Yummy and just delicious!!!!!!!!!Good place to come with the family love the wings and good drinks .
Last experience was ok, been there before and was great but lately their service has been declining. Take forever to get a waiter and also to order and to ask for napkins. Simple things like that. Food is good.
The restaurant was not busy at all and when I ordered a soda, it took at least 10 minutes to get one. People who ordered after me got their drinks right away because the waitstaff are apparently on another planet and dont know good customer service
The kitchen/front end staff just dont care. Everytime I go they keep me waiting 5-10min cause the staff is chilling in the kitchen. They always mess up my food orders and it shows how little they care when I found bugs in my sauce. Everytime I get carrots they look like they havent been washed at all and look nasty.
The bar is the best place in here to enjoy some brews and wings
Have to love every part of this place. Thank god is was not as busy as normal the night we showed up. This is a spot you can come with a date, your friends, your family members or even your co workers. Great drinks great food great atmosphere. I prefer my traditional wings over the boneless but it doesnt hurt to mix it up from time to time as you see. Not really into spicy food so we went the parmesan garlic and buffalo sauce but unfortunately the parmesan garlic sauce was a bit to spicy for us so be prepared to be spiced. Love this place and we will return soon. Thank you very much.
Atmosphere is always the best but man has the food taken a decline...almost everything came out cold and just looking kind of thrown together. I like coming back to wild wings every now and again because of the setting and to watch sports but I wish theyd put more effort into putting out decent food.
May 24th: First time at buffalo wild wings, food is great !! But the silverware was dirty it seemsUpdate: June 17thTheir were acouple of bugs on our table that jumped! So we moved to a different table. We waited long for our food. Tonight is not packed and the servers are slow! Noone checked up on us to see if we needed any refills or to see how our food is !
The food was disgusting. we got pretzel knots and they were burnt crisp. the woman who served us was clearly drunk and had weird stains on her uniform. we ordered for pick up and went to five below to wait. when we returned the woman had a giant hickey on her neck and a gentleman came out the back room. disgusting.
Atmosphere and food were exactly as expected, my wife and I just wanted to grab a quick bite for dinner and wasnt sure what to get so we went here for the variety of comfort foods. I guess you can say since the boys were both out it was a last minute date night that didnt last too long because they brought the appetizer and meal out at the same time bad timing but food was consistently good.
First time with this issue. After waiting 15 minutes, a couple after us were seated before us. I asked why they were seated before us, his response, he didn’t know we were waiting. After being seated, we were a family of four, finally at some point the waitress mentioned she would be right with us. After waiting around, watching the staff joking around and we still haven’t been asked for a drink order, we decided to leave. Luckily, there are other local restaurants with better service.
Large variety of sauces. One for everybody. The wings were large and juicey. Take out is the best .lots of people eating in and lots ot tvs to watch.
Horribly understaffed, and very slow location. Took an hour and 15 minutes for takeout. Cleaning supplies all over tables. Would not recommend
Very little people in restaurant Saturday around 5pm. Still had to wait be seated in booth. Once seated dirty table, asked to have wiped told us to sit at nearby table said wanted booth. Oh you want me to wipe it??? Ugh. We left.

I am absolutely disgusted by the waitress today I have never had this bad of a servers, the waitress name is breanna, she literally had an AirPod in one ear the whole entire time, every time we ask for something we had to repeat ourselves or she missed heard us because of it, she also passed by us multiple times with empty drinks we waited for about 10 mins for a refill she would look at u and walk away to the other side, it was to the point we had to stop her from what she was doing with the table next us to ask for drinks, and the whole entire time she never ask if we was okay for cared about us until it was time to sign the receipt and give the tip, but what I found the most fishy thing is that we gave her our card , she walked over to the computer which we thought she was processing the payment and when we looked again she left with my husband’s card still in her hand, she came out the kitchen with someone else’s order and still has my husbands card in her hand and then goes back to the computer again and while she was doing that she pulls out her phone and looks to see if I was looking which I was and then processed our payment, but the most funniest thing to me was that she always looked behind her to see if someone is watching her so she can pull out her vapor thing and smokes it like are you serious this is the most unprofessional service I’ve ever seen for a restaurant, I’ll definitely won’t be coming back because of this.
I was there two weeks ago and the waitress we had was SO rude. We asked for napkins and said oh you still have some your table, but Ill get you some stingy with lemons and just not great. The food was good but if their service is like this, then I will not return.

