Buffalo Wild Wings in other cities:
Claims to be a sports bar, shut the TVs off at 9:45 during playoff football, after saying they were staying open. Tonight there are playoff specials for the final 4, if the game goes into OT.....lol theyre not even going to be open for the second half of the Duke, North Carolina game. SMDH... Managers say lack of staff, staff says lazy managers. This is the only BWW not open within 50 miles for the final 4. Its comical.
Was my first time ordering take out from this palace and after repeating my order like 3 times they didn’t put mac and cheese for my daughter so when we got home she didn’t have anything:( I order burger that comes with fries and I order extra fries and I just got one smallish box of fries and the chicken wings are dry and looked old!! Very disappointing experience and will never order from them.
My girlfriend and I stopped in not expecting much and truthfully not even thinking we would like most of the menu. Surprisingly we had a great time, our server was friendly, helpful, offered many suggestions and was super fast with the food! We had our drinks within 2 minutes of ordering and our apps within 8 minutes! Food was delish and atmosphere was fun! Definitely recommend Buffalo Wild Wings!
Ordered online to be picked up at 5:20pm. Immediately checked email for confirmation of order and it says your order will be ready at 4pm. I call Immediately to tell them the issue and they tell me the boneless wings that i ordered sauce on the side are already done. I explained we wanted our order at 5:20 and thats how we ordered it. She told me to wait for her to talk to her manager. Finally get told theyll print the order and put it in at 5 so itll be ready on time. Husband gets there at 520, advised order just went in. Finally get order, my wings are covered in hot sauce. Now my husband has to wait again to get the right wings. I Ordered 2 blue cheese, one carrot, and one celery that is on the order receipt he got. Guess what? None. Called back they tried to say my husband said he didnt want it. I actually an extremely upset as Ive had back surgery a few weeks ago and Im sure not sending him back out while his food gets cold for my blue cheese. First time back in a while...probably the last
I went here a few days ago with my friend and I would say I had a pretty good experience. The playoffs were going on so all of the screens that they have in the establishment (which are a lot). I ordered somewings and some potato skins and both came fairly quickly and were nice and hot. The only problem that I have with Buffalo Wild Wings is that the prices are a little high but I would come here again because the games are always played here and the food was very good.
Ohhh boy. As per usual, food came out v slowly, and essentially room temperature. Texture was yikes, too. Sauces are good though, and drinks are solid. Service was decent at best. Darn. The photo is my pals and me waiting for the cheque for over 10 minutes.Edit, 2 minutes later: Our server sang happy birthday to a table instead of bringing us our cheque, and they were really off-key. Dropped it down to 1 star.
I got some food from here last month. The wings are pretty good. I like the garlic parmesan the best, I think. Only got take out. I never ate inside. Steak and Stein used to be at this location. I used to work there. Good times. I will go back to BWW. I have a gift card to use.Edit: 12/27 Ordered a burger and fries for takeout. Got home...no fries. I ate 50% of my order. I wont go back now for a long time.
This restaurant used to be great pre covid. The bar was over packed without social distancing but there was only 5 tables being seated. There were plenty more that were safe. Ordered take out was told 20 minutes for my order. An hour later when the food was ready you would think it would be absolutely perfect. In return we recieved barely sauced orders. Not going back any time soon.
Took 45 minutes to get my drink even ordered, after i had to hunt the waitress down. Then my burger i wanyed tonorder had to be cooked well done. Idts. Couldnt order it. So the rest of the party ordered dinner and i skipped out, and the only burger ordered never showed up. Place should be embarrassed
We always have a great time here. Service has always been lovely and food is solid in-person and take out. Tonight we had a particularly great experience with McKenzie who took care of our table while serving a very large party as well. She got all of our picky eater’s particular orders with multiple substitutions completely correct (a rare occurrence for our family when eating out lol) and overall went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. Working in customer service is no easy feat, but she handled it with grace, staying organized, timely, and being very friendly and personable. We would totally give more stars if we could!! Give her employee of the month and a raise!!
