Overall great service. I spilled my lemonade everywhere and the waitress was super nice and friendly about it
Went to this gem of a place and the booth that we were seated was dirty. Had to move to another and seat ourselves. Food came super fast. However, my chicken sandwich was cold, pink on the inside and the fries were destroyed with too much salt. My wife’s buffalitos had some sort of brown mystery powder that she didn’t want to eat. We send them both back and the manager Jason comes out and accuses us of trying to “steal food.” It’s explained to him why we sent it back. He still continues to make it seem like we just want to get free food. Stating: I ate 85% of my chicken sandwich.” New food is brought out which turned out better but the damage was done. This is how to treat regulars of your place ? Not to mention the soda was flat just like the customer service. 😑
Wings were very good. Allergy friendly which is great. Cocktails were tasty. Beer selection is good, but lousy cider selection, especially for Upstate NY, with so many options available. Good place to watch a game.
First time ever at any Buffalo Wild Wings. Was able to sit where we requested. Food came out fast and was nice and hot. The boneless wings were really good!! Waitress and other staff were very pleasant and friendly. Will go again soon.
What I assume was the manager, was unable to authenticate the Washington State licenses/IDs of my friend and I. They said they didn’t feel comfortable serving us alcohol and so refused as so to follow company policy. We are 26 and 27 years old. I suggested they learn more about U.S licensing so situations like that could be avoided, but they claimed they already know enough, hence why they were unable to validate authentic state issued government ID cards. The restaurant doesn’t have an ID scanner, though the manager claimed that ID scanners are not accurate anyway. I feel I was discriminated against. This was the first time I’ve ever been to a Buffalo Wild Wings, and I will never go back to any business location. I will be sure to tell everybody I can to not spend time or money with this company.
I order frequently from here. Food is good and the staff is friendly. Some complications with their delivery- primarily cough cough DoorDash. The staff definitely knows how to handle those problems effectively and efficiently!
I wanted wings and figured they would be priced accordingly to the market at moment. Fair deal there. Place seemed cold, not temperature, just like well hoo hum. 2 bartenders, one very business like and just took order and delivered drinks. Other one was a bit more friendly and talkative. Made place seem like it was trying. Will I go back probably not. Will I send others there, I will recommend other places but I wont tell the wings are bad, they were good as were the sauces.
Wife ordered online. She had gotten boneless wings instead of the traditional. If they were out of traditional wings I think it wouldve been alright to call atleast to know what to expect.
Ordered 2 sets of wings and wanted barbeque for one. Was told they didnt have both of the barbeque sauces. After about 15 minutes of waiting, come to find out that they did have barbeque. Was not offered the flavor we originally asked for. You think after paying $75 that it would have been offered.
Ordered food online for delivery, when food arrived we saw the restaurant put the kids meal sodas that were in cups inside the same bag as the food and these sodas spilled everywhere in the bag. We had a puddle of soda sitting inside the bottom of the bag. Our food was saturated and unable to be ate. When contacting support they tell me it was the delivery people who i needed to contact, but this store bagged it and taped the bag shut so it had nothing to do with delivery. They didn’t want to take responsibility for this. Why would anyone put cups that have lids that leak inside a bag with food? Absolutely awfulWhat a waste of money! Highly don’t recommend!
Good food, service was a bit slow, the waitress did forget to bring us our french fries and refill our waters when asked.
I ordered ten of the traditional medium buffalo wings along with 10 traditional Asian zing wings. They were very good. A solid choice for chicken wings as they always deliver nice-sized wings cooked slightly crispy as I like them.
Server gives great service, but we had to wait 50mins to get our wings.Sauces were good.

