Great Service Great Team...All Super friendly with excellent Customer Service. Rick was my main contact as I helped a friend get a new sled and back on the trails after years of not riding. He did a great job helping us get the sled sooner rather than later. It is a bit of drive feom my home but well worth it and I will for sure be back again for the next Toy I buy.
I can’t say enough about what a fantastic experience this was. We drove five hours from Pennsylvania to make our purchase at Bucks and it was worth every minute and every mile. The staff was fantastic especially Rick the sales manager and Sarah the finance person. If anyone is interested in buying a side-by-side, 4 x 4, snowmobile, trailer, mower, snowblower, Log splitter and the accessories that go with them, I strongly recommend Bucks. Even the limited exposure to the service department was a wonderful experience. Don’t waste your time shopping anywhere else, it was worth the 5 Hour Drive for us!!!!
Great Salesman, Great finance person, Great Machine. Not so happy about Bucks Policies, procedures and offers. 1. Dropped 17,000 and no other discount on a helmet other than 10%, unimpressed. 2nd. Even though I have a high credit score, the best they could do for an out of state resident is 11%. If I was to buy another machine it wouldnt be with them since it would be an out of state purchase and the rate is higher. Maybe local residents get treated better. I drove 6hrs for that Renegade 1000. I am impressed with the machine and love it! The deal I received was unimpressionable and, in my opinion, way below average.
Back in 2005 I bought my outlander 400 when Bucks was located in Wolcottsville. Had a great experience then so in 2018 we bought a can am commander and we have been doing a lot more riding so we decided on purchasing a X3 Maverick. We are so excited to have walked in there at the right time for it to come in. We have always been treated very well at Bucks thank you Rick Smith.
I arrived there only to discover they were closed. A young lady came out, she was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. I was most impressed with her kindness and willingness to share some insight on the Can-Am Outlander 1000 Limited. I will eventually purchase from them in part because of my experiences everytime Ive gone there. Great job Laura (sorry if I didnt get the name right). You were amazing and thank you !

I purchased a 500 quest 17 years ago from Bucks. Their were Great back then. I just now took my quest for Service to Bucks. They are still Great. Bill from Service is the ManIt is amazing that a Business that still is wonderful after all the years. Thanks the All the People at Bucks.
Walked into Bucks at around 4pm (5/19/20) looking to get a tire put on my roadstar. Was hoping for same day service. Was told they were a bit back logged and wouldn’t be able to do it, understandable with not having tech during the pandemic. One of the techs came out and said if I could bring just the tire they could have it for me next day. Long story short tire done in 45 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for a better day experience with service. Went over to look at helmets after was greeted by a very nice young lady told her what I was looking for didn’t have it in stock. She knew exactly what I was looking for. Confirmed it in the catalog, ordered and outta there quick.Thanks Bucks staff for real customer service! Hard to find these days
Bought my first brand new 4 wheeler from here. I have been looking for months every ATV dealer I called had side by sides or something that didnt appeal to me. I was referred to Bucks by a very good friend of mine I went on website and found what I was looking for. I immediately called Bucks and talked to John i put a deposit on it that night because of pandemic inventory is low. I picked up my machine 2 days later and could not have been happier the delivery process was very smooth and painless they also had a really friendly bulldog in the office. If your looking to be treated good and get good prices go see John at Bucks motor sports ya wont be disappointed they also have a wonderful service department I was able to get stuff for my other machine. Check these guys out first nobody had any inventory I got exactly what I was looking for at Bucks Thanks John ya gotta life long customer!!!!
Sls team good to work with, fair price. As soon as we got the new ATV home, I applied never seize to all wheel bolts. Found front and rear tire lug nuts finger tight, literally finger tight! Will not be taking unit back for service, unless warranty work is required.Nice show room.I will say, I change my review to 4. the owner called me personally to better understand the issue. I am confident I purchased from the right place, awsome follow up.
This review is regarding the Service Department. I have been working with Bucks on a specific issue on my 2009 Ski Doo etec since February of 2020. They have been working on a pesky engine code that they hopefully fixed for good with this last visit in December. They also did maintenance on a primary for my 2013 that required labor only. I worked Bill and Dennis at the desk. Dennis is wealth of knowledge the sleds and Bill is very good at customer service. I have had no concerns working with these guys, they probably could have uncharged me for this and that but didnt. I have recently recommended to a friend that he take his sleds up for preseason tuneup and he did.If I get a chance to ride the 2009 this year and the code does not come back the review goes to a 5 star for sure!Update: After riding the sled 4 weekends this season I had no occurrence of the issues, problem resolved. 5 stars!
