Fantastic service. After installation, I had questions about maintaining my new pool. Craig Clavin was amazing, going above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. He even went as far as to walk me through water testing, chemical addition and filter maintenance for about an hour - over the phone! Buy your pool from him!!!
I waited a year before entering my post to make sure I capture the total experience from my initial purchase, installation and post experience with Brothers 3 to make sure they earn 5 stars. I researched many pool companies and you get Great Quality (super warranty) at a fair price with what you receive at Brothers 3. I was shocked when both Jen and Craig volunteered to come to my home and confirmed that both an inground and above pool would work for my backyard. They did not try to upsell me!!! I chose the inground pool and Sparkle did a great job with the installation. Sparkle noticed the ground water level was too high and came back twice before completing the dig which was the correct way to ensure a perfect job. Post sales follow up was superb!!! I asked numerous questions on multiple calls which Craig answered very thoroughly and always extremely courteous.
We are first time pool buyers and we freaked out a few times throughout the process, but Christine and the rest of the staff at Brothers 3 were upfront and helpful. Also, Jack, our installer, did a nice job even though we were- I admit- difficult customers throughout. In the end, we’re glad to have gone with the pros.
Do not look any further- this is the place to be! We dealt with Jen and she is the absolute best. Their prices are more than fair and they are extremely knowledgeable. Jen went above and beyond and has answered a multitude of questions for me AFTER the purchase. They dont just forget you after the sale is complete. BEST, BEST, BEST
Would highly recommend Dan for all of your pool needs. I shopped around many different pool stores before I finally was able to decide what was best for my family. I ended up going with the extruder model which I couldn’t be happier with. From the moment that I walked into the store Dan was a pleasure to work with. He was professional at all times and I was impressed with all of his knowledge. Whenever I had any questions he was always there to help even after I made the purchase. I would recommend Brothers 3 to anyone looking to buy a pool.
This rating is from Lorraine Friscia. I had the best experience. I went in without knowing exactly what I wanted and was concerned with the installation time factor. Jen was amazing. she guided me, assured me, took her time and finally helped me make my decision. She even had the pool installed 2 days later at this pandemic time when everyone is waiting for weeks for installation. She included an alarm because I have 2 young grandchildren that I purchase the pool for. I am so happy with my decision with her guidance and knowledge. I highly recommend Brothers 3.
We had a wonderful experience with Brothers 3. My salesperson, Matt Fuellbier, was awesome. He answered all of my texts and was so helpful. He even went out of his way to come to my home and show me how to use the filter and chemicals because the store has been closed. He really went above and beyond to help us.
To any and all consumers that are potentially going to invest in a swimming pool. I purchased an Radiant Pool from Brothers Three Pools in Bethpage NY approximately three seasons ago. The sales advisor Jim was very knowledgeable on the entire product line including the Radiant Pools. Jim asked us what type of pool we wanted and was very mindful of our finances.We purchased the Radiant Pool which was 18X 32 with the steps at the end of the pool season.The installation was set for the following spring, we used Brothers Three recommended installer (Josh), he was beyond fabulous, Josh assisted us with what would be best in our backyard, layout, plumbing, grade and where the pool would get the most sun.Unfortunately we did have a few pool Liner issues several seasons after the pool was installed. I called Jim and Dan at brothers three and they did not hesitate at all and sent Josh to my house to inspect and take pictures in order for Jim to send to Radiant Corporation who manufactured the Liner.Jim and Dan called me and stated Brothers Three were NOT going wait Radiant Corporation to process a warranty claim. Brothers Three paid out of their pocket to replace the faulty Liner.What company does that for any customer, 98% companies will tell the consumer you must wait for the warranty claim to be approved. This one of the reasons they have been in business for decades. Both Gentleman Jim and Dan have the highest amount of integrity in such completive market.Please keep in mind Brothers Three Pool Company is NOT a big box store, they are truly a mom & pop store that most of us on Long Island grew up with.My story is Living Proof that Brothers Three backs up all products they sell.Lastly Jim and Dan are a VERY valuable asset to the corporation and I would strongly recommend that Jim & Dan are given a special form of compensation by the owners of Brothers Three Corporation.
