Astronomical prices quoted for a mediocre above ground pool (20 round $9500?!). Despite us getting here before several other customers the only employee there kept telling us to hold on while he helped someone else. After the car salesman pitch we left with a bad taste in our mouth and plan on just going without a pool until we find a better solution.
My husband and I went to 3 Brothers Pool thinking they would explain everything to us since we read they had good reviews. They were informative in explaining the different pool options we could choose from but that is it! They are unprofessional in many other ways! It was very difficult to get in contact with them after they sold us the pool. We had to literally be on top of them in order to get the necessary paperwork done to apply for our pool permit. They also did not tell us all the other costs we would have to incur. They failed to ask about the level of our yard and how leveling our yard would cost an extra $1000. They also didnt explain that Sparkle Pool Service, which they highly recommend, are not liable to fix damaged sprinkler lines or that we would have to also hire an outside electrician for our pool! Shame on 3 Brothers for not being transparent! Please look elsewhere.

Staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in. Store was neat and clean. I walked in looking to discuss options for a pool and did not feel pressured at all. I had found a brothers 3 pool for sale that was a few years old and had some questions and I wasnt forced to buy a new model when I walked in the door. The salesman even took his time to help me pick out accessories that I would need and help me to pick I out a heater. I needed parts for the pool a few weeks later and they were very helpful over the phone.
So long story short. Im in the market for a pool. I was walking around for 15 minutes before someone greeted me. Honestly I should have left before that but I waited becuase I wanted pricing to make an informed decision. He said we are finishing up someone will be with you in 5 minutes. I waited another 20 so the two sales people could BS with the customers they where sitting with. I had a female sales associate come over to me like she didnt want to be bothered, once I told her I had been to local competition she rattled off a couple number wrote them down on a piece of paper and said theres your number.. It couldnt have lasted more then 10 minutes and that was 5 minutes of her hand writing sales number. I must have been interrupting her lunch becuase her and the other sales going kept talking about food from a pizzaria.She spent so much time with the couple before me having a really detailed conversation. I felt really under valued. I wish I was treated like the clients she had sat with before hand. I felt written off before the conversation even started. The sales associate from a different pool company was happy to hear that and will now be receiving my business..
We totally recommend Brothers 3 Pools! They can work with any budget. All of their pools are top quality, regardless of what you spend. Ed, the manager, as well as ALL of the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly every step of the way! Even during Covid and quarantines and everything they were still speedy with delivery. The delivery man, Cody, was so respectful, friendly and efficient. The installers that they recommend were professional and also quick with a date! We are so pleased! Thank you Brothers 3!!!
Purchased a pool from Brothers 3 in sayville 3 years ago and Im very happy I did. Prompt knowledgeable and friendly staff. Christine was absolutely wonderful to work with and has always been there for me ever since. Whenever I have had any problem, needed supplies or just guidance with pool issues she is always ready to help in any way she can. Always pleasant and even helps me with discounts when she is able! I always enjoy my visits when Christine is working! She is awesome!
This year we decided to purchase a swimming pool for our family. Our pool looks great in the yard, and everyone has had a lot of fun with it since we installed it this August. We went into this having no clue what we were doing since neither I, nor my wife ever had a pool before. The salesperson, Rob, helped us get everything sorted with what we wanted. After the pool was up we went into see him to learn what to do and he took the time to answer all my questions.
Bought my pool here. Since the store was closed due to virus I spoke with a salesperson through zoom. They showed me all the items included and spent the time needed to make feel comfortable about getting a pool. He answered all my questions and used a computer program to map a pool in the yard. Have to wait to August for the install but it could be worse. Thanks Brothers for your help.
Ever since I purchased my pool 5 years ago all my experiences have been exceptional. Christine and Ed are awesome to the point that have even shared their private cell phones in the event I have any questions after works hours. Very knowledgeable and well priced the Sayville team is awesome!!!!
My wife and I purchased an inground pool recently from Brothers 3. We went into the project knowing we wanted a pool, but little else. Checked out a few different companies to a feel for things and decided on Brothers 3 because the salesman seemed like a genuine person who took the time to answer all of our questions. That meant a lot to me. I need to feel that I can trust the person Im buying from, otherwise everything else is irrelevant. Also, the pool they sell was so different than the other few places we went. We cant wait to have it up and running this summer.
We purchased our new pool from Brothers 3 this past Weds and have to say that we are very happy with our decision. The salespeople couldnt have been more helpful, and I think we are going to have a great time in our 16X24 Radiant pool. Going to be a great summer!
My family and I decided the other day to get a pool as we are tired of being hot with nothing to do all summer. We went to Brothers 3 on Sunday. Since we never had a pool before and didn’t think too much about things we didn’t really know what to get or what to do. Our sales rep was patient and helped us make a decision. We are now happy and are waiting for our July 7th install of our 24ft swimming pool.
We love our pool. The heater hisses at times but other than that, we are happy with our pool and hot tub purchase. However, the people to open the pool left a lot to be desired. Never showed up, didnt return phone calls, had me doing the opening. Things left incomplete. We are going with another company to winterize our pool.
My family and I purchased a semi inground swimming pool here over the weekend. We came in not knowing what we really wanted. We were shown different ideas and our salesman, Rob, showed us that we could have a pool with the look of an inground pool, but without the property taxes of one. Overall, we had a good experience and look forward to our pool being installed in May.

