Ive been a patient of Dr. Michael Cicchettis for quite a long time now and have always had a positive experience. He has helped me so much to manage my pain with regards to damage done to my cervical, lumbar and hip. He has always shown kindness and concern to find the right treatment plan and offers out of the box solutions as well to avoid surgery. The staff has always been kind and understanding with reasonable wait times. I highly recommend Buffalo Spine and Sports, theyve helped me to improve my life and continue to do so.
I cant sit here and say any of the medical staff is bad, because to be honest, with the TWO experiences Ive had with a doctor and a physical therapist, they were actually great! However dealing with the other staff is genuinely such a difficult experience. Doctor says I cant get approved for MRI until I try PT. I cant even get my second appointment with them because it has proven to be the most challenging effort on receptionist end. First red flag was being told that I need to call the office and ask them if they have called my insurance and approved me for physical therapy. I understand that I need to be approved for PT- its life- but like most Americans, I work, and sadly dont have enough time to remind my doctors office to call my insurance. Ive genuinely never had this happen to me. Most of the time, the office will contact my insurance for me and call me to schedule an appointment. When I finally got around to calling, I called once over 3 days, and ended up leaving 2 voicemails (which youre not supposed to do, I assume theyre tired of people leaving voicemails asking when are they going to call back- they explicitly say leave only one voicemail!). The last time I called was on the 21st of July and I havent heard since. Even insurance nurses are shocked when I explain my issue with this office. Id avoid this place at all cost.
Wonderful team of physicians and physical therapists. Dr. McAdam and the other physicians are kind, honest and empathetic. They give clear explanations and offer realistic expectations. I feel like they really have my best interests at heart. If the diagnosis is not an easy fix, they’re not afraid to say it. Trust me, I’m not an easy fix. Nadya in physical therapy is phenomenal. I trust them implicitly for all of my aches and pains over the years.
Terrible. Dr. Cicchetti is the most arrogant man Ive ever met. That place can post all his awards all they want, it doesnt make up for being cold, arrogant and pretty much ZEROn social skills. I was told what my MRI results were over the phone and that no one can tell me anything until my follow up appointment TWO MONTHS from now. I told them to have someone let me know what I should and shouldnt be doing until then since Im in pain with 2 herniated discs and ZERO advice or sympathy for that matter. Its rude. Money hungry company. They all know it.And to edit this after their response below ( amazing that they will try to defend themselves when they see a bad review but wont call a patient back to help them with advice after given an MRI result)....I was NOT given ANY recommendations and am STILL waiting for a call from a doctor there. And I called 3 times this week to ask why I hadnt gotten a call from the doctor to which the arrogant girl said we dont have on record here that youve called. Then followed by then telling me all I can do is leave a message with the doctor and I asked if anyone actually would call me back and she just kept saying all I can do is leave a message. This means a phone call with with any recommendations wouldnt be making them any money unlike my appointment almost 2 months away. Which was infuriating. So now, your Google review response is also a lie. Ill update when I actually receive a call with advice from a doctor..... And Im not holding my breath. If you have any recommendations like you are trying to lie about... WHAT ARE THEY?!?! Maybe youll tell me on this review since no one over the phone every did!!!!!!! Ha doubt it though ; )
I have been coming to BSS for about 10 years and I can’t thank Dr. Cicchetti and his team for the incredible care I’ve received. Having spinal and cervical issues are more complicated when factoring in that I’ve had Stage 4 Cancer for most of this time. Dr. C understands how important it is for me to live as much life as I can and has spent so much time with me to ensure that the best option is always available to me. And I have give Jarrod a plug for his professionalism and personal touch with everything from my scheduling to my post-procedural follow ups. Absolutely highly recommend Buffalo Spine & Sports!