The food was delicious as were the drinks unfortunately our waitress was under age to serve them to us other than that the store was clean we didnt have to wait too long for our food in the waitress was always around if we needed anything. I would definitely go back and recommend this restaurant
Food was very enjoyable! We went for my boyfriends birthday and of course, they sang to him haha! The service was a little slow, took about 20 minutes for each item to be brought to the table other than the meal, we know that takes time but Im talking about drinks, napkins, a few appetizer plates. It also seemed as if the Waitress was annoyed with us for asking so much of her. We left a good tip because of that (and also because were nice) otherwise I would of left a dollar. Other than that, the great food made up for it!
I went there yesterday for a family event and my experience was terrible. This was hands down the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. When we first got there some rude lady came to us and told us we had to wait outside. I would have been fine if we were approached in a different manner because I know that we have to follow certain guidelines due to covid but her demeanor was arrogant and uptight. Then we had to wait an hour to get our food. I ordered the classic chicken wrap and I set my expectations way too high. They gave me a handful of cold and tough fries. The wrap was one chicken strip with a cold piece of cheddar cheese and some lettuce. There was so much space left that the tortilla wrapped around a couple times to the point where it was mostly a mouth full of tortilla. I honestly wouldn’t come back and I wouldn’t recommend this place.
I have gone here several times, but during the Covid pandemic, the place was clean and everyone was spread out. Our waitress took a long time to serve my friends after getting my drink. I was charged for an item I didn’t order. She apologized later since she forgot to give our check. We were there over a hour. Not a good place to get in and get out. It wasn’t busy at all and my friends were disappointed because it was never like this 6 months ago during normal times. I am hoping to update my review because we come here for wings and beer during big games. Just posting this because I know they can do better. I love BWW!
Ordered pickup. The staff they had attending the online orders appeared overwhelmed at first but everyone maintained a professional/courteous demeanor and helped customers as quickly as the food came out. The truffalo wings have a unique flavor that I recommend while they still offer them.
.. the wings of course are delicious..and crispy just the way we like them. And the new menu items are very good too..our waitress was fantastic..very helpful and friendly .. !.and keeping with the virus protocol buffalo wild wings does an excellent job of social distancing and occupancy limits..
Great place on Football game day! Went twice in the past two months.First time, great meal, fun time watching various games! Five stars.Second time: disaster. While we got to watch the games, service was pathetic! Took 20 minutes before anyone stopped at our table. Beer and soft drinks were 5 minutes, but Cocktail took 1/2 hour. Meal took an hour after ordering to get served. After that, one meal was wrong (hot instead of mild sauce, fries instead of rings, then took 45 minutes more to get it right)! Even though they comped one meal, horrible attitude from the waitress. 1 star (because we got to watch the games).Marking as 3 stars average.
The waitress named Amanda is so nasty attitude up the wazoo. Told the manger I was going to order a deal that was only available for for sit down as take out. Which wasn’t true. All because I asked for boxes when the food came out so I didn’t have to bother her any further, she made us feel like a nuisance With her attitude problem. Constantly rolling her eyes. Then the manager refused to serve me and my boyfriend. Never going here again. Already contacted corporate. What a headache.
I come here often. I enjoy the happy hour specials. There is not a bad seat in the house to watch your favorite sporting event. The staff is courteous and friendly. Even when they are busy and seem a little overwhelmed in the kitchen the servers stay on top of it and at the very least check on you and keep you aware of the situation.
I arrived with my party at an appointment earlier hour, and we were seated right away. The waitress took our order promptly, and our drinks were delivered quickly. Our food came shortly after. This is what I would expect for being there when it isnt busy, so my expectations were met. Refills were brought quickly, and the staff were very nice with smiles. This is my second visit, and I will most definitely make a third.
First set of wings were so cold that we had to send them back. We were also seated in the back room with ten males screaming and clapping in our ears. Not one single waitress did anything. I myself had to turn around and tell them to keep the noise down theres no need to scream.Another individual continued to say that he wanted to put holes in me for telling them to lower the volume.Bad experience never going back.
The wings are great they have lots of sauces. Prices are a little high and the wait can be long especially on nights with big sports events. Overall its a great place to publicly view big events and get good food. I went there for big boxing events, hockey, UFC, baseball, Olympic, football, and basketball. Always a good time and the crowd is fun. Good service even on nights with big events.