Christine sold me a pool four years ago i go into the store when i need something she still remembers what pool she sold us and she looks for the best solution for our needs. She never trys to sell you something you dont need Christine is very honest and up front with us. i would recommend to buy a pool there and all your pool needs
Five Stars! Special thanks to all the Brothers 3 staff. We went to a few different places before we made our way into Brothers 3. They were a little bit more expensive but we feel that it is worth the cost. From the second my wife and I stopped into the showroom we felt comfortable. We also could see the difference in quality that they were offering immediately from what we saw previously at the other stores. My salesperson took the time to show me some different options to see what would be best. We decided to go with a 15x30 semi inground and will be doing a small deck in the spring. Can’t wait for April to see my new pool, thanks again!
My family and I purchased a swimming pool from Brothers 3 this year. We had some issues that initially gave us a bad taste with our purchase. However, I have to say that Brothers 3 goes the extra yard to make sure their customers are satisfied. They dont just talk the words, they do we they say they are going to do to make sure that you really are satisfied with the transaction. Thank you Brothers 3, we will be doing business with you for years to come and will gladly recommend Brothers 3 to anyone who is looking for a swimming pool for their family. You guys really came through for us.
This company is the worst. They completely dropped the ball on my pool and all they keep doing is blaming their own subcontractors that it isnt their fault.I was told my pool was to be installed on July 1st. I take off work to be there and when they show up to install they say oh we forgot to dig the hole. I had one so called manager call me and tell me when you come in next time I will take care of you. What a joke I advise to use another company. they still cant fix my issue and my next step will be the better business bureau. Stay far away from this company
Time for our summer fun! Bought our pool here. Rob, Ed, and Christine were all so helpful and nice to our family. We decided to get a semi-inground pool to complete our backyard renovations. Now we just need some warm weather.
Brothers 3 is a company that stands behind the quality of their pools. Had an issue with my pool caps and they couldnt help me fast enough! I am very impressed with the way my problem was handled! My pool looks great!!!! I would definitely use Brothers 3 pool again!! Thank you again for all of your help!!!!!
We came to the Sayville location today and bought a 15ft round aboveground pool. Our consultant was very helpful and answered all our questions. I wish we didn’t have to wait to have it installed, but it is the summer so I get it. July install can’t come soon enough for the 3 of us.
Recently purchased a pool from the Sayville Store. Going to put in a semi inground pool and complete my backyard renovation. The company answered all my questions and showed me a pool that looks so much stronger than what I grew up with. The kids will have a blast.
The most rudest and unprofessional place Ive ever encountered. I just got off the phone with a lady trying to inquire on how to fix a leak for my hot tub and was giving the biggest attitude. She said We do pools, go to a store so i asked like home depot? She then replied all rudely Cant help, dont know where to start. Sorry sweetheart but when you walk in the door at your store theres three big hot tubs right in your face. If your that miserable then quit
Called on the phone for an estimate.. The male employee stated come on down we are open to 5 I asked should I make an appointment he said no come on down it’s slow . We went to the door and he said go to the back, and there was a couple behind us they got to the back first . Then we were told to come back in will be at least 40 minutes and should come back on a different day .The person on thphone needs training our time is very important. Waste of time we drove from Huntington ... poor customer service !!! So annoyed!! They lost a sale
Very happy. Everything went well. We purchased the pool a couple of months ago and were just installed a few days ago. Now we can not have to worry about where to or where not to go when it’s hot in these crazy times. Thanks Sayville staff.
We are having a pool installed by Brothers 3. Although not completed yet, we have been working with Christine and Ed who have done everything in their power to make this a seamless process for us! Ed has been extremely helpful even answering our phone calls after hours. So far so good!!
Disappointed. Used them for years ,bought a new pool 5 years ago. Sold me a filter that was nothing but inefficient and trouble, went back many many times ,kept trying different things. After 5 seasons and different problems, they now want me to pay $700 for a new filter. With that attitude toward someone that.I has spent thousands of dollars in their store I am emptying the pool and getting rid of it,Thanks Brothers 3 you were a big help(not)

