This was my first time ever going to a BWW and it wasnt what I was expecting. The staff at this location were great I have no complaints from them, the waitress did a great job of catering to us, but the food honestly wasnt all that. The lighting was dark and unappealing, and the air conditioning was a little too strong causing your food to go cold quick. Since it was my first time there I decided to try the difference in sauce flavors. I had the Lemon Pepper, Asian zing, Mango, Teriyaki, Sweet BBQ, and Honey BBQ. Sweet And Honey BBQ were my favorites (the fries were also good.) Overall the experience was okay but I dont think it was worth the hype. Would probably only go back if Im in a group and thats what they want to eat not because of my own craving.
Extremely polite hosts tonight that were helpful with explaining some of the menu items for us. Would highly recommend!
The wait staff is always very nice and helpful. Want to get that out of the way up front, I do not believe the employees are the problem here.No longer going here for wings, seeing as the price just keeps going up, and corporate has decided that extra sauce is what you see in this photo. This has been a consistent issue with this location for some time. This is not some underpaid, overworked kitchen employee understandably making a mistake, this is what BWW corporate believes a wing with extra sauce should look like. This is a company line, not an error made on my order.

Delightful bartender I wish I had gotten her name!! Very attentive! We came for trivia and its always an extra happy jolt when they have a screen at the bar dedicated for it 😀 very happy atmosphere today it was quite nice 💛
Went for lunch recently and had a great experience. Quick, friendly service. Had the new Classic Chicken Sandwich with wild sauce. While the sauce is a bit too hot for my liking, the piece of fried chicken is delicious. At $7.99, it is a great deal.
Terrible service. We waited one hour and then decided to leave. Other customers around us came in after us got their food and finished before we even got food
We had late lunch yesterday. We ate at a high table in the bar. Our order consisted of an order of wings and a chicken sandwich . Food and service was very good. My only minor comment is like other Wild Wings locations, the design of the building makes for a pretty loud atmosphere . The bar was louder than the dinning room normally is. It can be a problem for me sometimes, but we were fine yesterday. But it was almost 2pm, so it was less crowded. All in all, a nice lunch.
Not that buffalo wild wings is high class dining on a good day, and I cant say for certain that this wasnt an off night, but on the off chance that it wasnt, this was a terrible experience. It took 10 minutes before I was seated, in 10 minutes after my order was placed, I get the guy who took my order coming back over confused as to what I ordered. It was another nearly 25 minutes until I actually started being able to eat. However, he forgot which sauce I ordered, still brought carrots over despite the fact I asked for only celery specifically and didnt have the wings prepared as I asked. When I needed a refill, I needed to ask a different server because mine was nowhere to be found despite the dining room being nearly empty at this time and when it was time for my check, it took almost another 20 minutes before he brought my check out, ran off before making sure that anything was correct when it wasnt as he still had my incorrect order added on to the list, and then took another 5 minutes to bring back the correct order receipt. The only thing that he did expediently was collect my payment and provide the receipt to write the tip on. Now I understand that with the way the world is, service industry is difficult and staffing is hard to maintain, so I didnt say anything negatively during my time there aside from minor corrections to my receipt so that way I didnt pay for something I did not receive, but I do want people to be aware that this is the kind of experience you might come to expect from this wild wings.
1st ordered all flats. When they were brought to the table there was only 1 flat. Asked for ranch and blue cheese. None was given to us when the food came to the table. 2nd the wings were smothered in the sauce when told was not enjoyed like that. His response was ready for the check.Will never be going back again.
Went for take out order my food with my friends. Went to the bar to buy couple Coors lights bottles then we had to leave order was done I payed my bill and left the bartender lady 2 dollar tip. Then I proceeded to walk out with my friends who were in a rush to bring the food home share it with his girlfriend. There was three of us. Then dude chase us to are car claiming I did not paying the bill. I rember the lady snatched my two dollar tip up and my receipt and crumpled it in her hand. Then they called police on us no charge were made we waited for the cops and then they all hillside. I did not steal. I felt very embarrassed having hole restaurant and packed house looking at me like I was thief. How can the call the cops and then not back up there claim of theft. Wings were good but service there is horrible. Not to mention the cashier had to get her manager three time just to place and order to get buy one get one free deal.
This spot USED TO BE awesome. I cook a lot, but we get takeout about once a week. This spot was a regular in our rotation. The nachos were my favorite. A few months back, we ordered from there and they got the entire order wrong. We ordered the second time, telling the person taking the order what happened the last time. They got the order wrong. Like idiots, we ordered the third time but spoke to the manager. The manager was really sweet and kind and listened to everything. She was great. My husband picked up the order, came home and we set it out happily awaiting our delicious dinner. The order was right. The food was just mediocre at best. The chili nachos were bland and soggy and not good. We usually used to demolish them. We didn’t even finish half. I want to eat my wings at least. They were dry and tasteless with barely any sauce. Speaking with the manager earlier, she said that post- Covid they had to higher almost an entire new team. Unfortunately, the new team has no idea what to do. It really stinks, the place used to be awesome.
Havent been to the restaurant in a couple years due to the poor quality of food from last time. Met our friends to watch a football game. Ordered some appetizers and they turned out not too bad . Service to get drinks was slow. I bumped the restaurant up to a 3 . Would I go back? Eh.
Met some friends here. It was ok. Staff was friendly. The food was good. For a lack of better words it felt stale over all and an awkward design for the booths. Felt separated inside and not an open space. There was a loud banging screech noise from above and sounds like you need to repair something.
Food is ok. Wings are nice and crispy.Service is okPretty expensive for what it is. A small order is 10 wings @ $11.29. When you dont say the actual number of wings, you know something is up.

