Buffalo Wild Wings in other cities:
Excellent food and friendly staff. One star lost as they locked the front door before the shopping centre closed, and staff did not how to unlock it, or how someone in a wheelchair would exit the building in case of a fire (their suggestion of using the elevator was not very helpful).
Worst experience ever the waiters are super lazy make you feel unwelcoming. I went with my family yesterday the waiter Tamaika looked like she was having a bad day didnt bring any napkins we had our food and not our drinks after we got everything not ince did she bother to check ifnwe needed anything There was a waiter who was eating wings licking his finger and went to another table to serve food without washing his hands disgusting. Never ever going back.
It was a night when the Brooklyn team played, so I guess that’s why the place was completely full and super busy. We waited around 30-40 minutes for a table. After we ordered we waited about 25 minutes or even more until we got our dishes. We ask our waiter to check on our order, but she never returned with any explanation. The wings were a bit cold and dry, but still it was really tasty. The place itself was clean and had a great atmosphere.
Went to Buffalo Wild Wings, was seated promptly after a quick health scanning procedure and saw a Waitress within 2 mins. All this to say that the service was quick and very unintrusive. The Waitress was nice and I loved that Mai Tai that came with my order.Glad to see that The Troubles hadnt dim the good service that BWW is known for!
Waiters are great here very nice and caring . However, i ordered a shareable with my colleague which the large order of wings that comes with 18 pieces of chicken and u get up to 4 flavors for the price of $25-$26. The wait time to get a table was about 10 minutes which is great , the wait time for the food felt like 45 minutes omg! And then, the wings were cold , we weren’t given plates to eat, the fountain drinks were watery as well. I did ask that the wings be warmed up instead of fussing about them being cold after waiting 45 MINUTES! The food was good just wish there was more cheese on the cheese fires . Other than that this was an okay experience
Honestly, the BWW in the NYC area will never get a 5 star rating. For some reason there is something always wrong every time we come. Whether its not being served for 30 minutes even though its not even full. Or waiting 25 minutes just to get some water. The wings either come out fresh or super dry so its really up to luck. Usually the waiters/waitresses do try their best to accommodate you as best at they can. But sometimes the place is just so packed that they cant do enough. Overall the food is mediocre for the price but the service is usually a bit above standard. I will wait for the day when the stars align and the complete experience is up to standard.
Food not 2 good. Wings were cold and tasted as if it were cooked the day before and reheated. Husband said meat was not fall off the bone but rather chewy and cold in the inside. I asked for no sour cream on taco and they served it with sour cream, the manager was very polite and brought me a new order, staff is friendly it was a clean and comfortable environment but food was terrible. I will not go back.
Went to celebrate my daughters birthday, the service was slow we were placed in a crampy corner and my order was refried and hard as a rock. This was concerning considering I specifically told the waitress that I did not want my wings crispy. The photo attached shows the chicken I ordered however they look perfectly fine e until I bit into them.
Went here before the Islanders vs Sabres hockey game with a bunch of Buffalo alumni. Was a great time! Wing buffet! Wedge fries! Some other fried stuff! Quick clean walk to Barclays across the street. Exactly what I was looking for before watching the Islanders beat up on the lowly Sabres.
The restaurant was nice. The wait time for me was 5mins. I order some spicy wings and strawberry lemonade. I recommend this drink. You cant go wrong. The food took a long time to come out. About 10mins or more. The food was good. The place was very loud. A bit difficult to hear someone thats speaking to you.
From introduction at the front entrance and throughout our dining in service Safety has been their priority. With all the obstacles of our new normal the Barclays Center Buffalo Wild Wings located in Brooklyn New York outshine any obstacles and provide all guest with wonderful experience. The appetizer is absolutely something you must try-- In addition to the Long Island Iced Tea. Have fun be safe and get to Buffalo Wild Wings in Brooklyn
Came here tonight with my 3 best girls. Im pregnant so when the girls ordered shots, our server (George) made SURE to add a shot glass with water in it so I wouldnt feel left out! He was so kind and patient with us and made sure we felt comfortable. I cannot stress this enough, my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings and George made it such an amazing experience!! Im definitely coming back here as long as hes on the clock❤💚💜💙💛
This spot took me by surprise! First of all Debbie the waitress was sweet as can be, very pleasant and welcoming. The Manager Otis...Is what a restaurant manger should be, making sure that customers receive the best service. The wings and side dishes and drinks Excellent selection. The place to go for a beer and bite.
I place an order for pick up at the take out section. Of 2 order of wings and to order of fries. The wait time was 20 min. I decided to walk about the shopping mall. Can back 40 min later and I still had to wait. Fine I can get past that. Received my food, head to my vehicle to eat(because of covid) and I open my blue cheese and found nothing but string of hair..Proceed to call the store .spoke to a manager by the name of Javier, explained to him the situation. And all he said he can do is replace my blue cheese. In return of your major HEALTH VIOLATION!!! Thanks Javier your a great manager Because you this place will loose so much business!!
We were happy to come back for the first time since everything reopened but it was an overall terrible experience. We asked for one item, got told they don’t have it, didn’t offer alternatives. Went straight to my boyfriend and when he was on the phone, seemed so upset that I had to give the order. Brings out our appetizers, and runs to him to give him his wings and ask about sauces. Meanwhile he had to ask about my order and it came out as if they just threw sauce on it. We both didn’t finish our food. Normally I don’t mind but this came off as let’s be nice to the person we think is paying. No forks, no napkins, nothing. It was terrible service. To circle 20%? Absolutely not.
I purchased city pass with special intent to come here. After 30 min lineup, then 20min at the bar when finally I got serviced they told me they no longer accept the pass. Id be nice if they honor it and notify their resaler before the pass is purchased. I purchased it only yesterday!
Ambiance: 1-stars - There was no air conditioning, not a good combo with spicy wings. Women’s bathroom was truly wild.Food: 4-stars - The wings were both delicious and extremely salty. The large fries are not good value for money. They are very small. Not sure what the difference would be between a large and a small fry because I cannot imagine a smaller portion size than what was provided.Drinks: 3-stars - Half the menu was not available but what was available was delicious.Service: 4-stars - Our server was new and seemed to have had hands full but was very kind and helpful. It seems like they were short staffed so sometimes there were longer wait times between ordering rounds of food and drinks.
