They were not busy but the waitress never seemed to be around, had to ask another waitress for a refill. She never ask if we wanted anything more. My French fries were as hard as rocks, totally over cooked. Not up to other BWWs.
Probably my least favorite bdubs experience for the last year or so, lets talk about it.1. Was on hold for almost 20mins as I was wanting to place a to-go order while in route. I was a little over 5mi away and they still hadnt come back to the phone by the time I got there.2. They werent that busy, at least to me anyways3. Staff wasnt the warmest Ive experienced, however, they werent overly rude either, just kinda meh😕3. Wings came out well, mozz stix were burnt outOverall I give my experience a ***.Wasnt horrible service i just most likely wouldnt go out my way to visit again on my travels 😕
Service and atmosphere is TERRIBLE. So much potential for this building but the customer service and atmosphere both mediocre at best. We were seated and took the waiters almost 15 mins to acknowledge us.We ordered an appetizer and two drinks the appetizer came up first and our drinks were missing. The appetizer (Spinich Atichoke dip) was mediocre as well. The chips were overcooked and soaked in grease with grease dripping from the chips. The food was okay I ordered something simple annoyed with their service (Chicken Tenders) they were decent. Not coming here anytime soon unfortunately.
My 2 Daughters, mother & myself all are at Buffalo Wild Wings 2 nights before Thanksgiving. Our server was excellent & the chicken sandwich was great. The restaurant was quiet & we enjoyed our meal.
I called ahead to ask if they could accommodate a large group. They told me yes. However, when we showed up they took forever to setup tables and didnt let us sit down for over 20 minutes. Didnt let us order because they were short staffed.. why the heck did you promise to take care of us if you cant do it properly? Someone needs to get fired cuz they lost the business a good chunk of change and 17 people realized this was a bad place to eat. We called Red Robin last minute and they took care of us asap. I wouldnt eat at this location unless you got like two people.
Made the mistake of ordering out some wings. They were fatty, rubbery and very light in sauce. Won’t be back or order from them again.
We are now sitting here with half the table eating asj for a side of frie with the wings they are now on the table getting cold be cause we have no wings we are now at a 15 min wait since the 1st half came out server has not been back to the table its not that busy here pretty sure we wont be back. Urg

I was greeted very friendly and even said this was one of the only restaurants open at 10:15 at night as I just got out of work. I was then seated and it took over 10 minutes for me to even get an order for my drink about another 10 minutes after that I was asked if I was ready to order I said no but ordered pretzels it was 10:40pm when I realized I didnt see the bartender that also seemed to be my waitress anywhere. I was so frustrated I left. This was on Saturday October 9th.I recommend never going here
They were obviously short staffed and still did an awesome job. Food was great. My friend and I sat and listened to a woman complain about her wait time to be seated. She was very rude and berated a couple staff members, but the employees kept it professional. I left feeling bad for them for having to deal with the disrespect.
Went in for a quick bite for dinner, got sat down and 30 minutes later the waitress finally came over, she took our order, some other person brought it to the table, gave my wife the wrong order, finally saw the waitress again an hour later to get the check, took another 35 minutes for her to come back after payment. Im not mad at the waitress, the little we saw of her she was pleasant, that place needs way more employees or something. It was ridiculous how little attention was paid to each table.
This place of food and entertainment was very not cash money my table was never forgotten about for the longest time and the wings I ordered had zero flavor I was very upset about my order and the waiter had walked past me with an empty drink ten times and never filled my drink and was very rude and not very cash money and my Mac and cheese was dryer then the sand at the beach on a hot summer day
Will not return again. Went to the restaurant around 7:00 restaurant was very empty. We had a group of 7 so we expected a little bit of a wait. The greeter told us 30 minutes. We waited the entire 30 minutes. Then the manager was asking the greeter questions and we overheard him say I didnt even write their names down then the manager took over. After another 5 minutes he finally calls our name and wanted a phone number, we asked why? Then he responded telling us it will probably be another 40 minutes!! Then other customers started speaking up saying they were told only 10 minutes, then the manager told them it probably will be another 20 minutes on top of how long they were waiting for. VERY DISORGANIZED AND NOT WELL MANAGED!! GO TO HOOLIGANS RIGHT DOWN THE STREET BEFORE WAITING AT THIS PLACE!
Phils had amazing service and got my car to where it needed to be, within a short amount of time. Very friendly staff
The wings are perfectly prepared, crispy and delicious. My wife and I chose the Buffalo Dry Rub, which brought back memories of the original ( and,at the time the only) dry rub. Our beers were served promptly, and cold. Altogether, a perfect visit!
Terrible service and employees sitting around talking while customers wait. Came here around 6:00 PM which should be a busy time, but there was only one other family in the restaurant. Wait staff was sitting around the bar and just talking amongst themselves. I was seated at a table and waited for 5 minutes with multiple employees walking by and not one asking for a drink or food order. Finally just got up and walked out. Would not recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings at all.
We ordered Boneless wings and the were ok and we called in for pick up and specifically asked for extra sauce and received none
Staff was friendly and interactive. Food was on part with what I would expect from a chain restaurant at 8:00 pm. I would recommend them if their menu interests you.
They deserve 0 star,terrible service, I did make order on uber,and they send me buffalo wings without ranch, celery and plus with out my drink....terrible 😒😒😒😒😒😒

