Great store. Lots of variety of products to choose from. Very friendly environment. Great customer service. Clean and very organized. For an Indian store in the Westchester/Yonkers area, one unique feature is that its spacious enough to shop around with a cart.I definitely recommend this store for a great shopping experience.
Cleanest Indian grocery store I’ve been to in westchester. Well lit, organized, provides a nice shopping experience for an Indian store. They have also have good variety of items. Please carry kitchen treasures date pickle and anarkali brand vermicelli for payasam- those are my favorite items to buy.
Went into the store today for a few snacks, as the person who reviewed above it seems they still dont have everything in order yet. Very Spacious store, they dont sell any cold drinks which could be a major downfall. It also still seems they are getting things still setup. Might return.
Brothers Indian Market is great- very big, clean space with lots of products from all around. I used to go to Surya but their products are mostly from Kerala, so its a bit more limited. I was able to get a ton of spices, fresh samosas, frozen pre-made roti, ghee, ginger-garlic paste and a lot of other items very easily. The owner was very welcoming and told me if we needed anything special, hes happy to order for us and to give him a call. Great experience and definitely what we need in Yonkers!

2022-03-26A lovely, clean market with a decent selection. Also, there’s parking available and near public transportation. I felt like I was being followed around the little store (I’m not Indian)… not sure. I will update after a second visit. Also, it would be great if the items were priced or there were signs. The cashier seemed annoyed that I wanted to know the price of items. Imo money is green and I’m receptive to receiving all good sales.

2022-03-27I do not recommend this store. There was a very limited selection of produce, of which many things were going bad. Hardly anything had a price tag. I bought a box of Punjabi sweets and they tasted bitter right out of the box. Plus the two men working seems to be staring at me while I browsed, which made me uncomfortable.

2021-06-27Was at the central dinner and checked this out. I was very impressed with their selection. Much bigger than it looks on the outside. Very local stuff. Ill be back with a cookbook to stock up on spices.

2022-04-05Went to this store in April 2022 and they have expired frozen food in their freezer from October 2021 (7 months ago). After realizing the product is expired and driving back to return the product, I asked the store clerk on why do they keep expired food in their freezer. There was no apology from his end and he seemed to didnt care at all..

2022-02-08This is the third Indian grocery store in the neighborhood and I wondered how it could possibly survive. It turns out by providing a better shopping experience. The store is spacious, well lit and has a wider selection of pickles and frozen items.Perhaps it is only a full action of the store to be new but ALL the staff are solicitous it is my new go to place in eastern Yonkers.Update about a year later: nothing much has changed, except that they now have an even wider range of goods. There is also more meat now, which from my perspective is utterly unnecessary. For the Westchester community, there is now really no reason to schlep to Jersey to buy Indian groceries. Its all here - and the staff, though changed, is still solicitous.

2021-02-16We shopped at Brothers Indian Market recently when we were in this town. This large beautiful Indian store had everything we needed. They have a great selection of variety snacks, spices, frozen foods, fresh meat, fish, fresh vegetables, fresh snacks, Indian beauty stuff etc...The store is clean and staff is very friendly. It is amazing how good it can make you feel when someone is genuinely happy to help you find what you are looking for! Much nicer than my store at my home town. I will go back even though it is little far away. I will highly recommend this store to you all!!!

2020-08-21My new go to Indian grocers. As everyone else has noted, the store is very clean, spacious, and well organized. The freedom to use a cart is an added bonus. And I cant say enough about the customer service, so helpful and so welcoming. They have a wide selection of products and I found the prices to be comparable if not better than other stores. Keep up the great work guys!