Love the wings here. Have never been disappointed with the food. Place was dead when we got here about 5:30 Tuesday afternoon for the BOGO order of wings special. Our server was friendly but really slow considering the lack of patrons.
Ordered takeout. 5 minute drive back to the hotel. Fries were cold but the chicken wings were huge. More food then I expected compared to other BWW. This place sets the bar for the wings we always wish we got at any BWW.
Went for dinner with my daughter and grandson Friday night 10-29-21. A handful of people in the restaurant. Staff SLOW mode. Waited for server/ drinks. My food wasnt the best I ordered GRILLED CHICKEN BUFFALITOS, no grilled onions, lettuce. Hardly NO CHICKEN -3 small tacos My daughter and grand son food was ok. Wings and Buffalo chicken sandwich. Our server kept apologizing over and over again. This restaurant is over priced and skimpy with the food. NEVER AGAIN will I go there. You need to hire real cooks!!!
It wasnt very busy, but they were short staffed so the wait time was a but long. They also were out of what I wanted. The food I did get was fantastic though and our server was very nice.
Wings were cooked too dry. The guy that showed us to our table was a complete jerk. The fries served with the wings were cold. The only good thing was our server. Hes was very polite and great at his job. Tipped him good, but wont ever go back to this place.
This is not to beat down a restaurant that is already in a tough spot. But with that said waiting 45 min for 2 people to eat is a little crazy especially when there’s only 15 people in the whole building. I hope this review gets the attention of the admin so they may improve customer service. If your ok waiting 30-1hrs for food stop here. And food came out wrong to add the cherry on top.
Good food. Pretty clean and well kept on the inside. Outside could use some TLC. Friendly staff. But not enough of them. A lot are pulling double duty, so your wait may be longer than expected. All of the TV s are in good working condition. I will go back again.
WINGS ARE TERRIBLE! The Service (Shannon) was great but the Wings are terrible. This location recently changed their Wings to an inferior Wing. They’re smaller, there’s a breading on them, and they’re actually soggy. Most likely more cost effective for BWW but a disservice to a Wing Lover. Change back to the quality wings you’ve always carried and take care of your customers…
We were sitted right away . The food came out fast as well and yes, it was well cooked. Waitress was very pleasant. I always order the Parmesan-Garlic 😋😋😋
The staff and managers were outstanding. We had a party of 15 and were attended to and seated immediately. We chatted with the staff and made life long bonds . This was an amazing experience. Thank you . Special shout to the manager Christian!
It’s fine. The service is good but food is just ok
I went here for lunch with a couple of colleagues, and the waiter even asked if we were in a time constraint for lunch which we replied that we were. Well our good took about 35 minutes to come out and there was maybe 5 tables in the whole place. Then the server tells us the Manager is going to co.e over, which takes another 5 minutes. The manager told us that he was going to take care of the meal, so we left an extremely generous tip on the table and left. The server chases us into the parking lot to tell us that the manager only took one meal off, and we had a bill to pay. It was not only embarrassing, but we left the tip that we did because we thought we didnt have a bill and didnt want to screw the server, so we ended up paying more than we would have. Smh....

Ordered takeout. It was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. Havent had their wings in a while and I was very happy with all the sauces. The original buffalo sauce has a great kick. Their mild sauces and non- spicy are perfect for little ones. The fried cheese balls were a favorite. The order tasted near perfect by the time I made it back home. Definitely recommend it. There is in- dining.

I gave this restaurant 5 stars 3 months ago but today I changed it to 3 stars because upon arrival we sat down was greeted by waitress Skye who told us that they couldnt honor BBW Tuesday special because the truck was in accident which had there food and they only have 50 wings left to serve everyone. So there went that. Our order came but my fries was super cold and the waitress was no where to be found so I could tell her. So I went ahead and ate them. Then after awhile she showed up after a group of 15 boys showed up. Then she asked if we needed anything we told her the check she gave check and was gone again we waited no Skye. Then we was not able to pay at the register was told we had to pay the waitress and told the counter girl the issue and she went to go and find her. But my husband found her he went to go sit back down so he can pay the bill and he had to wait until she took the table of the 15 guys order. Which took another 10 minutes just so that he can pay the bill. This was ridiculous and I wouldnt come back here until the service changed. No manager no nothing this place fell big time. Get it together BBW

Everything tasted delicious and the staff was great. My only complaint would be that the food is very greasy. I love the Buffalo Blue burger but the grease pours of it while eating it. I dont come here often but when I do, its always a positive experience.

I’ve been to BWW all over the east coast. This one is by far the worst. The hostess seemed like she didn’t want to seat us, she was very hesitant. We sat for about fifteen minutes. I literally just watched two couples come in AFTER me, my husband and two kids. They immediately had a server come up to them, go get their drinks and come back to take their orders. At this point we still did not have ANY server come to our table. (I’m not sure if it was because we’re at a table and not a booth) When one server caught my hard stare, she stopped at our table, and I guess she assumed we did not have our order taken. She finally pulled out her check book to take our orders. When we questioned regarding some items on the menu, she seemed very snappy, almost as if the answer was obvious. I guess I’ll see how the food is, hopefully that makes this visit somewhat tolerable.Edit. It’s been 49 minutes since we were seated and still no food. Server walked passed our table and glanced at my husband and asked if he wanted another drink in which he said yes. She stopped at another table to take a groups order. Still no drink. Still no food. First and last time we will come here.

Sat outside for lunch. The service was absolutely outstanding. Started with dry rub wings that were very good. Friend had tacos that he enjoyed but were very spicy. The fries were a bit cold and must have been sitting for awhile. Nashville chicken sandwich was a little messy to eat but very tasty. Needed a nap after the lunch. Will go back.

