Carl was prompt, courteous and honest. No bait and switch like other low balling vendors. Price was definitely competitive! Even when I needed to change pick up date and the current carrier/driver couldn’t accommodate, he was prompt in finding me another suitable one. Recommend!
Shipped my car from Oregon to Texas in early February of 2022. George helped me throughout the process. There were some changes in delivery date and cost, but overall the process was smooth. They offered competitive pricing compared to other transportation brokers. I really appreciated that he picked up the phone each time I called him.
Jason Foster took care of my car transport from NJ to TN and it was flawless and fast. In a day he was able to get me a driver and that same day my car got picked up and delivered in a day! Price remained the same as quoted. Jason was great! Thanks so much for your help!
They are the best! I called them to schedule my car transport, and they were able to accommodate me quickly. The staff on phone was friendly enough that you cant really mistake their tone of voice- which made things even easier when it comes down to choosing an auto shipping company in general because not all businesses have someone who sounds so pleasant talking directly over email or chat services
I read all the great reviews before deciding to go with Brookwide but my experience was terrible. Contract dates were wrong. I had to keep calling to get it fixed. Wasn’t updated on things or told what to expect. I kept having to call to get updates. My agent was changed just about 4/5 days before pick up date. I was assured that they’d have no problem finding me a driver from Miami to Denver area. Day before my supposed pick up date I’m told they can’t find a driver to ship for price I was quoted. Now I’m stuck driving myself and losing the cost of my flight I had booked as I didn’t think I’d be driving to Colorado. Super stressful and very poor customer service. This is NO way to run a business. Moving half way across country for work is stressful enough without getting the runaround from these guys.
I was nervous about shipping my car across the country, but everything went smoothly. The driver was professional and friendly, he even apologized because the truck couldn’t navigate past some low wires and trees on its way to meet me at our house. We met up 2 blocks down. All in all a great experience with this company. Would highly recommend them.

Dispatcher was quick and had great communication. The shippers kept us posted via GPS tracking the entire time our sons car traveled from SD to WA. Very reasonable price, we were able to get an enclosed trailer for only $200 more than our original quote, which was still several hundred dollars under what other companies quoted us. They were spot on accurate with time and gave us plenty of notice before arriving at pickup and drop off, which we appreciated due to having to coordinate with our son leaving an Army base to pickup. They took over 70 pictures of the condition of our sons vehicle to document condition, which was appreciated as well. If we need to do this again, we will definitely use Brookwide.
Brookwide is awesome. I signed up with another transport service a month in advance to move my son’s Blazer from NY to Albuquerque. They fell through and could not find a carrier, one week away! I called Brookwide and George hooked me up immediately. It was picked up just in time to make it out there to meet us as we flew in. We had a short widow of opportunity, but we go it right on time. The Blazer arrived in great shape, zero issues. I would highly recommend using this service to anyone.

After an accident in North Carolina and having my Jeep fixed in a body shop down I reach3d out to Brookwide to transport my jeep back to Ohio. Having never done this before was kind of nervous. Jake Jones answered all my questions and got a transport within a few days of the body shop completing the repairs. He was great to deal with and if I ever need to transport another vehicle I will definitely reach out to him and Brookwide.

After a shipping company I was working with canceled on me not once but twice, I decided to give another company a chance. Brookwide got my car picked up the next day, no random increase in price and my car was delivered perfectly safe. I wish I found them first.
Absolutely unprofessional. Was quoted a price, signed a contract, and they wouldn’t honor it. Said I had to pay $200 more in order to get my vehicle shipped because market price had increased since my contract was signed (about 2 weeks before). The whole point of signing a contract is to lock in a price, but they turned around and said it couldn’t happen because they couldn’t find a driver at the price they quoted me.The only reason I found out my car wasn’t going to be shipped was because I contacted the company the day before my car was supposed to be picked up asking for details. I was told they were going to have to push the pick up date, when I pressed and said that wasn’t okay per the signed contract, they tried to raise the price. I promptly canceled my reservation. Shady business, extremely poor customer support and you would do best to take your money elsewhere.

I would NOT recommend this company for your transportation needs. If I could give zero stars I would.I was told my vehicle would arrive on a Friday and it did not get here until the following Wednesday. I called the driver that Thursday to confirm the drop off timeframe. He told me the day he picked up my vehicle that he would give me a call that day. It was late so I decided to call him and he told me he no longer works there and I needed to call the booking agent.I called the booking agent he didn’t know where it was. He said I needed to call the transportation company because they are now responsible. They said the vehicle was in Chicago and the driver was fired.The transportation company then informed me it would be there on Saturday. Of course that did not happen because they could not find a driver. Then it was Sunday and then Monday. The new driver stated they gave him an old truck and had to return to Chicago.They were even worse and would not provide me with updates and stated I needed to pay the full amount once the vehicle arrived. I asked them to provide me with updates and of course that did not happened so I continued to call them.Also I signed my first contract for an amount and then three days later they stated because of gas price increases they could not honor the price. That was understandable but when I asked them about lowering the price since my vehicle on time they would not budge. The reason why I booked with them is because they stated it would be here that Friday. I definitely had to spend a large amount on a rental vehicle.