Horrible subcontractors doing the install jobs maybe we are having bad luck. To be honest selling the pool and salesman are ver persuasive and nice talking about the pools how great they are and materials. I agree they are nice but the struggle of getting the install is horrifying. Waiting week after week and 30 mins a week or 2 weeks to get things done. I honestly think that this jobs are done very poorly especially after I said please put pump and heater near the electric where my electrician ran the electric to but these guys don’t care to be respectful and nic about it. I get it brothers 3 has nice pools and sales. But then now once u buy and need it installed. You now have subcontractors do the installation that have no idea what they are doing. There is no communication. We wanted a pool before a holiday but it doesn’t look possible. I think these guys can do a better job and take there time too make jobs look nice but right now it looks verySloppy. Would you rather have everything looked spotless and clean an neat or messy an distorted. Wow. I’m not a fan of brothers 3. Guy please get your acts together Bc you know what your getting a lot of business right now not Bc of your work an installs it Bc there is a very high demand Bc of the pandemic. Karma will come back to u guys. Again my family paid in full and shouldn’t have but yet again every week you take advantage of my family getting this pool. The material used for the pool is cheap. And overpriced. Yet again I’m just a good customer who is getting my first pool installed on my first home so who am I.
I’m going to give all customers a gift! These guys are simply salespeople under the guise of a one point of contact company using the illusion that they will see the process to the end because they’ve been in business since the 60’s. Yada yada yada...as if this had something to do with integrity. They sell you a contract and they totally divorce themselves from their partners the “installers”. Read the contract carefully it says brothers 3 “assumes no liability for improper installation”. Brother’s 3 is not affiliated with any professional contractors and cannot assume responsibilities for errors in installation by professional contractors. Please make sure that proper installation techniques etc etc etc. Therefore if you get stuck with a incompetent pool installer chosen by brothers 3 it’s the customer’s problem! They sell me a pool along with an install price and they played cute the salesperson handwrote the installation price on a separate piece of yellow legal paper giving me the impression I’m dealing with a unified contract (I kept the handwritten install quote he gave me he didn’t include it on the official contract) wrong! You never receive a separate contract which is sealed with yours and their subcontractors signature. This is a charades game. Done verbally and if yr smart you get brothers 3 to hand rite the installation quote for you so you have documentation and that their partner can’t arbitrarily change it as they see fit. I’m sure a court would view their charades as sillyness. The partner installer comes to my property surveys the site. Ok next step installer comes back day of install his crew walks off job! They say they need bobcat to grade land. Installer now separate of brothers 3 thinks he can renegotiate the install price given by big boss brothers 3. The installer never discusses with big boss brothers 3 that upon his own site survey we have grading issues “hey you gave customer the wrong installation quote” nope doesn’t tell the boss. Reminder...the installer himself was the person on property surveying the site prior to work taking place not brothers 3. Brothers 3 gives install quote without stepping foot on the property. NO COMMUNICATION between BOSS & INSTALLER. The installer then thinks he’s game host extraordinaire Bob Barker of the price is right let’s make a deal! Tells me it’s gonna cost me an additional $2k above beyond the price agreed upon in a contract...contract signed paid in good faith by me in the brick and mortar office. Installer never discussed w Brothers 3 that he’s Bob Barker in his secret life. Bottom line their process is very broken. Now you have a separate sales person in the installer. Brothers 3 do not communicate with their partners and they allow their partners to wheel and deal in your backyard because they absolve themselves of the install. So getting back to one point of contact its all smoke and mirrors you need to be your own general contractor with these guys. The install was a mess pool installed incorrectly incompetently and incomplete still waiting for resolution stay tuned!
I came to this store due to my swimming pool liner broken two weeks ago, the sales person named Robert told me to pay the measurement fee $150 and then would order the liner! A week later I came to the store to ask for the measurement report, he told me he will send it by email! I waited for another week until yesterday, I came to ask him I didn’t receive it, and kept saying he will ask the guy send it me by 10am today, but until now he didn’t! Also he asked me to pay the price without any evidence! Feel like he is lying all the time! I never go to this store no more!