This establishment is very dirty, first thing i noticed when walking into the restaurant with my family is the number of flies buzzing around the tables and chairs as customers continued to eat. not to mention the terrible customer service from the un organized staff members who did not seem to care about the customers who walked in for lunch. not only did they ignore us while we patiently waited to be seated but they where also too busy have a conversation with the security guard.
If you have been to any other BWW, this location will disappoint. It was dirty and disgusting. There was trash left scattered on the floor, the walls next to the table were sticky and covered in various dried drippings and dust, there was a random hair in my burger and fruit flys buzzing around.
So i came here after work to eat and not only was the staff busy having unrelated work conversations, the only girl who was free said she was too high ti assist me i dont know what the hell that means. At that point i was already annoyed. The security guard was having a full blown conversation with the front desk person and when they were done they directed me to a whole different line. Once i got there, they said i needed my vaccination card which they could have let me know before i stood there for about a half an hour and she said i still couldn’t be served even though i had a PICTURE OF MY VACCINATION CARD ALONG WITH MY ID. Anyways don’t waste your time coming here. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings experience I’ve ever had also the place stinks but anyways.
Horrible service. 1st it took them over 10 mins to come and take our drink order. They gave me a hassle about the rewards nachos which they screwed up. And the wings were over cooked. Forgot the napkins and not once did they ask how was the food. They payed more attention to the table across from us cause they were black and we were white. Will not visit this location ever again.
Normally I love BWW, but this location was dysfunctional. Waited 20 minutes to be seated which is fine. I was given a table and then not one person came by to take my order. I waited 15 minutes and then just left--it was like I was invisible there--even the manager just walked by me without acknowledging me. I walked over to McMahons to eat and was treated like a king.
I walked 20 minutes last Tuesday because I had been craving Buffalo Wild Wings and when I got to the entrance, they said I needed the physical copy of my vaccine card and wouldn’t let me and my friends in. We all had pictures of our vaccine cards and some of us even had the Excelsior pass but they still wouldn’t let us in. We ended up eating at the Applebee’s next door and told them what happened, the waitress said she was there a couple days ago and a picture of her vaccine card was just fine. I think it’s unfair to expect people to just carry their original copies of their vaccine cards around.
Just bad, and I usually love BWW as a somewhat guilty pleasure. This location needs to get at least one part of the experience right (food, service, speed, cleanliness, or drinks), and I would not have been moved to write a bad review. It’s literally chicken wings and beer, should be simple to get it right. Dirty, cold food, slow on all fronts.
Never in my life have I felt so embarrassed as much as I have when visiting this location this last Sunday, 6/30/21. Me and my partner had the NY Sightseeing pass which clearly stated that we were entitled to $15 value pre-fixed meal. The manager on duty flat out refused and stated that this offer was solely part of NY Sightseeing Tours, and thus we no longer accept the pass. He also had mentioned that they had contacted them numerous times to let them know to remove the free offer from their website. I understand the limitations. But is it truly the customer’s fault to travel for over an hour all the way from Manhattan only to find out that the pass isn’t accepted at your facility? I have very close friends in the hospitality industry. A reasonable solution to this problem could have been: “I apologize but we no longer accept the NY Sightseeing Pass. As a one time courtesy for the misunderstanding we’ll go ahead and honor the pass” or possibly give you a discount for the inconvenience. That is how you win customers to actually come back. It was extremely humiliating! This was my partner’s first time in NYC and just to be treated in such a manner was completely unacceptable!!!
I once loved this place but after today, I will never eat there no more. My husband and I went there for dinner, we got seated at 6:30pm and was told to scan the QR code to look at the menu. Am usually patient and understanding but 20 minutes pass and no one came to check to see if we was ready. An other customer that came after us flag down an employee to let her know that our section had not gotten served and she let him know that she was gonna get someone right away. But after another 5 minutes and still no one came I had finally had enough and we had to leave the place. Even while walking out there was no one walking the floor. I know we all trying to get back to something as close as normal but why open your doors if you have no associates.
No quality control whatsoever for delivery. A whole meal missing from the order, mind you it was a kids order. I understand mistakes happen but seriously how hard is it to make sure an $85 order is correct before it gets sent out the door. You know just to make sure a family gets the correct dinner. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again, person I spoke to on the phone showed no empathy at all either, an apology would have at least shown some kind of manners but I guess because they didn’t pack it and they weren’t the ones missing food it didn’t matter. Spend your money elsewhere if having anything delivered from here.
Im a senior, my guy and I went there for lunch. There was no one at front desk so we went in. They sent us out three times.after 15mins we were leaving before they came out to call us back. The person who served us was Asian male and treated us very nice. Today we went back, they gave us the worst table, we asked for another table, however, that wasnt happening. I had to go to the bar for drinks, the young lady said she be back in ten, never came back. We seen the Asian guy and asked him to help us. Once again he was great and received a 50 percent tip. We are a black couple, he twice treated us like we were somebody. Thank you for him
The server forgot about my drinks. I had to wait for so long to start eating because I had no drink then waited another long time for a straw. I have 10 yrs Managing bars and restaurants and one thing I make sure is my staff has all the condiments, and drinks on the table before the food. My boyfriend is a 15 yr Chef, we might give it another chance but we cant assure well get better service next time.
Wqitwd at the host stand for 10 minutes without getting even acknowledged. Went to ask the bartender if there was a host to speak to, and the blue-haired girl behind the bar was extremely rude. Walked myself and my party right over to Applebees instead. Greeted and seated. Really left a bad taste in my mouth, guys.
No stars ⭐️!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!As a loyal & big fan of b dubs I was appalled at the staff at this Barclays location. The staff was incredibly lazy, un motivated, rude and disrespectful. Words can’t explain. Lack of effort, nasty attitudes from all staff, had to basically serve ourselves. The manager extremely unprofessional. Basically walked out of there before eating because I refuse to pay or receive food from people as nasty as that. I will personally go on every platform imaginable to keep people from going here. Disgusting.
Horrible service the bar manager with the blue hair is unethical and unprofessional. Regular customers do not apply to company rules or standards according to this manager. What an embarrassment to buffalo wild wing ! She screamed and behaved like a small rude uncontrollable child.
First they made us wait 30 minutes when there was plenty of tables avaliable. Then were seated at wobbly table thats completely falling apart in back corner. Then next table we moved to was dirty. The waiter never asked if we wanted water with our drinks and basically had to throw my hands in air just to get refills. Wouldn’t return here.
