I recently bought a brand new HD SR 750. I urgently needed a cover to protect my bike from the elements. I figured why not get a HD one. When I went in the first parts advisor, Jonathan, I spoke with was polite and had honest explanations on why the product was so expensive ($150). I asked if a discount was possible, especially if I was willing to buy additional items and he said he wasnt sure and that he wouldnt be the one to be able to approve it. He then told me there may be covers in their clearance inventory. He went back to the desk to look it up. While I was waiting another member of the staff approached me and said no, why should I have to lose money. I was a bit shocked that any employee of any business would approach somebody and use that as an explanation as to not offer a discount. I then asked if he was the manager, he replied that he was not, but he was however the owners son. I was even more blown away. The owners sons name is Jack B. Yet thats not the kicker, when I asked him even if I spent about another $400 on other items would he be willing to extend a discount then. He said no youd have to spend at least $4000 before we offered you any kind of discount. I was so blown away by this interaction I have no idea how this is the face of this business. Now understand me, Im not upset that I didnt receive a discount. If this young man had approached me in a different manor he could have gotten me to buy that cover with no discount. I was desperate as it was literally snowing/raining when my bike was delivered. I walked out of that dealership vowing to never return. Ive told all of my coworkers to make sure I wasnt over reacting and they all echoed my concern. If your not willing to offer a discount thats fine but you dont need to offer extra outside of a no. I felt as if I was being made to be ashamed for even daring to ask for a discount. When I called and asked to speak to the general manager I was connected to a man named Jack (not sure if it was the same Jack). This man after hearing my complaint goes, well Ive never asked for a discount in my entire life; Thats good for you, but I value my money and if I can keep more of it when making a purchase on a product that has an average cost of 50$ the happier I am.The dealership I bought my Street Rod from was shocked when I told them about my interaction. They offered me a discount next time I come there. They are in Mentor OH.Overall its obvious that the people that run this business are only interested in making as much money as they can and have no real concern about the way to communicate with their customers or potential customers for that matter. I will never return to this dealership not even to have warranty work done. I wish them luck and hope they can learn from this experience. It should say a lot when a consumer is willing to travel 2.5 hours to spend their money at another location when your business is right down the road.P.S. I purchased a cover for $50 at walmart that has a 2 year warranty.
Man that was unlike any Harley-Davidson dealerships Ive walked into in a long time.As we travel for work I like to pick up apparel for myself and other club members. But this store caters to smaller men than us. All we found on the racks went up to XL some XXLBUTWe are slightly larger motorcycle enthusiasts ranging from 3xl to 5xlBut to give credit there is a hell of a nice collection of antique/ hard to find small Harley motorized machinesPlus he has a dispay of gear he or someone has used in the hard Buffalo winter riding. A long lleather coat and leather mittens and also a few bikes down a Native American pullover shirt/jacket... if these items would have been for they would have been hanging in my garage now
I walked into the dealership with My father who wanted to buy a brand new Heritage. The salesman was rude, completely un-engaging and seemed as though he couldnt be bothered. His entire demeanor just sucked. Not only did he lose the sale on a brand new Heritage, but he lost our business entirely. I definitely wont be shopping there again!
From SC, visiting and thought I’d get some T-shirts. Not a single person greeted me, other than after I crossed the store to the women’s department to tell me put a mask on. The graphics on the shirts are very outdated. No one asked if I was looking for anything or said thanks for coming in on my way out :/
I always have a great experience when I go into Buffalo Harley. Everyone there is really friendly and they always answer all my questions. Katie in motor clothes is awesome! She helped me pick out the perfect jacket for riding. She will never steer you wrong. Greg was great when I bought my bike and the guys over in service are awesome too!
I have had nothing but positive experiences with them since theyve opened. I have used the service department for everything from installing a 95 kit, installing tires, to inspections. Geoff in service is a true businessman but also a gentleman. He was able to get me into service with a flat on a Saturday afternoon and if things are taking longer than usual, hell call when most local shops would make you wonder where your bike is until you call. It was just a day at work to them, but they got me back on the road in a matter of hours. Prices are industry average for the service and there is a small, motorcycle museum on site. Only complaint-bathrooms are only average for a dealership. Edit- RIP Geoff, you’re one of a kind.