The provider I seen was perfectly nice. Trying to get ahold of someone and the lack of follow up is disheartening. I sought out care in hopes of getting a rescue medication and learn about curative options. I was told a specialty pharmacy would call me and they never did. I even spoke with the office manager about my concerns and still did not receive any follow up. Because of the lack of organization in the office, I decided not to move forward with physical therapy. So, now with no trust in the office, and still not having medication Id say Im worse off than before I was seen in the office. Id stay away.
Great experience... or not! From the moment my name was called and the voice disappeared into the hallways withoutme evenseeingwhat direction he went, I was rushed in and out. The person doing my intake was very short and claimed he didnt want to take up the doctors time. When the doctor came him, he told me he could not get my MRI to load and was unable to see it. With the notes I pulled off my phone, he decided my only option was an epidural. When I had mentioned 3 other providers suggest I discussedSurgery, he got very worked up and said I was too young for a spinal fusion. I really hope that this doctor does not believe that spinal fusion is the only Surgery available. My insurance request was then denied because the office didnt provide them with ANY notes that would support the request. Complete Fail.
Been trying to call for over an hour, yet despite constantly being told Im caller number 1, no one ever picks up. Ive previously left messages, no response. The doctors may be great, but how would I know, as I can never get anyone to pick so I can schedule. So frustrating.
Dr. Michael Cicchetti is a wonderful, knowledgeable doctor! He takes the time to understand what your condition is and what the correct course of action is! In my case, I had knee pain, using ultrasound, he diagnosed my issue and was able to give me an injection on the spot, giving me the relief I needed! With some exercise as well, I’m good as new!! Thanks, Dr. Mike!!! You are the best!
I highly recommend Buffalo Spine and Sports for rehab and treatment. I have seen Dr Michael Cicchetti most recently who at my first visit reviewed my MRI with me and explained the nature and cause of my pain radiating down my hip, thigh and leg.He promptly scheduled me for an injection, a transforaminal epidural injection. He was very good at explaining everything he was doing during the procedure, was kind and gentle. I had a previous bad experience elsewhere and found this a much better experience including the injection it self and great bedside manner.Following this part of my treatment ,physical therapy with Connor, was arranged to help me with strengthening my core and to help me get back to my previous exercise regimen.Connor is very good about explaining why we are doing what exercises and always takes the time to answer my questions. I feel the care was quite comprehensive and between this plan of care, I am feeling better and looking forward to getting back to my usual routinues.
I recently developed pain in my lower back that came on very quickly. Being very active, enjoying playing sports and other physical activities, I needed to quickly determine the cause and develop a plan to get me back in action. I was referred to Buffalo Spine and Sports and specifically Dr. Michael Cicchetti. I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours and was seen by Dr. Cicchetti. To begin with as a new patient I was impressed by the process to quickly get my information into their system. I first met with Jarod who was very friendly and within minutes he took all my required information making it easy and efficient. Within 5 minutes Dr. Cicchetti began my evaluation and quickly determined what he believed to be the root cause of my pain and lack of mobility. He discussed 3 options of treatment and ordered an X-ray to confirm his initial diagnosis. I was able to get the X-ray within 15 minutes and the results were immediately sent to the Dr. Cicchetti. Prior to leaving his office we agreed on the treatment path I would take. Later that day I received the results of the X-ray which did in fact confirm the initial diagnosis. I followed the plan I was prescribed by the Dr. and over the next 3-4 days the pain began subsiding and my mobility showed signs of improvement.Over the next 5 days there was steady improvement. Within 2 weeks after my initial appointment I was back on the Golf Course playing a few rounds a week pain free, while returning to all my other physical activities. I cannot thank Dr. Cicchetti and his staff enough for their professionalism, listening skills, diagnosis, and treatment plan to get me back in the game!I highly recommend them!