I have been waiting for my order for 2 hours now. It is saying it has been delivered and for the last hours I have been trying to get in contact with the store to check my order. The girl that is answering the phone kept putting me on hold. She did not take any information from me and gave me attitude. I ask to speak to the manager it took 30 minutes to finally get him on the phone and when I told him the issue he put me back on hold. Nobody asked me for any information. I work in food this is very unethical. Even if they are too busy they could’ve too my name before they repeatedly put me on hold. Instead they treat me like I’m annoying or something. I am pregnant and all I want to do is eat my food that I ordered 2 hours ago.
Our first time dining there, Im a 10 yr Manager at bars and restaurants and my boyfriend is a 15yr Chef so we love to dine at other places to see whats good out there. The host was excellent, he accommodated us perfectly (were handicapped)👌He gets 5 stars. When the server took out order it was maybe 10min after sitting. We only got his drinks and I got none, so I stopped the server and told him I also want the same drinks he has. He only brought me the red bull, not the other drink, also no straw, only for him. We got our food and I still had no 2nd drink and no straw. And stood up and see if the server was around, but he wasnt. 3min passed the server was bussing another table, finally after 7min with my burger on the table the server passed by and he still had no straw. I told him I cant start eating if I have nothing to drink and nothing to drink it with. My boyfriend was half way done and I still havent had a bite. When the server came back after all that brought my 2nd drink and straw. After that the server disappeared again. We wanted to pay and leave right away. We want to give this place another chance because we like the food but we felt the server wasnt good at all. 👎
Came in today was sat down after waiting for 40 minutes. Saw at least 3 waittresses and a waiter walking by taking orders from customers that came after us. No waitress or waiter decided to come by to ask if we ordered or so. Unbelievable this place, I ordered to take out instead of waiting. Never coming back to this place. My advice order to take out if not ur wasting ur time waiting inside.
We ordered 30 wings and for fun we ordered five of those to be the carolina reaper wings. When they were delivered every single wing was DOUSED in the reaper sauce and made the meal inedible. There were no paper dividers to separate the wings and they were practically stacked on top of each other. We had ordered dry rub wings along with other sauces wings and because of the packaging every wing had some sort of sauce. AND to top it all off there was wing tips in the meal so a few of the wings were not even chicken and were disgusting. SO disappointed because I love BWW and this was such a disappointment and I definitely will not be ordering from this location ever again. Manager michael was nice but it is apparent there are deeper issues going on at the establishment. AVOID THIS PLACE.
The take-out area is always so disorganized. You never know where to pick up or where to order. There is always just a crowd of people hoping to get someones attention. The customer service is always a toss up. There are a few nice employees but also a handful of the rude ones.
I asked to wait for fresh wings and I was told it would take about 12 minutes. I waited and received the same quality product that the last customer of the night would receive which was old looking and reused oil tasting wings. The male African American cashier was also a little rude like he hated his job and seemed insulted that I would ask for fresh wings. This is the second location ( Other Valley Stream) in which the taste of the wings were horrible. I dont think I will be eating from this entire franchise anymore.
The Atlantic Center location is open for takeout and delivery (through most apps). I popped in for takeout and service was great - the cashier was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me choose the best sauces for me. The order area is clean and they practice strict social distancing. Food came out quickly. If you have 3 or more mouths to feed - I highly suggest the $39.99 - 40 piece special. Took away 1 star, because my large fries was really a small portion in a big box. Otherwise you will Enjoy!
Not so great experience. Wings were a bit cold (previous reviews mentioned that, shouldve paid attention)Also the waiter wasnt the friendliest of all. Place wasnt even half full and I felt like he was rushing it. He brought the bill after I was done with the wings, didnt even asked if I wanted dessert. Hooters is a lot better.
The food was nasty. Almost everything served to me and my posse was cold, like ice cold. I understand things being slow since we were a big group but still it was bad. One of my friends almost didnt get her food, when she did get it, it was soggy falling apart and to be honest almost sickening and unpalatable, which means she was forgetten about. Multiple types of food were ordered, light appetizers that were ordered first ended up showing up last, the pasta was the only thing that was warm and I say that kindly. For a place thats supposedly iconic for their wings, you would think the wings would be steaming hot but it wasnt. Plus the food was hard as hell, even the water was nasty. And we already waited 45 plus minutes which is understandable but why even bother serve us if the food wasnt going to be tolerable.
Even if you are very patient and polite and understanding, you will get bad service. You will not be seated in a reasonable amount of time, you wont be checked on, and you wont be charged the correct amount on your bill. This will happen even if it is nearly empty in the restaurant, and there is no one to distract the server. I say this based on more than one experience with many different sets of workers.I wonder if perhaps they have a high turnover with employees. No matter what the problem backstage is, it shouldnt translate to a bad experience for the diner. I have principles, so I tip well, but I must be honest that I would strongly discourage anyone else from dining here.
Been many times, and it just seems the service is going down. Food is mediocre at best. Ordered the new tots dish that was supposed to have brisket and jalapenos but it was just smothered in sauce and no meat. Had an amaretto sour and the glass wasnt full. Mentioned it to manager and it was made over the same way. depending on time of day and if its the weekend will determine what type of service you get. Wont be returning.
Very crowded, long wait for a table and medium wait for food. Friendly and energetic staff manage very well. Good date environment with low lighting and pop songs from the last 15 years. Every live game on earth playing on the most tvs Ive seen in any sports bar. Delicious wings and fries (and Im not a wing person). Great cocktails too 🍗🍹
I visited this place one night with a friend, after we went to see a show nearby. My friend wanted to watch the basket ball game. They have several large flat screen televisionsI ordered some fries which were okay, but salty. It had a nice crowd in the place and the waiter was nice. The prices on the menu are not too bad, but they need to put more food items on it that non-meat eaters can enjoy. The womens bathroom could be much cleaner. Who is on bathroom duty in this place? They need some more training. What is up with these businesses? They want the customers money, but do not want to provide clean bathrooms for them? The customers should stop spending their money in such places. Why dont they hire someone to do the job right? Who likes a filthy bathroom? I certainly dont. Such a DARN turn off.I will probably make another visit at this location in the future, to see if any improvement has been made.