Went there for a late lunch with my daughter..and the food there is always excellent, the wings are top notch..Tuesday are buy 1 get 1 so I got the 10classic wings, mango habanero flavor and 10 Caribbean jersey flavor , that combo set your mouth/body on fire after eating a few wings..and I love hot&spicy food..my daughter got her favorite garlic parmesan and mild and she also loved then, gotta get the large order of fries and onion rings to go with it..strawberry lemonade to top off..best experience I had..our waiter Dan was also very friendly and consistent check on us during the meal if we needed anything..great service to Dan and tje cooks who made our lunch to really enjoyed. Thank You!!!
Would give this place a zero stars if i could. it was very slow but still food came out so late and was COLD, orders were messed up, the soda tasted bad and to end it all we were eating our ice cream and there was a sauce lid found in the ice cream. the most they could do was take it off the check, the whole meal should have been free.
Anna, you was the best server ever. There was a party of 20 and Anna single handed our family from all over the USA, this young lady went beyond her service! The food was excellent! ♥

Was at the riverhead wild wings last night and ordered a chicken sandwich, first the cutlet was so small there was more bun than meat. then the chicken was like eating rubber, it was horrible. the bartendar was nice but had to wait for a drink. wont go back.
I came here with a friend. The staff were pleasant and immediately greeted us upon entry. We decided to sit down and eat at the bar. Overall, our experience was good, but we noticed that the bartender was a little overwhelmed with people eating at the bar. Therefore, we experienced a little wait for our food. Id recommend coming here for the wings. They have specials running throughout the week.
Good place with lot of TV’s to watch sports but wings are Not good!!! They put too much condiment at the point you have to take some off
Placed an order online for wings and a burger. I was given a 20 minute wait time for the order to be done. I get there 20 minutes after I placed the order and was told it would be a couple minutes. Over 20 minutes later the order comes out. The server apologizes but then has a conversation with the person ringing me up explaining that they didn’t even start making my order until I was already there. To put a cherry on all this they gave me barely any fries with my burger
Like most restaurants these days the staff is short which makes your wait for food longer. Besides that the Beer, wings and sports were good 😁
When you go to a Buffalo Wild Wings you expect good bar food, drinks, and tons of TVs showing various sporting events. You get that here. The only thing you dont get is fast service. Ive been here multiple times, when its busy and when its not, and the service has been extremely slow. If you dont mind waiting a long time for food and drink then its great. Sit and watch the game and relax. The food and drinks are great, but if you expect to get in and out then you will be in for a surprise. Id leave a higher rating of the service was faster.