We had a genuinely terrible time communicating with our broker. Both pick up and delivery dates were over five days late. The cost to ship were not accurate numbers, so both experiences ended up being hundreds of dollars more than anticipated! Overall very disappointing experience.

Our dept needed a ambulance transported from NY to AR. Nick quoted $1400.00. I gave measurements and weight. I was told she had a driver but suddenly the day of pick up the driver did not realize the size and weight. Finally she found a driver the next day but now it is $2900.00. We accepted it so we could get our truck. This was for a volunteer fire dept. Driver we had no issues with, he did a great job. Also it always seemed like she never would contact us until a text or email was sent from us. We would not use this company again.

Spoke with Isabella Watson May 1 to schedule my car for pick up on May 28 and she promise everything to me that my car will get ship on the stated date and to not to worry and Everything will be ok and need to deposit $150.00 to secure the order per her statement. A week before the scheduled pick up date I havent heard anything form her and finally she called me and stated that she is working on it on like 2 days before the pick up date. Called them thousands on the day of schedule pick up and finally said that they dont have a driver to pick up my car after 4 weeks waiting for the pick up date. Its like really, why waited the last minute to tell me that you dont have a driver to pick up my car. Now I had to figure it out where and whom to leave my car coz Im taking a plane to go back to Washington and while car is stuck in Florida. PLEASE DO NOT USED THIS CAR SHIPPING COMPANY BECAUSE THEY HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY WILL MAKE YOU GO AROUND THE CIRCLE RATHER THAN SAYING DIRECTLY TO YOU THAT THERE IS NO DRIVER TO PICK UP YOUR CAR A WEEK BEFORE THE SET SCHEDULE PICK UP DATE..

I dont understand these high reviews when I wondered whether were just scammers because there was 0 level of professionalism when answering the phone monosyllabically, or when asking for a change in contact which was never followed up on or completed. We also got 2 different quotes from two different people for the same car, same destination but (200 spread and a deposit different). Just too un-engaged so I didnt go forward with the move, thinking I was about to be scammed. How is 100% of reviews giving this a 5?

They had the audacity to try and scam us. My mom signed a contract saying she would only pay $300 but he tried to make her pay $500 even though the contract had been signed. Then proceeded to threaten her talking about he would charge her credit card and what not. absolutely terrible 0/10

Helped me to transport a car from New Jersey to Texas. My car needed to picked up in specific date and time. On the day of the pick up, the assigned driver had mechanical issue with his truck, and cant pick up my car on time. I contacted Damon, and he was responsive. Damon Salvatore went above and beyond to get a carrier for our SUV from Copart after another broker did not seem to put forth any effort to find a carrier. Damon had found one within an hour of contacting him. Our SUV was picked up and delivered the days we were told it would be. If you want a very stressful experience use this company!Update: I’ve never heard more from this company till I posted a negative review! I’m sure the company is fine if you have unlimited time but like me and I mentioned multiple times I get charged storage after a few days and he said no problem. After $200 I’m storage charges and no updates I had to go a different route which ended up in a costly route as I needed a guaranteed pickup same day To avoid and more storage. If time is not on your side go with a carrier not a broker.

I asked for advice and he explained that the industry has many options available for me to chose from and to simply with good reasoning make the choice I felt most comfortable. He didnt push his company or services above all else because as he explained it was my personal choice to make. I felt that was the most honest pitch ever. I expressed this to him and his demeanor seemed to catch fire with appreciation, gratitude and thankfulness. He identified my driver and arranged pick-up at my vehicles point of origin. Marcus Volkov made getting my rat rod dodge truck from 1000s of miles away very easy. The price to get it to me was cheaper than any other place I called. I was shocked how quick he got my truck to me. One day I met Marcus on our first phone call and like the very next day my truck was getting picked up by the big ramp moving truck. Dustin quoted me a $500 Shipping for my car and then the next day in the morning i got the magic text saying.Sir, there is a little bit of issue with the price, it has increased a little bit. My driver is asking $100 more, the total price is $600 now. Due to the shortage of drivers in your area, so he is asking for more. But he can pick it up on Monday and deliver it on Tuesday for sure