Ive been here quit a few times. Unless you sit at the bar the service is terrible. The food is awesome but waiting long times for a drink or dessert or to get the bill is horrible. The store has never been busy when i went, but all the employees seem to be busy talking with each other over gossip rather than doing their jobs. Its hard coming here expecting to have a drink and eat without wasting 2 and a half hours easy.
Very disappointing first time here and will confidently never return! First walked in no host ( or I thought ) turns out the host was right in front of us chatting with another employee and completely didnt notice us for about 5 minutes. Then I finally get seated and the menu Id Qr code witch my friends I was with didnt have phones so they couldnt pull up there menu so I had to let all my friends do it on mine. Then we waited almost an hour for our food once here mine felt like eating rocks ( boneless wings ) ! And its so cold by the time I ate my my fries were cold and they also were rock solid and our waitress didnt check on us much plus the floor was usually empty of employees and im just very disappointed I wish I didnt eat My food and didnt give this business any money but I ate my food cause I already was here and hungry will definitely not be back.!!!!

Came at lunchtime with lowered expectations, due to bad experiences at other locations. We were seated promptly, and our orders were taken and served quickly by Zac, who was very helpful, and courteous. Food was generous portions, and everything was hot and delicious. We will definitely come to this location more often.

They were very busy; tried calling several times before heading over there and they never answered. We got an order to go and they did a great job getting our order ready as soon as they could.
I had not been here in a while. Recently went for a snack and a beer. Service was ok cant say it seemed overly clean did not see tables being wiped in between dinners wings were really good they should be $10 for 6 wings beer was reasonable 4.50 for 20.oz would go back but hope for better service next time at least.

My girlfriend and I love Buffalo Wild Wings. However we are VERY disappointed as of lately. When seated the tables are clearly not clean, and the floor is despicable. There’s so many employees just walking around. People are asking to be seated elsewhere due to the uncleanliness of the seating area.

You can Never go wrong at Buffalo Wild Wings. We stopped there during a game. The place was packed, but we were seated within minutes of arriving, and the food came out within 10 minutes of ordering. Always Delicious, always cooked to Perfection. My wife ordered the Honey BBQ Boneless Wings and Fried Pickles, and I got the Mozzarella Sticks, Street Tacos, and a Cheeseburger. Talk about a Food Coma🤪... Our Waiter was Super Friendly, and consistently checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The Best Part, The SODA... Im a Big Fan of Great Soda.. The soda was Extremely Carbonated which is awesome. Theres nothing worse than washing down your meal with flat soda. Plus Id.like to add that the Bathrooms are Always Clean. The only downside is that its so far. Someone really needs to Open a Buffalo Wild Wings in Sullivan County. Having said that... The food is Definitely worth the 35 minute drive.PS- If youre a Boneless wings Lover or are waiting to try Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time, THURSDAY NIGHTS Is a Great Night to go.. The Boneless Wings are BOGO Free. Did I mention the Boneless wings are ALL White Meat, Cooked to Absolute Perfection.. Crunchy on the outside, Juicy on the inside, and they are Covered in your choice of Sauce.. Just writing this review got me hungry for some more Buffalo Wild Wings 😋🤗

WORST RESTAURANT EVERYThere was an hour and a half wait for an order of 10 wings. When I said that is to long for me to way wait they said sorry we already charged your card so there is nothing we can do about it. I had to drive back there at 11:30pm to pick up my cold wings, hours old that cost 15 dollar.
Everyone was friendly, for the most part. Abided by rules of wearing masks & outside dining. One very weird thing did happen. Our waitress took our order & never returned. When finally realized that we were sitting for a long time a Manager came by. Further investigating started & we were told our waitress left & they didnt even know why. As a matter of fact, they didnt even know she left.🤨🤔 Food was so-so.