Use to be one of my favorite places. Will never go again! Went yesterday afternoon. Service was terrible! Ordered burger gave wrong order. Never asked how I wanted. Got an overdone terrible tasting burnt burger.,Before that got their so called loaded tortilla chips . Terrible hardly anything on them. Should have been called ‘unloaded’. They were put on our table as waitress ran by. Had to wait and then tell her we needed plates forks and napkins. Lots of noise and partying coming from kitchen but no service. My wife got boneless wings that use to be the best.,they were terrible. Hard and burnt.waited for a my drink that came after food when I reminded her. Worse experience I ever had. One of my favorite restaurants that I will never go back too
We love the wings. Usually get sweet BBQ for the kids and honey BBQ for the adults. Service wasnt as good as usuall. Cooks in back didnt have hair back in ponytails and waitress was just not around. A lot of waiting. Not satisfied with the service tonight.
We’ve never had a problem coming to this location. An attitude here or there from a server, nothing too serious. Everyone has bad days. But last night, upon walking in, both I and my partner tripped over a rug. After saying hello to the staff at the front desk, an older man tripped over another rolled up rug just left in a walkway. The staff just laughed and made light of the situation. The elder gentleman could’ve gotten seriously hurt and sued the establishment. Very disheartened by the entire situation. Will not be eating here.
It was not very clean for operating during a pandemic. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. My son really wanted to eat there for lunch, we had to seat ourselves, no direction with the menu, had to ask for straws, silverware and didn’t get a napkin till we were done with our food.
Food was okay, service was okay. The waiters and waitresses look like they were miserable, nobody even smiling. There were guys sitting at a table near the bar screaming, yelling, and cheering every time there was a score in the hockey game that was on. Every time they screamed, people, including me, would jump out of their chairs in shock. That was just one location though. Im sure others arent as bad. At least Id like to think so. That was my first time at a BWW.
Great place to grab a few cold ones and get some great wings. The options of flavors and levels of heat are amazing. They always have UFCs main events and most sports games on for free so if your a sports fan you will enjoy the energy.
Wouldnt serve my family of 5 because they were short staffed and closed the dining room even though there were 8 tables open in the bar/serving area. Never going there again.
When we were seated the manager came of and took our drink order and after those were delivered NOBODY came to take our order. Waiters and waitresss walk by and never said a word. Finally I asked the one waitress as she walked by if she could find our waiter or waitress to pay for our drinks so we could leave she said he would be right over. NOPE sat there for about 5 more minutes until my boyfriend went and found the manager. No charge for the drinks and gave us 40 dollars in gift cards. So disappointed as i had never been there. So in all we spent 45 minutes waiting on nothing.
No host, one waitress, 5 tables. Staff seemed to spending more time in the kitchen and texting in Restroom.Food was okay. Waitress was pleasant.*** I moved from one dirty table to a different less dirty table.Best part was a glass of Stella Artois from the tap.I will return but sit in the bar. I will take disinfectant wipes. I will lower my expectations.
This is a nice location but the service is consistently...inconsistent. The place could be empty and Id see my waiter maybe once or twice the entire time. And this has happened multiple times. Also, if I ask for something crispy, aka well done, and I say Dont bring it out unless its crispy, then please dont bring me soggy fries. Ive had better experiences at other BDubs.

Beware ! If you get a server named Matt who has glasses and a beer belly ask for a new server !! I used to come here literally almost every other week with my family/friends to watch games and drink a few beers. Last time I came was a few months ago I had Matt took him an hour to bring my food and the order was wrong, he wasn’t even apologetic, finally after months I came back and again I had Matt I thought maybe this time would be different and it wasn’t I didn’t receive all the drinks we ordered and after and hour and a half we never received our food, I had a 2 year old who wouldn’t stop crying because she was hungry, other people who came 20-30 minutes after my family and I came were already eating, when asking Matt where our food was he said he would check and we never saw him again. Spoke to a manager and she didn’t even seem apologetic either.
Service was sub par. Soda was flat. Pretty sure food had freezer burn or mold!? 🤮🤮 They subbed the wings but my stomach is still turning from what I saw. My Friend ordered 5 and ate 3 of them but insisted they had a weird taste so I decided to investigate further... Will be posting a picture of what I discovered 😰
Didnt think I would have such a good hamburger but what a surprise!! Everyone made fun of me for ordering a burger at a wing place but the joke was on them! The meat was delicious and the bacon was crisp. The toppings and cheese made the burger complete! Get the burger instead of the chicken! Be an eagle not a duck, fly alone!!!