SCAMMER ALERT; had the worse experience with this company; not only did they show up 5 hours later but the paperwork was mislabeled and he refused to change it; VERY POOR COMUNICATION and that’s the worse when someone is taking possession of your car; he would only respond to 1 out 10 calls; and then through text; this guy is a crook and I almost fell for it; lesson learned that cheap prices usually come with cheap service; DONT FALL FOR IT

2022-03-26Marcus Volkov delivered my truck to me from Connecticut to Oklahoma in a few days! It was a easy process to contract with him and to make the payment. Even though he had encountered a few difficulties that were beyond his control, he still delivered on time! Marcus was very pleasant when he dropped off my truck and appeared to really enjoy his work. I highly recommend him! I had contacted other companies but they were unable to find drivers, if it wasn’t for Marcus my truck would still be in Connecticut.

2022-08-01I went with global X company 1st They promised to pick up my car by the dead line.It did not happen! They left me hanging!Frank told me to keep him in mind. So I called & he had the car picked up the next day! (Wednesday) from TX to NC it was here at 6 am Friday morning! Can you say AWESOME!!I paid $200 deposit & paid the rest when delivered! 2021-10-16After sitting and waiting with another transport company and no drivers picking up their bid, Juan contacted me and promised me he’d get me taken care of and find a driver immediately to pick up my brand new truck. My route was a difficult route because it’s out of the way from pick-up to drop-off. Juan got on the phone and called drivers himself to make sure he found me a driver the same day we talked. Juan found me a driver same day as he promised and communicated with me the entire time. Couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process!!! Juan with Brookwide is the man you want to go through. The driver he found was Boris and he was fantastic as well. Super nice guy and was right on-time as he promised the day before. Thank you, thank you, thank you Juan. If it wasn’t for you I’d still be waiting for my truck to even be picked up! You’re the man!!!!

2022-04-06I needed to ship my son’s car from NC to California. He joined the Air Force a few months ago and just made it to his first station at Beale AFB in Northern California. I started this process with a company out of Tennessee. They provided an exact price with a contract. That was done on a Saturday. The car was to be picked up that Monday. Monday morning I received a call that they were raising the price $300 even though I had an executed contract with price and pickup time. I immediately stopped working with that company. I received a call from Tom at Brookwide the same day. He was extremely professional, gave me a quote, confirmed the amount with the driver and we executed the agreement. No bait and switch here. Car was picked up when he said and delivered a day early. Will absolutely use them again.

The truck was clean and well-maintained, the drivers courteous enough that we felt comfortable leaving our new car in their hands for an extended period of time during transport from Virginia to North Carolina where it would live permanently. 2022-02-07I did not realize that shipping a car was a hassle. I started about 7 weeks ago and found almost everyone had the same reply as to their ability to get a very quick transport within 2 weeks. They all communicated vie e-mail and text messages. Some even had someone waiting for me who would pick up the car in 2-3 days which was untrue. Signed up with different companies but without any success. Finally I was so frustrated that when Damon from Brookwide Auto called me I happened to answer the phone. I then told him I was not successful despite me having signed a few agreement. I told him when he gets a Driver to pick up the car at my house I will then sign the agreement. He told me to give him a few days and then I got a call a few days later stating that he has a driver who can pick up the car in a few hours. The Driver called me a few minutes later confirming the time of arrival in 3 hours and arrived at the exact time to pick up the vehicle. He was extremely courteous and delivered the car in 2 days instead of 3-5 days minimum like the other companies. After it was picked up I signed an Agreement for the last time which was a relief after about 7 weeks of trying to find a reputable company. Damon made sure that everything sent well from Pickup to delivery. I recommend him very highly as a Representative for Brookwide Auto Transport Company.

Im very pleased with how everything went especially because they were able to give such great customer service on short notice when I needed my vehicle shipped out immediately!!!

2022-06-29Brookwide Inc. provided horrible service by using a company named Roller Coaster Express LLC to transport my 2015 Hyundai Genesis from Staten Island, NY to Tampa, FL. They damaged my car badly. I have been in contact with Artur Zilkovsky, the driver, (who transported the 2015 Hyundai Genesis from NY to FL) and he does not want to reimburse me for the damage caused from the transport. He is very arrogant and hard to deal with. He also uploaded fraudulent photos of a different vehicle to have his Progressive insurance deny my claim. I have also been in contact with Cesar from Brookwide Inc. Brookwide provides no help/reimbursement when it comes to your vehicle being damaged by their actions. The left and right rockers and engine under covers on the Genesis were not damaged prior to the transport. These parts are now damaged. Brookwide Inc. is a horrible company and does not want to take responsibility for their actions. Do not use their services.