My husband Paul was referred for severe pain in his shoulder last fraying with increased to pain and his back. The pain became unbearable and nothing was done until he insisted upon an MR late that summer. Finally, 5 days after the MRI with us begging for the results, a PA saw him and told him the MRI was abnormal and to “hope and pray” it wasn’t an infection. She promised to rush approval for another MRI with contrast. Instead after waiting and then calling, dr. Cichetti had the arrogance to call my daughter and leave a message that I was bothering them and if my husband went to the emergency room he be sent home with the over-the-counter Motrin they prescribed. Instead we went to the emergency room and learned my husband had end-stage cancer to and he died shortly thereafter at 57 years old. During this whole ordeal the only interaction with the a doctor was the rudeness of Dr. to me and my daughter over the telephone. My husband never even was seen by a doctor despite the fact we were begging for help. While they might have not changed the ultimate outcome if a doctor had seen my husband at least he would not have been suffering to the same degree and could have gotten treatment months earlier to prolong his life. Because of this practice, my family‘s life will is filled with grief. The response is wholly inaccurate. My husband first sought treatment for shoulder pain (for a cancerous cervical spine lesion) and was thereafter referred by Excelsior Orthopedics. He had no MRI until 8/20 at our insistence. And I spoke to a PA as well as Dr. Michael were both repeated their dismissive comments that my husband was overreacting and I was bothering you.
I decided to change practices for pain management due a recommendation from an orthopedic surgeon I saw. My experience with the phone echoes other patients who wrote reviews. Hire more staff in September when unemployment checks end! Due to this issue I stop in the office to make appts. My time is precious & do not have time to waste on the phone. Dr. M. C. is great. Jarod needs to work on his people skills. He was abrupt & seemed annoyed the morning I was seen as a new patient. I too am a health care professional & would not treat patients in this manner. I was left in the dust as he walked away very quickly & disappeared around the corner. With my lower spine issues I cannot walk as fast as I used to.Sorry if he has a plethora of patients to see, get over it. However, he was better with the post procedure phone call. I was also told by the office personnel the patient’s are notified of approval b/f they are. I questioned BC/BS & was told the treating MD office is notified at the same time. Every time I stop in to make an appointment the staff @ the desk is very pleasant.
I called this am to make an appointment. I was directed to a message board where I left my number, name, and birth date. The mail box said someone would call me as soon as possible. It is now 6 pm and no call.Reception area needs some help with communicating with clients. I have had 2 instances in where I showed up for an appointment, only to be told my appointment was in a different week. There is only one receptionist who is professional and kind and listens.
No one ever returns a phone call. Horrible service been trying to just talk to a human for a month now. Have left numerous messages to be seen for a consult and physical therapy and no one calls back. They just keep you waiting in pain not knowing if they will take you as a patient or not.
I echo the resounding comments already posted as they relate to the gross lack of attention from the office personnel. I’ve had the same misfortune placing calls that are unreturned. A few days ago (to my surprise) I was called. There was a commitment that a follow up would take place that day. You can guess what happened. I’ve yet to receive a treatment plan and am in pain everyday. I believe the Doc’s care about their patients but it’s clearly obvious the the ancillary office staff doesn’t.
I had a scheduled appointment for just under a month. I was called and asked to reschedule due to the physical therapist was not going to be in on my scheduled day (ok ...things happen) I arrive at the office for my rescheduled apt. Only to be advised you are not on our schedule After waiting 30 minutes for them to try to figure out what happened. I was told you are going to have to reschedule. WHAT...Needless to say I AM NOT IMPRESSED! Thank for wasting my time, gas and leaving me in PAIN. I will definitely be calling Dr. McAdams to let him know how his office is being ran!
I previously had a very high opinion of this practice as they have been very helpful with my back issues in the past. I dont know what is going on recently, but their customer service is horrendous. I called to schedule an appointment on Monday and left a message - no call back. Same thing on Tuesday - again no reply. So today I decided to wait in the queue and after being on hold for 40 minutes, do I get to talk to a live person? No - same damned recording saying to leave a message. Looks like its time for me to find another Orthopedic practice.