My favorite location is this middletown location, just sent almost 4hrs here catching up with family. Never felt encouraged to leave and had a great time. Favorite wing are still thai curry but tried a small batch of the reaper wings and they are damn hot. Got 3 other new ones to try so 3 more reasons to come back at the very least
The service was horrible. My husband and I got our food 44 minutes after our kids waited hour for their food. They comped us $10 off. Never going here again. Never got silverware or napkins.. it was a horrible birthday dinner for my son.
Food is amazing. First time ordering take out from here and it was so worth it. I got the family meal and the portions were just right for all 5 of us. Will definitely be ordering here again. Also if picking up you must go inside to get order. So dont forget your mask.
Gave me the hershey squirts, food took way too long and then sat once done...boneless wings not only looked old, but the sauce felt overcooked and tasted burnt. Overall, operations needs a good gone over. Place has potential, but my last experience was not pleasant at all. Would rather TGI Fridays
Shady customer service who use so so attractive waitresses to get more money out of you. Its as if they target individuals who they feel they can manipulate to order more items. They also take extremely long to prepare meals were it takes half an hour. I mean how long does it take to prepare frozen food? When our boneless wings actually arrived it was extremely hard and took us a while to finish. It was as if we were eating rocks. The food was overpriced as well. This is our second time returning to this place and nothing has changed and still not impressed. Planet wings and Applebees have much better boneless wings in my opinion as they were tender and juicy. We will not be returning and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
I loved the food! Great selection of appetizers and entrees. Extremely large selection of sauces, guaranteed to please just about everyone. A group of 8 of us went here and everything we ordered was delicious, and served at the proper temperature. My only complaint would be our server; she was more concerned with flirting with a couple other tables filled with young guys, rather than wait on us. From start to finish, we were at the restaurant for almost 2 hours. A little long for this type of place. Despite the poor service, we will be back again.
Love the boneless wings and all the sauce and dry-rub flavors. Last visit here, our server took our order then disappeared. Someone else brought us our appetizer and our entrees and 10 minutes later I flagged down a different server to ask for a soda refill. Then about 10 minutes or so after that, the manager finally came to let us know our server had to leave and someone else would be taking care of us. By this time we were pretty much done. Someone should have come as soon as our server left to let us know!!!
My husband had a cheese burger, it was cooked the way he likes it Not much of a fry guy so he did leave those. I had a salad and the chicken tacos which were delicious. The waitress was friendly, polite and attentive. Clean place and quite.
Worst place to work EVER. They dont care about guest safety during covid and treat their employees like disposable trash. There has been many covid cases here and the public is never informed.
The wings were over cooked and dried out. They tasted and looked like they were sitting in the back of the freezer for several months. They did not label the sauces on the plate, which caused it to be a guessing game as to which wing was which sauce. When the waiter was asked for additional napkins, he only provided an additional 2 which he had to be asked again for more. Staff was also observed drinking and sleeping in the dining room. Sat down at a high top table. Ordered a beer and told the waitress Id like some time to decide on my order. The problem was that when it came time to decide, I had never gotten a menu. After tracking one down from the passing bartender, I placed an order of wings and a garden salad, which took an inordinate amount of time to deliver. I can forgive all of this, but as I sat with an empty glass in front of me for 5 minutes or more, with no waitress or bartender in sight, I decided to cancel the order, pay for the beer and leave. After leaving the establishment, a super tough guy emerged (Im assuming a kitchen worker) to run his mouth from across the parking lot. Comical.The waitress was friendly, at least. There just needs to be more attention to detail here.
The place was little busy and our party of 16 got sat in less than 10 minutes. Our server was great, all the order were correct and food didnt take long to come out. So far the best buffalo wild wings Ive been to so far.
Excellent location! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean bathrooms, tables, and restaurant in general. Kids have a blast as they can watch the tvs or play on the tablets. The beer menu has its staples, but there are 3-4 rotating taps that never disappoint. Bar-side seating is open and spacious, just a little cold at times.
Watch for screen calibration error on card swiper. You may be paying more tips than desired. For eg. Press $3, but $5 is activated, very quickly too. Dont believe, check receipt after.
Well the pineapple mojito was watery and weak. I would say this place may be only good for a beer and wings.
Wings are dry. Had to send back twice before I received a decent batch . Gave 2 star to the rest of the entrees. The salad was good. Then again not too much you can mess up with that unless its not fresh. Problably wont go back. Service was not the greatest either. Alot of help standing around at the check in area. Seemed they were more interested in serving drinks at the bar.
This is the spot for your sports and of course wings. They offer different flavors that youll sure to like. If your into sports bar like atmosphere with different TVs in just about every walk then this is a must. Walk up bar or table dinning, they have it all. I love the different choices of flavors for wings. The flavor gets in to your taste ( mouth ) it will be hard to eat just a couple wings.
Service was slow even though there were a lot of staff standing around, but thats fine. The food was overcooked to the point my wife couldnt tell if pieces in her chicken wrap were chicken or the croutons. The chili cheese fries must have been put under a broiler for a bit too long as well. The burger was a hockey puck - apparently they dont ask how you would like your burger to be cooked, they just make it well done. Management did comp the burger, which was nice.
The food was spectacular and our server Olivia was on point. She was attentive bit not annoying. Check Buffalo Wild wings out. Its worth the price
Been to almost all the Texas locations and never had such amazing customer service as this one in NY! Wow. Everyone felt like a team. Multiple waitresses helping each other. Very impressed. Im sure my tip proved that lol, but a good review is needed. Go Cowboys!
The waiter seemed really out of it and disappointed that my wife and I werent ordering alcohol but we dont drink. The food was pretty good. There was a table of 4 grown men near us that ordered a sundae to share between them which kinda freaked us out but its Middletown and there are a lot of strange people there.
The food was not bad. little spicy, would of enjoyed a refill on my drink - never asked - never recieved the water I requested at begining. the waitresses need training. when my salad was delivered she dropped the bread on the floor - said she would bring more -never did. we had 4 mistakes on our 13 orders .. disappointed over all
First time being here and not overly impressed with the place. When we first walked in the host who seats you was rude and seemed to be annoyed by everything. When shegreated us I couldnt even hear what she said so she then had to repeat herself that came with some attitude. When we were sat our server was friendly but seemed to be rushing us to order. Food was just okay. Nothing special about the wings or appitizera we got. Overall not highly impressed with this place would not recommend and most likely will not come back at least to this location..
Usually a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, but the Middletown one truly lacks in customer service.My colleagues and I are regular for our (1hr) lunch break and we went on a Wednesday with the restaurant practically empty, the wait was over 40 minutes and we all got back late to work. One of my colleagues even ordered from the promised 15 min quick lunch menu and waited 40 minutes. My wings were also very dry and overcooked. The waiter seemed just careless about any of our concerns and when it came time to ask for a box, we were given the smallest boxes possible, terrible experience overall, please improve your customer service thank you.
One of the worst meals Ive had in a long time. I ordered loaded nachos with brisket it was covered in ground beef no brisket. My friend ordered Philly cheesesteak wrap they gave him a Philly sandwich I ordered a beef brisket sandwich they brought me a fried chicken sandwich lmao. I paid for everything with the exception of my sandwich and we didnt even eat half the food probably never going back here. The only thing that was good was the mixed drink but you cant mess that up. I wouldnt even take the leftovers home.
Disgusting policy of broom sweeping the rug in the dining area while customers are eating and drinking, I experienced 3 different wait staff surrounding me and sweeping dust and debris in to the air for more then 5 minutes until I summoned the mod who turned out to be complete idiot and wanted to let me know it would be the worst day of my life if I tried him. I have had previous issues with this particular location from cold food to poor service ultimately it comes down to poor management
I have been there about seven times. My biggest mistake was going when they are busy. The wings were so burnt, there were holes in them. If you avoid their busy times, the cooks take time to make your meal tasty. The general manager Keith promised a on the house meal next time, i have been back three times, no Keith, so far all talk, maybe time to call corporate. Six good meals so four stars, AVOID BUFFALO WILD WINGS IN MIDDLETOWN NY when they are busy!!
This place has pretty good wings. I ordered the hot wings and they were very spicy. I like a little more chicken meat to go with the flavored skin. I went on a Sunday afternoon during football season. The place was very crowded and loud. I am in the 60+ age category so this aspect doesnt appeal to me. Im sure the younger crowd enjoys it though.
Party of 3. We did the Tuesday special buy 1 get 1 free wings. A lot of people for a Tuesday night dinner. The Blueberry mint lemonade is good a must try summer time drink. Awesome experience with our waiter Max who made it nice smooth and easy!
I came into the buffalo wild wings in middletown ny on Tues witch is bogo I ordered 10 traditional wings and should have received 10 so I asked the cashier who took my order (Quentin) and he said due to wing shortage its only on boneless wings so I just loose out .top it off I had pay full price and now Im pist I just opened my food when I get home n its all 10 drumsticks who dose that Im giving them a brake wing stop can now get my money by bww
Gotten To Go orders twice. Each time they had forgotten the main meal or ended up sending us dry wings when we requested sauce on them.
Nice place, great prices! But be aware the waiters fail to inform you that many drinks are not free refills. Yet, they will ask you would you like another beverage More than once fully aware that the drink is not a free refill. this is not a good way to conduct business and waiters should not hustle their customers. Shame on you for not disclosing this information. If I do decide to go back, it is truly a lesson learned. Perhaps , they need to be retrained. Unless , thats what they are told to do! I surely hope not.
Big fan of the place but definitely needs work... Service is friendly but most the waitresses are dreadfully slow or mess up orders. I was a waiter i get you you make mistakes but Im also a regular and it happens quite a bit. Calling this place is pointless, not only does NOBODY answer the phone but ive had people pick up and hang up on me a few times this past month so kinda tight about that. Foods good except fries are terrible so just dont get that and you wont be dissappointed. The male Asian waiter is friendly, quick and never gave me bad service, so thank you, props my friend.

