Hello. I will not be coming back. At first, it sounded good. No wait, I could just walk in with my family. And that did happen. I just walked in and I was seated. The waitress asked us for our drinks, and it was 2 diet cokes, 1 water, 1 coke, 1 sprite, a chocolate milk, and a root bear. That took a little much time. 20 minutes. Especially since these drinks aren’t homemade. Second, the food. Keep in mind we already ordered apps. When I ordered, I said “can I please have a cheese quesadilla only cheese” waiter said sure. We were getting a little angry at this point because it took a little around an hour to bring dinner. My father asked for the manager, he looked around 17 or 18 years old. It kind of explained the whole situation. A manager shouldn’t be that young. I get it, the kitchen messed up, but get a new staff. It finally came. My food was messed up. I said only cheese. It had tomatoes in it. At the time, the manager was walking around. We told him about my food and they changed it. I waited 45 minutes and they expected me to still be hungry. When it came, I wasn’t hungry. 10 minutes later, we asked for the check. It gets worse. The waiter said sure. 10 minutes later, we got another tables check. We told the manager and he noticed the un-eaten quesadilla. It was in a box. He continues to tell us how we can’t take it because it was a waste of time in the kitchen. At this point we’re like fine just not coming back. Don’t go here!
Terrible service from Barbara. I was forced to pay for a drink I didnt order, and was given the incorrect food at first because the order was taken incorrectly, and I was given a nasty attitude when I asked about the drink that I didnt order on the receipt. Id like to say something nice but I cant. Pretty terrible customer service.
Ordered from there Bird Dawgs doordash resturant. Clearly says 2 dogs per meal. All 3 orders came with 1 dog. Also none of the optional exclusions were followed... not even special instructions but the optional add and removals werent followed. Half of my order was missing and all 3 orders werent made correctly.
The parmesan garlic and mango habanero wings were pretty good. Waitress was nice and pretty. Service could be faster but wasn’t a big problem
Horrible experience... Went for my daughters birthday dinner 6/23 ... Orders food ... My son got his food first .. 10 mins later I got mine... 13 mind after that my daughter got hers ... Horrible buisness practice.. Im not eating my food on my daughters birthday while she waits 20 mins for hers .... Never again
When we sat down and ordered i asked for a Tito’s mule gave my license and she said i can’t serve you your license is expired i understood and the person across from said he would take my drink and he wanted it and would provide his id alexis said she didn’t believe us for a second upon return with the soda she spilt one all over the table and on 2 of my other friends said sorry briefly then said switch tables switch tables after we switched tables another employee came over and also said she couldn’t serve us alcohol with an expired id and after my friend said i said i would take it and show my id alexis said if you sit at that table I’ll serve you and motioned to the table that she just spilt soda all over we got up and left because of the utter disrespect towards us I’ve never had a bad experience at bww until today disappointed and will not be returning soon
I took my family out to dinner last night for my husbands birthday.The service was extremely slow and they were not busy.What upset me though was dinner. We ordered wings and they were actually COLD. Like they just came out of the fridge and brought to our tableI dont like to complain and this is my first time leaving a review.Dining experience.........90.00......I should have stayed home and made my own wings
Just got my take out order.... my wife waited 15 minutes after the set time that was stated..... my entire meal is cold.... good thing they are paying a manager.... bravo.... this place is terrible.... will never do buisness here again
That place sucks!!!! The first time I order on doorsash they forgot my salad I had to get up and go get my own food ??? Like seriously tonight I order my second time I ordered a salad and no croutons!!! I asked for nachos no pico de gallo and add chilis , they put Pico de gallo and no chilis , even it says on the receipt!!!!! Never ever again!!!!
Always solid food, my only complaint is that the soda always seems to taste like dishwater. The staff is nice and the place is reasonably clean.
Burger was great. The mac n cheese plate was steaming hot so probably microwaved. Wings were pretty good too
Place used to be alot better than it is now. Over cooked wings. Generic commercially made sauces. Quality definately has gone downhill unfortunately
Bad experience.Went for my birthday and got food and our meals came out 10-15 minutes apart and couldn’t eat as a family.Never going there again

We waited 20 minutes in an empty restaurant for wings that , when delivered were room temperature and looked as if they were from the day before. I got bone in with Nashville hot. All I could taste was paprika. Sauce was thrown on as an afterthought. He got boneless Carolina reaper. Entirely too much breading and same issue with sauce. The only reason I give 2 stars is the bartender was very nice.
HORRIBLE!!!!! Horrible horrible! The staff here suck. They are rude and completely incompetent. The Manager was great and offered coupons for the horribly burned meal and asked we please give them another shot,and we did!. Ordered again about 2 weeks later and the same thing only this time you can tell they gave us old chicken, it was hard as a rock and cold. I just dont understand how someone could serve another person inedible food and take there money with out caring (this was a To go orders for those wondering why I didnt just leave)
Food is average to me but my kids enjoy it, service seems to be a lot better at the tables than the bar side(I ate on both sides). Not in a rush to go back

