My fiancee and I have been searching for a place like this for a couple of weeks. It was completely by accident that we found it but it will officially be where we go to get away and lock ourselves in. The staff was kind and helpful. The jacuzzi is heart shaped and so pretty. Plus they have a cottage for bigger groups.
Room was nice and smelled clean! I pre-cleaned myself as a precaution. Cable TV. It was a quiet and lovely stay! Loved the Jacuzzi because it’s not only heart shaped but pretty large and fits two perfectly.
Stayed in a non-smoking room with the Jacuzzi. It was great. Not too high of a price. The room did have a strong perfume smell when we first arrived but after washing out the tub (my OCD) and filling the tub and adding bubbles the scent was gone. Well worth it.
This establishment is very well kept and immaculate inside the hot tub sauna rooms. If you are travelling thru Central New York and need an affordable motel (with hot tubs) that can compete with large chain hotels!?. Stop by Budget Inn. Peace!
The room was clean but my husband and I noticed it had roaches. The manager tried to tell me bugs are seasona, yea they are! Not roaches thought. 🤚🏽🤚🏽🤚🏽🤚🏽🤚🏽

Clean, convenient, well maintained, excellent value
The shower was stained and grimy, cracked and peeling paint on the windows/sills, dirt stains on the door, dirty mirrors, cracked and broken bathroom fixtures. The temperature setting knob in the fridge was broken, and the cold water coming out of the faucet was lukewarm. And then to top it off, there was a bug under the sheets in one of the beds. I was told it was not their problem, they cant keep bugs out of the rooms, given a $20 refund and called a scammer. I was not expecting this level of dirt and disrepair, even for such a low priced hotel room. Definitely would not recommend.
Room was clean, heart shaped jacuzzi tub was nice. Upgraded to a Jacuzzi room after booking through a third party which was easy and they just let me pay the difference. Would stay here again. WiFi password didnt work however and could not get ahold of anybody in office or anything to sort it out.
Clean room and no issues checking in. For me though, the bed was to hard and pillows small and flat. Made my sleep or lack thereof a big negative, but beds are a personal preference.For the price and location I recommend this motell.
Worst decision of my life to book a room there. She never told me that the room was a smoking room, my 9 year brother had to sleep in it. We paid $168 for that. They couldnt sleep at all. I wish that I would have read the review and not have trusted this place. Please dont go there. I wish that I could give them 0 stars, thats how bad my experience was.
Amazing clean place with an amazing staff who make you feel like family and I will definitely be coming back again and I do recommend people to go to this hotel I wanna thank the budget inn for an amazing stay keep up this amazing job and I’ll definitely be back maybe sooner than later thank you again

It was first time visit in Syracuse area and very surprised. I do believe that many DSS supported and funded local motels like TWINS, SCOTTISH SHALE INN, TOMKINS and etc especially under homeless and DV shelters programs should get examples what 3 stars motels should be about...very pleasant, clean and affordable for the casual travelers even homeless. Major ant problems in the bathrooms. Had trouble with the key card getting into my room. Not worth 115$ only part that was good was the spa tub. I guess if u want to over pay for a jaccuzzi room with no features.
Door was so hard to open that even with the key access it still feels like it doesnt want to open. Then, once you realize that it is indeed unlocked , you need to push so hard you deep as though you may break the door as it opens. The room was adequetly clean, however I did not receive a single hello or a single Thank you for staying .Overall it is inexpensive anx adequetly flesh.

I stayed in this hotel for a quick trip to Syracuse to see family on Labor Day Weekend. I will honestly say this is a nice, but overlooked place to stay for a night or two. There are no pools or the other things a big chain may or may not offer, but it did have a microwave and a mini fridge in the room. I was also given a code to sign into WiFi for my computer or smart phone access. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the television worked..easy to get to from either Rtes 81 and 481 and close to plenty of places to eat close by..pizza hut, buffalo wild wings...bk...Tullys..grocery stores and walmart all close by as well...if your travelling though syracuse or needing a place to stay for a night before catching a flight out of syracuse, this is close to airport as well..i will be staying there agin, the family who owns the property are nice and will gladly give them my business again and recommend you do as well.
For a fisherman with a boat this is one of the best places I stay. Lots of space to park and maneuver. Rooms are clean and well maintained and close to restaurants, gas, etc.
Cheap good service. Rooms were clean. Only thing we needed was more towels and they brought them right to us in the morning
There was a cockroach in the room I got a refund and I will not be going back. Guy wasn’t nice about it either for a $124 a night I sure wasn’t expect that guest 😣
Great hotel very quaint. Comfortable bed. The only thi g that would make it better would be a small breakfast. Even if it is go a grab and go breakfast.

Have been staying here for over ten years when in the area. Not no more. Had my laptop stolen from my room while fishing a tournament talked to owners and they made every excuse there was my last stay

Stayed for one night, very convenient to the highway. The building is from another era, but it is spotless. I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Was cute and comfortable. Reminded me of the little motels from when I was little girl. Yes its not modern whatsoever but I felt safe.

2022-06-17Me and my Boyfriend decided this would be a great hotel for our 5 years. The room was nice with a heart shaped jacuzzi , but the people here don’t warn you about the extra $100 you have to put down and it has to be paid in CASH. We sadly used a card and we NEVER got our money back, long story short there’s nothing apparently they could do about it nor my card , lost out on an extra $100 when the room itself was already $130-$150 per night . We ended up paying $250 for one night. Never again .

2022-07-03If I could rate no star I would rate none. I dont smoke and felt judged. Gave $100.00 deposit for non smoking room. Next morning to get the deposit back the staff had to walk with us to make sure we didnt smoke. I never heard of that and for someone thats not from there like myself would not go back.

2021-08-19Nice quiet place to rest when you need a place with enough vacancy at most times. You wont have to worry about having to look somewhere else because theyre full. Property is up kept very well and they also have a small playground for children. The rooms are nice and clean and have a nice up to date feel with all the amenities. The fridge was left open which isnt much of an issue and it could use better channels to pick from, but other than that it was very pleasant and I would recommend it to anyone.

2021-08-01We needed a quick solution for a rainy campsite substitute. Very easy check-inn. The room and bathroom were spotless clean and had a good room temperature.The value for money is awesomeIt was very quiet as well. We definitely recommend it.

2021-08-30Room looked clean but not updated, then I got up and went to go to the bathroom as soon as I turned the light on roaches started to run. Nope I packed and left immediately. Went to the front desk told them Im leaving the refund my card she said I can only refund one night because I booked it for two. I said thats fine give me my card back Ill just speak to charge. She finally agreed to refund full amount.