Horrible service normally come often got the same waiter 2 times extremely rude nasty! And food came cold she walked away wit attitude the new food she brong the cheese steak was hot and bread was cold ! Extremely disappointed y’all need to step up with y’all waiters is not customers foult if juice taste horrible and food comes cold reason for us to pay is for good hot food ! Waiter name was Nicole ! Extremely unprofessional and nasty attitude!!!!!
Placed a take out order 3 hours before and had to wait 30 minutes to get food. They were no doubt dishonest when when they said they didnt forget the order. The place wasnt crowded what so ever. The management was ignorant and took minutes before giving an apology. Even though the wings were good, this place isnt worth your time.
Went there for lunch, and the service was warm and friendly. Waitress didnt abandon us and didnt hover either. The food was very well prepared, tasty and served in a timely manner. It was a great experience and will stand out in my mind as one of the best places to eat in the Poughkeepsie/Wappingers Falls area. Its easily found along the highway, close to the shopping mall with all the popular big name store chains, so you can actually make it a definite must-go when you decide on a shopping outing. You wont regret it!
They provide good service and good food. Ive been here a few times, and last time I went I got a classic chicken wrap with crispy chicken. Next time I go Ill probably order it with grilled chicken and extra sauce, cuz it was a bit lacking there. The fries were pretty good too.
Amanda the server was awesome friendly, helpful without mixing messages. She made you feel at home but never pulled the annoying tip enhancer tricks. (Example: touching your shoulder)When asked what would she eat she gave me a healthy option. When I asked what would she eat if she didnt care about healthy options she said thats when she ordered herself a burger. The burger was great. My first burger at Buffalo wild wings. It will not be my last.Amanda was such the exemplary service person she received a double tip. Yup near 40%. Something I have only done once before this year
Had only one bad experience here in the four years Ive been going but manager graciously fixed every angle of that issue. The food comes out at a timely manner and its usually pretty good. Their beverages (soda and alcohol) are tasty. When the big fights and games are on - expect a wait!
Came inside today for a pick up order very impressed by the girls Serenity and Amanda for keeping a professional composure and being attentive to checking orders, I’ve sometimes have gotten orders missing items but these girls were very helpful and kind. Overall good experience
Ordered the large serving of cheese curds which cost almost 11 bucks. Only thing large about it was the box. Literally only just enough to cover the bottom of the box. Its pretty typical anywhere to get less on takeout than dine in but for the price the serving size is just sad if this is the new standard
Just tried to make a take out order. After waiting 5 mins on hold. A worker named Megan said she was with a customer ( I’m a customer) could a wait longer. So after another 8mins on hold she came back on the phone. Said how can I help you. When I was placing my order she was not friendly on the phone making me repeat myself 3 times. After all that I said you know what this is terrible service and I’ll go eat somewhere else.
Our first time the place was busy as heck however the service and food was great. The wings were hot to touch. ( Which is how we like them) Id rate it 5 🌟 for the first time . The second time the wings were warm and got cold very fast ( since its a/c even in the month of December). Not as enjoyable as the first time. Rated 3 🌟 Well come one more time and we hope itll be like the first time. Good luck!!
Our waitress brought my girlfriend the wrong drink, and scoffed at her when she asked for the correct drink. The manager came over and apologized profusely, and took care of us for the remainder of our visit. The food was good, and the manager made the experience with our waitress much better than it wouldve been!
Busy when it should be, loud even when its not; but I guess thats how its supposed to be. It could be the company I have when Im there but I always enjoy the experience. Food is yummy, prices are average, non-alcoholic drinks are super tasty, staff is very friendly, courteous and not on top of you too much. Will visit again and again.
Came in for a late lunch early dinner. Only one waitress for 7 tables. She was clearly overworked. We didnt get any app. plates and had to ask for utensils and napkins. The seats were greasy, which the waitress cleaned. The broom and hand vac were right by our table. I had to put ketchup on a piece of paper from my lunch basket. I felt like I was on an indoor picnic. There were 2 girls at the reception area talking but not helping. The manager never came by to see if everything was ok. The food wasnt very good, sub-standard at best. Save your money unless your going to watch a game and have a bunch of beer. However there are surely better places to watch a game and still get good service and decent food.