I will start off by saying I never write reviews, but I just had to write a review of how amazing this office has been. I moved here from Chicago a few months ago and getting my medical care transferred has been very stressful, but not at this office! They have been absolutely wonderful...from obtaining my previous records, to assisting with insurance, and scheduling! My initial visit was the same experience, they did not rush me and were very helpful with all my needs. Wonderful staff and experience all around!
My husband was seen at this location on 07/07/2021. The front staff was rude and condescending. When he requested to pay the copay, they said, “No,” and laughed at him as he walked away. When he was called back to his appointment by Jarod, Jarod called his name and left - he didn’t wait to direct my husband where to go. While being examined, Jarod’s demeanor was questionable enough for my husband to ask what was wrong. Jarod reported to needing to interview a lot of clients today. The information gathering and treatment was impersonal. It seems patient treatment is based more on quantity of those seen versus quality of care. We definitely do not recommend.
UPDATE: The office took responsibility for their error and zero-balanced my Botox unit.UPDATE: I was eventually told I received pre-auth for the Botox itself and scheduled the appointment. At the appointment, I verbally verified that the pre-auth was specifically for the Botox itself and was reassured that it was. After the appointment, however, I received a letter from my insurance that the Botox pre-auth was DENIED. I then received discrepant bills from Buffalo Spine and Sport charging me for the Botox. I called and was passively told that it I had to pay, even though it was their mistake (with no apology). The option of Botox One was no longer available because too much time had passed (with unreturned phone calls). I was insistent and they gave me the sales reps phone number to try to get my bill reduced. The office staff s*cks. Communication is poor. The physicians are great (they listen and are not dismissive), however the office staff is a headache to deal with! I had a horrible time trying to schedule Botox injections to treat piriformis syndrome and wasnt able to schedule an appointment before the calendar year ended and my deductible reset. The physician who performed my EMG initially listed piriformis syndrome as a differential and discussed Botox with me at the time, but I was told I needed to come in for another visit before anything could be decided. When I was finally seen, I was told (by the doctor) the pre-auth could take 1-2 weeks. I was robo-called 2 days and then again 3 days and 4 days later that my pre-auth was approved and I needed to call to schedule an appointment. When I called, however, I was told they couldnt schedule my appointment and they would call me back. No one called me back. When I called again, I was told I needed two separate visits; one for the ultrasound and one for the EMG (even though these two things needed to be performed simultaneously along with the injection). I was then informed that the pre-auth only covered the ultrasound and EMG and NOT the Botox. I could not, in fact, make an appointment even though, at that time, the doctor was already scheduled out 3+ months. A few days later I received a letter in the mail regarding the approval for the pre-auth which did not specify if it was in fact for the Botox. I have yet to hear from anyone at their office.
Definitely give this us office a call if you are in search of pain relief. From the time I called the office to make my appointment to when I walked out the door, all of the staff were kind, knowledgeable and punctual. Dr. Cicchetti really knows his stuff and listened closely to all of my concerns. He put together a comprehensive plan and steps to getting my life back. The authorization department and schedulers are some of the best out there. Very happy with Buffalo Spine & Sports Medicine!
Im reading the reviews that state the same problems Im having, and Im not officially a patient yet. Ive tried to contact a live, living human being many times, and even left my ONE message as so stated on the recording, and have never recieved a return call as of yet, and this is totally unacceptable! What kind of professional medical office operates this way? With all of the educated doctors and the OWNER that are employed there, where is the COMMON SENSE business practices, how do you help your patients with the absolute worst office and phone policies and service? Lol at your response to use patient portholes to communicate, what has your business become, and Im not even a registered patient so I cant use it.Awful business practices, stay away everyone, plenty of other spine businesses in our area.....
The quality of care here is amazing- IF you can get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment. Why cant they hire staff given all of the reviews here? This was an issue before COVID- it has just become worse. Dr. Meechan is an awesome chiro and I have seen him for a variety of back issues for the past 5 years- sadly I am thinking of leaving the practice so that I can get an appointment!