Ordered an item through Polaris that was fulfilled by Bucks. Had an issue with sizing, so I contacted them to see if I could exchange the item. Crystal was more than willing to put aside the right sized item until I was able to ship the other one back to her. The customer service was quick and amazing! Thanks for making the exchange process so seamless!
Awesome service! I had nothing but trouble with Maddies Motorsports. They treated me like garbage. I called and spoke to John in sales. I have now purchased my bike and will have it in 2 days. John was kind and easy to talk to and made this awful process I have been going through much easier! Thank you
Bob Weaver motor sports was of no assistance what’s so ever - terrible customer service. I then called Buck’s motor sports and talked to Becky, she was more then helpful and very knowledgeable. Looking forward to having them service our wheelers and side by sixes going forward.
I purchased my four wheeler private party made a apt to have a service done on it. Service advisor gave me a quote and apt right on the phone. Dropped off my machine for service I was called when then told me they would and price was what I was quoted. Very happy with everything here. All the staff was great. Buying my sled here next year for sure. Great job guys.
Excellent all the way through my purchase! I spring ordered a sled, price was great, sales guy was easy, not pushy. They even had pizza on order day (free lunch!). My sled came in on time. They had everything all set when I arrived. My appointment was at 10:00, I was loaded up, paperwork done, and down the road at 10:25. Very efficient and very professional. Will buy another one there next spring!
Great experience so far from purchase to mods. Soon we will test out the service due to Victory and a known issue.Edit 9-12-18. Im thinking maybe the technicians could be better. I had a really bad exhaust leak on the front flange and then when I was working on that I found two little friends hanging out by the transmission. Apparently they did not bother torquing either. And that is one quick way to turn a 5-star review into a 3
The Staff at Bucks Motorsports are great to work with. They really care about their customers. The owner Jan is a man of his word and an honorable business man. Plenty to offer for all of your out door ATV, UTV activities. Service is great. Rick the sales manager was great to work with as was Sarah. We will definitely come back when its time to buy or upgrade our motorsport equipment. I highly recommend you check out Bucks Motorsports for your next outdoor toy. Had a great experience. Called to find a spring only machine. They were the only ones around with what i wanted, called Wednesday and picked it up Thursday. Quick and painless and everybody was so nice. If your looking for a snowmobile then just ask for John. The owner even came to me and gave me a hoodie. I will be buying my next sled here
The fees added to the end of your bill not only dont add up, and they are higher than other dealers in the area. They are also very rude and childish people to deal with if you have a question or concern after your vehicle purchase. I definitely will be taking my business to Pioneer Motorsports next time.
Rick Smith at Bucks Motorsports in Akron, NY was outstandingly helpful with our first-time 4-wheeler purchase. We had done significant hands-on shopping prior to getting in touch with Bucks and had a very good idea of what we were looking for. We were unable to make it to the store in person when we first contacted Bucks due to work constraints. That was no problem for Rick. He was able to use text messaging throughout the day to finalize the deal. His attention throughout the day was frequent and detailed. I know that as the day wore on I had become a bit of a PIA, but that did not stop Rick from providing frequent quote updates. Not only did he beat the competitions pricing, but he was also able to make pick-up happen for us the very next day! I recommend Bucks Motorsports and Rick Smith to anyone looking for motorsports equipment.
WORST. SERVICE. DEPARTMENT. EVER. Horrible experience. I brought my motorcycle in to be inspected. I was told to bring it back in a week. I came back a week later and Mike said he didnt write me into the appointment book but, would make time to work on the bike. While there, I saw that they had a maintenance package promotion. I told him to add that on as to put new tires on (that I brought in). He also had to work on an electrical issue (blinkers were not working properly). A little over a week later, I received a call saying they had the bike apart and saw that it needed new pads. He told me it was going to be $69 for the parts. I asked abut the other issues and was told they havent gotten around to the electrical or putting the tires on yet. After waiting another week, I called to see what was going on with the bike. Mike told me the brake pads hadnt come in yet. I then asked about the electrical issue. He told me he hasnt looked at it yet. At this point I was a bit annoyed and had been without my bike for over 2 weeks. I asked him if he found a problem with the electrical system and needed to order a part, if it would take another week to come in an additional time to fix it. He disregarded my suggestion to diagnose the problem and order the part while working on other issues. A week later, after no calls, my wife called (I was out of town). She was told the brakes were done but they are working on the electrical issue. She called back a bit later and was told they have to order a part from the manufacturer. Upset, my wife asked if the bike would be there another week. She was told no, the parts are always shipped in 2 days (Im wondering why it took so long to get the brake pads then?) She called back a few days later and was told that the part came in and they were working on the bike. She asked how long it would take to put the part in and was told about 30 minutes. Later that day, she was told the bike was ready for pick up. Here is a summary of issues with this place:-Dishonest: they told my wife parts come in on 2 day shipping. Why did it take over a week to get brake pads.-The service department guy (Mike) did take the blame. His fix for his problem was to not charge labor to install the electrical part. 30 mins of labor at $69 an hour is $35 off...All in all I was without a bike for over 3 weeks. It cost me $823 to change the oil/fluids, put tires on, change brake pads, fix an electrical issue, and perform a state inspection and I get $35 off...Horrible business practice. I based going to this place on google reviews. All the other reviewers must be friends or never had to deal with the service department.