Bdubs usually great service and food. Last few times Ive been here the kitchen was lacking the help it needed and showed in the dining area. Wait time was rough but they were up front and honest about it. Great array of beers and ice cold.
I’m really sad to be giving this place a 2 star, because I used to be an employee of Buffalo Wild Wings. The only reason I am giving it a two star is because of how me and my guest were treated whiling dining in the restaurant. It was a Monday night and the place wasn’t too crowded. My guest and I proceeded to sit ourselves in a high top in the bar area. We waited about 20minutes before someone approached us. The only reason they approached us was because we had to flag them down. It ended up being a manager (we could tell by how he was dressed in his dress suit, tie and vest.) we explained how we have been waiting for 20minutes and no one has approached by us, meanwhile servers keep walking past us blatantly ignoring us. The manager then had the audacity to reply “ well did somebody sit you from the host desk?” honestly it was the rudest remark i ever got from a person of high stature at a place that prides itself on their customer service. As a former employee of Buffalo Wild Wings I would have never said such a insulate reply. People sit themselves in the bar area all the time. Just because they are not sat by a host does not mean they should be ignored and then ridiculed. I was very turned off by this remark. I will not be returning to this location. #nochill
This place is a sports fans dream! They have every game/event you can imagine on tons of television screens. The drinks and beer selection isnt too bad either. I would give this place 5 stars if the food was a bit better tasting/priced. Its also very packed on big fight/game nights but the average sports fan wouldnt mind.
Food was good as always. Our waitress Lexi was great and very attentive. It wasnt crowded so I was surprised our wings took as long as they did but Lexi kept checking on us which made it not so bad.One thing that we didnt like was we noticed B-dubs decreased their wing serving size without any notification. A large used to be 20 wings, its now 18. The medium was 15 wings and is now 14, but all for the same price. I guess thats why they use snack, small, medium & large to descibe the serving size. Sneaky!
I am not impressed with the wings. I have an issue with food that only taste good on the outside, but is bland on the inside. However, the rubs and sauces are very good.Try marinating the wings to give it real flavor.
Its your typical chain but the staff is spectacular the restaurant is clean and theres lots of parking. They do accept reservations! And the sports bar has lots of beers on tap. Every Thursday night in the summer is car night or Bike Night available. Great place to bring the family and have some fun good hot wings! Besides chicken wings theyve got other good foods to eat. Lots of televisions to see all the games! Close to the cinemas. And the Galleria Mall.
It definitely could step up there drink game, but the food is what Buffalo wild wings always delivers, good wings! Service could use a little work, its hit or miss depending on who you get.

We recently took our ten year old son for his birthday, making sure to let the staff know that was why we were there. Not only did they not acknowledge it at all, but they made a big deal out of the birthday of the child two tables over, who came in after us. Food was over priced for what it was as well as some items coming out incorrectly. Could have been better, but after a phone call, the manager made it right. Thank you, management!
Went to this location for lunch today and was seated promptly. Im a patient person but after 10 minutes of being passed by numerous employees and nobody introducing themselves my friend and I walked out. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Instead we had a great lunch at Texas roadhouse!