I forgot why I hadnt placed an order with Buffalo Wild Wings for quite a long time. Then I remembered when I received my order, NO WING SAUCE in the package (its not the first time its happened) had a sticker showing they have a review process but that wasnt filled out either. Putting the sticker on the fridge to remind me not to order from there.
The service was bad. the one girl behind the bar was doing the best she could. She was waiting on 3 tables and trying to serve the bar as best she could but it was impossible for her to keep up.. we watched 3 other servers or managers just stand around for almost an hour not doing a thing.. we eventually had to leave because we couldnt get a drink they cant blame it on short staff
Horrible take out service. Twice now we have ordered to go and both times we have been shorted 10 or more wings on large orders. Instead of taking the next batch of wings out or compensating for their mistake they make you wait an additional 15 minutes to fix the mistake while your other food gets cold. I understand mistakes happen and things can get overwhelming but there’s also a breaking point to where you right your wrongs for the customer.
Come here at least 2-3 times a month with my husband & it’s our favorite. A waiter name Dave made our experience that much better!!! He was very friendly and energetic. You’re in great hands. Also, honey bbq is the best.
Good food. Good service. But.... its always way too cold in there and we always seem to be sat near or under a vent that is blowing cold air.
I ordered off of door dash for a total of 25 boneless wings and a side of fries. 52$. All of my wings are dry and hard, my fries might as well have come in a bottle of water theyre soggy and stale. For being the last BWW you’d think you’d make sure your service and food is good. What a disappointment. I won’t be ordering from this establishment again.
Love the wings at BWW...Ordered the large traditional with 4 sauces, mango habanero, carribean jerk, honey BBQ and salt&vinegar dry rub...plus picked up a crate of 3 to try making wings at home...
Pretty decent food quality. When it gets packed service is a little backed up but overall nice size of wings. Fried pickles are good if you like those and they have plenty other fried appetizers and beers on draft. If youre lucky you might be in when they announce drink specials (like $2 fireball and Jameson shots during half time).
I havent been to a Buffalo Wild wings in years due to previous bad experiences. This trip was much better than anticipated. They took my food allergy with grace and seriousness. The food was great and service was courteous.
Food was very good and the waitress was nice. Wouldve been 4-5 if it didnt take an hour and a half for our food.
This buffalo wild wings has a great special on Wild Herd, its a kolsh beer that goes for $3 for a tall, which is a solid deal I think.
Bartender didnt ask how I wanted my burger cooked. It was the black and blue burger. Black over cooked burger with no blue cheese. Should have sent it back.
People like to hate on Bdubs but we usually order wings from here every other week and they are consistantly good. They are always ready when at our selected time and the order is always correct. Love the sauces too!

Ordered BOGO boneless wings. Good deal. Had Nashville Hot and Asian Zing. Both were good. Zing was tastier and saucier. Zing had a coated sheet under them. The Nashville did not and soaked through the cardboard. Also had 3 tenders which were very small but good. Ranch sauce was not thick at all.
We went today at 11:45 to get lunch, there are more people waiting to be seated than actually sitting at tables. No host, no bar tender, no one answering phones. I understand being short staffed but if you can’t even seat people at empty tables, maybe it’s time to close your doors. We left after 10 minutes, the person in front of us left after 20 and was never greeted
The worst place to come to we came for my husband birthday we put our drinks and appetizers in got those in a timely fashion then the problems started my husband order came out first his wings they were cold food temperature wise and over cooked then my food came out 5 minutes later then our sons 10 minutes later our server was the bartender and was only came with our drinks I will probably never come back here again!!!!

Food was decent but I didnt know that til the next day. Took 45 mins to get appetizer and over an hour to get 2 out of 3 entrees. One came before the appetizer. I ordered from Red Robin on my phone while there. Food came as I was canceling my order to leave.
Our server Emily was great. Good food. It was slow but that was ok as we were a large group and got quick service.
Poor experience for our first visit. Delivery of meal took 20 minutes. The six boneless wings were very small considering the price we paid for them $ 12.95. They were cold and dry.The side of Tater Tots were not hot but on the cool side. I had to ask for a second cup of coffee (small cup) and when it came to me it was ice cold. Overall a poor experience.Waitress was not attentive to our needs. For her benefit, we did not talk about the poor food until near the end of the meal, we were just very hungry
Takeout fee. Come on you offer takeout add ten cents to every thing on menu to make the difference up and then it’s not such a blow to customers manager and staff great owners are not to smart
Ordered boneless wings and French fries. Fries were stone cold and wings were luke warm at best when I got home (10 mins from restaurant). Have had issues a couple of the few times Ive ordered from them....

Their salt and vinegar dry rub wings are amazing with a draft Heineken! Service is almost always above average. Wings are ALWAYS hot.

I am use to Buffalo Wild Wings being known for there best wings. This location didn’t cook my wings well done. I regret leaving a $5 tip before taking it to go. It was my first time at this location. The Mac and cheese was watered down it barley had much cheese. Maybe the chef had a bad day. I didn’t dine in, I did take out. I learned something from this experience always check your food before deciding to tip, you can’t just go off of a branded restaurant. I was better off cooking at home. I didn’t feel to drive back to the restaurant after I did the pick up.
Service was good. Nachos were lacking in toppings but taste was good. Not at all impressed with the garlic parm wings. The sauce was very fake tasting and the texture was odd. Orange chicken was a nice try but I think I will keep that for my Chinese.