Walked in to ask about a pool pump. Cashier pointed me toward rear of store. Walk around that area for several minutes. Manager made DIRECT eye contact with me. Never asked me a thing. White male walks in, manager gets up from his seat to ask him if he needed any assistance. Oh, and by the way, I had an m/c vest, with the P.R. flag on the back of the vest. So, I wont be shopping at this store and neither will any of my family and friends. I would have left NO stars, if it was possible.
Terrible! Never have I been so dissatisfied with a pool company. People are nasty and unwilling to help. Regret purchasing our pool with them. Big promises unfulfilled!!👎
I called Brothers 3 to set up an appointment an estimate. I was told they are doing phone estimates only because of Covid. I scheduled an appointment, nobody called on the scheduled day and time. I called to reschedule, nobody called again! I called to let them know this was the second time that I did not receive a call when I was supposed to, the girl apologized and set up a new appointment. I received a call 5 HOURS after my scheduled time from the receptionist, who apologized for missing the appointment and asked me if I would still like to talk to someone so I said yes. She then placed me on hold and got back on the phone to say, Im sorry, hes not available.This cannot be blamed on Covid. There is no excuse for missing three appointments with a customer. If they want to say they were overwhelmed with demand, it is a poor excuse for terrible scheduling.
So far everything is going as planned. Your salesman Matt is great to work with, knowledgeable and helped us through the entire process. We’re just waiting for installation. He is an asset to the business. Would definitely recommend you to anyone who asks.
I went with my 2 10 year old kids to this location in Sayville last week, (Sunday May 11) with the purpose of spending up to $10000 in a new pool for my back yard but as soon as I enter this place the 2 people at the front desk didnt even acknowledge us and the woman in the back of the store ask us if we needed help but when I started asking some questions she was very rude and was actually answering us like turning her back on us and walking away...seems to me that my accent had to do a lot with it. When we walked out of there even my little girl said wow, that woman was really rude. I would advise to people who have some kind of foreigner accent avoid this place. There are a few good places to buy swimming pools and where you are actually treated as if you matter.William

Bought our insulated wall inground pool here. Helpful and patient salesman deciphered what we wanted, which we had no clue what that was going into this; and now we are just waiting for our install. Backyard oasis here we come.

Very friendly and honest people.....never tried to upsell me on anything and always made themselves available if I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place and actually already have.
Ed is a wonderful salesman who took his time with me. I felt like I really knew everything when he was done with his well prepared presentation.
I needed a price on a replacement liner.... she told me to give her a week so she can get me a price. a week? HAHAHAHA bye girl.
So unfortunately for everyone ....This place is the worst ...me and my wife stopped in to possibly spend eight thousand dollars on a pool to find out that the 0 % intrest is a complete scam !!! They want to charge me a thousand dollars extra if i choose the 0% intrest .. what the hell is that .. lol

2022-05-20Brothers 3 did a great job with our pool installation 2 summers ago and I go there for water testing and routine maintenance. They are always very helpful and have always been attentive at answering any questions I have had. I would highly recommend them for above ground pool installation.

2022-04-02I walked in to brothers 3 pools not know absolutely nothing about pools or maintenance of a pool The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They explained everything prices and what needed to be done. I did my homework with research prices on the excavation, installing and warranty other pool places leave alot of unexpected costs So I was able to know exactly what to expect start to finish its been 6 years and I have maintained,opened and closed my 15x30 pool all on my own with minimal chemicals thanks to the staff and employees of Brothers 3. Thank you Ed for being available even on your days off to assist me with any questions or concerns my family has had great use of the pool season for 6/7 months Swim time. I greatly recommend anyone whos looking to install or manage a pool to check out Sayville Brothers 3 pools

2021-02-04We are writing this review to see if anyone else has experienced a similar situation with Brothers 3 Pools and to see if the issue was resolved within the company or if you had to take other measures.We purchased our above ground pool for $7,800 in 2016 with the wonderful option of zero interest for 60 months. When the pool was first installed in July, it was not done correctly. Brothers 3 had someone reinstall it correctly right away. Fast forward to July 2020 when the pool started bubbling and leaking with holes. I had my last pool for over 20 years and never an issue. This pool was only 3 years old.After getting the run around from store managers, the owner, warrantee company and being told it would be fixed by the fall they finally came up with the solution of us paying an extra $680 for the wall to be replace PLUS delivery, pool liner is not covered but as a courtesy they will sell it to me for a 50% discount. ($190) $1,500 to remove the old pool, move the existing rocks $1,000. So basically we are spending about $14,000 for an above ground 20 ft pool that originally cost $7,800. Plus I still have $1250 on the original pool loan. Still have a year and a half of payments left. Anyone else going through a similar situation?

2021-03-24I highly recommend everyone do their research prior to purchasing a pool from this company. There prices are so outrageous than other retailers it almost feels like you are being taken advantage of. There is nothing special about this company since the pools are purchased from a distributor (like every other pool) and than installed by a 3rd party installer. It’s not 60 years ago where they actually made the pools. There is no advantage although they claim the “materials” are better. Save yourself thousands of dollars and go to the pool factory and then find a reputable installer. I had such a terrible experience at the Sayville location that I would never step foot back in a brothers location. If you want to pay double or triple the price for a pool then this is the place for you!

2021-11-23Walked into Sayville location. Met with a women about getting a pool. She wasn’t friendly and it kinda seem like we were bothering her. Their prices are high and according to the women it seems like a pool would be almost impossible to fit into my backyard unless i rip my deck down and have the pool right out of my back door. Will shop around and get other opinions.