Loved the hopping atmosphere! My order was incorrect 3 times but manager was very accountable and courteous and the situation just had me and my friend rolling on the floor laughing . Ultimately took the order off my tab and took that and gave great tip to the server for her hustling to make it right. Would recommend having a meal there! Btw...the order was ultimate nachos and the chef kept putting jalapenos in it and Im allergic and was literally choking but survived. 😅
The ambiance was really great. Everyone around seemed to be having a lovely time and enjoying the food.I had the hot sauce on my wings. This was really good. Sufficiently spicey for my liking. I didnt realize the medium was soo large. I had to take half of it home since I was all by myself, despite coming in super hungry. The staff are great too. Lovely place to hang out after a long day shopping.
Great spot to get some grub or wings. Service is ok but could be faster and improved. The wait is running on the long side for getting your food from order to table.Feel free to try the hot wings challenge and burn your taste buds off or just enjoy a casual night out. There are many screens to watch games and sports if that is your thing and the drinks are good enough to give you a nice buzz.If you got wasted you probably spent too much and will regret it in the morning
Originally, I went to their website which acknowledged where I was. I tried preordering via postmates. The wait time was only 17 mins. I was excited. When I was about to pickup the order, I realized they switched the order to the downtown location. I called postmates for help and the wait time was 48 mins. So, I made the 45 minute trek to get cold food. Waited behind obvious tourisy that didnt know the menu for a $10 order. The cashier didnt find my order until I showed my email because I needed to specifically say Postmates. Postmates sent me a $10 coupon immediately after completing the order. Why not give the discount during the order?Well, 1.5 hours later, I reheated and ate the boneless wings and avocado burger. Very salty. Far cry from my trivia night team wing win with some strangers at the bar a few years ago.
As always, it is a great place to catch any sporting event. I went Saturday, Jan 12 and watched the Dallas Cowboys vs LA Rams game. Everyone watching the game was excited and as such I got pumped up too. I had a wings platter and the wings was, as always again, GREAT. I had the Garlic Parmesan wings, the Asian Zing wings and the Honey BBQ wings. I had only a coleslaw as side (The slaw was decent). My food was great. During the game, the bar had a random $2 beer special for about 5 minutes, which was good as it got patrons even more pumped up. All in all, a well spent Saturday night dinner. I will be going back.
Horrible horrible service. The employees really could care less what kind of experience you have. Ive been here a few times and its definitely not on par with other BWW locations. Most recent visit we waited about 30 min for our food, waitress didnt bring our app before meals. When the food came the order was wrong, she brought a sandwich out instead of the salad I ordered. She didnt apologize, just said that she keyed in the wrong item. We then waited an additional 20 minutes for the correct dish, by then my husband had finished his meal. The waitress never came back to the table. Someone else brought my meal out and didnt say one word about the fact that they had made a mistake or that Id waited an additional 20 minutes. Just silently placed the plate in front of me. When we finally got the bill we were charged for all items including the sandwich that we never ordered. Again, no apologies for the mistake, the server just wordlessly took the bill back to fix. I honestly dont know what is wrong with the staff here. They are absurdly rude and bad at their jobs. I will never come back.
If I could give them no stars I would. Every time we order takeout the order is wrong, the food is gross and cold. Every time we have eaten there the staff is rude and bothered and again the food is wrong, gross and cold. For some reason my partner still wants to go back, so today we placed a take out order. I called to make sure they got all of our notes because they ALWAYS mess up our order. I was being as nice as possible, just checking in the make sure they received our notes. Well the girl I spoke with made it very clear she was way to bothered and “busy” to speak to me. On top of that she had ZERO manners. How are you going to work customer service with no manners? I just spent $50 in take out and you’re rude AF. BWW management you need to straighten up the act over at this location.
Food was good, but the bartenders seemed really busy during happy hour. They should get another one on hand because they were always rushing around. But they were also pretty attentive and though they messed up one of my ordered drinks, it still came out well. Maybe just a larger bar section is needed in general? But worth a go after work!
I’m writing this review because I don’t have food to eat...at least from Bdubs. Ordered from Bdubs website at 1:45pm received the order at 4pm via door dash. We were missing a third of our order for a small family get together. We called the restaurant. They dismissed us, said to call door dash. Door dash told us to call restaurant. Called the restaurant and 45 minutes later the manager initiated refund...that’s it. Nothing more. Hope the service is better once covid subsides. Never ordering online again. Thanks Bdubs!
This place is filthy and their entire reservation system mysteriously went down the day of our dinner and we had to find our own seats at the bar after waiting for nearly 35 minutes. The bar server was fantastic but we had to scarf down our food to make it to our show at Barclays. Will likely never be coming back as there are tons of other options in the area.
The wings are decent but the service here is just about always poor. Even on the rare occasion that you have a nice waiter you can still find yourself waiting up to 15 mins for your drink to come. If you are really hungry I do not recommend going to this place. If its a Tuesday and they are doing half priced bone-in wings and you can wait a good hour or more before being seated at primetime then go for it. More often than not the staff doesnt come across as pleasant. Any other day there are a good amount of local spots you can go to for a more fair experience.
It has been a while since Ive been to this location of buffalo wild wing. I love there wings. The environment is very inviting, great place to come and have a quick meal and enjoy the sports thats on the televisions. The waiters are very attentive and helpful. When I come to have wings i love to get the 18 wings where I can choose to add four different flavors. It does suck that they no longer give you 20 wings for the price. Overall Ill be back again.
We waited about 10 minutes before seated. There was a long line behind us. The womens bathrooms were running really low on toilets paper. I mention to the person at the front. She said she would have someone take care of it. When we went back in after we ate, it wasnt done and there was NO SOAP IN THE DISPENSER. HOW can your employees wash their handa before returning to work? Its the laws in every businesses. It wasnt very busy.
The wait at the table was too long. It took the employee who sweeps the floor to find our waitress. We enjoy the food but it appears the wait staff is extremely young and inexperience. A reflection on the management or lack thereof. Lets get it together... so we all can enjoy the food and the service.
This is crazy place I feel bad for this places boss how u can open like this big places and no one in service we are already sitting for 25 min not even person come to get order places was empty 2-3 tables has customers that’s all no one working that’s crazy 20-25 customers came and left without eating
Wife and I ordered the all American cheeseburger w/ fries, buffalo ranch chicken wrap (without tomato) w/ potato wedges, and small order of wings. The wrap came out with tomatoes and french fries.Once the order came put a second time to hand way too much cheese. The fries did not taste fresh at all. While the wings had only half the wings covered in sauce.Overall poor quality, but decent service.