I am on phone call/message #4 without a return call. Recieved an automated call that my authorization was received , and to call to schedule the procedure. How do you run an Orthopedic office this way?Edit, I went to the office today and the receptionist (the only 1) made my appointment for me. PS: I only waited an hour (after she had checked people in who had appointments).
Not only did it take weeks to get ahold of Someone to make an appt, I was finally seen two weeks ago and instructed to start pt right away. However, they have failed to send any information into workers Comp or the pt office delaying my ability to start. Myself, the pt office and my workers comp nurse call every day and cannot reach anyone. I have my follow up this week and guess what still haven’t started pt and I’m in pain everyday and can’t work. So now I’ll be forced to be out even longer bc they can’t seem to get their act together. I have a family to feed ya know?! It’s not hard to send in standard forms and notes to wc when everything is digital. There is no excuse. I don’t care how short staffed you are, you can hire people to answer phones, and manage your time better. Get an answering service, something. This is unacceptable. You owe it to the community , your employees and your patients to do a better job.
As a medical professional as well as a patient, I give my highest recommendation to the professionals at Buffalo Spine and Sports. Following a recent back injury, I was treated in their office. The treatment was efficient, compassionate and the best part is that they resolved my problem. From the Doctors to the assistants and the clericals, all were friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend their services.
Avoid Buffalo Spine & Sport. The first time I went, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my appointment. Then when I finally saw the doctor, she was cold at best. I was recommended physical therapy. They werent even in communication with them when I went to PT, so the therapist had to start from scratch. Essentially, I could have skipped spine and sport and gone right to therapy. Second appointment rolled around and I arrived at my 9:45 appointment time. They then turned me away because I had not been there 20 minutes early. No one informed me when I made the appointment that I needed to be there 20 minutes early. So despite being on time and informing them that I had to take off work and driving 30 minutes, they wouldnt see me. Why not just book someone for 9:25 if this was the case?!?!?
While I cant speak to the care given at Buffalo Sports and Spine, I can speak to the quality of the office, which is just as important. I had an appointment there over 6mo ago. When I realized I would be out of town at the time of my appointment, I cancelled it-weeks before. After the time my appointment would have been, I began receiving statements with a no-show fee. I have tried to call many times, left many messages but have received NO calls back. I have contacted their billing dept, but am unable to leave a message and the phone just rings and rings. Its been a frustrating experience. This seems to be a poorly run office with little customer service.
If they picked up their phone, that would be a plus. On multiple occasions, I waited on hold for 10+ minutes while being told that I was caller number one. Voicemails asking for a return call did not yield a return call in a timely manner. I will gladly take my business to an establishment that can handle the intricacy of having someone answer the phone.
The MDs & PAs are terrific. Been going here for several years. The phone system is RIDICULOUS. No human ever picks up & when you wait in the holding que forever, it puts you into voicemail anyway. Then IF anyone calls you back it’s 2-3 days. It has been like this FOR OVER A YEAR so claiming to be short staffed or cuz of Covid-19 or being told the phone system is having issues is not an excuse. If things don’t change rather soon I will be looking to go elsewhere. Shameful circumstance to say the least!!
I first went here for a herniated disc in my back. Got pretty good treatment. Since then I visited them for severe pain in my wrist, waited an hour in the doctors office for I think his name was Paul. He did a little twisting and turning of it and told me to take Tylenol and rest....really. thanks. I had an appointment with them today for pain in my knee Ive had for 2 months. I was 4 minutes late to the appointment and the doctor would not see me at all and the next reschedule date was august 31st. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I believe the doctors name was Jared like I would even reschedule with him. What a pompous ass hole. I am switching my doctor over to Buffalour orthopedics who have great reviews from doctors and patients. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUFFALO SPINE AND SPORT
Their customer service / front desk is horrendous. You call there phone number , and unable to ever talk to them . I had to leave a message.. No call back. Same thing 4 times with in the last month! - again no reply. So I decided to wait in the queue and after being on hold for 30 minutes, than the same recording saying to leave a message. Well I have and never received a call back !! Than I received a no show bill . Called the billing number and guess what a recording to leave another message!!! Shame on them !!!