We got food for pickup, and the place wasn’t that busy. We arrived and went in to the pick up line, and told the person our name and she out our order in the hot box and wrote our name on a dry erase board. I then said, my name and she goes “ok it will be right out”. Then I am like “my name is on the board— *laughter*. Then she goes “oh yea”. But was really nice about the situation. Wings were alright, but fries were soo stale. Could do better. :(
Never again. Mediocre wings. Absolutely outrageously expensive. Two adults, two kids. We went out for wings for my daughters birthday. Somehow, our table added up to $80. For wings. And they were okay, but nothing special, nothing to write home about. Turns out, the during the pandemic, if you go into the restaurant to eat, the exact same orders cost you 20 or 30% more. Theres a HUGE discount if you order for takeout. Wish I had known that, I wouldnt have wasted my time. As a matter of fact, I would have just gone to my local hole in the wall pizza place, where instead of paying a dollar thirty per wing, I could pay seventy cents per wing, and probably get better wings. Do not waste your time with his corporate hack outfit. Support your local mom-and-pop place. Not only will you save money, but youll be a lot happier. Never again.
Very very bad experience! The food took forever to come out and it was not even busy. It was only my fiancé and I. My boneless wings were dry and my fiancé wings and coleslaw were horrible . He fell asleep on the way home and was very sick when We got back. I called and the lady said she would go check the food. I asked her if she was going to call me back so I know what happened. She told me no, I only call back if he seeker medical attention! Very unprofessional, we should of been able to get our money back . It was a $50.00 meal!
Horribly rude employees! Had a waitress snach and be very rude to my husband! They sent me email asking about my experience... i told them they sent me 2 25$ gift cards which was awesome! But i would like to say we got food from the same camillus location we had problem with last time..i ordered 4 salads... got zero salad dressing 3 out of 4 of my salads were completly messed up! This specific location should be help acountable for there horrible service, way they treat customers & the fact my husband drove 40 mins to get our food and the completely messed it up once again this is completly ridiculous!
Horrible place to go manager was a very rude short lady i watched her panic when the place started getting packed with other drivers she started pacing the floor back and forth like literally breaking under pressure being rude to her own workers by telling them they were doing a bad job while they were getting slammed with orders she should not be in the restaurant industry then she kicked all the delivery drivers out promising to message them when the food is done (door dash drivers cant receive these messages the customer and other companies can but door dash drivers cannot) with no knowledge of how the systems work she was being rude by talking about how us drivers were making it chaotic by filling up there little driver pick up area it was ridiculous if i could rate no stars i would because of this one lady i had to be honest
I went to this BWW (Buffalo wild wings) before with a group of friends to see some UFC fights. I went there this time with the same friends to see Conor McGregor vs Pottier. The service was good, but our waitress was super busy checking on other tables. Yeah, it was a pretty busy night. Our waitress was good to us, I ordered some Boneless wings Mac n cheese for starters. It was pretty good. Later, I ordered a buffalo Bleu burger with a side of onion rings. The burger was messy, but tasted good and the onion rings were amazing with the side sauce. I would recommend going to BWW for a good time with friends and family!

Jamie our server was absolutely WONDERFUL! She was quick, super friendly, and tended to us more than most servers do at any other restaurant... Very satisfied!!! 😁 Hopefully when we come back we will have her again! Give that girl a raise! Lol
I would rate it a 0 if I could. Waited over half an hour after we finished eating for our checks. We were just sitting there. Pushed dishes to the end of the table and everything. Not a single waitress in sight. I’m so upset about this experience. Thank u

I enjoyed dining at, Buffalo Wild Wings. Myself, daughters and granddaughter were the first outing. The food tasted great prices are reasonable. The dining atmosphere was an awesome waitress was very friendly also well in tune with any question about the menu, even give her opinions on drinks, combos, etc... Keep up the great work.
I would like to note that I came here to eat with my family for dinner if I were to come here to watch a game with some friends this rating may have been higher. We only came here because red Robin was closed and my son wanted to come here the server was modestly attentive I never got the vibe that she was happy to serve us the wait for the food was as a chef abnormally long I would think that a restaurant would want to serve their sit-in customers first as I looked around at a full restaurant maybe 20 to 25 tables only two that I could see had food they were sending out carry out orders by the arm load it just confused me I guess theres could be some potential with the way they serve their food when its ready it comes to the table as it should but like I said as it cook when I get a table I understand what takes longer and what doesnt so I cook it accordingly my family was done with their food by the time I got mine I was not a big fankind of pricey too for the quality of food
Dont bother reserving seats online. They combine walk ins and online under the same list. My wife reserved our seats minutes getting to the restaurant with a wait time of 15min. As we arrive we waited close to 20min with no text back. Walking in to see what happened only to be greeted rudely by the 2nd employee who came to help with our reservation. The wait time went from 15min to 30+ minutes. We left and kept waiting to where I put a reservation in my name to test this situation out. In conclusion, we drove 30min back home ordered elsewhere and as I write this we both have still never been texted back on our reserved seating. Unacceptable
First time there was hair in the food. Second time was perfect. Third time got my order wrong when it cost extra to change it… asked for ranch and it was filled up LESS than half way. Foods good but too many mistakes.