Food was fabulous unfortunately our waitress and I did not catch her name I was very late and bringing us stuff other waitresses and waiters were bringing our stuff we ask for carrots and celery that youre supposed to get with your food and shes a doll we usually dont bring them people dont eat them and they throw them away what we want them we never got them I asked for blue cheese only I hate ranch and I got a blue a blue cheese and ranch. Ask for the opposite so basically we could have switched but thats not what we ordered I loved my food Todd liked his service sucked
Wings beer and sports accurately describes Buffalo wild wings. They have many different wings to choose from, from sweet and savory to burning hot. There are also other food options such as the regular comfort foods one might expect at an American restaurant. They also have many beers on tap. Overall, Buffalo wild wings is a great place to go with friends and watch the game (whatever game that may be) and enjoy good food and good drinks.
Waiter was inappropriate with us. Got our drink order wrong and then told us we didnt know what we were talking about when we told him that he had served us root beer not Diet Pepsi. He not only got our wing order wrong he also got our dinner right or wrong they both came out together at the same time and it took about 45 minutes. Told my husband at the end to have a blessed day and when my husband didnt answer him back he said while I guess Ill have a blessed day myself then. Will never go back.
This was my first time here, and it was on mothers day. We all had an amazing time, and my sister and daughter got a kick out of me with their ghost pepper sauce. (I dont do spicy anything.) But a dare is a dare. The waitress was awesome in her service, and humoring me in my attempt with the sauce. Which was hot. We enjoyed ourselves, and it brought myself, my mom, brother and sister, and my daughter together for the first time on mothers day. Love u mommy, and thank you to the waitress for making mothers day an awesome experience for myself and my family.
My wings were undercooked. The mozzarella sticks are a science ex6, they do not melt. When I told my waitress about the mozzarella sticks and showed her how cold and spongy the cheese was, she said, thats how they are here. She was very dismissive. The nachos are cold. Very disappointed. Will not be returning. What a waste of money.
$2.00 stewart burgers are better and thicker than theirs. Beer was flat. Service was decent but, overall disappointed with food. I was sat at a booth that had clumps of hair and paper on it. When asking to be re sat the hostess proceed to laugh when I informed her about the condition of our booth. I was re sat at another booth that was filthy and requested politely to the waiter if he could clean it, he appeared very irritated by the request. Wont be returning.
Service wasnt very good, shouldnt have to ask for utensils, napkins and plates when food was already on the table. The nacho platter was God awful with nothing more than chips & lettuce and virtually no cheese & chili. Perhaps my last visit to BWWs, just not worth it for the prices they charge.
Quality has definitely deteriorated here. It used to be a consistently good spot to eat but the last few times have been a let down. The last time I went the wings were barely sauced and just felt like I was eating chicken nuggets. The french fries were on the soggy side and covered in so much salt that I thought I was going to have a heart attack on the spot. I cant say for certain but I felt sick after I ate here for two days. This was the only thing that was out of the ordinary that I ate for 48 hours. Overall I think this did in the BWW franchises for me and I can safely say I wont ever go to another one.
Terrible service, full of people who dont know how to clean or take your order, left before my order was taken because of the state of the restaurant and its serviceUpdate: I really enjoy there bogo traditional wings but now I cannot order online because they are unavailable and their phone is not working. I have to wait my entire lunch to sit in the store to get my order? And risk getting the rona. No thanks
Wasnt a good night. B dubs has gone down hill. I was all pumped to get there an order an Eclipse (Guinness & Blue Moon) The waiter (Michael?) ordered me a Patriot which was disgusting in my own opinion. He was never at the table enough for me to just order a normal Guiness. So I asked the girl that brought our food to get me another and she offered a Guinness. I had no way to change what i wanted because she assumed I wanted just a Guinness. So Michael comes back with another Patriot which I promptly refused. Later that evening, we get the check and surprise surprise, there are 2 Patriots on the check, of which I didnt drink. The waiter did the change by paying $7 cash on the receipt which doesnt seem right. I think he tried to cover his ass with the manager by paying for it and not letting someone know he messed up. I was really disappointed that not because I was really looking forward to the drink for my birthday, and meeting up with old friends. The atmosphere and lack of service cost you guys more beers and more food.EDIT: I just remembered too, he never asked us for our phone number for the rewards program. $160 bill with some of the crappiest service.