Meal was Delicious, service was not so much. A staff member took out a BULLHORN while everyone was eating thrir food and proceeded to announce that the restaurant was closing at 9pm I was upset. Their were no signs or notice before we walked in the restaurant announcing that they will be closing early we only had 15-20mins to finish our food. Then promptly at 9pm they shut all the TVs and music off. Its a shame because food was good but service was bad. I know it was New Years Eve but business is business.
This was my first time attending Buffalo Wild Wings. The drinks and food came out very quickly. The waiter on the other hand never returned our table to ask if we needed anything. The manager eneded up ringing up our check as the waiter was too busy. Otherwise I would go back again.
Most of the Foods good. hard to get a table sometimes. lunch time is always the best. yes there are some servers that need to step there game up but there some servers that are amazing. over all not a bad place to have lunch. Dinner is just to busy for me to eat there. A plus they have brighten the place up and put in new t.v. much better in my opinion.
This review is solely based on the service not the food. I went with the intention to get some takeout, stood by the takeout area for 10mins without anyone coming to take my order. One customer was waiting to be served before I arrived and a 2nd arrived while I was waiting, still no sign of a server. I went into the main dining area and let a server know Id been waiting a while to be seen for takeout, she redirected me back to the same area and went back to serving the main floor. After an additional 5mins of waiting, I got fed up and elft. Ive never had this experience at other Buffalo Wild Wings branches before and will not be going back.
When will I learn? Went here around 2pm on a weekday, when you might expect to get better service with a smaller crowd.... First of all the place was a mess. There were several tables that hadn’t been bussed so there were piles of dirty dishes all over the restaurant. Next the very simple of order of wings, tenders, and fries took way too long and all of the food was COLD. It must have been sitting out for a while, so not sure why we had to wait so long??Finally the server just disappeared after we got out food. No refills no check in... I’ve been here 3-4 times now and it always disappoints. Writing this so I remind myself never to go back!
Very poor service with our server, Shev. After sitting down it took my server 20 minutes to take our order. With a place that serves hot wings, you would think that your server would check in on you if everything is okay. After having hot wings, I quickly ran out of water and napkins and was in dire need of water. My server never came back to check on us and I had to ask another staff person, which isnt fair since that person wont get a share of the tip.Additionally, Im surprised at how many staff members are socializing and roaming around and not serving customers. If this happened at an asian restuarant many of these people would be fired!
DO NOT GO ON SUNDAYS.Otherwise, this is a great location! Any other day of the week the food is consistently delicious, and the service is consistently pleasant! On Sundays, its an entirely different experience.Weve been so many Sundays but this past one was our last. We waited 15 mins for a table - no problem! The manager, who was acting as host, was apologetic, and I told him we werent in a hurry. He even offered me a stool to sit on because Im pregnant and it felt like (according to my weather app) over 100F outside. That has been our ONLY positive experience on a Sunday at this location. Previous experiences involved managers standing around, servers talking behind the bar while customers sat angry, and even an older male employee picking his teeth and ears while handling menus and just about breaking his neck watch young girls walk around.During our most recent experience, after the polite and accommodating manager, we waited another 15 mins at our table before we were even seen by our server, who simply asked what we wanted. No greeting, didnt bother to apologize for the wait or see if we wanted drinks or appetizers first. . . nothing. They didnt have simple items for my 5yo - mini corn dogs or fruit - so she chose boneless wings instead, but couldnt eat them bc they were so hard. I did something Ive never done before and asked the server to comp the wings and take them back. My daughter didnt wind up eating lunch until we got home. We had to flag him down twice for refills on our drinks (again, it was HOT out), and he walked aimlessly past us 4 TIMES before we finally just flagged him down again for the check. (I say aimlessly because he was just sort of walking back and forth, looking at the TVs and out the windows.) Many other customers, both his tables and other servers, looked irritated, which is pretty normal on Sundays there.I have never spoken to a manager about these issues because there is never a manager around when we are ready to leave, and in the moment Im too aggravated to wait for one. Thats on me, and unfortunately means I cant speak to how the managers would have handled these problems.Otherwise the food is absolutely delicious, and other than Sunday the service really is pretty impeccable. DO NOT GO ON SUNDAYS, but any other day of the week this is a great place to eat!
Its BWW. What do you want from them? Its cruddy overpriced wings and bad burgers. They get a 3 star here because they have an awesome staff that does the best they can with a sub par menu. If a better experience was possible here, the staff would give it to you. Unfortunately, theyre a five star staff saddled with one star food.
Awful, cheap, dirty floor - that is the summary. I went to this place at around 11pm looking for some decent chicken wings to take away after a long day shopping. The staff looked tired but they were friendly. The venue is a sports bar which is great but you could tell the floors were sticky and dirty and I didnt even feel comfortable sitting down to wait for my order. When my meal came they forgot to give me the drink with it, as im sure they wanted to get home themselves. The food itself was terrible. Chips were hard and lukewarm. The honey sauce had practically run away from the wings totally and covered the box and chips instead. When i took the first bite into the wing it had a weird cardboard like texture. After that first swallow i decided not to punish my throat further and ended throwing away my entire meal.
I was really skeptical about heading to Buffalo Wild Wings with a large group of friends but there was nothing I could do. Thankfully I was pleasantly surprised because the space was clean with plenty of room for everyone. All the servers were really nice & to top it off, the wings were awesome! I already look forward to making my way back & highly recommend if you are downtown BK looking for some wangz! 🙌
There was an hour wait time when we ate here. The food is delicious; so maybe the wait was worth it? Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The atmosphere is definitely a bar type setting (loud and can get a little bit rowdy). They are open late which is great for the weekends. There are TVs everywhere so youre pretty much guaranteed to be able to see your preferred game. You also have a great view to the new Barclays Center which is located across the street.
Waiter was covering too many tables. I used to love the spinach and artichoke dip but they replaced the delicious fried pita bread with nearly stale tortilla chips. The dip itself was in a small to-go container, maybe a third full and almost cold. One of the four wing styles I ordered was a dry-rub and 90% of the seasoning was only on 10% of the wings. The other wings were overly smattered with their sauces which maybe some people like but I dont. Good beer selection and the wings are fine but Im never going to go out of my way to go here again, especially considering the now ruined spinach and artichoke dip.