Great restaurant chain specializing in bone in and boneless chicken wings. The assortment of dry rubs marinates and hot sauces are exceptional. When the menu says its going to be spicy, believe it. If you like hot wings this is the place to go.
I had a poor experience here today came in about 12:10 and ordered wings lunch special. Food came out 45 min later cold like its been ready for a while and the bartender/server was in the kitchen hanging out. Only 2 other people in there. I left my food on the counter and said cancel the potato wedges they messed up that were being redone. Bartender didnt even care. I wont come back here
Food was terrible, took forever to come out. Only decent part was our kind waitress Sireena. Manager was a total jerk wad and refused to seat us until we complained to corporate. His red faced buffoonery embarrassed my entire group of friends and family in public, it was a disaster (and the moron manager waited until we finished and paid for our meal to harass us).1/5 for the one nice waitress. Otherwise, this place is garbage.
The service is horrible! We practically refilled our own drinks because our waitress showed up once to bring our orders which she got wrong! We currently are still waiting for her to come back so that we can get dessert. We had to flag down someone to get our sauces, got our food before silverware and had to wait to eat it.
Been visiting BDubs for a long, long time. All over the country. I think I found the worst one. Wait staff couldnt be bothered to actually do their jobs... waiting, clearing tables, asking if you want anything else. Horrible. Then, the mens room. In a word: wow. Trashed and its not even busy tonight ( as if that would be an excuse). Bummer. Food was solid, Ill give them that.
Listen, I almost always despise chain restaurants. But, keeping in mind this is the only location of this chain Ive gone to, I must say I havent had a bad experience. Any time me and my buddies want to catch a game we love coming here. Wings are good and you can customize which sauces you want. There is a huge choice of them so definitely go all out. Give it a chance!
Staff was friendly despite dealing with a computer problem which caused issues with the mobile order that I had placed. The Staff was able to handle the issue. The quality of service was better than most other B Dubs on the Island (except for the Hicksville location). If I lived in the area, I would visit again.
Place is really good for sports lovers as there are plenty of TVs to watch from, and is the best place to do so. Food is really good bit pricy but its the best wings in the whole town imo. Only downside is the wait for the food and seating try calling in ahead or getting it to go if you dont want to wait for too long. Otherwise great stuff!
I dont often rate chain restaurants. My food was just okay and was unreasonably expensive. But what this place had was Michelle the bartender! Michelle was right on it when I needed another beer, let me try one that I was unsure about, made recommendations. Venue was three stars, Michelle was easily five, so Ill give the place a four.

Strange. Ordered medium wings but had to pay for the big portion. Minutes before the bill came I asked the waitress how many wings I had: 15, the big one would have been 20. After claiming the bill the manager came and told us that I had the big portion although I ordered the medium and although this was confirmed minutes before by the waitress. Sorry, the waitress is new... My recommendation: Check your bill or search for a more reliable restaurant.

Great service and clean looking. However, one dish was not reheated evenly. You may want to go when its more of a peak time and get hotter food or at least a dish you know cant be prepared early.
Dont order online from them. I ordered traditional wings the medium size that says approximately 14pieces. Which is $16.29.They gave me a small size which is approximately 9 pieces. Which should cost $11.29. But they still charged me the medium size price...$16 for 9 pieces of chicken!!! Thats crazy!!! I want my dollars back... that dont make sense they should have just charged the small price.
There was no maitre D so eventually the take out person told us to wait 5-10 mins for a table to be cleaned. A couple of families left because no one came to seat them and the take out girl was busy with take out customers. We waited for about 20 mins until a hostess came and sat another couple who just walked in the door at a table. I complained to the hostess and she told me it was my fault for waiting in the vestibule in front of the maitre d stand (where else would you wait to be seated?) We were then brought to a dirty table. We waited another 15 mins and no one came to bring us a drink. Eventually someone came and asked if anyone had helped us. Once we ordered the food it was delivered but we couldnt eat it since no on brought us silver ware. The TVs were at a ear splitting volume. I have been to wild wings before so i know this is not normal. Needless to say we wont be back. The food was ok once we got silverware so thats why I gave it two stars instead of one.
This is an good place. Much like an Applebees and Fridays. They are known for their signature buffalo wings which are great. However, I wish the portions were a bit larger as it seems place like this are scaling back on the portions and raising the prices.
Great food & decent prices.. always something new on the menu and I love that you can buy the sauces for home! Wish they would bottle up and sell some of their specialty limited time sauces too but love their classics... Staff is always cheerful and nice.
The worst dining experience I ever had. We sat in the bar and after 45 minutes waiting to order, the waiter said he could not help us and we had to move to the dining room. Two other tables walked out. I will never go back.
The wings, sauces and customer service was excellent. The menu had a lot of great options to choose from. Buffalo Wild Wings is a restaurant that I recommend. It is also a great place to watch sports. The food is delicious!
Had a great time, good food, arrived quickly. Pleasant waitress, friendly and inviting atmosphere makes it a great place to stop in for a quick bite or hang out and watch any sport the many TVs.
Its my go to Thursday night spot. Ariana is absolutely wonderful to talk to and very helpful when it comes to suggesting beer. The food is usually always spot on. Great place to catch an Islanders or Mets game. Will be back for sure!
Went with a group a friends & one of my friends only had his passport & the manager was racist & went through the passport & asked where was his visa. Very racist & disrespectful! Never coming here again! Will definitely make a call to their head quarters
.We had a small issue on a previous visit and Brian the manager made everything right.will definitely go back again. Food was good and plenty of it for the price. Our server Rachel was excellent.attentive and personable.
10 minute wait with no one to help. Then was told to sit anywhere. Then wait for another 20 minutes with nothing, no menu, no offer of drink, no waitress, nothing. We walked out. Never ever coming back to this BWW. I reccomend you dont come here. Go to another one. Wish I could give this place a neg 100 rating.