My husband and I have had the most pleasurable experience with Brothers 3 Pools. From start to finish Matt has been an excellent resource, very knowledgeable and responsive to all our needs. We reached out at the beginning of May when pools were impossible to get but Matt helped us every step of the way to get our pool. Not only were we able to get our pool but it was delivered a month early. Everyone was able to adjust their timing so we could have our pool installed in July. Everyone working with Brothers 3 from the installers, electrician and the entire staff are excellent. Thank you Brothers 3 for making our stay-cation this summer pleasurable. Looking forward to enjoying our beautiful pool for many more summers to come.
We decided to get a pool in the beginning of quarantine. I reached out to a few companies and only Jen from Brothers 3 responded. After countless emails and correspondence my pool is being installed on Wednesday. The service was amazing! Jen responded to all my emails quickly and helped me make decisions from start to finish. She asked how I was and even asked about my family. The excavator, Sal, was great also. Even the delivery guy, Coty, was super nice. Overall, great experience!
It was great. I did not feel any pressure at all as you would if you were to go to a car dealership. You know how salesmen could be. Very nice experience. The only thing that bothered me was the following, The pool got delivered about 2 weeks ago but the installation date is not until the 18th of June. Yes of course I know about the availability and time of season. That is not the problem. The problem is, I went with the finance you offer and about one week later after receiving the pool I already received the first bill. The pool is not even installed yet! It is literally in boxes in my backyard. My opinion, Brothers 3 should order the pool closer to the installation date. That way, we are not paying for something that has not been installed yet. Other than that, so far, I have no complaints about my experience going to the show room. Great staff and very helpful.
Purchased a semi inground from Brothers 3 4 years ago. As soon as you walk in the door you can tell that they are professional and offer better quality then what is shown elsewhere. I would recommend my salesman Dan to anyone that is looking for a pool. He took his time and was never pushy with my decision. I’m impressed that with all the people that they deal with, that still whenever I go back for my supplies he even remembers my name and pool size. Highly recommend!
Bought an in-ground pool from Brothers 3 last year. Throughout the process I dealt with Dan Levine. Because of the pandemic I basically had to GC the entire project myself.Dan was very helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. After all was done ( dry well, excavation, liner install etc etc ) I was not happy with how the liner looked once we filled the pool. There were quite a few creases.The thought of having to live with the pool looking like this was very disconcerting and worrying.... ( the install was not performed by B3 but by an external installer) ..The only way to deal with this was to remeasure the pool, manufacture a new liner, drain the pool entirely and re-install the new liner ) After speaking with Dan he assured me not to worry about it and that it would be dealt with at the end of the summer season. Truth be told I was sceptical ... But true to his word Dan dealt with this issue 120%.Brothers 3 picked up the tab for both the remeasure of the pool and the new liner for the pool installer, Jack ( he was great too...) to re-install. The 2nd liner is perfect !!! .... We couldnt be happier.So all my worry was for nought in the end! Dan really pulled through and delivered like he said he would. For this reason I would give B-3 6 stars if I could. They made right what was wrong at their own expense to ensure their customer was satisfied. Give them a shout if youre in the market for a pool ( PS: I also did a lot of research and loved the Radiant Pool that they sell. Lifetime warranty, aluminum ( no rust ) etc etc ) ... check it out for yourself....Thank youColin W
Left a deposit in February and was told there would be no problem getting the pool installed by summer. I then receive a call saying they couldnt find someone to excavate for the pool. I called them back in 30 minutes with some one that could excavate. Next they said they were worried about the permits. The architect said 3 to 4 weeks and they once again said great. Another week passes and I get a call saying they have another problem. They cannot get the materials needed to do the job on time. I understand that pool companies are the busiest they have ever been but if they would have been straight from the beggining i may have been able to find another company. I will be gettong a pool next year but definetely not from Brothers 3 Pools.

They went above & beyond to make our experience amazing. I highly recommend them for all your pool supplies, the great quality of their products & there great customer service. 2022-03-25An honest deal from the beginning. We went to 3 different dealers looking for a semi in ground pool. The other 2 dealers were playing a price game offering additional discounts and specials. Thats a major turn off for me. Our salesman at Brothers 3 gave us his best price right from the beginning. No nonsense haggling. He told us the American made product would be delivered before April and amazingly, its in my driveway 2 weeks ahead of schedule. If the rest of the process goes this smoothly, I will be very happy.