Stopped by for Monday night football. Got there about an hour before the game. The waitress seemed to be all over the place and not focused. We put a food order in and seriously 5 min later she came to seriously apologize about how long we were waiting. I shrugged it off thinking she just got the wrong table. Truth be told 2 other table came in after us and got served their 4-6 plates of food before us. She came again to apologize for the wait. This time she offered to grab more drink to refill ours 1 water, 1 beer. Just to mention we only got 2 small orders of wings and one order of chicken flouttas. Once the game started about 40 min later, food finally came out, best part about it....there was another good runner bringing it out to us that she then cut off to grab the plate to bring it over herself. All in all good was good...just thinking about the wait and where she clearly messed up u think the bill would have at least had a comp.d beer.....nope full price for everything. Hopefully she was new and gets it together...if not texas roadhouse it is

Took forever to get our food (18 wings and basket of fries). Initially only the wings came out. We then had to ask for our fries, and for plates. And the wings were cold. We never were checked on by the waiter until we sent back the wings, then he checked on his every few minutes. Avoid this BWW.
The food isnt good but I cant lie, the sauces they put on the wings are nice. The have a good selection of beers.This place is loud and you get the expected unpleasant jock type table that is just annoying to sit near.I only go here at the request of friends.The service is however great. They are friendly, attentive, and make good recommendations.
Good selection of food for adults. I know it is not a healthy food place, but it would be nice to see the kids menu you have a selection if fried foods can be offered as baked with veggies and fruits as sides included (maybe yogurt pack). Overall, the staff is friendly and ambiance is family friendly.

I was there with friend for football game. food and service was excellent. We had waitress whose name starts with J and ends with E. The Best waitress you could ask for. She had a wonderful smile and a personality that matched.

Have been coming here since they have opened. Never once have had a bad meal and never once has my beer been anything but ICE Cold.The people who negatively rate this place are the same kinda folk that think Applebees and Chilis are fine dining cuisine. They also probably put ketchup on their steak like savages.You go to Bdubs for a a beer and a burger/appetizer. Not a friggen fillet mignon with a glass of sauvignon blanc.With that said. Its great. The staff is friendly and fun and the food is exactly what you pay for. Plus all the televisions make it so I can drink/eat in peace and not have to socially interact with anyone. Love it.

So I came here for lunch with my 5 year old son, after school, with my 9 month old daughter in tow. I understand that their fire policy prohibits high chairs at booths, but their tables are so uncomfortable that if you have a high chair sitter, dont try buffalo wild wings. The waitress made an accommodation and sat us in a booth in the corner, which was fine, but then had an attitude the rest of the time. No napkins, no silverware, no refills for my son... as the paying customer, I shouldnt have to ASK for everything... maybe, i dunno, the servers should be a little more mindful and attentive to peoples needs... after all, you choose the service industry.
Thanks for making my day worse. I was already having a bad day and decide to go to the Buffalo Wild Wings located in Middletown NY. It’s was 4:26 pm. The waitress came, took in my order, it’s was pass 5:15 and no one told me anything. I came to eat by myself and felt pretty terrible. When I asked to talk to a manager he told me that he was going to give me the food free of charge which I didn’t care because I had money to pay for my meal. When the food came out no one came to ask me if I needed anything. I had to wave at the waitress just to get some napkins. Maybe that’s how they treat customers in NY. I’m from PA and this is the first time I feel so unwelcome in a restaurant.
B dubs is a great wing chain...some are better than others. I was tempted to give it 3 stars but I feel the few times weve had sub par service shouldnt doc a star given the food and atmosphere. They do get insanely busy so if you are there on a busy night, you may wait a while for food. But overall, great family restaurant with a nice bar area for watching sports and kickin it with friends.
This place was always our go to place untill tonight. The place was half empty with people waiting out the door. I asked how long was told 15 minutes and asked why all the empty tables you could easily seat all of us. Was told we are too busy and not enough people to work so we closed half the place down. Are you serious? Its a Friday night?! We walked out no need to eat at a place that doesnt care about seating customers and serving them. Guess they dont need all the business on a Friday night

Had a gentleman named Max serving me and my friend 10 star guy really nice, knowledgeable, and honest with the time frame for food. The food was excellent although a bit pricey. Not 5 stars because they were out of certain food stuff and toppings the night i was there. Other then that a great experience!
Used to talk so highly of this place. Im writing this while waiting for my food. We ordered online, and the site said the food would be ready in 40 minutes. After 40 mins, we waited to be helped for about another 45 minutes. After that, we were told our food wasnt ready yet. So here we wait, its been another 15 minutes. Never ordering to go from here again.
BWW is one of the only chain restaurants we go to. This one in Middletown is great. Staff is very friendly and the food is quick. My only complaint is that there are too many televisions. But, it is a sports bar after all.
Hipster kitchen fad finally bit this franchise which is unfortunate. They recently replaced legible if not plain folding menu with clipboard with multiple pages stapled with menu on only one side. Each page gets in the way and wasted space of nothing on flip side along with lack of visual guide on what some menu looks like.Tray has been replaced with aluminum tray a la school lunch style. Since we are talking about hipster kitchen, its aluminum because its not plastic. Recyclability? Good. Hygiene? Good as long as they wash it regularly. Reduces waste? Probably.Food is same as always and staffs in this location is generally friendly if bit forgetful at times.
Staff / server was slow. Food was also not what we expected. Food taste like rubber. You are better off going to shoprite frozen food section.
The night I was there they were extremely busy and it took our waiter 15 min to even acknowledge us, so my 1 Buddy tried to go to the bar and get us drinks and was told they couldnt serve him unless he was seated at the bar. So there we sat no drinks no waiter no acknowledgement from any of the staff, so we finally stopped one of the staff (out of probably 7 that walked by us) and was told its not their section but someone should be with us soon. I understand that places get busy and it gets hectic, but at least make an effort to acknowledge that you see your customer and your at least trying! Just a thought!!!!!
Service was good but they were out of nearly everything I ordered. Unreal. No boneless wings! Isnt wings in the name of the restaurant??? For a national wings chain to be out if boneless wings, thats our incompetence. Its unacceptable. No shrimp available either. Sad. Will never stop here again.
Great place to get good wings and beer. Sports are a plus and there is no shortage of them. Some times the bar takes a tad too long to get your drinks but its not a deal breaker

