Samy is by far amazing. I am so impressed and obsessed with my brows. She made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was satisfied with the outline prior to starting. Would recommend over and over again!!

I came to Samy after years of penciling my eyebrows in due to a bad middle school plucking decision. And let me tell you, I feel like a whole new woman!! Samy is super professional and a brow perfectionist, which is such a good thing! She spent a lot of time and put a lot of attention into mapping out my brows and making sure everything was even and looked good. She explained everything to me as she was working, and she made sure to show me how to care for my brows in the days after having them done. Samy asked for my input and went with what I told her I liked. The cost is definitely “a lot” but this is something I had been wanting for a really long time! I’ve always had very thin and sparse brows (blame my genetics, haha), and now I won’t have to worry about that because Samy did her amazing work on me! I did my research and I have been following her for a while — I knew that her work was really good. If you’re thinking about making the jump, just do it! You’ll thank yourself later! :)
I had my eye brows micro bladed by Samy for the first time last year and was pleased that I went again to her for my touch up over a year later. I get compliments all the time and a lot of people think they are my natural eyebrows. Samy made me feel very comfortable during my appointment and that she cared deeply if I was satisfied. Going to Samy to get my brows done was probably one of the best decisions ive ever made. I have naturally red hair & was skeptical to get them done because i need such a specific color match. When i tell you she got the color and shape (literally everything) down so perfectly. She pays attention to the structure of your face and maps your brows out before hand extremely detailed. I spent YEARS filling in my eyebrows different shapes/sizes from 8th grade til now & im almost 21. Microblading has been a lifesaver/timesaver for me AND its looks natural. I got lucky that i came across her because theres a lot of people that really botch the job. Any questions i had for her prior and afterward she answered super quick & shes so friendly. I get a lot of services done like nails, lashes, etc others places but shes by far one of my favorite artists to go to. Super friendly, easy going, & professional. If your considering getting work done by her i say do it, cant go wrong. 💜

Communication was fantastic, both before (texts with instructions/expectations/etc) and during the appointment (I always knew where we were in the process, what we were doing, and why). Samy asked me to look at my eyebrows several times during the process so that I could see and approve what the final product would look like. She also played music and chatted with me - I could not have felt more comfortable. Samy changed my life, as a young teen I thought for some reason it was cool to shave almost all my eye brows off and draw them. Later regretted that choice deeply, because my eyebrows never grew back in correctly. 😝 she did such an amazing job she gave me my full confindence back, I feel beautiful thanks to her work. I had no idea really what I was doing when I walked in and didnt really have any pics saved of what I wanted them to look like, I just new I wanted my eyebrows microbladed lol, but Samy guided me through the process and was so helpful! She is so nice, easy to talk to and super relatable. The whole expierence exceeded my expectations and I am literally obsessed with my new brows. I could not stop looking in the mirror for the first 24 hours, well actually i still find myself still doing that lol. But Samy is absolutely wonderful, so professional 10/10 would reccomend!! I have been holding off on this service for sometime, and after seeing Samy for a different service (and being SO satisfied) I decided to treat myself to the Micro blading. I cannot believe that I waited so long!!! Literally the best service that I have ever had done! She is so sweet, patient, and took her time to decide what type is best for my face, what color is best for me, answered any questions that I had and I am going to continue to support her business in the future. I have received so many compliments on my eyebrows and feel so confident now. I feel pretty which seemed impossible before. They are full, natural, just perfect and I couldnt be happier. Eyebrows turned out nice with it being my first time. Regardless of not having too much experience to compare it to, I had to give 3 stars because it was only until after I got my brows done had I found most microblading salons include a touch up after the complete healing process. This one unfortunately does not and will require an additional 100 dollars on top of the 470 dollars already spent. Side note: try to pick out your shade first thing prior to undergoing the ring light so you can see exactly the color your getting.

Samy was my instructor to learn PMU and she was an amazing teacher. She is a wonderful person overall and welcomed me to Buffalo with open arms. She is personable and great to talk and spend time with. Samy taught me some great techniques and walked me through many applications of brows on fake skin and on live models. She is patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and explains everything so well. She also did my brows and did an amazing job at that ! Samy is the best!!!! I spent months debating if I wanted to get my eyebrows done (basically stalked her FB page looking at all the pictures). I had a bad experience with the last brow waxing that I’ll ever do, and a chunk of my eyebrow was missing. All I wanted was a natural brow, and I got exactly what I asked for! At first I was impressed. By the time I needed the 4 week touch up there was some issues with how light the brows looked which I brought up to the artist. There was a definite improvement on how my brows looked from before to after but to pay $475 and the brows not be even is quite the disappointment. When reaching out to the artist, she said that everyone’s skin is different so the ink gets absorbed differently on everyone? I was missing quite a bit of hair on my brow but have had friends use other artists who actually had more hair missing from the brow and the microblading/ombré matches the brow and cannot even tell the eyebrows are microbladed it looked so natural. So it would be an additional $300+ to make them darker as well as fix the unevenness? So to achieve the brows I was looking to have it would be a total of $750???? That just doesn’t seem right. I think that it’s absolute poor customer service to not fix something that your customer is having an issue with after paying so much for the service. I would not be recommending this service. I was turned to this artist after months of following pictures and thinking wow this person has great skill. Which I still believe she does. But to be told I would have to pay an extra $300 to fix the brow after spending all that money is absolutely crazy. The ombré eyebrow took her maybe 35 minutes to do so I do not feel that was enough time spent. After speaking to different artists, now will have to pay the same amount I originally paid just to fix the issue of one brow being incredibly different than the other as well as to make them match the color of my brow. Very disappointed.

2022-02-03I brought my mom to Samy to get her eyebrows micro bladed and they came out AMAZING! My mom is in love with them and she’s received so many compliments already. 2022-01-28When I say Samy did an amazing job I mean she did an AMAZING job!! Friendly, professional, and knows her stuff!! I cant stop looking at myself in the mirror she did a great job matching my natural color and the shape I was going for, all while making my brows look natural and beautiful. She nailed what I have been trying (and failing) to do with makeup since I was a teenager!! I cant recommend her enough.

Every step of the way we checked to make sure it was going to be the end result I was going for. I opted for the Nanoblading and it is the 1st cosmetic enhancement I have done. I am THRILLED with the results. She was so great to calm my nerves and a real professional. She checked several times during the process to make sure everything was good. Then we looked together and made a few edits. I would highly highly recommend Samy. She was an absolute joy to work with and has a client for life!

2022-05-21Its been almost a year and my brows are just as amazing as day 1. the healing process was simpler than i thought (i had little to no scabbing), and the color was (and still is) an amazing match especially with my red/blonde hair. i get so many compliments and the color and shape are perfect! worth every penny! i came in not really 100% knowing what style i wanted and she talked me though the process and helped me decide on a shape and style i still love today

2021-04-22As an already experienced artist I reached out to Sammy for her to mentor me and perfect my skills. She surpassed my expectations and was so nice and went above and beyond for me! I was able to contact her anytime I needed anything and I really appreciate the time and effort she put in to make me the best artist I can be. I was deciding between taking an advanced class through a brand that’s only 2 or 3 days. But I’m so glad I found Sammy and was able to work with her for a couple months! So much more worth my time and money! If you want to learn microblading I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You will not get the same 1 on 1 attention anywhere. My work leveled up so quickly and I have noticed an increase in clients because if it! I also had Sammy do my brows and as an experienced brow artist myself I can be extremely picky. But she made my brows so amazing I am obsessed with them! I don’t even wear brow makeup anymore. My life has become so low maintenance. She is literally the best ❤️❤️