I am disgusted and disappointed with the way that my handicapped Grandmother was treated when we went to go out to lunch today. We went to go eat and the worker said that the dining room is closed and we would have to eat at the high tables. I asked if it was possible if we could sit at a table so that my Grandma could eat there and she said no. I asked again to make sure that they would not make an exceptions for ONE table for an HANDICAPPED women. This is an awful way to treat consumer.
You know the usual Buffalo wild wings experience. We were a slightly larger group but took a while to seat us and even longer for them to take our orderProbably spent an extra 2 hours just trying to get staff to accommodate us. However were mice and explained the situation at hand.Overall probably out of their control with special circumstances but very time consuming experience

I never leave any bad reviews, however the staff needs to do a better job. I understand they’re busy, however 35min wait for an Uber Pickup & is still not ready is unacceptable. We rely on these delivery’s for an income

Although prices keep increasing, the service and management has gotten significantly better. Wing flavors are great. Their BOGO free Thursday deal is pretty good, although they do charge more for the deal than for the same amount of wings without using buy one get one free. In addition, they charge a separate fee for phone call orders, online orders, and take out orders.

To dinner and the staff is good the place is good , don’t ask me for the food I can tell you , my wings they was hard and very dry looks and feel they are old o frozen , from the freezer to the oil .sorry guys I not coming back, (almost forgot chicken’s wings salty)
Had an issue with the app, mobile ordering, and rewards and the manager handled it professionally and promptly. Very happy with the results and will definitely revisit this local BWW.
These are the best chicken wings Ive ever eaten. The success are delicious. You can also try the most spicy sauce to challenge your friends. Great environment.

Awesome wing night ... Bogo was classic excellent service , cold beer. Great service!! So let me give you an update on my latest visit . Was there with my wife on Sunday for lunch , food was good , everything seemed to be ok . When it was time to pay the waitress took my credit card and disappeared for a few minutes. Didn’t think too much of it at the time...so that evening in the overnight hours my credit card was changed in the amount of $900 dollars from various on line merchants. Now I’m not pointing fingers but the charges were that consistent with a young girl.,,, clothes , shoes , jewelry... again not pointing fingers , I’ll leave that up to Suffolk county detectives. Be careful when you pay with a credit card . It only takes a second for them to snap a picture of the front and back of your card.
The food was great. I used to not like bbw at all many years ago but we came here with all the cheerleaders and parents after our last game and the food and drinks were great! We went back again after that as well and the food was great as well that time. Its way different than j remember with a bigger menu than yearss ago.

Classic wing spot. Good energy and usually good service, just depending on your server. Would be 5 stars but the floors feel grimy/sticky. Extra effort with vacuuming and mopping would go a long way.

Ive been to this Buffalo Wild Wings many times over the past few years. The food and service are consistently great. My only downsides are that Ive had a few times where part of my order was missing (it was always resolved) or my server took a bit longer than normal to check on my table. Overall, this is a fantastic restaurant that I will definitely keep going to.

First off, the service here is awesome. The host and waiters are very friendly as soon as you walk in the door providing patrons a warm welcoming environment before you get to enjoy their very savory and delicious wings. I love the drinks at this particular Wild Wings, the bartender is always on point. I usually visit this location once a week and have yet to find anything to complain about. They have a great promotional menu that starts from 2pm to 7pm so you cant go wrong by stopping by just to try this place for the first time. Also, the environment is family friendly so you can bring your kids with you too to enjoy some good wings. The wings are definitely awesome but their burgers are a grand slam too. I would have to say this is one of the best Sports Bar/Restaurants Ive frequent in this area. To the staff at Buffalo Wild Wings, if you get to read this, good work on your behalf and keep it up. 👍👍👍👍👍

Online orders need to be streamlined. It shouldnt take more than an hour to get wings just because you ordered online. I wouldnt wait that long in the restaurant. Constantly have orders being made ready but they arent telling the server its ready. My food sat for 10 extra minutes needlessly.
We get takeout here almost once a week. The staff is always very helpful and attentive. The wings and buffalo dry rub are awesome.