The waitress was nice, but my food was cold. I had the nachos sampler. Which looked liked it was just thrown on the plate & a little stale. They didnt have any more fried Pickles. I really wanted to try them. I got 3 sauces (dips) for 4 cold wings & old cold fries. 🤔😐 Heres a tip: get the chicken strips instead. My daughters food was delish, she had chicken strips and fries. I looked at my neighbors plate and the celery & carrots looked dried out. I Will Not Eat at this location ever again. Thumbs Down
Very poor service. from Nick. Place was moderately busy, though they had a line to be seated with open tables. It was nearly impossible to get his attention for anything. He had no situational awareness at all, nor was he able to multitask like most good servers. I still gave him a great tip for the amount of the bill but expected much better. Also noticed others remarks about security. The reason I was given is that they dont allow anyone under 21 in the restaurant after a certain hour. It set me back a minute as Im 45 and never get carded. In hind sight, the way he asked was a bit rude, but I didnt make a big deal of it at the time.
There was a super long wait for food but on 60 cent wings Tuesday it was well worth it. Traditional wings are the way to go. The lemon pepper dry rub wings are just delicious. However, if you choose a large for wings, you can have 4 different flavors (4-5 wings per flavor I believe) so you can explore a variety of sauces and dry rubs. Fries and fried pickles are also great choices for appetizers.
The waitress ( Darnasia ) was terrible in taking care of the customer. She needs to be aware of the things she is supposed to take care. The lunch special was served so late. almost 35 minutes to prepare 8 chicken wings. She does not even care when she gives the check and forgets to take it back. I almost waited her for like 20 minutes to take my card and do the billing. She is a terrible waitress overall !!!
If I didnt have to my teeth pull that same day I would have enjoyed the chicken wings just salad the french fries and they drink a whole lot better. But trust and please believe now that my teeth are healed Im going to hit that place with a vengeance. You want to see me on the news breaking news African American black man eats all his food and the food from the people sitting on both sides of him and did not pay LOL nah I pay what I owe all the time. Be that as it may the food is very good really tasty they have a lot of combinations if I wasnt sure about something in regards to a special sauce for the wings they brought it out and let me try it so I wouldnt waste my money. Also they make really good drinks that are knock you on your behind
My husband and I had family night out with the children here last week Thursday and our experience was HORRIBLE. We arrived a little after 8pm and I know I would probably be busy. We waited about 15-20 mins before the waiter came over to take our order. First ... all the alcohol drinks my husband and I tried to order were unavailable, then we waited about another 20 mins before our appetizers came out. Then another 20 mins before our actual food came out. We asked our waiter and another waiter why is our food taking this long and the excuse was it’s busy which is nooooo excuse. Then when the food comes out 2 out of 3 of the kids order came out wrong (1 came out spicy for a 9 yr old which orders bbq) and (2nd came out boneless while asked for traditional wings).... n was not hot. While my husbands food never reached the table til 45 mins after we placed our order. This was unacceptable. I would never bring my family back here. They were confused, unorganized, and the blame game was definitely unacceptable.
Wings were good but we didnt like the service very much because of missing details. The place wasnt that busy but it took what felt a long time to get our drinks ( 2 beers). Then we got our order of chicken wings but didnt get plates ( we had to order them). When the bill came, the server gave us just the papers ( merchant copy and customer copy) no book. Its all about details..and common sense
It’s a standard Buffalo Wild Wings so the wings are solid and comes with all the good and bad of a franchise. But the crowd varies from good to down right shady. I sympathize with management because they have to deal with some crazy people coming in here. Not particularly family friendly at times because of the craziness.
Amazing Buffalo Wild Wings. Management and staff do a fantastic job here as this place is usually bumping. Food is quick and fresh and staff is always hospitable. Managers are constantly walking around talking to guests ensuring that they are having a great experience. Awesome B-Dubs.
We were visiting from GA and never have used Uber Eats so we made an order from my phone. Not only was the order cold it was missing our drinks sauces salsa for chips celery and carrots. It was soggy and disgusting. The employee who we called passed the phone off to management who talk to my Husband offering to refund only $5 it was a $40+ order with tax and transportation included. I highly recommend if theres no changes you dont order in or if you do check the star rating of the restaurant first! Or just choose another BWW if its no better. Hopefully you wouldnt deal with the same issues we had to. After a lot of convincing calling corporate and accessing the issue. Uber Eats gave us a FULL refund. Then BBW canceled the ordered altogether.
I was looking forward to eating here and after waiting for more than 25 mins for a server who never showed up or once stopped by we decided to leave. We waited to be seated for about 5 mins, but that wasn’t the issue. After over 15 mins we asked the host who sat us down if she knew who would be taking care of us because we were ready to order. She walked over to 3 different servers and nobody seemed to know who our server was. We waited another 10 and since we continued to be ignored, we decided to leave. Not cool :(
Been here before no problem. This time I was disgusted. First they wouldn’t let us in even thought we were over the age limit. Then we were told to wait 30 minutes just to see the manager. But when we said yes she came in five minutes. We were guided inside to our table. Mind you this was a Sunday night. No games going on and most of the tables were empty( we were also told there’s a 30 minute wait when it’s so empty inside). We waited 30 minutes just for a waiter. He took our order and brought everything including the appetizer all at once an hour and a half later. I don’t mind the wait but I think they did it on purpose bc our wings were cold and looked so dry. I’m so disappointed bc I once called this my favorite wings place. SMH U GUYS LET ME DOW.
Im not a big fan of this place ill start by saying and Ive only been to this one and the one in valley stream. First off i came here twice and both times the wsit for a table was a hour - two hours. I shopped in the mall and still had wait time 😱. Once seated we waited like 20 mins to order then it took like half hour to 45 mins for the food to arrive and not be hot . The chicken is good but the fries is a no go for me. I had 4 different types of chicken and the spicy hot is 🔥. Also ill say they dont properly clean tables because we had to go over ours when we sat. Waiting for the lady to return to clean it took so long we used sanitizer wipes i had in my bag.