Double billed me for my Superbowl to go order. When I brought it to their attention, they apologized and said it would be corrected. Two weeks later, still hasnt been refunded and I need to charge back via the credit card. Surprisingly shady business practices from such a large chain. Will not be visiting again.

I dont know where to start. I have been to many Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants and have never experienced what my family and i did here. We ordered our appetizer and drinks first to prepare for a nice meal of course. It only took about 20 mins for the drinks and appetizer to arrive although one of the elements in the appetizer was missing and was later brought in a separate plate. We were given no utensils or paper tissue. We ate our appetizer with our hands and improvised to clean them. No one wants to eat chili fries with their fingers. My soda cup sat empty for about 20 mins waiting for a refill. Another 20 mins passed before our server returned to ask what we wanted for our entrees, attempting to excuse himself for not attending us as he should and thanking us for being patient with him. We truly werent. The entrees arrived and all we wanted to do was just eat and leave. One might ask themselves why go through all this trouble? because our server was so busy with 4 other tables, he paid no mind to us, or would disappear to a back room. A separate server saw us struggling and helped us instead. And to top it off, when we were ready to eagerly leave, we couldnt, because we had to wait for our server to charge us, we couldnt pay at the cashier. eventually the server showed up and did it. I just want to thank the worst server in Buffalo Wild Wings history for ruining any other chance of my family or anyone we know from ever returning to this restaurant personally. FYI, his name was felix.
My fiance and I went here for dinner on wednesday. When we got our food, my wings were over cooked. I sent them back and thats when the manager, Christian, came out. He was very rude and unprofessional. I told him about my food and my fiance was saying that he was in the restaurant business himself. Christian practically got in my fiances face and I was worried and felt threatened. It was a very uncomfortable situation. He then offered to bring him back into the kitchen to show him what goes on. Christian took the wings of the bill but did not offer to replace the wings or give me anything else. A manager should never try to bring a customer in the kitchen, especially for health and safety reasons. Our waitress, irelis, was very professional and very kind. What if I was someone from the health department? With this being said, I will never come back and I will tell all my friends and family not to come to this location. This is one of the reasons why restaurants fail and close.
It has been awhile since I stopped to order wings ... I ordered 18 boneless wings, and a Guinness to have a relaxing dinner..When my meal finally arrived. It took alot to cut thru the bread crust that encapesulated my ( very very tiny small amount of chicken ..)The amount of crust I left on my plate , I could not chew thru...I could have made 8 boneless wings ..The place was very cold, the waiter said people were sweating an hour ago...Will not be entertaining another evening at this place..😒😒😒😒😒😒😒
I love this place. I came for takeout which normally I eat in the wait was exactly 20 mins, could of been a little quicker. I ordered a chili con queso and the only complaint I have is that they didnt put any chili I only had a cup full of cheese sauce with 2 beans so that was disappointing because normally its made correctly.
I have never been here and came to meet my friend Jennifer from Florida and others. The atmosphere was amazing and the food was great!! Great food, great friends, will definitely visit again!!
This is a nice bar if youre into wings and beer. Theres television screens plastered all over the place and always tuned to sports games. Its open with high ceilings so it never gets too loud.Ive been there a few times now and theyve occasionally mixed up my order. I dont consider that to be terrible at a bar, but others may have less tolerance.
Bought the BOGO boneless wings with Buffalo rub and Original Buffalo sauce on the side (quite hot!). It was supposed to come with Blue cheese sauce and carrots with celery. Unfortunately, the second set of wings evidently does not come with the carrots/celery and Blue cheese sauce. Other than that (kitchens error?), the rest of the order and taste of wings was spot on.
Wish there was drive thru or curbside pickup. At this time forcing people to come inside is not in the best interests of the employees or customers inside dining. Food was good though.
Just had to leave the restaurant in Middletown NY because all 3 drinks that were ordered had to be taken back. The first two, the gingeraile had no flavor and was just carbonated water, i tasted my sprite and it was only syrup and flat and also had dirt in it and the third drink which was the gingeraile came back with a piece of yellow plastic in it.
My son ate here for his 1st time on Sunday, 8/11/19 and fell very ill 2 days later..he was diagnosed with H. Pylori. We strongly believe it was the food that was contaminated. He is still on antibiotics and having pain. Needless to say, he won’t ever be back there. Quite possibly, someone’s hands were not washed properly while handling his food in the kitchen there? We believe there should be cameras & stringent sanitation in all restaurant kitchens!
Other than the fact that I was rudely told I had to sit in the back even though there were people clearly sitting in the front still the food was still not done all the way. Customer service as not good at all. I would def fire people. I could deal with food cause its usually good but not my service. I know im worth better service than that. So Im done with this location. And so is group I came in with.
Pretty good wings and food. Great place to have a beer and catch up with friends. Food and service is inconsistent last time I was there they overcooked my food and it took a long time to get served.
Even with a free double cheeseburger from the points on the app and it being half off wings. My gf and I still spent $20 on essentially half priced wings and one soda. I really wish their food/drinks werent so expensive here. The GF and I live in the road and live the wings but are also on a food budget that doesnt allow us these tasty crsipy wings very often. Nothing special about the server here or anything else. 4/5 Cleaner than others Ive been in.