Its Buffalo wild wings...I guess it is what it is. Not great but than again not terrible. Just go on Tuesdays when its half off than for some reason the dry overcooked wings seem to always taste better 🙃.
Eating utensils were GROSS! I ordered snack size wings (5). One was an actual meaty wing. The other four were the skin n bones (No meat) part. Pretty disappointing.

They put me at a table in the corner with a strong wind cominh from the a.c. that kept blowing our napkins all over the floor. Took forever to get our food. When we got our food wings were cold beer seemed flat couldnt finish it. When we complained about the strong wind we were told they can adjust it. When we complained about the food being cold they offered to take them back to heat them uo but I would never send back food and then eat it bc who knows what they would do to it and explained that to them but they wouldbt take it off the bill even tho we didnt eat any after taking the first bite. I have a certain level of ambivalence towards Bdubs. While the staff is great, the beer is cold with a wide selection and the food tastes good. On the other hand I realize that EVERYTHING fried is fried in tallow (beef fat). So I have this feeling my love for Bdubs is killing me.
Buffalo wild wings, BW3s, Bdubs, however you know them, never disappoints. Always delicious always good. So many sauces to choose from and great atmosphere. Been a fan since my days growing up near Kent State when they opened their first store. Will be a fan as long as their doors are open.
The Food is very good, it really depends on who you get for service. Also take out is often wrong. check it in the parking lot before you leave.
Came here with a group of friends and my husband, they took his passport to check it’s validity which is normal, when the manager came back he asked where the visa on his passport was and flipped through the pages, i said that I didn’t realize we needed a visa to drink an alcoholic beverage. The manager tried to justify his questioning by saying he was only doing his job. I didn’t know his job was to check on the immigration status of its customers. He then asked where his stamp was and where he got his passport. It’s illegal for a police to ask for a persons immigrations status without cause so it’s definitely not ok for this man to ask for it. Definitely will not be coming back. Horrible horrible experience. Food was fine but the service was atrocious. It is like 50 degrees in there to the point where you couldnt even enjoy your meal. The buffal nuggets were repulsive one bite out of it and I get like throwing up but not like joking around like actually was just disgusting In everyway. The wrap I got was plain and gross didn’t taste fresh and the chicken was disgusting too.

I love this place! Very clean and well lit, the wings TO DIE FOR!The service is fast, the servers are friendly and clean cut,I recommend going here if you love sports, beer, and fast fun and friendly service.
Most of the time I come here service is ok, but the food always comes out pretty good, plus their beer selection is pretty good as well

Been visiting Buffalo Wild Wings for over 20 years not as good as it was originally nor has cheap and a bit corporatized but got to love all the wing sauces and the sports and especially the trivia boxes.
Good waitress, decent food, but dishwasher was broken and repair work was being done at a very loud level and no compensation was offered.