Always enjoy the wings. If there on Sunday you can watch just about every football game. Service was good and professional. Only complaint was the air conditioning blasting. Asked server and was told that it was still on summer setting; could have at least given some consideration to adjusting it; even other patrons had hoodies on.
Great service and accompanied by great food. The drink I order are always wrong when asked how to make they still made it wrong. However if you come to a sport bar should you really be picky about the drinks you order. Nonetheless they always have the game on and always accommodate to change it if no one is watching. FYI Tuesday and Thursday deal are right on the mark
If I could give zero stars I would. Monday, January 4, 2021 at 6ish my partner and myself dined in. Customer service was great. Till we noticed the waitress charged us for an extra $15. We are never visiting again. I’ve lost faith is honest service.

I got the Thursday BOGO boneless wings. They were okay, too salty for me. I thought the spice was a little bit tingly in the mouth but, it was full on I-need-a-glass-of-milk spicy. At least if you haven’t tried their food yet, you’ll know their seasoning game is strong.

When entering for the first time you are welcomed to a friendly and kind environment. Burgers could be more juicy the wings are perfectly cooked and seasoned and the drinks Are tasty. Will be coming back again!!!!
The food was delicious. I ordered street tacos and they were perfect. My group ordered loaded nachos as well, very, very good. The service was fast and friendly and the beer was tasty.
Came here for the UFC fight the other night. But right out of the gate the management was on our waiters back about not serving us too much alcohol, we were actually denied drinks a few times because of this. Not to mention they have direct TV so the fight was cutting in and out all night. However the wings were good and our server was awesome. He did the best he could with the manager telling him to limit drinks.

I had Jen and Jem for my waiters and I said my name is Jean so three Js they were very polite very courteous very professional I will definitely go back there the next time I am in Syracuse. I live in Carthage but I go to a doctor right near them period my meal which I ended up having to take to go as my daughter-in-law got through with her appointment early and was coming to pick me up period the restaurant itself was pristine and the food was excellent I wish they were closer I would visit more often I would highly recommend them to anybody and especially these two waiters as well as the young lady who I did not catch her name who seated me she was very nice too period and this day and age it is nice to be able to go into a restaurant as top notch as this one I would rate it 10 plus.

I think they need to study their wing bundle menu because they be overcharging me and my boyfriend 60 bucks for our 2 wing “bundles” that are supposed to be like 30 bucks 😂😂😂 not wasting my money here
I always end up here when neighboring restaurants are too busy and I always end up liking it. Ive only ever had wings and one of many beers they have on tap. They have free gaming pads for the kids to play on with better games than a lot of places. With all the TV s it really is a great place to watch a game.

I think this place is HIGHLY over-priced. Despite the expensive prices, however, the staff couldnt be better. A man who I assumed was the manager walked around and asked if we enjoyed the meal and how things were. I love the food, but my goodness.......its soooooo expensive.

Trendy sports bar, pretty good food and service quick and polite. However some punks took it upon themselves to start a violent fistfight, in the middle of a Sunday afternoon, with many families present. Not the fault of the location, but TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL and DANGEROUS to those of us who were there to relax and enjoy. Im sure if we (my son and girlfriend and I) were LOOKING for that type of trashy, selfish, lowlife company, we could have easily found it in a much more seedy location than here. Im embarrassed that I chose this location to share an afternoon of football and food with out of town guests. Sorry but if the truth hurts....
So the food is the same as any Buffalo Wild wings anywhere. The service is probably the worst I have ever seen. The waitstaff appears to be there to socialize with each other and they are interrupted everytime a customer comes in. We had food before we got our drink order last time there. I certainly wouldnt call this restaurant clean either. Cobwebs hanging in between TVs, the seats in the booths were ripped and dirty.
Draft Day!!!!Our experince was amazing. We had 12 people in a pandemic for our football draft. I will tell you the staggering didnt even blink!!! The made us #Mask Up when not at the table, never once rude very professional. Our waitress ( whos name I sadly cant remember ) was a total rockstar!!!! Servuce spped was amazing, had a recomendation for my desert, not one complaint at all. She was Our League MVP!!! The kitchen staff also hats off, all orders arrived, food was awesome, no complaints. Finally on a party of 12 the bill needed to be split, again our MVP didnt blink. She and the rest of the staff deserve a lot of credit!!!!
My family and I had an amazing experience here. Our server Amanda, along with the manager Brian, and the rest of the crew provided us with phenomenal service. We were all fasting and had to break fast at a very specific time. The food was served exactly on time and everything tasted delicious! Thank you very much for everyone at Buffalo Wild Wings. Great service! They got a new type of boneless chicken wing. It was alright, but very heavy on the pepper seasoning. I got teriyaki sauce, which Ive gotten countless types before and with that pepper seasoning on the breading it made it taste weird. Still good food though! We usually get the fried cheese curds when we are there too and they never disappoint.
My wings were cooked perfectly; however, I was disappointed in the original buffalo sauce. They seemed like they were the buffalo rub instead. My daughter told me I should have asked for extra sauce, now I know for future orders. The other thing that was disappointing was that I had ordered two celery and my daughter ordered one celery and one carrot sticks. Because she was picking my order up I put it in her name which is why we think they jipped me on my celery. We only got one celery and one carrot sticks. Lastly, but very important, is that your boxes do not hold up to the order. Mine was soggy and falling apart by the time she got home. Might consider something stronger.
First of all, DO NOT HAND OUT A DRINK MENU AND PROCEED TO TELL PEOPLE THAT YOU DON’T HAVE IT! Every beer I wanted they didn’t have yet it is either on the menu or on a sign on the wall. Absolutely pathetic. Even though there is a Guinness tap behind the bar, they don’t have that either. Pathetic. Then I was told they had everything on the bottle/can beer list so I ordered a can of PBR. Then moments later a different waitress came over and said they didn’t have that either. Pathetic. The manager of this facility needs to be let go.
You know to be called wild wings they need to be ashamed. My wings cames out cold there tiny as idk what seasoning is not really there. I was just in arkansas little rock and omg wild wing there is what to be expected. Take a page from them WILD CATS WINGS are so much better. Sorry but really disappointed. The long island ice tea was good but way to much ice i get it fill the cup up with ice less you hace to put in there 😏
They mess up my order every single time. Doesnt matter if I do pick up or delivery. Plus they werent wearing masks when I came in, and werent very friendly.I understand its the weekend for the Superbowl, but they werent even busy....doesnt seem to be an excuse.
We normally love it here but we had to sit for 15 minutes until our waitress greeted us. Other patrons came in after us and were served before us. We ordered the fried pickles and wings. Food was good and the service ended up being good. Will definitely come back.