Disappointing, overpriced and slow. Used to go to BW3 all the time back in college. They are now a shadow of their former selves. $12 for 9 wings, $5 for not Buffalo chips that had next to no cheese on them. They put me in a spot where you cant get a clear view of the TVs even though a smaller seat was open the entire time with a straight view. Had high hopes due to nostalgia and was completely disappointed. That and they no longer have QB1 which was the main reason I went. Not much of a wonder why the company is hemorrhaging money.
Thanks Shannon, McKenzie, Joey, Eric and the kitchen staff. You guys ROCKED it today. You ALL were very accommodating to our large party of 30+ adult and children. The food was fresh, hot and served in a timely manner. Thank you again for making our experience a positive one. 😊 Kudos to ALL!
Would have been 5 stars, however when I received my bill and looked at the suggested tip amount, the suggested tip was calculated after sales tax. The state and county had nothing to do with serving us, so why am I being asked to tip on the tax too??? And so you dont think Im cheap, I tipped beyond 20% of the subtotal
Food slow. Forgot to put in orders of sides. 5 cubes in in our iced teas. Had to ask several times and go to the bar ourselves for more drinks. Bad experience overall.
Great place ,great tasty wings . Friendly staff . I walked in and was greeted with respect . After a long week traveling from Rochester to Syracuse and Worcester for work it was time to seat down and have a time to relax . Tamie help me get my order and pick a good tasty beer for me . What a joke. 1 guy working the whole bar and dining room and asks if we want to be added to the wait list for a 45 minute wait after telling us it’s their biggest day of the year. The restaurant was nearly empty. Maybe hire some effing employees and don’t be a 🐓 🍭 to people when they want to eat your stoopud food. I am done with this ridiculous chain.
We had a new server and my girlfriends food was wrong. Sampler platter was very greasy. Staff was very friendly, however. The manager did bring a chicken salad out for her and was great about the mix up. I think the server was new
The place was dirty. It was like eating in a bar in detroits ghettos. The food was good surprisingly Although the waiter took all night for some nachos and a beer, oh and they were also out off most liquors offered.My advice buffalo wild wings more enjoyable in buffalo
Great food. Great service. Plain and simple. Bringing our 5 children next time. 30 wings pick a flavor per 5 wings for 35 bucks.
Not too impressed. Took over 20 min to get drinks. Then another 20 min for ordering food. Then along time for food. Food was tasty but expensive. Dinner took over 1 hour and 1/2 and there were only 4 tables full of people so not crowded. Might try again another day.

They make fresh tortilla chips here...and the beer is always cold. The service staff goes above and beyond. Marcie at the bar was extremely helpful with the menu. I love the energy and enthusiasm here. Well done to management!

