sales staff are often very busy but will work with you to get the custom options you or your clients want. Careful with parking as you will get a ticket if parking by their loading area. Free delivery available.
Worst experience ever I placed an order in April we are in mid July mid July and my order is still pending or missing pending or missing or incomplete If 0 star was a possibility I would have definitely made it

Staff is great. They took full responsibility for an order that came in wrong, and resolved the issue quickly.

2018-11-20Came out here to take a look at some window options in person to get an idea of some quality differences. I was looking for a wood interior and aluminum clad exterior option and they carry samples and sell the jeld-wen, pella and Andersen in those grade. It was great to be able to walk out with a quote in hand in less than 20 minutes, where in other places Id wait days. Friendly staff and good location.

2017-10-02A very tall and nice young man not only went out of his way to help my elderly parents pick a cost effective door and windows for there budget (there on a fixed income) but was patient with my pain in the rear know it all dad who watches ever one every second lol and joked and made them feel comfortable which in this day and age is unheard of shows how much his company goes out of the way for an average Joe. Not a rich high profile star. To me that says it all! Thank you Mr.Mike you and your team were great and clean up looked like you were never there. And there hestimg last winter was half the prior 15 yrs!! So they paid for themselves in 1 season

2021-06-25Zero stars. Went to order skylights but this store doesnt come to you and take measurements. Instead a dude gave me some business card of another dude, told me to call him and he will come take measurements. Called. He said hell hive me estimate in 2-3 days (he didnt even know the size nor the type of skylights I want) and never heard of him again.Big store and it looks like theyre only appreciate business from big contractors and dont care about small individual home owners. Therfore folks just dont waste your time and go elsewhere.

2021-05-23The person I was asked to speak to regarding the items I needed was on the phone, having a protracted personal conversation. It was quite audible, so personal it was, which is the point. I was announced to him by the receptionist, hung around by the entrance to his office, to make myself visible, then asked the receptionist to remind him I was there waiting to BUY something. The guy never even gave an appearance to care. After about 15 minutes of this, I left in disgust. I will never set my foot in this place again, nor spend a penny there. Thats no way to treat a customer who is there to spend money.

2019-11-10Decent prices and service at the store. However, when I had a problem with a new Anderson door (10 year warranty) I was told I had to call Anderson, then Anderson will only send you the part. You have to fix the problem yourself!!I feel that withholding that information was totally unethical. I would have never purchased a door and multiple windows from them if I am responsible for fixing anything that goes wrong with the purchased products. And by saying its warranted for 10 years is deceiving.

2020-12-02Our contractor works with Brooklyn Window and Door. We found their prices competitive with the large internet companies but their customer service was outstanding. We worked with Robert who went through the different details, color and stain selections, etc. It helped to have his advice as we went through many possible choices to find a simple and modern look for our Brooklyn rowhouse.

2018-08-18I bought all the doors and locks for my house from here. They have a great selection of quality products, entire staff is very attentive. Mike spent alot of time with me making sure I got exactly what I needed. Judy at front desk and Archy also provided great service.

2020-01-15I requested price quotes for a whole house via email over a month ago. No response. I tried calling in to follow up numerous times but I was left on hold with no answer multiple times. I was made to feel like my business was unimportant to them. Bigger is not always better. I lost a month of time chasing them to respond. To no avail. I have no choice but to seek another source for Andersen windows.