Chicken came out in like five minutes from me ordering paying to stepping back from counter, wasnt fresh was probably sitting under lights and they splashed some BBQ sauce on it. And they werent crispy more likely baked with that yellowy skin wasnt crunchy. Wont go here again.

Went in for a party which had 12 of us and the bartender was at the other end of the bar serving one person. During a period of two hours they were out of bourban which is a staple of any bar. Had the waiter have to tell us they didnt have several things on the menu. Really bad bar management in a place that advertises its sports bar and menu items
Honestly, gave it five tries, and still fail to see the attraction. The service was great, but the wings are tiny, the sauces uninspired, and the other menu items only okay. I respect bww success, but I just dont get it. Sorry.
This restaurant is very good. Called in a to go order when they brought it out showed me the order which happened to be wrong. They made me the correct order and gave it to me but I got home and a piece was missing called back spoke to the manager Keith was very professional would recommend this location to others and to speak to Keith if they have any problems.
We sat at the bar that was not busy. Took bartender several minutes to acknowledge we were there. Food took longer than expected and was not very hot. Not worth going to this location.
Nice staff, good food, good service, was able to sit outside and dine on patio which many places didn’t have late in the season. Staff is wearing masks and seating was distanced inside and outside.

Look the staff was amazingly nice but the restrooms were DISGUSTING!! The food is very spicy so if you dont like spice do not come here. Also the music is pretty loud so if you want quiet dont arrive here. A pretty good sports bar. The food is good, and there is easy to-go online ordering. The servers are neat, polite, and very attentive. One of the better chain restaurants.
Horrible. Staff was clueless. Messed up 4 out of 6 things on our order. Then waited an hour for them to try and get it right. Never gave us napkins or silverware either.
Amazing service and great food
For a BWW, this was one of the better set ups and atmospheres Ive experienced. Nice open spaces, not too dark on the inside, and not too loud. If you like the game/TV option while eating comfort food, but also want to chat and hear your pals, this is the location you want. Also, the service here was nicer and more attentive than any other BWW ive been to.
Went here the week after new years and half the beers were missing as someone did not order enough supply. This is too bad because they usually have a few good IPAs like Captain Lawrence and Lagunitas little sumptin sumptin. Wings were OK and crispy and the buffalito was also decent.
Wings are always great here but for take out ordering make sure you check your order before leaving and dont expect it to be ready exactly when promised!

This isn’t for the actual restaurant but for the website. It’s so much of a hassle to just see a menu but online. Instead I have to pretend to order online just to see what they have and still not everything is there. Food 5 stars
The waiter was extremely friendly, and the food came out fast but it was cold and over cooked

Never eat at this location. Expensive and not worth it. Staff is great but management is terrible. Claudine is the worst and treats employees terribly. Food is better at McDonalds. Stay away

2021-09-17I order the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and it looked nothing like what was advertised. There was little sauce on it. It was just plain chicken. I also ordered boneless wings and asked for them to be extra wet and the sauce barley covered any of the breading. Some of our wings were the size of a quarter and were still counted as a wing. I was really looking forward to my dinner and left extremely disappointed. I won’t be coming back after this.Our waiter was extremely nice and did his job very well. Manager honored our coupon. 2022-05-26Very nice experience! We had a waitress named Kaitlyn and she was very fun. She made my boyfriend, his friend and I visit very memorable. We have been coming here to hang out and it was very nice. We love coming here. The wings are amazing and the drinks are FANTASTIC!

2022-06-18I always really enjoy the atmosphere @ Buffalo Wild Wings.. Also their wings are unmatched! They have soo many options in flavors of wings & dips too! Ive been to other places where the wings had 0 substance BUT these guys really know what theyre doing! Also If possible I prefer the outside seating on a nice day whether Im there for lunch or dinner!

2022-02-12Don’t usually feel a need to post many reviews but had to today. Arrived around 1:00 on a Saturday. Place was half full. Took me an hour and a half to get two beers a cheeseburger and 6 wings. Worst waitress ever. Then shorted me on my change! Wings were awesome, cheeseburger just ok.

2022-06-22I love wings. At this joint, the smallest, dried out, wings in North America. I would have been too embarrassed to serve them to anyone. The food has been a complete miss for me. The beer special has more personality than some of the wait staff. Definitely not a fan.

2022-03-26The vibe is nice if you like loud and fun and of course sports but youll still have a good time if you dont like sports. Chicken is kinda large for wings if thats your thing. The only reason they get a 3 is because they frequently run out of things and sometimes have slow service.

2022-05-08Not great. The floors were completely trashed when we walked in, like they did not have any bust staff and Im pretty sure my chicken sandwich was under cooked. The waiter and hosts were friendly.

2022-04-25I mistakenly hit 5 stars when I meant to hit 3. I was already upset about the Brooklyn NY BWW serving me cold boneless wings but then I ordered boneless wings & fries at the Middletown NY restaurant and they did not pack my fries. I didnt think I had to double check my order but I would not have been able to because the bag was tied so tight, I had to cut the bag open. No 3 strikes your out for me. Ill try BWW in a state other than NY.

2022-06-25The turn around of employees at this particular location is awful. Seems as though the high-school kids take the job, train, get paid their 1st check then quit. If you plan on making an Order for pic up, call at least 45 minutes in advanced.
