We worked with Matt P and I can’t say enough good things about our experience! After my initial voicemail (which was evening after hours), he called me back first thing the next morning. Matt was super responsive, very professional, and also very kind. The person he sent to do our assessment was thorough and the company he recommended for our mitigation project was excellent! Even after everything was complete he was helpful with follow up questions. The whole process from start to finish was a positive experience. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Buffalo Environmental & Construction. They were very responsive and professional. I needed an asbestos inspection done quickly because it was a contingency on a real estate purchase. Matt called back promptly and clearly explained the process, He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. The inspection was scheduled the day after I spoke with Matt and I got the results days later. It could not have been a better experience.

Just wanted to leave a note of appreciation for Matt & team. I had Matt come out last year to help me identify anything to watch out for in the old home I had just purchased. He gave me a full inspection and informative tour of my home. When black mold popped up covering both sides of a wall recently, I knew who to call. Matt came out that day to take a look and set a clear plan of action that started a few days later. He brought in a professional team to do the mold remediation. Everyone was so professional and communicated every step of the way. Matt even went out of his way to discuss my issue with my insurance company on my behalf. I cant say enough good things about the guy. If you have mold and asbestos issues, do not hesitate to call him!

I was extremely happy with service I received for my problem. I needed to have my garage tested for asbestos and receive the report back in less than a week. I initiated my call on a Thursday before a long holiday weekend. I was told the work would get done over that weekend and it was! My report was emailed to me even before I had time to wonder if it was ready. Very professional, very personable. I would not hesitate to call them in the future.

The process of identifying and removing asbestos siding from an older house can be incredibly intimidating and daunting. I was thankful enough to find Buffalo Environmental & Construction Group very early in my research process and get some fantastic feedback from Matt Popen who handles that side of their business. Im the type of person who has a million questions and Matt was incredibly responsive to my endless emails - always answering both quickly and thoughtfully. Matt conducted an inspection, quickly provided me with a quote for the project, I signed the agreement and the work was scheduled to be completed as quickly as possible - which was greatly appreciated. All the proper permits were filed, the workers showed up on time and they did everything that was needed to complete the project - all while being very professional and easy to deal with. Selecting the right company for this type of work is very challenging, and Im really glad that I made the choice that I did. Thank you to Matt and team for taking and anxiety out of a very daunting process!

It was a pleasure working with Matt through Expert Environmental & Construction Group. He was very patient with all of our questions, responsive and professional. We called EECG initially and Matt responded the next morning, he went through or initial concerns and then we setup a day and time for him to come out. He took the time to answer our followup questions through email in detail, very quickly- We were very happy with his response time. He took the trip from Rochester to Buffalo to meet with us personally and do an air quality test in our home. He met with us for sometime in a sit down and went through questions again and gave us great direction and put our minds at ease. I highly recommend contacting Expert Environmental for your needs. I cant say enough about Matts service, were very fortunate to have found the right person and the right company to assist us. Look no further, this is the company to contact. Excellent company. We called them to rule out asbestos in some old insulation. Matt was extremely professional and helpful. Gave out all the options, explained the situation, and didnt try to oversell anything. We got our test results in less than a week. They couldnt be easier or better.