This was my first visit and I had a blast. Im not huge on sports but I love wings and wanted to try the food here. I have gluten sensitivity and am on a keto diet, yet I was able to eat great comfort food without feeling like I was missing out. It was a fun atmosphere. Wait staff were excellent.
Very disappointed with the service we were given. Right from the start I was told I could not receive an alcoholic beverage until we told them the food order which is what they have to do now so I completely understood, that is until the table next to us ordered and received drinks and shots before they ordered their food. After putting in the food order and then receiving our food we had to remind them about the drinks we ordered because they forgot and it had now been almost 20 minutes since I first ordered the drink. A different server brought out our food and at first went to the wrong table. She did figure out that it was actually our tables food but that wasnt before she held it right in front of the other tables guest and therefor was breathing on it since she put it inches from his face. Towards the end of the meal a different table near us left and shortly after that was sat with another family before they had cleaned the table, there were actual crumbs still on the table and they still decided to sit the people down and then a few minutes later came to clean the table while they were seated at it. It made me think if they had even wiped down our table. I was very disgusted by the whole experience.
The mama her was great at doing her job. The waiters and waitresses were nice. Ours did ask if we were members of their club, when we said no, he said okay and proceeded with normal check out instead of telling us about it. Other then that it’s a nice spot.
I came here last Friday night and had excellent service. I have never had better service at any other restaurant. The waitress stayed on top of everything especially with drinks, I notice probably anywhere else. On a busy friday night usually ill finish my drink and have to wait and wait and eventually ask for a refill... Not with this young lady... despite how busy it was I didnt have to ask anything! As soon as my drink was getting low she asked if I wanted a refill RIGHT AWAY and came right back out in literally 2 seconds and it was good to go! Very very impressed with the service and how she stayed on top of everything without being asked. I know this may sound typical and something that should be expected from waiters/waitresses. But when its really busy like it was usually for whatever reason no matter where you go you just dont get service this good. She is doing something different then the others and needs to be noticed for it! I think her name was Marissa excuse me if I got that wrong cant quite remember for sure... I think she was new as well so whoever trained her should also be rewarded :)
Really nice place as you would expect plenty of TVs for your ports watching, plenty of beers selection. The service is great I order food and was ready really fast, was a little impressed. The servers are very nice and helpful they keep track of your orders and beverages.
The food and service were great. We love to go to BWW whenever we can since the closest one to us is about 45-50 mins away.Our families order was all correct and the waitress was very attentive. Even when she was going out on break, she politely came to our table with the waitress that was taking over for her and introduced us, which was very courteous. Clean location
Seated immediately upon entering, restaurant mostly empty. Wings were acceptable, a bit crispy for my taste. Wing sauces outdated and boring. Truffle doesnt belong in a wing sauce!
We got takeout from here last night and it was a pretty terrible experience / waste of money. Placed an order over the phone which went fine, before we hung up I even clarified the order with the girl taking it just to make sure we were on the same page. My boyfriend went in to get it and waited at least 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged he was there to pick up an order. When the girl brought our order out- she already knew it was wrong and goes “they didn’t put the sauce on the wings is that okay?” - exactly what I clarified on the phone before we hung up - that the wings were supposed to have sauce. Which he obviously responded no so she took our food back and he waited at least another 10 minutes. He was in there just waiting to get our food for almost a half hour. Even with our order being totally wrong- we wouldn’t have left this review if the customer service wasn’t so terrible.
Wings are good but they forgot part of my order. When I called they were aware & offered me to drive back to the restaurant & pick them up.

