Was passing through town and was told to try this place. Did not disappoint. Friendly staff and delicious bagels..
The pictures looked so good...but it was airport food at best. My breakfast sandwich was served on a bland and flavorless bagel that should have been toasted first, the “hockey puck” style egg was still cold in the middle, the sausage patty was not only cold in the middle too, but it also had the unmistakable taste of freezer burned meat. Yuck! Needless to say, I was disappointed. I wish I had just gone to my usual (Panera) where they use real eggs and the bagels have flavor.
Service is usually fast and reliable, and the location is easily accessible. Bagels are always good quality and fresh. Good spot to grab a few dozen for the office. Recommended it youre a bagel fan.
Multiple times I have come to this location and they don’t have bagels. Today there were no plain bagels. I arrived at 11:15am, not closing time. Last time there were 4 bagels behind the counter in the baskets, 4.
These bagels are definitely the best. Everything bagels cinnamon sugar bagels some my favorite
One of my favorite breakfast places. Better coffee than anywhere else around as long as your not looking for anything fancy and the bagel sandwiches just cant be beat

Pricey bagels but they are sooo yummy. Especially when theyre still warm. Pair it with one of their cream cheeses--you cant go wrong. Most brueggers Ive been to have a friendly staff.

Normally I pay $8 and change for 2 simple ham and Swiss plain bagels...not here! Today I was charged $14.56! That is just ridiculous!
Very disappointed today. The staff is more concerned with the online orders than the people standing in front of them.
I refuse to eat any other bagel. Even my 9 year old brother is addicted. Coffee is very hot be careful.
I got coffee there for my wife, she told me it tasted like water, I didn’t believe her so I tried it, it tastes like if you ran water through a keurig and didn’t put in the K cup. So yeah she was right
Absolutely love Brueggers! from their breakfast sandwiches to their bagels- YUM! I recommend their coconut coffee and blueberry bagels (with pumpkin cream cheese). Delicious.
The Sriracha Sunrise is so good. Great bagels and a warm and welcoming staff.

I love Bruegars, but this location regularly has burnt tasting coffee or grounds in it. The food is by all means what you expect from a Bruegars.

2022-07-01Bruegger’s was a tradition on Sundays growing up. It still is a favorite. For some reason, this particular location serves the best tasting bagels compared to the other locations. I don’t remember ever being disappointed in any location but the bagels here have just an added deliciousness. Maybe its the water. Lol.

2021-05-05The near gourmet sandwich creations are good, but expensive. At least service is good and food quality high. A couple times the tables were not cleaned fast enough and so you end up brushing off, sitting in, or eating in someone elses crumbs. Other than that the place, including the restrooms is clean and cozy, especially when they had the large comfy chairs in the front window nook.

2020-08-19I called to order 2 dozen bagels and was told theyd be ready in 20 minutes. I drove to this store, bought the bagels and headed home. Once I got home, I saw that the bagels were burnt on the outside and doughy on the inside. This leads me to believe that they were frozen when I called. The staff must have rushed getting them baked. All they would have had to do to prevent this was to tell me that theyd be ready in a hour, in two hours, or what ever was necessary to give them the time needed to properly thaw.

2020-08-18Make sure to sign up for free app. I enjoyed a free bagel breakfast sandwich this morning. Wednesdays $2 off a dozen bagels. Love it when I can eat a fresh hot bagel. You can asd receipts after the fact but it is more difficult dont forget to scan barcode or give phone number. Much easier.

2020-01-10Placed an order Tuesday morning to pick up 36 bagels and 2 boxes of coffee between 7:15 and 7:30 am on Friday. I got there at 7:27am on Friday and was told that they were in the middle of preparing it. I stood there and waited for everything to be ready for 20+ minutes. By the time I got in my car, it was 7:51am. This order was for my coworkers. The company was providing breakfast before a meeting that began at 8am. Huge inconvenience. On top of this, I could overhear the Brueggers employees complaining that my order used up most of their bagels. I placed my order 3 days in advance as a courtesy and they werent even prepared for it. Sad. Will not be returning.

2020-11-21Love Bruegger’s! I drive 20+ minutes to them as I pass DD and TH along the way, because of their quality bagels over everyone else’s. Simple enough! Wish they had one in Canandaigua!!!
