Great customer service. They stayed in constant contact and made me feel at ease from before ordering, through delivery, and after arrival. They were quick to answer any questions after delivery not only about the miner itself but also things like ventilation of the room. Been using the miner for roughly ten days and so far so good.

Call me old fashioned, but I cant trust a company if I cant get anyone on the phone. With these guys, I was actually able to talk to someone and messages are responded to fairly quickly. I ordered a Goldshell X5 to test them out (didnt want to dump $10k+ until I know I can trust them), the miner arrived at my door in 2 weeks no hassle. I had to call them to set up a tech support session because I couldnt log in the first time, the meeting was within 24 hours and BOOM Im mining!

Been doing business with BTminers since 2020 and i definitely recommend their service. Fast delivery, I ran into some customs issues but BTminers was quick to resolve the problem. Now I received my S19 110T and miners were as described.

Great communication and speedy delivery. Package arrived to US, California, Sacramento within a week from ordering. This was the first time ordering from bt-miners but will be ordering more in the future when the time comes.