We had to wait about 10 minutes before somebody came to asked how many in our party. Then the waitress disappeared to clean a booth and never came back. The food was good. They never gave us napkins at the table. We had to asked a another waitress for napkins because our waitress disappeared. I was disappointed with the services.
Food was, um, ok. We got a burger, chicken tender wrap, and the kids got the kids tender meal. I wish that I could have the burger cooked how I want it, med/well. They only come in the well done form. The tenders seemed kind of dry and hard, not crispy. The servers were great, The food came out in an appropriate time. I guess I should not have ordered a burger/tenders from a place called Buffalo Wild Wings. Maybe they have good wings. I will not go back there again.
They have the best mulch in town .
So amazing! Love this place. Lisa was our waitress she was the best. She was there at the right time. And refilled the drinks at the perfect time. She was sweet, kind, and patience. What else can you ask for? I highly recommend this place.

The bartender called last call at 9:30 and would not serve us at 9:29. However she was more than happy to refill on beer for her other customers.
Accommodated a party of 19 and were extremely attentive. The staff was great and kept track of the checks of 6 different groups, even though we were not all sitting next to each other. Trivia and plenty of games on TV and the food was good.
This place is great! The customer service couldnt be better. Everyone we have come in contact with here has been ultra friendly and funny. I love bringing my family here!

Took a solid thirty minutes to get our wings. Our order was 9 wings and a hamburger. This is very simple Im unsure how this took so long. We gave the waiter our card to pay and now its been over ten minutes just to pay. Wild.
Good food served with excellent service, located right in township 5. Unique design and interior with multiple TV displays for any and all sports events. Family friendly for a nice dinner separate from the bar area.
I was made to order through door dash, which instantly raised price from $15 to $30. Which then gave me an hour delivery time for an order of 10 wings, which showed up cold and with no napkins or anything other then some cold overpriced wings.
Food was ok. The manager and host who greeted us werent very friendly or welcoming but our server was nice.

I loved this place. Ive never had an issue. Some people giving bad reviews seem to have other issues going on in their lives and take it out here. Ive been here multiple times and never had any problem. Maybe they didnt realize what kind of place it was and were expecting some fancy place where theyd be the only ones there being waited on hand and foot. Let them go to McDirtys and eat that garbage they call food. More room for me. Lol.
Ive visited Buffalo Wild Wings before, but this was the first time Ive actually ordered food from the menu. We had wings and boneless wings of different flavors. Lots of choices of flavors from mild to crazy hot. We enjoyed the sweet and spicy boneless wings the most, but youresure to have your own favorite.
The bar tenders are always so nice to us when we come here! Amazing staff!

Drinks and food is consistant, nothing special. Service is very slow and there were lots of empty tables. I never spent so long at a restaurant for boneless wings and some sandwiches. Would rather go to red robin next door.
The location in Camillus, NY take out was awful. Fries were hard and cold. Had to go back for my celery and carrots.Chicken wings were a little below average. Very disappointed. Take out is not good

Got take out here last night, over the phone service was horrible to begin with, then we got our food which didn’t have everything we needed so we had to go back in, when we finally ate the burger was dry and heavily seasoned. It was so salty along with the garlic parm Wings I couldn’t even eat it. Such a waste! Won’t be returning!
The wings are pretty good... I am from Buffalo, NYSo I may be a bit partial. What we like about the restaurant is it is comfortable. Not like Cheer wast but close!! Our bartend-ress made this visit specialter. See was VERY pleasant, attentive, and really made us feel welcome. As we left, I mentioned to the host to please tell the manager that the Lady behind the bar was terrific!!!Now, Mark had medium wings -16 wings plus blue cheese and celery. I had sampler platter. You got to chose either 4chicken wings or 6 boneless wings, three sides [fries, wedges, and one other -which I cant remember. Also for the three sides you had a choice of fried pickle, onion rings, cheddar cheese curds, mozzarella sticks, fried mushrooms, or nachos. ] Finally you choose three sauces....there had to be 8 flavors if there was one!! So, the bill came to $66.00. I am going to say, for us, that is what we usually spend at lunch. That included ,$11.00 for the tip, two beers and a specialty drink (for me!!!).
Awesome place to get wings. I always make an effort to come to Buffalo Wild Wings when I visit the USA. This location was no exception. Everything tasted great. I love how they have stickers telling you which flavour is which, it really helps you remember your favourites (mine is the honey bbq). Definitely recommend going on Tuesdays, as its BOGO boneless wings, so we got to try 8 different flavours. All excellent.