Today I went to Bucks motor sports and was told that I am a pain in the ass customer. And everything has to be free for me to buy it.I guess Im just suppose to believe that there honest and are giving me the best price. And were not suppose to shop price and negotiate. Well I dont ever remember Them giving me anything for free but a t shirt after I bought a 13 thousand dollar snowmobile which was a Polaris rush 800 pro rle.Which they sold the wrong one to me and I had to bring it back to them. Which there now stating there not 13k .And that was after I purchased 3 prior models which they suddenly dont remember either. Or the bags of snow gear we purchased at there sale. Snowmobile boots bibs jackets heated helmet shield motor cycle boots oil carbides etc. (again there claiming we did not purchase) Or anything else we purchased there. I have bought 4 snowmobiles from them. Over the years. I have tried to purchase more than that from them but they never seem to call back or give you prices. Or they wait till the last possible minute to put you in a position where you have to buy it within the next few minutes or the spring order ends.(again denying but have phone records of call times and dates ) I would of never put this review on here but there very unprofessional. lacking proper help. And really had not reason to say that to me. I paid them cash just like the next guy. I have had service issues with simple things like tightening up My battery after installing a simple cord for my helmet which left me with a no start condition on a -10 degree day. thanks bucks Ill be purchasing my free snowmobiles else ware from now on. Your responses have proved your more than dishonest your just plain liars !!!
Bucks Motorsports opened their doors to my family and treated us as if we were their family. they went above and beyond and I have never in my 37 years had the pleasure to meet nicer people. thank you Bucks Motorsports the kids love the new quad and I cant thank you guys enough for the hospitality.. we will absolutely be back for future purchases thank you Bucks Motorsports!
Ive been there twice. The first time I called to make sure my oil filter was in stock. I was told it was, but no luck. Well thats par for course, Ill try back again in a few weeks when it comes in. The second time, the guy working the parts counter acted as if I werent standing there for about 15 minutes, shooting the breeze with another customer about everything imaginable. Finally another employee came to my aid. She didnt have much luck finding the filter, and was even blown off by Mr unhelpful too. I used my phone to look online for the correct part number. After we had found it, Mr unhelpful chimed in did you need anything? She seemed just as annoyed with him as I was. Ill be buying my parts online or drive all the way out to Niagra Falls Blvd. from now on.
Ive been using Bucks for the past several years to service my wheeler and bike (both Honda) as well as for needed accessories. I recently had an experience where my bike was not ready on time which was a hassle because I had transportation pre-arranged. However, the service manager apologized and made arrangements to compensate for the inconvenience. Miscommunication was the major issue but I couldnt have honestly asked for a better recovery from the mistake. I will continue to use them and recommend them to my friends.
I ordered a starter coil and they ordered me a ignition coil, I told the parts department they are the ones that ordered the wrong part, they said that they can ordered the rite part but theres no return on the coil $55.00 I spent over $ 20,000.00 with them over the years, going to have the rite part ordered at Kens and never doing business with this place again, for $55.00

2022-02-08Just bought a 2022 Polaris snowmobile and couldnt have asked for a better experience. Dave provided me with all the information I needed and was able to answer every question I had. Also was able to get me a better interest rate then I was expecting. 10/10 will be recommending my friends to buys their new toys here.

2022-06-28So every place has there ups and downs. Some more then others, this place is almost 2 hours away from us, one particular person I didnt have a good experience with and it was the only time dealing with them but everyone else treated me like a good friend they havent seen in a while, they dont take pictures with everyone who gets new machines from there, that kinda upset the wife lol but dont matter. We got our outlander xmr 1000r from there then unfortunately needed a motor swap cuz a kid tried helping and sunk it. But this place is even worth me driving 2 hours just for shirts let alone doing repairs and service and sales. Its a great family feel place.

2022-05-16Love this place. John Fickell was a great salesman to deal with.. Love the dogs in loan officers office. Tuck(the dog) was instrumental in getting paperwork through. Lol. It just gave it a homey feel. Looking forward to doing buisness in the future