2022-06-11What a wonderful experience!!!Craig (our salesman)was so patient with me and my husband. Had shopped around and started to believe pool sales associates were just looking at how much commission they were going to make off you. Not Craig, he had wonderful suggestions on different pools that Brothers carried, answered all our questions, returned all calls we made to him in a timely manner.Our pool was installed yesterday, by Recommend pool installers, and was just another wonderful experience. 2022-06-14My wife and I did a lot of shopping around before deciding on Brothers 3. Our salesperson was Jim. He was very helpful and thorough in educating us about the options and addressing our concerns. We were very nervous going into such a big undertaking and putting our faith in any company to get the job done, but our faith in Brothers was well placed. Anyone considering an inground pool should know that some companies do it all from soup to nuts, others do not. Brothers is not a soup to nuts pool company, but what they do they do well. They stand behind their work. They order the pool and take responsibility for the pool installers work. Beyond that you are responsible for bringing in electricians, plumbers and an architect for getting permits. Brothers does give you recommendations, and will help nudge them if you are having a serious issue if you go with their recommended installers, but you basically become the contractor over the several months the project takes, so be prepared to do some work in coordinating the many moving parts of the project. You are the one who has to chase down the people doing the other parts of the project. If you dont, the install timeline can easily drag out. Thank you Brothers! Thank you Jim!

2022-06-29We needed to replace the liner for our semi inground pool and were referred to Brothers 3 by friends. The entire process couldnt have been easier. Craig answered all of our questions and was super responsive to our emails while ordering/selecting our liner. Our pool is not a standard size, so they sent someone out to take the exact measurements and the guy who came out to install the liner was impressed with how perfectly the liner fit and with the quality of the liner itself. Brothers 3 referred us to the company for the install (Recommended Pools) and they did not steer us wrong - the install job is absolutely perfect. We also needed to replace some ball valves and went this past weekend with a photo of our setup, and the person who helped us with the valves was so patient while we figured out how the prior owners of our house set everything up. We so appreciate the help and patience from everyone weve worked with at Brothers 3. They really know what theyre talking about and it shows.

2022-06-22Let me tell you about my experience with Brother 3 pool and moreover with Rob L. that works there.He is incredible! Never seen someone so patient, professional and knowledgeable, I must have bombarded him with questions and he comes back to me every single time.If I was the owner, I would promote him, give him extra bonuses because someone can make a big difference in a workplace and for a company.Had I spoken with someone else, I might not have purchased a pool or I might not have been happy.Buying a pool is a process, and can take a lot of work to install it, permit, electrical work, and much more but in the end, its all worth it!!!When summer comes and gets 🔥, who wouldnt want to get into blue, beautiful cool water? 💦Rob L. communicated everything to me clearly and went over all I need to do in relation to the pump and chemistry ⚗️🧪The installers were great and work very hard!Nothing is ever smooth even with all the due diligence, and tweaks afterwards are sometimes needed, that just how it is for every job/field.We all want to thank Rob L. for his wonderful work, help and patience and we have appreciated it.I dont think there is another company on Long Island that can match this service and pool quality and just by going to another company when I was at the shopping stage, I could see the difference.Price:It will cost you but then again, quality and service matches the value.Notes:The ladder, you build it yourself, thats how it is.And its simple, in 2 hours, you get it done.The dirt that gets digged for an above ground pool, it is the customers responsibility to haul it away. Not a big deal but would be nice to maybe pay an extra fee and have it taken away.You can go there to ask for your pool water to get it tested, and they are all very nice and helpful and work very hard.Thank you Rob L., fantastic person and extraordinarily professional.

2022-05-25When I read all those nice reviews I wonder where all of them come from ,our experience with brother 3 was horrible they were very nice when I was at their Bethpage store and about to buy my future pool from them after I got my pool from them that was it now a year later when we have a problem with our system I kept hearing that the sales person who sold me my pool doesn’t work there no more and Bouncing ball started to bouncing back-and-forth after almost two weeks of trying to get some reasonable answers I’ve basically heard that everything is my fault and I have to spend quite some money again after I heard that I requested to speak with the manager which never called me I don’t know if it’s only my luck but I would not recommend Brothers three pools to any of my friends or enemies!!!