Haven’t had a meal from grubhub or door dash that showed up correctly. Please start checking the options people unclick. My cheese on my wrap looks like one side of it was hard.. as if the cheese was put away and left open. The lettuce and tomato I didn’t want happens to be the whole other half of my wrap. Smh gotta be like my 3rd or 4th order like this. I’m done
The Bartender was sooooo nice. She made sure we had everything we could possibly need. Food was hot, fresh and fabulous. I love going to this place.
I enjoyed my lunch break here. I had a sharable dish that came with onion rings, mozzarella sticks, the Honey Bourbon boneless wings and nachos with chili. cant wait to come back and try the Blazing Wings Challenge.

The wings are fine, but the bait-n-switch game they play with the beer is ridiculous. They show 16 craft beers but might have half that many on tap. They never chg the menu pages--they just come back and say were all out of that one but can I recommend... and they will recommend what they always have. Its a game. One server told me that they are sent the menus by corporate no matter what beers they have available.
Boneless special on Thursday nights is pretty good but still pretty expensive. I like the bone-in wings better...

It is an ok buffalo wild wings, having been to a few different locations this is the smallest one Ive been to however no shortage of TVs. Food was good but service was up and down both times, super attentive at first then food comes and servers disappear and had to ask another server for our check.
Usually get something different every time. Great place to hang out with a large group of friends every Friday night.
No complaints just nothing too too special. I do feel you wait a little longer for food but its always a great price and the food is good. The bathrooms are always clean too, with restaurants thats always a plus for me.
Love the boneless wings and there are specials on them two days a week! The sauces are delicious, the service is excellent, and the location is perfect for getting a meal right before going to Movie Tavern!

Been there twice and was really wanting to like this place is I live nearby and there is a real lack of bars in the neighborhood. Really not a fan. Prices are pretty high place smells like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks and service was slow. Wings we just ok.

Wings were very good, although the Fantasy Football 1/2 price wing discount was not honored on Traditional wings. Which was the incentive to travel to Camillus instead of eating locally for the draft party. Service was okay. Other people in my party were limited on alcoholic beverages, which was very unwarranted due to designated drivers available for everyone in my party. BWW does not accommodate to make the customer pleased and customer service is not the priority.
A new company called inspired has purchased Buffalo Wild Wings. Theres nothing inspiring about Buffalo Wild Wings anymore. Food is served on a prison looking aluminum tray lined with butchers paper and your food is placed on that. Theres no decaf coffee to be served there anymore. The wait for a chicken wrap and six boneless wings seemed like forever
Horrible customer service and so rude for no reason. Tried ordering a salad to go and in turned into a huge ordeal. The hostess and the manager were so unprofessional and sloppy looking on top of their lazy attitudes about it. Called corporate and got absolutely no response back from them and it’s been two months. Not worth going to at all.
Was with Robert Cree and another buddy and the burgers we had were a complete joke, a huge wast of money as it was the last time I was there. The only reason I went back to this joke of a establishment again was because a had a gift card, wish I had sold it for a 1/8 of the value it was worth I could have went to the dollar Tree around the corner and got some things better than 20 minutes of mine spent on the toilet .....any person with a clue can tell a burger that was processed to the max and that was frozen.....bottom line take the extra 2 minutes and go up the street to Macdonalds and get your self a macdouble its way cheaper and actually tastes better....... and also ur not expected to leave a tip!!!!
Good place for wings, apps, food, and drinks. Fun to go with a group of friends. Many options for wing flavors both boneless or bone in. Service was good. Friendly and helpful. In a nice location .would reccomend.

Emma gave terrible service I ordered 5 mild and 5 sweet teriyaki wing and she gave me this powder buffalo wingI called back a she yelled at me for the way I ordered very upsetting they did correct it tho

Waiter accidentally spilled my food about 3 feet from my table, came over, apologized, and never charged me for it. Manager even came and apologized. Brought me my food pretty quickly after the incident considering what happened. Couldnt ask for better service and not to mention the food was great! Ill go to this bww over the one in Cicero any day.
First off, I probably wouldnt give a single star, Id start with a circle to say the least, the management should double check the quality of the boneless wings, thankfully I have real teeth so I only chipped my tooth, as opposed to dentures wich would fail under pressure but my point is that biting into the boneless wings are equivalent to chewing rocks, maybe the bones are ground into the meat, I dont know, but please soften the breading please or get a better quality product. The regular wings are tiny and extremely hard too. Bottom line, you need better wings if thats what you claim to specialize in. I can get better wings in ANY bar within a 25 mile radius of this place and it shouldnt be that way.
The visit was the worst one by far Ive been to bww since I lived in Texas and never had a bad visit till now spent over 100 dollars the visit was not worth my 30 minute drive.

Ooooh the wings!!!! I had received a gift card for BWW for Christmas and finally used it, and was not disappointed! The staff was so incredibly friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable and fun, and my kids and I had a very good time and delicious food!