Rachael sucks... like really bad. She makes good drinks but was totally rude and unwelcoming. She had no problem talking to the men next to us but walked away from us two girls mid conversation and gave us multiple dirty looks! Great employees b dubs never coming back
I love buffalo wild wings the food never takes long to come to the table the servers are always smiling the drinks are great there is always a major sporting event on anyone of the 30 plus flat screen TVs there is a server named alexa who drew a happy face cup when she brought me the bill i was amazed. where did she get time to draw it I dont know she was so busy taking care of other guest but it made me laugh and i appreciated the creativity i will most definitely be asking for her every time I come in so she can be my server.
Not very impressed. Salad Chicken salad your basic iceberg lettuce, dry chicken strips, salad dressing very artificial tasting with mushy tomatoes all for almost 10 dollars. Not worth it. Service ok but that is a hard job on a Friday so that gets a pass, not the food. I will not be back.
Worst service of any bw3 Ive been to... Last week I ordered endless wings & fries and even though she had 2 tables right beside ours, we couldnt get the waitress to come back to our table for anything... Wouldnt even look at us. Had to flag her down every time. And tonight, waited way to long for a server to even acknowledge us, when one finally did, we ordered drinks, appetizers, and entrée at the same time... Never got the appetizer, and didnt get the chips & hummus that was supposed to come with the salad. The boneless wings were bad too, barely and sauce on them and dry af. On a sunday night and not even close to being busy... Done.
Blonde bartender was judgemental, nosey, and rude. Everytime I did something at the bar (or what I didnt do) she had a comment on, she even had the audacity to ask about my dirty hands and when I replied I work 14 hours a day she just scrunched her face and said ew. She has no professional training and a poor attitude at best. As someone whos family has owned multiple bars and hired bartenders for them I know what to look for. This girl had none of it going on. Just a snooty, nose turned up type that will make the blue collar crowd leave in a hurry.
Was here for my sons birthday food was okay can expect too much from a wing spot. I told him it was my sons birthday but I thought the waitress would ask me to bring out a cake but they did not and just saying happy birthday and that was it so I was a little surprised that I wasnt asked for a cake
What kind of management hires wait staff like this? The waitresses are on another planet, and brain-dead, simple commands only folks.. Their other food isnt good overall, but the wings are! Always loud, no quiet sitting areas, and during sporting events beware of the intoxicated company of your neighbors.
The Wings are as good as they can be. Frequent visitor to this place. Never disappointed by the wings.Catch-up to all the sporting events on giants and numerous TV screens all over the place. Staff is friendly and courteous however the service is a bit slow. Definitely recommended to visit.
Very poor service made prior reservations for a group of 25,Had to wait over 20 minutes outside for the room to be ready,Waitress took very long for our drinks,The food took over 1 hour to arrive,I ordered boneless chicken wings and fries,They did not give me boneless chicken wings it was nuggets,I was very disappointed the chicken was hard and dry the fries barley covered the plate they spread them out to look like more, I ordered coleslaw they gave me vinaigrette instead my childrens food was chicken strips and fries very little fries and chicken was cold and dry I will never go again the place is trash poor quality of food
Why would you come here? Wings? They have fallen off badly. I get the cost of chicken has skyrocketed, but that doesnt mean you have to put out a crappy product. Overcooked wings the last few times Ive been along with them being tiny with no meat. Ive learned my lesson, if I want wings and Im going to Hurricane.
This place is never empty. All the sports fanatics fill in on Friday nights and make life hard for wings lover. The sauce choices are numerous, as is at all other BWW franchises. Definitely a must visit eatery, specially given the fact that its location is so close to the Galleria mall.
The customer service is terrible! I spoke with a girl named Mara when placing my pickup order. Her attitude was HORRIBLE! Shes rude! Cut me off several times! Maybe she should work in the back if she doesnt feel like being bothered with people!! Also the wings were TERRIBLE! HARD AS A ROCK!!!
If youre into sports or sports bars and are under 40 this is your place! For me, its like walking into a club with food everywhere and women in imitation sports jerseys with club music and ESPN blasting. Mind you, its a decent time, but youre not gonna have any fun if youre not into sports at all. You are surrounded by 20 something year old sports fanatics and waiters no older than 24. The food however, is a 6 out of 10. Its not life altering, but it isnt really bad. So bottom line is, if youre going here for chicken and ESPN, I couldnt recommend a better place. If you arent into sports of any kind, please look elsewhere.