I didnt appreciate the level of professionalism displayed by the waitress & manager. So Im at the Atlantic Center location having lunch with my mom & 4yr old son now everything appeared to be fine until I decided to pay with a Buffalo Wild Wings gift card I received as a gift 6yrs ago. The waitress gave me a very judgmental look and proceeded to get her manager and he had to gaw to ask me when did I buy the gc I responded with I didnt purchase anything I received it as a gift what seems to be the issue here? The manager replies with you do know that it takes 4hrs for gift cards to load right? Im like okay thanks for the heads up good thing Ive had this for over 4 years huh. The manager just kept insisting that the GC wasnt going to work & pushing for me to use another form of payment. Long story short I personally felt that if I were a white male that entire interaction would have NEVER happened. Also after I refused to pay another way they finally tendered the GC and the waitress came back with an attitude slamming the receipt on the table & walking away. I was offended by their actions. And will NOT be going back. They did not demonstrate the best guest experience at all.
Im really upset by my last visit. I try and eat healthy, so visits to places like this are always special and something I look forward to. Unfortunately the food was really disappointing.. the wings came out room temperature! For wings to get to that cold, they must have been sitting out for at least 20 minutes before reaching my table. This proves that BWW doesnt cook the chicken when you place your order, instead they have the wings precooked, then add sauce once you order. Leaving the wings sitting around for a while. This is a really pathetic practice. If you know anything about wings, you know that they are super hot for at least 10 minutes after being submerged in 350 degree oil.Anyway, wings are my favorite food and going here was a total letdown and to be honest a waste of calories.. if im going to consume something unhealthy, it might as well be really enjoyable.Advice to mgmt: theres nothing more disappointing than cold wings. Stop the practice of precooking the wings, and instead make them once someone places an order! I dont mind waiting an extra 15 minutes, as long as my food is cooked right! You guys have ONE main product, its embarrassing its not perfect
Horrible service today!! I asked for a table for 9 people including 3 high chairs. Told me 15 minutes so I went back after time was up and he admitted he forgot about us! Told me 5 minutes and went back again but he gave us a small table we didnt fit at. So he told me another 15 minutes to clear another table. My family went back again after 20 minutes and said nope I dont have any tables. It wasnt even that busy inside and he looked lost i dont know if it was his 1st day so we asked for a manager and she was also horrible and said no we cant accommodate you guys. And basically told us to leave. So rude and horrible experience especially to my kids. Never going back. Btw we are frequent customers and have never been treated like this.
I had a small honey BBQ buffalo wings with small side salad. The wings were dripping with honey sauce and it was hot as well. Special shout out for Christina and Antoinette great job ladies. Great service! For anybody who is looking a sports bar this is the place. Full screen tv and open space.
Greasy chaos - too many servers for one table so no one takes accountability. DO NOT USE ALLSETUP APP - they totally messed up 2 orders.UPDATE: in response to my review, ALLSETUP called and really listened with empathy to my issues and offered a gift card. I felt much more positive about their service. Quite the opposite experience when the Barclays area Buffalo Wild Wings manager called me. I did not put in my original review, out of kindness, that there was also a hair in my French fries and no one seemed to care. I told the manager, and he started questioning me about my servers hair color and then claiming that it couldnt have been from the kitchen. THIS IS NOT Customer Service. He should have apologized, and maybe offered compensation. I hung up on him because I did not see fertile ground for my seeds of feedback and I certainly did not want a gift certificate to EVER go there again!
So the same reasons why I stop coming here on Sundays are the same reason why I dont go anymore and I was reminded of them, again. Missing like the first 20mins or so of the 4:05 games. Theres so many 1pm games and usually a few end before 4pm. Instead of changing them all to 1pm games still on. Make sure youve a few TVs dedicated to the early 4pm game and a TV dedicated to NFL Redzone. No surprise in the quality of food or service here, its exceptable. Servers are trying really hard to sell cheap beers at the 2 minute warning. Cant blame them. There were a lot of empty tables for most of the 1st half of 1pm games. It NEVER used to be like that on Sundays. Guess the novelty has worn off. New menu missing some old favorites, Jack Daddy Burger no more. I used to love coming here for NFL Football Sundays but the menu doesnt excite me at all. We know, youve a boatload of wing sauces. I love the overwhelming # choices. Nice, diverse workforce here. Thats Brooklyn.
I decided to go here because Ive been craving wings. My waiter was pretty good; I didnt have to wait long before being served. The only I dislike are the portions that is being served. I know that sounds like some greedy mess, but come on now. I am spending my coins dont come out with an order that looks like it was prepared for a toddler lol. Im a grown woman; if i wanted a childs serving I would have gone to Mc Donalds to get a happy meal ok. Do better!
I was very displeased about my visit to this location. Upon arrival, the host that seats everyone, took her sweet time conversating with another guest (that was with me) about something totally irrelevant to why we were there. After we were finally seated after 10 minutes of standing there awaiting her to seat us when the restaurant was completely EMPTY, our waitress was unprofessional and didnt even offer us a refill, napkins, or extra food. We had to call her in order for us to receive service, AND the food took FORVER TO COME! NEVER AGAIN!! It was unbelievable and unacceptable! Please keep in mind the restaurant was nearly empty at the time of my visit!
Who doesnt love wings? This is definitely a sports bar/restaurant. The wings are good, but I do love the Jalapeno poppers here. Service was spotty at best, and we we were told there was a 20 minute wait for a table.....even though there was an empty table right in front of us....so we took it ;-)
Sat at the bar and watched college football for 6 hours. One of the best restaurant service, moreover bartender, experiences Ive had anywhere in recent memory. David and Mark were excellent. Not sure why the bad reviews because my experience was better here than at places that claim to be superior.
In the beginning, the waiter, was talkative and friendly. As the evening progressed, he didnt appear to be very attentive, back towards us majority of the time and it was difficult to get his attention. We ordered the wings special (AYCE for $15), but they didnt give us basics like napkins or utensils unless we asked for it. Also, there was nowhere to throw the bones unless they wanted us to make a mess on the table... I would recommend a small dump bucket or pail and it would probably make cleaning up a lot easier too. At the end I though the server was extremely rude, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional. We left a standard 15% gratuity which was beyond what we thought was deserved for the bad experience. The waiter made our evening much worse when he decided to open the check booklet in front of us and rolled his eyes and remarked in the most sarcastic tone thank you. He then created a bigger mess on the table when he unwillingly clears the table by dumping the chicken wing bones all over the table in front of us like giving a hissy fit. Everything about the service was awkward and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. The wings were decent, and its a good deal, but if I have to go through that trouble again, I will never return to this establishment.