Order is usually incorrect, Wings are 25% fat and 30% breading. Wings are never covered with sauce as they should be. Major disappointment coming from a Buffalo Wild Wings. Hit or Misss with 90% of the times being a miss. Just not as satisfying, feels like manager doesnt care

Great beer selection and a friendly staff. Sadly, theyve changed the game selection on tablets (which was a great disappointment to my children). The cool games are now premium and are not free.
Service can be a little slow, unless you sit at the bar. Been her quite a bit and the bartender has always been quick with service.
If you dont like sports dont go. The wings we got were awful. Granted we only got mild and the garlic/parm. But the garlic/parm do not taste like garlic or parm. Waitress was great and very sweet.

No lie, I had the best glass of Blue Moon in my life. The service is good and the environment is great if youre trying to go out with some friends. You get double wings on Tuesdays and cheaper wings on thursdays, but the quality of the wings themselves could use some help.

Waitress and host made annoyed remarks and faces when we asked for a booth. They dont seem to want to earn their tips with good customer service. We walked out instead of having to deal with the waitresses attitude for ruining her night.

2021-08-22When I told my server that it was my first time eating at the restaurant and that I was not familiar with their dozen or so sauces, she suggested that I sample a couple to see what I might like. I picked the medium and hot buffalo wing sauces. She brought a small tray with labeled dollops of the two sauces and french fries to dip in them. I thought that was a wonderful thing for them to do. However, I found the sauces basically different levels of heat without much complexity or flavor. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich with french fries. The fries were crisp, delicious, and as seen in the second photo, plentiful. The sandwich came with mayo and pickles, but the coating on the chicken seemed to me to lack any seasoning. Perhaps this is because the hot wing sauce had already numbed my taste buds, but in any event, the sandwich came across as bland. The service was terrific and the ambiance appropriate for a sports bar motif. When I return, if I find a sauce I really like, I will be pleased to give the food a higher rating.

2022-01-01I really don’t know what to say about this second patty besides it looks like they flattened what was in the grease trap… felt unsafe eating. Called and the manager was very kind and refunded. I’m just appalled, confused, and a little speechless….? Guess it’s not Buffalo wild burgers for a reason

2022-05-11Our waitress was very sweet and suggested multiple options. The food however, was hard and/or cold.. like it had spent a good amount of time under the heat lamp. The greeting received was not great, my friend and I were ignored while hosts stood literally in front of us, with their backs to us, talking and doing something.. finally a waitress, who seemed very irate informed us theyd just gotten through a rush, which I can appreciate having worked in the field myself, but still.. every customer deserves the same courtesies. Overall, not overly impressed. Auburn location was much better.

2022-02-26Went in and got 20 boneless wings and a water. The wings were great. Halfway through the water however, I found a hair. When I said something to the waitress she said oh. I just had another glass with hair in it. Common issue? Good food, decent service. Just ask them to leave out the hair

2021-08-13Ordered a pickup order at this location for 1220 for a Buffalo Chicken wedge salad. Get there right on time only to wait 10 minutes for my order, and I get it, things happen. Check everything in my car and realize theres no chicken. Run back in, the girl came out almost immediately with a box of chicken. Somewhat satisfied, I get out to my car to find 1 of the smallest tenders Ive ever seen and realize there are also no utensils. The food was acceptable once I finally got to eat it, hence the 2 stars but I will not order pickup here again.

2022-06-04Never Again; arrived at 7:40pm only one table had customers in the area out of 11 tables. All 6 tables arrived and were served fully. It is now 8:40pm. No one has checked at our table. Received seasoned cool temp large fries. It is now 8:45pm and food is just being delivered warm... worst experience.

2021-10-03The blonde waitress with the tattoos was awesome, very fast and polite. The appetizer sampler was amazingly tasty, it made my mouth so wet. The burger and wings were good, but I liked the appetizer more. My chief complaint about this restaurant and why I did not give it 5 stars is that its wayyy too cold in there, and music was too loud. Like, it was so cold in there that I wanted to leave asap, which I guess might be their goal? I probably would have stayed longer and ordered more stuff (Im a huge spender that leaves $300 tips) if it wasnt colder in there than it was outside (it was a cold autumn day). For the music; look, Im pretty deaf and cant hear well, and it was even too loud for me. I can only imagine how loud and bothersome it may be for someone that has hearing aids.With all that said, the food and service was good. I will be returning again, and if the temperature control and decible issues are corrected, I will change my rating to 5 stars.

2022-05-28I wasnt impressed with my experience. Service was really slow to begin with, and then my meal was wrong so I had to wait while they redid it. They let me have the food and comped it, but I would have rather just had what I ordered and my time back. The best part about their food is the hot sauces, so they might as well just sell bottles of that and not bother with restaurants.