I am a fan of Buffalo wild wing but a recent trip to this Buffalo wild wing was not a good experience I feel as if this Buffalo wild wing is a very loud and very noisy hard to sit down and have a good meal when everyone around you is screaming and acting like jerks

2022-05-01Excellent service, food, and atmosphere. Restaurants with good service and hot food are hard to find. We had an amazing waitress who handled our large group with so much care...our service was perfect. The manager also came by our table to make sure everything was good (he was hilarious) and handed us boxes after over hearing us needing some. All the food came out quickly and it was hot and fresh and cooked perfectly. 6 stars if possible!

2022-01-15So as a self proclaimed connoisseur of bdubs this location was sub par. We were seated quickly, it was 4pm on a Saturday. The beer was good. The server was friendly but it was obvious they were short staffed and he was doing the best he can. The apps came at the same time as the meal which was weird. The mozzarella stick marinara was cold which is unusual. The wings were lukewarm but tasty. Not their usual piping hot. The fries were old and had to be sent back. It took until the dinner was over for the new fries to arrive. When they did they were much better but I had debated not taking them at all. We were encouraged to use the digital text to pay but I wanted to be traditional and give the server my credit card. Shocking. Again the server seemed to be doing their best even if they were a little disorganized. I blame the manager for not making sure the food was on par and the manager never stopped by the table to see how the meal was like other locations or I would have mentioned this instead of leaving a Google review.

2022-07-08Not sure if they are having a staffing issue, but it took almost 45 minutes (wasnt busy) to get our food after waiting 20 minutes to order, and our 2 strawberry lemonades came after we got food. Table behind us complained about how long it was taking too and a table left. Waitress was great though and could tell it was just a bad situation.

2022-03-04What a horrible experience. The one waitress was working hard back by herself while other people stood around. It took 50 minutes to get my 20 wings and i watched them get my order wrong twice and another tables order wrong. No manager came up to offer any discount. I had to takw my food out becuase i couldnt wait any longer. I saw a table get 90 wings before my 20. No reason to step foot in there. Just order takeout.

2022-07-07I went on Wednesday July 6th for lunch with my wife and 2 kids. The place only had a few tables in it. The waiter was friendly, but as soon as we ordered the drinks I received my Sprite with a bug in it. It was disgusting, but my daughter asked to stay anyway so we did. Then we ordered different flavored wings including dessert heat dry rub, buffalo both dry rub and sauced, and the wild sauce. The wings were lukewarm and the flavors were very dissatisfying as there was no difference in the taste or heat so idk if we got different flavors or if the spicy wings are just really not spicy. I had the mango habanero in South Carolina and they were pretty spicy, but my 14 yr old son ordered wild which is one hotter and it tasted like regular buffalo. Overall it wasnt worth the $93 we paid, hell it wasnt worth half that and I wont be dining at this location again

2022-04-13One of the worst experiences I have had. We ordered a Burger and “Fries.” The reason fries are in quotes is because I am saying that is what they passed them off as. They tasted similar to McDonalds Fries if you left them out all night and tried to reheat them but when they came out of the oven they were still cold. They put a cheese substance on it that glued them together so when you picked them up they were in one big chunk. The cheese was crispy. Which seems to almost defy the laws of Physics because cheese should “I don’t know” melt. I wouldn’t even be upset as I am if it wasn’t for the uninterested staff that put me on hold for 10 minutes to ask me finally “So what you didn’t want cheese?” Unbelievable.

2022-04-13If I could give this place zero stars I, would. My husband and I DoorDashed burgers and fries with cheese from the Riverhead location. When it came, we could tell the fries were not just cold, but actually old and must have been sitting around for hours before they added cheese that could barely be identified as cheese to them. When we lifted a fry, the entire container of fries came up in one congealed chunk. It was so bad, we called the restaurant just to tell them they needed to check out what people are sending out from their kitchen. Honestly atrocious food. We wouldn’t even feed it to our dogs.