My cousin got cake w ice cream and that cost 5.79$ and theres just cake thats 2.79$ I told her I wanted the cake without the ice cream and I repeated it twice and she sat there and gave me cake and ice cream and she aint even heat up our cake like we asked so my cousin asked her to heat it up again and she looked confused af and took it and was like okay and I was like and I didnt want this ice cream and she said then dont eat it and i said I dont wanna be charged for this and she said you wont be charged for it and she came back w my cousins cake and she aint even heat it up like how can you not follow a simple task and she charged me for the damn ice cream. I am extremely mad
Come here all the time but tonight when we wanted to substitute something they told us no even though every other time they didnt without any problems. dont know what the problem is. then when I got my wings they had just enough sauce to be considered not dry. not sure what is going on but something needs to change.
Waited over 20 minutes outside in the cold and then just waiting for someone to take my order took almost an hour the food took forever to come and the portion of food was terrible i got chicken tenders and fries and they gave me like ten fries and tried to scatter them across the plate to look full the fries were hard and the food got cold after five minutes
The only reason 2 stars is because the service was ok (the serever saved you from 1 star), although being asked 7 times if everything is ok was a little much. Food was extremely sub par WAY too salty I mean horrible to substitute salt for quality and flavor had to drink so many waters and soda just to dilute the salt. This is the 2nd time Ive tried them both times WAY WAY TOO SALTY never again. I think I had my allotment of sodium for the next 2 years. They list calories etc but the amount of salt used is inexcusable.

2022-04-20Great bone in wings, love the Buffalo chicken sandwich. The chocolate cake dessert is perfect. Every game that you can possibly think of. I tried the Carolina reaper wings for the first time tonight, try at your own risk. Trivia night, friendly servers. Becoming my favorite sports bar.

2022-04-20I requested and advised ahead that wings I got last time are quite dry . Please let the chef know and make them a little saucy .This is what I got , They are thai curry , Mango habenaro , Parmesan Garlic and Carolina reaper . I can understand the reaper one but all others felt like dry rub wings . I am completely disappointed.

2022-04-23Its a buffalo wild wings. I would say its above average than other ones Ive been to. Ive been here a couple of times and hockey isnt a favorite which is bummer.Food, service, beer, and takeout are good. I can do take out during busy hours and food for one is usually done in 15-20 minutes.

2021-01-09Basic bar food, but good. Lots of TVs, huge screens. Great place for watching a sporting event. Happy Hour drink specials on Fridays. Booths have plexiglass dividers for social distancing.

2018-01-17Chain food. Friendly staff. Very attentive. Cold beer. Nice wine. Food over salted. Spice very forward in foods. Not great ... Not bad ... Clean restrooms. Clean restaurant. Waitstaff knew beers and description s of Chardonnay s for my wife. Will stop in again.

2022-02-16Love their chicken tenders with fries..... food always arrives hot ...... & doesnt taste like it was sitting under the heat lamps..... service has always been good..... the only downside.... A little too pricey.... should make chicken tenders & fries from scratch .... its easy enough....

2022-01-27Terrible management filled with incompetent workers. We ordered the special, wasn’t told it didn’t apply to the 20 piece. Called again to clarify and was told to come and pick up the FREE 20 piece and was told to Pay for it when we arrived. Wasted gas on 2 trips for the manager to say he couldn’t accommodate us. Got a place that’s rarely busy you’d think they would want to do better business. We literally eat here every week which is disappointing.

2022-01-17I never write reviews let alone negative reviews, but I really used to like this place and its sad to see how things have declined.Ive come here all the time since 2018, and the past few months Ive just noticed so many miscues. Mistakes happen, I can let them go, and the servers work really hard here, but whats been most annoying is receiving wings with basically no sauce on them. This has been so prevalent the past few times Ive began paying for an order of my sauces on the side to dip them in it. It hit me that I shouldnt be doing this. Ordering takeout just isnt even worth it anymore because somethings going to go wrong (wrong dipping sauce/wrong wing type etc). As for eating in, the foods still good, when its done right. Im just hoping to see things go back to the QC they had in 2019/2020.

2022-04-09Not as impressive as it use to be. Ive noticed that the sandwiches and fries are smaller and the bone in wings are dry. I went with family. We still had fun.