Not great. The service was okay and the drinks were good but the food wasnt the best. I had a chicken wrap and French fries and my wife had a chicken Cesar salad. The wrap wasnt bad but the fries tasted either stale or like they had freezer burn. My wifes chicken Cesar had 4 THIN slices of chicken on it. Were really not big eaters but expected more from the salad. I might go back for a beer but not for the food. Maybe theyre better at making wings.
When I went great atmosphere as the ravens vs titans game went on. The waiter was very nice and active for such a busy night. The food was good although the sandwiches we had were made sloppy and sauce was everywhere. Nice spot though.
Needed a place for my sons football team to get together and eat,,,no reservations, practically no notice on a Friday night,,,,they were very accommodating and everyone had a great time
Nothing is better than wings from BWW. The food is great and the staff is always accommodating and polite. I usually take out, but one day I will go and enjoy the food there. I would recommend this location to everyone
I drove here out of my way to finally eat here for my birthday after my fiance never wants to eat here. And they wanted a 10$ cover charge for a boxing match I could careless about. Could barely even get seated with all the employees sitting up front doing nothing. Lost 20$ cause I already drove pretty far to get there. Food was good, service was polite. Chain restaurants dont have a cover fee for major sport events :/
Foid was semi warm. Way too pricey for chicken. 5 people- 150 bucks for chicken wings, fries and soda. 1 app. Not busy. Seated right away. Service was very good.

My girlfriend and I got to the restaurant around 9:15pm when the hostess went to seat us she was chit chatting with one of the other employees. When we said hello she gave us an eye roll and said two right. Then she brought us to the table and mumbled something and said the server would be over soon. The server was pleasant and took our drink order. When she came back with drinks we ordered our food along with an appetizer. The appetizers came out about ten minutes later. After waiting about 40 minutes the waitress informed us that they made a mistake with the order but they would remake it quickly and it would be out soon. We then waited another 15 minutes and were given our onion rings which was good because it had been over an hour since we got there at this point. The rest of the food then came out about 10 minutes after that. We didn’t get out until after 11 and as we’re leaving there was a homeless lady sleeping on the bench in front of the restaurant with her dog, which made us uncomfortable.The waitress was nice but the rest of the service was terrible.
Wings aka flats with sweet BBQ extra crispy...thats the way i like them and they make them perfectly without fail.side of blue cheese and celery sticks. great place for a friend date..they dont rush you out.

2021-11-28Nice place for a relaxed night. They have large TVs so it is perfect place for watching games with friends and having drinks.Highlight: Buy one get one for wings on Tuesday.10+ choices of wings flavors. Personal recommendation is mango habanero if you love spicy. They also have specialized flavor from time to time. For desserts, loaded ice cream will be served with chips and caramel.The only regret is that I guess they cooked the wings first so the taste comes only from the outside sauce. It is understandable as it serves quickly.

2022-05-20After sitting for 10 minutes without being greeted we were told your server will be right out. 5 min later no came so we left. There was only one other table with a customer seated at this time. If this restaurant has become for takeout only they should let customers know. I would never go back there.

2022-04-21We were a party of 8 people and we were told a table would be given in 30 minutes. We waited for an hour and still we didnt get a table. We saw multiple parties of similar size get the table before us. The bias was very clearly visible. I hope the authorities take action on the person responsible

2022-03-15Buffalo wild wings is okay. They offer a ton of different sauces but honestly they could do a better job on the chicken wings. I kind of feel bad saying this but I think they have so many sauces to hide the fact that they dont really take pride in how they prepare their chicken. They just throw the chicken wings in the fryer or bake them and then just smother them in whatever sauce you request. The best chicken wings Ive had out of all the restaurants would have to be TGI Fridays. Theyre chicken wings are bomb. Check them out. Sorry Buffalo wild wings. Step up your game!

2022-04-28Im not normally a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings but the food here is prepared better and the staff is fast and polite. We come after our kids swim class at GoldFish. This location is one of the few I go to let alone in a regular basis.

2022-06-05Been going here for a while, but recently for the past two times that I have went, there was something wrong with my order. The first time the wings were raw. The second time they were raw and they had put the wrong sauce. Safe to say I’m gonna take a little break from here

2022-05-10The brisket sandwich was burnt and tasted horrible. The boneless wings were over cooked, very dry. The burger was extremely salty I literally had to spit it out..... the wings were cold. I usually buy the bottle of the garlic parmesan sauce because I love it so much, I sometimes make wings at home. Their garlic parmesan wings had a floury texture like they added flour to it to thicken the sauce. I really wouldnt recommend this place. I gave this place a second chance and never again.

2022-06-28It took a while to be seated even though it was midday and it was pretty empty(weekday visit). The service was okay, once we sat it felt a little rushed-however our server was friendly. Would I visit again? I dont think so. The food was mediocre at best.