Id give no stars if possible!! It was a horrible experience: the staff is young and inexperienced; the service is slow; the food is mediocre; the place was full of unclean tables and food on the floor. We had to ask for napkins and silverware. And the cocktails are weak and overpriced. Avoid it.
This store is the worst. My daughter and her friends ages ranging from 18 and 17. Went to the store a lil after 11 to have a celebratory lunch when they were denied entry by staff. I am outraged. They stated because 2 of them are under 18 they can not gain entry, because and quote other kids messed it up for all kids. My daughter and her friends are the QUITE opposite of other kids who enter the mall they are not loud or cause a Scene. When asked to speak to the manager the manager Daniel stated the same thing in a rude manner to them while the female staff behind him laughed as he was talking to them! Lucky the near by Apple bees (next door )accepted them open heartedly and they had a wonderful lunch. This store will never receive my money nor of that of any friends and family. This occurred yesterday!
It is impossible to have good service here. Understandable that it is Tues so half off wings, that being said have your best servers. One young lady was carrying out a tray and it ACCIDENTALLY got knocked in my hair. I touch my hair and there is ranch in my hair. IN MY HAIR! She says nothing so I tell my server Kayla and with is biggest attitude her response was It wasnt on purpose. I would love to think that she did not put RANCH IN MY HAIR ON PURPOSE. The server then comes back because I show her the ranch in my hand from my hair, she makes the most disgusting face and say okay it was an accident ... So now I ask another server to get the manager I explain the situation to Danny. His response so what do want to me to do about that? Do you want a free shot ? Okay I take the shot he then begins to brings the shot over and spill the shots on me and my friends bags. I am so over it. He comes over into a conversation I am having with my friend about Yelp reviews and now he wants to give me a free entree with his business card saying that he is so sorry now . As a business you should NEVER be willing to just give anything out for free . And if you know its busy at your location.. GET BETTER STAFF. Not to mention when the food came out it wasnt good AT ALLHonestly Applebee is right next door save your time and money and energy
I dont recommend it at all !!!#1 - I ordered wings with the 4 sauces on the sides bcos I like to dip. OMG those wings were so dry n overcooked that I needed a toothpick. And the didnt hv toothpicks. 😤 #2- we had fried shrimp which looked like the frozen fried shrimp from the supermarket, it wasnt nothing fresh about them.😡 #3- we had to ask for water and forks. My bill was not cheap either. It wasnt worth that kinda money, at all.
Went with my boy just to enjoy a few drinks and some wings. We got seated and waited on a server for about 10 minutes. Then when I saw a manager I had to wait for him to get off his phone to ask for some help. When the server finally came out her reason was she was in the restroom. We just left.
They mistreated me automatically assuming that I was under 21 flat out banning me from the restaurant only letting me in after I proved I was an adult. They continued to disrespect throughout my experience I swear to never go to another Buffalo Wild Wings again. With that being said I still like there food. There customer service on the other hand is garbage.
I just(04/1619) 16:25 pm witnessed an incident whereby a Manager was loud and rude to an elderly lady. I felt so bad I felt to cry. She was explaining to the lady about sauces but didnt even look like she was helping because her tone of voice was up in the air I wanted to know if the lady did something or steal. Jeez!! these people dont have parents? What if the lady didnt know about the sauces and just wanted to try the wings couldnt she lower her tone and be more patient. Apart from that, Im regular here and these staff here are always rude and seem impatient if customers dont make up their minds about what they want. I hope something to be done to improve customer services at this location.
I was overcharged (part of my order missing).. Spoke to a manager over the phone.. he was impatient and unpleasant and did not refund the missing items. They are unable to refund to my credit card.. NEVER!! heard of anything like this. The food was not that great, undercooked. Will not order from them again and will not recommend. Will post this on social media as well.
We went after an event at the barclays center and they started to close off the entrance right after we came in because they didnt have enough staff, and that was obvious since the get go. We waited a couple minutes to order and we had to wait several more for our items to come(which some never did). I told them 3 times, within a span of 30 minutes that we were each missing our fries but after that wait time, she only brought one.... the tables around us were also waiting. Apparently they had a shortage of fries. We waited hella days to get our check and in the end the poor girl had to give all 7 or so of her tables their check at the same time. Bottom line, this isnt the place to go after an even ay the Barclays. Go to McDonalds, Coldstone, or target.
We got a table straight away but it took an hour for our food to arrive and then when it did they told me a server accidentally took my meal to the wrong table and Id have to wait another 19 minutes, but it was closer to 20 minutes. In all not worth the effort for an overpriced mediocre meal. I wont be back.

2022-04-16I dined in on Saturday around 2pm. I choseto sit at the bar because I was dining alone. The bartender was super friendly and attentive. The food came out pretty quick and my order was accurate. Everyone was respectful of each other space. The restaurant was very clean; including the bathroom.

2022-03-06I like this location. The service was good, they have a house beer for 3.99. I ordered wings and medium sauce. It had a good sauce ratio. The tots were cooked nicely and had plenty of bacon. I will say some of the carrots were a lil sad lol but overall not a big deal. Go its good all around.

2022-05-26I had such a good experience today. The host was super nice and we actually talked for like 20 minutes. I got along with her very well. There was only one server and I genuinely admire him! He did an amazing job. Food was fine, the boneless chicken is too much flour instead of chicken:( but 5 stars

2022-06-03I useto go here all the time to watch games with friends and associates, and the food was good, drinks always been mediocre. Tonight I went for Game one f the NBA Championship Finals(Boston/Golden State - 2022) and the food was subpar the drinks didnt hit as I remembered so I was just glad to watch the game, and got to see the Yankees win.

2022-06-24UPDATE: This is hands down the worst Buffalo Wild Wings location I have ever been to. Been here three times in the past week, and all three times they have been out of onion rings. The tables are not wiped down between customers and are absolutely disgusting. The idiots that manage this location are totally incompetent and should be fired.Grill was closed a half hour before closing, so no burger I came here from Midtown for, just stuff from the fryer. Ordered fries, wings, onion rings, and a drink. Surprise! They’re out of onion rings. Clowns, if you say you close at 10, close at 10–not 9:45, or 9:30, or 9:15.

2021-08-02The All-American burger was good and the fries were decent. The staff is either aloof or undermanned.