I moved here from Pittsburgh Pa. After having a massive stroke, I developed a brain damage induced spasm in my left foot, causing the foot to spasm into a hook. Surgery to correct the hook involved breaking all 5 toes and fusing them into walking position, and lengthening achilles tendon to allow ability to walk. Brain damage keeps trying to spasm a foot that cannot bend. Expert application of Botox injections into spasming muscles enables me to walk, and even participate in some sports again. The key is EXPERT precise injections. I had them for several years in Pittsbugh, and they worked pretty well. The injections were excruciating painful there.Buffalo Spine and Dr Chichetti were recommended because of skills needed and my desire to become more mobile and less spasm pain. Dr. Chichetti looked at Pittsbugh notes, did some further examination, and added some muscle locations. The results have been improvement in mobility and better pain tolerance and endurance. PLUS her skill at injections are FAR less painful .The staff is very attentive and helpful. Appointments are scheduled well, and wait time for treatments at the office are minimal. Dr Chicetti is pleasant and thoughtful...looking for more ways to improve treatment each time I come, which is every 13 weeks.I HIGHLY RECCOMEND this practice for treatment!
Yes the phone service is horrible, But Dr.C and Jarod Are great Ive had a cortisone shot administered by Dr.C painful yes but he was super gental and informative, His wife administered 2 epidural shots shes the same as her husband, Super gental and informative as the procedure is administered, Thomas in physical therapy was great as well,Dr.C wants to avoid surgery and i agree he doesnt waste time with procedures that have little effect other than the phone system i have no complaints at all.
I have been seeing the Doctors of Buffalo Spine and Sports for several years now, and I have also been with Therapy, They have been great !!. My injury is a reoccurring injury and have had it over 20 yrs. I am for the most part able to get in when I have problems, but the most part I have scheduled appointments with them. I see several of the doctors for the problems I have and on a scale of 1 out of 10 I would rate them 8.5 - 9, I wish I could say that for some of the other doctors I have seen over the years. I would also recommend them as Pain Managers. They have always listen to my complaints and have offered their assistance when I have needed them. All I know is when I have been in pain they have been their for me!!
I injured my back at work. I called and made an appointment. I filed comp claim at my place of work. I still havent received any paperwork or any other info from the WCB or my employer (1 week later). Im in constant pain, cant sit, cant lie down, sleep, anything to relieve pain. Im also on coumadin so I cant take anything for pain. So I go to my appointment at Buffalo Spine and Sports and they wont even let me in the door because I dont have my workers comp information and they cant bill me. Theyre more concerned about getting paid than helping people in pain!!
Exam room didnt have a sink. Dr and accompanying med student were thorough and answered all questions without rushing. The soonest available appointment was 4 weeks for me. They recommend therapy but I didnt feel any pressure to commit. Front staff is typical inner city nail bling style. Everone was courteous and helpful.
Lynn Fries works with Dr. McAdam. She is one of the most caring and helpful people that I have had the pleasure of dealing with in the medical field. She makes calls to check on your well-being when you are not well. She finds ways to make life easier and more meaningful. She loves her job ,and you can see it in her attitude. I thank her for all she has helped me deal with....FOR MANY YEARSI do not like the doors that lead into the reception room. They are manual and heavy.
Worst service and care Ive ever received.Have messed up comp paperwork filling it out incorrectly and sending them the incorrect information.Too many patients, too many offices, no one is particularly assigned to 1 or another you are a number and they shuffle you around from office to office when theres an issue the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing

2022-07-10My experience with both the physician and physical therapist were fantastic. No complaints about either of them. However, my issues come with the scheduling department. I arrived to one physical therapy appointment only to be informed it was at another location (which they had never told me), at the next appointment I was informed I had canceled my appointment (which I had also never done), when I called to cancel an appointment due to feeling unwell I was informed I had an appointment I never booked. I’ve worked in the medical field myself for years and we would NEVER book or cancel appointments without informing the patient. It just seems incredibly disorganized there. Almost feels as though it’s a scheme to make a quick buck off cancellation/no show fees

2022-02-24Love the doctors, staff and location. However, 35 minute wait on the phone to talk to someone on a Thursday morning. No possibility of rescheduling a routine appointment until four months out. This facility needs to do better by its patients. Get a phone service or something. Hire another physician to take the overload of people who need help. Its cruel and selfish.