Each time I’ve been there the people have always been rude. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a female and there just are not as many female riders in this area as in others or if just their standard, but it’s what I’ve experienced.Recently, I tried to get a quote from them for the sale of my bike and was again treated rudely. Short, demanding email responses in place of just taking the five minutes to communicate with me.I didn’t care for this location before and I certainly do not care for them any more now. I will continue to dissuade people from conducting any business with them.Very sad considering Harley’s standards.
I was traveling from Charlotte NC and had an issue with my Road Glide. They took me in right away and got me back on the road within three hours. They were life savers and did an excellent job on the repairs. I will be forever grateful to this dealership and I highly recommend them.
Rode up from NC, hit some debris in the road and called to see if I could get a new front tire installed. John told me they would fit me in and to bring it up! When I arrived Geoff got all my info and I asked if they had time to do an oil change as well. Geoff said they would handle it and I requested that they look my entire bike over since I was only 800 miles into my 2500 mile trip. They had me back on the road in 3 hours!!! Great people and great service, I will definitely pass that along to the people in my circle! Awesome job!
Nice clean showroom with amazing displays of antique Harley Davidsons. They have a good selection of new and used motorcycles and motorcycle accessories. I would have given 5 stars but they didnt have anything as far as deals or sales within their motorclothes department. Staff were friendly and willing to assist. This dealership is easy to locate and only a short distance from the interstate.
Had a father daughter day with my dad he had to stop at the store to pick up a part for his bike. I have had experience with the OP store and I am pleased to say that I had very positive experience with this store too. Ended up leaving the store with gift cards and shirts for my family in Alabama!
I brought in a front and back wheel as well as tires and a tube. I was charged $191 to have the tires mounted. And they claimed that the brand new in the package tube I brought them had a hole in it. Keep in mind they didn’t even have to take the wheels off the bike. Go to your local motorcycle shop, the Harley Davidson corporation is only interested in your money.
Beware of the fine print! I am an avid motorcycle enthusiast that owns multiple bikes, and currently teaching my daughter to ride. My wife bought me a pair of gloves from this establishment that I didnt want. I tried to return them, however it was after 30 days... And in there defense it does say right on the receipt no returns after 30 days. So why the bad review...because this policy is slipped buy the consumer AND the lady at the desk was rude and condescending. I am a small business owner myself and this is just not how you treat people. I hate to write a bad review however this was my experience.
Stopped in iming back from the falls. Just wanted a shot glass and shirts for wife and I. Girl at the clothing counter was super awesome. Very helpful and friendly. Makes me want to drive back up there just to say hello. Lol. Really. She was super helpful. There where 2 girls at that counter. Both where helpful. But the thinner girl was off the hook good. Thanks for the great service.
Worst dealership in the U.S. Dont go there unless you want to get taken advantage of. Terrible customer services and certain staff are nothing but liars. The parts department worker was the most deceitful man I have ever dealt with. His knowledge was awful and after HE ordered the wrong parts, refused to give me my money back. Never mentioned their no cash refund until after the transaction was complete. I have never been ripped off so badly in my life. At this point I would rather give up riding then have to deal with Buffalo Harley Davidson again.
Zero. This owner is rude. My boyfriend called him and asked if he would be interested in his bike. Owner: Sure bring it in Tells him we would be there the next morning. We drive over an hour to get there. He says you should have called before you came I have an appointment downtown. He rushes outside ahead of us takes a look at the mileage (which for a 2004 is low) and says no Im not interested too many miles. Fair enough but wouldnt you think he couldve ask how many miles is on it BEFORE we drove out there on a 40 degree morning? Like I said RUDE!