2022-02-01Phone and front desk staff very rude unfriendly, physician assistant Martina very nasty and not considerate of patients needs and not open to listening and fully addressing concerns. Physical therapist Nadia was great, would not recommend this place for absolutely anything else. They are even giving me difficulty when requesting to send my notes to a new provider. Find an Ortho that really cares.

2022-06-08My Drs have fought hard with the insurance company for me. They have finally been able to get me where I need to be....pain free. Dr Michael Cicchetti and Dr Meechan have kept my pain manageable and when I have had major flair ups they see me as soon as possible. And Dr Cicchetti assistant, Jared has been great, he is a fighter for his patients. Ok, the front staff isnt what it used to be and trying to call in and actually speak with someone is horrendous, and that is the reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5 stars. Thank you Buffalo Spine and Sport for working hard for me and dealing with my insurance co and with no-fault.

2022-03-25Front desk staff are so rude! Drs are fantastic! No one answers the phone when you are trying to get a script for an MRI, Medication. Was just on hold for 23 minutes. I get to the next in line and got hung up on. Why isnt the experience of the office staff as important of the medical care?

2022-06-23All I can say is staff was relatively nice but they cant do anything like order an x ray, ct or MRI until you have had 6 weeks of PT. With rapid weakening of my legs, severe lower joint pain and other symptoms as well as hx of severely herniated lower lumbar disc I dont have 6 weeks of PT and employment in me to find out if its my back or legs. Im relatively fit and have had no recent trauma or injury. Yet I have to do PT on my back and be listed as back pain with no back pain. Thanks but no thanks I found someone who can actually write a script for an MRI. 5 stars in not helping at all!

2022-05-16If you are serious about making a full recovery after a sports injury then you want Dr. Michael Cicchetti, MD and Connor Smith PT, DPT from Buffalo Spine and Sports Medicine in Williamsville on your team! The care, dedication, encouragement, and focus that I received from both Dr. Mike and Connor was amazing. I have recommended Buffalo Spine and Sports Medicine to my family and friends.

2022-05-03I am an RN with chronic back issues so I have experience dealing with medical offices and Doctors . Buffalo spine and sports has treated me very well over the last couple of years . I fractured 3 vertebrae last August and was treated promptly with transforaminal epidurals . I called and was done in only a day or two . Dr. C and Jarod have been very professional and their therapies have allowed me to continue to work . It can be frustrating sometimes when you call but that’s what happens when staff opt to receive unemployment and an extra 300 $ a week . Just sayin ‘. If the call is that urgent pop by the office . The desk girls are very helpful and sweet . 5/3 . Update : had issues , called and had an appointment a couple of days later . The PA Martina got me in for an injection the next day . She checked with Dr C. and it was confirmed . Got there early today and didn’t even sit down and Jared took me right back . He’s totally efficient and scheduled a few more procedures I need . Dr C came in 5 minutes later and procedure was done swiftly and efficiently. I couldn’t ask for better staff . They keep me employable as an RN .

2022-01-04My primary care physician recommends Dr. Percy, at Buffalo Spine and Sports, but after calling today and not having anyone pick up the phone and having to leave a message, with no call back...I will be looking elsewhere. Thank God I came here to read these reviews, considering this is happening with a LOT of patients and people who arent even patients yet. This is unprofessional, uncalled for, and you should be out of business for this. Has anyone contacted OSHA?