I purchased a leather jacket online for a christmas gift on black friday at a discounted price. The jacket was too small so I returned it to the store to exchange it and was told I would now need to pay regular price because the jacket was no longer on sale. The cashier at the store wasnt helpful at all! I ended up calling Harley Davidsons customer service and received the customer service I needed. I will not be going back to this store!
If I could I would give less than one star they Ignored the problem I came in with charged me a large amount for a clamp and a couple screws. I took it to another dealer who could tell immediately it was a transmission problem and fixed it under warranty an entire month was wasted because of them . I will never get anything done there again
I have been in there several times mostly to look around and purchase motorclothing or merchandise. Went in over the weekend to look at purchasing one of their used motorcycles. We couldnt take a test ride until the weekend because of their insurance requirements. Came back on Saturday morning. Took one bike on a test ride. Got back tot he dealer, we were interested in buying. We had the cash so no financing was necessary. My husband wanted to talk price, bike needed new tires. The Salesman said flat out he wasnt going to put any more money into the bike, plus he didnt want to sell to someone who lived out of state because he wouldnt gain a customer. Needless to say, we walked from the deal. We also let him know that we were planning on bringing a big group up in the next mouth and would take them to the dealer, but after his attitude, we arent going to be doing that. So the dealer just lost out on about $2000 in retail sales because of one person and lost out on my family and friends living in the area to purchase anything more from the dealer.
I have been struggling with finding a good pair of riding glasses for my bike . Katie did a fantastic job with being patient with me and helping me even tho the one i wanted she didnt have she didnt try to sell me another brand she had in stock . Thank you very much for all your help
No longer in business, very sad and disappointing to see such a great business fail. My apologies to all. I was very fortunately mistaken in saying that Buffalo Harley Davidson was closed. They are very much open but have moved the location 0rchard Park. My apologies to the people at Buffalo Harley, I have enjoyed doing business with them in the past and although I obviously havent been to there current location I intend to do so very soon.
Brought my sportster in the orchard park store for a upgraded clutch and primary chain. was told it should take about 2 weeks from start to finish. here I am almost a month later and still not done. they just keep giving me the run around about why its not done. I will be going to gowanda or Jamestown Harley from now on.
I absolutely love the place. There good to me & they were good to my girl.John, the owner & Jeff in service are truly fellow brothers in the wind.Thank you both for making my ride safe & dependable. My girl has passed with cancer but loved to ride.Shes with me in spirit everyday.Thank you John for the donation for her benefit.RIP CHARLENE KOEHLER,love ya.
My husband is a Veteran and collects Harley t-shirts from all of the dealerships we come across as we vacation across the United States. However, this particular dealership does not honor our veterans and will not give a discount to them as the other dealerships do. Plus, this one was by far the rudest and unfriendiest of them all.
I was there in the springtime they told me that they would buy my motorcycle for $4,200 I went back today and they lowered it to $3,000 saying that its the wrong season to sell a motorcycle and hes going to have to sit on it till next year I dont understand how it could go down $1,200 in 4 months but I will look elsewhere for my next Harley

2018-08-25Very clean and well merchandised store. Huge collection of antique and interesting bikes worth stopping by for alone. Friendly staff came out 15 minutes before closing to look at a mechanical issue on my bike. Couldn’t have been more helpful!

2022-07-23Update: went there for parts. They told me the system says they have it but cant find them. Lazy and unorganized. This place isnt even good for partsNot pleased. Will happily take my business elsewhere. Lost my registration, put the spacers in the front tire on wrong and ruined my breaks and the belt was so far out of adjustment when I got my bike back from this place. What kind of sick joke is this place.

John wasnt in but Greg took good care of us. Theyre having a demo weekend over Memorial Day weekend. Food, beverages, demos, prizes n fun.

2021-04-14I purchased my brand new street glide from Buffalo Harley Davidson. I was very impressed with the easy of the purchase and the entire process. Katie in the merchandise/clothing is a total rock star! She would not let me buy anything that did not look right or didn’t fit just perfect and that is what I call amazing customer service! I will be back to see Katie and the rest of the guys!