My buddy and I split an order of 30 to go wings. I wanted Nashville hot wings and he wanted BBQ wings. Common sense says splitting them up would be the smart move. The people handling the food said nope. The wings were mashed together in one box. He was eating my wings and I was eating his wings (even though I pointed out the difference to him). I will say the quality of wing has gotten better since the last time I ate at a Buffalo Wild Wings as they were much meatier compared to the pigeon wings that they use to serve.
Changed bogo days and the deal, which is fine but the traditional wings were dry.
This is the first time I ever had buffalo wild wings, I must say Im not impressed at all. I placed an online order for my family of 4, not gonna complain about the 20 minute for the order to be ready as I choose to pick it up myself. the gentleman who waited on me was nice, the store was open for dine inn and there was only one couple in there so I though o well they arent busy so I food should taste and look good.... I was WRONG, when I opened the boxes it looked like something I would get from a fast food restaurant... if i wanted hard chicken i would have went there.. not worth the $11.99 a piece that i just paid for 3 5 pc. Tenders and fries and kinda a waste since my husband wont eat his and threw it away
The service was horrible. We waited almost an hour for our food. The server didnt know anything, and I get it if hes new, but I knew he wasnt. They brought out about a 1/3 of the meals for a party of 15, then 20 minutes goes by before the rest of it came out. Even the food that they had just brought out from the kitchen was barely warm. The food itself was super salty (if youre on a low sodium diet, dont go here), youll get about a weeks worth of sodium intake in one meal. The food had zero flavor, too. Oh, and it wasnt that busy either so theres no reason for meals to take an hour to an hour and a half to come out. Hell, it took the server a half an hour just to get one drink from the bar and blamed it on the bar tender.I honestly would tell you not to waste your money at this place.
I was there on the for the most recent Bills win, later in the night with my husband on the patio. We thought the food was overpriced for the portion size but the staff made up for it. Great service, we were taking care of right away in spite of them getting a late pop. We both got a recommend lauger from our server that we loved. The staff was busy and getting some heat from a rude customer (two men actually) sitting on the patio. I have seen these two guys cause a stink at restuarants Ive worked at in the area and wanted the staff to know they are notorious for being rude, causing problems and getting plastered. You guys handled them like a couple of champs. Tip your waitstaff and be kind, especially at a chain restaurant, where they tend to get the worst of people.
Terrible customer service. Many better sports bars that are much more well prepared for the casual wing consumer.
Every time I go in here it smells like bad mop water. Every.single.time. I try not to come but the food isn’t terrible and the service is usually okay. I can barely handle the smell. It never smells clean. It literally smells like trash always.
Not great. Ordered a smoked brisket burger with potato wedges. Requested medium — burger was overcooked, no honey bbq, no grilled onions. If it IS brisket that you served, it was disgusting dry, overcooked, and in a puddle of grease. I actually thought it was pork because it doesnt taste like brisket at all Honestly I want my money back. The potato wedges were the only thing edible.
We go to buffalo wild wings a lot because we love the food that is always delicious and consistent. The service on the other hand has lots of room for improvement. A lot of the waitresses have a stuck up attitude and often the service is very slow. Basically what im trying to say is the good is great which keeps us going back but the service sucks.
A limited menu, but good choices in wings (of course!). Good for a night out with lots of TVs running with a variety of things to watch (mostly sports but there are other shows/news stations on). Service is always good.

Most likely the worst buffalo chicken salad Ive ever seen. A head of lettuce cut in 2, one small piece of chicken, and scattered bacon on the bottom. Not mad at the employees but what manager approved this???
I really enjoyed their wings, they have multiple options for flavors as well as other food options. The service was great. My server was very friendly as well as everyone else in the restaurant. I dont think they have the best wings but they are definitely a good option.
Food is trash barley any seasoning on fries or chicken wings if I wanted plain chicken I would have asked for it !!! Do better charging $20+ for wings that aren’t worth it ....if your in the Rochester area go to WINGZ!

We had a great time here. Neither of us had been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before. My fried cheese curds were amazing. The cheese curd burger was not so good, but still we had a great time and my husband devoured everything he got.

Could have been better. Very long wait for appetizers to arrive, and the restaurant wasnt very busy yet. Then, dinner came before we had a chance to finish appetizers. My Cuban sandwich was pretty good, but not stellar.
We were greeted and seated in a reasonable amount of time and were asked for our preference of a table or booth, which i apperciate because we have a small baby. The servers were nice. We ordered the sampler for an appetizer and it had just the right amount of food on it. I enjoyed the black bean burger which was actually very tasty. My husband and teenager shared wings as they always do with a variety of sauces. I did order the mini chocolate cake and it tasted great but the presentation was lacking. It came in a takeout cup and it looked like it was crumbled but it did taste good. The experience was pleasant.
I realized there was only one server and one host on the floor. Our server was cashing out a big party at the bar area. We got to the restaurant around 1:20pm. Since there was only one server on the floor, we didnt get to order our food till 2pm. My food came out cold. It was my first time going to Buffalo Wild Wings.
I ordered thru Grub Hub. The order was not complete, missing items. The celery was old, limp and brown.. The blue cheese container was only 1/4 full.

Delicious food and great staff. Crystal and Hannah have been my servers and both ladies are friendly and attentive. Had the new Buffalo Blue burger today, definitely recommend! I also came in to watch the Panthers game solo today and they were great about getting the game turned on quickly and making sure I was able to comfortably watch the game. Other staff members were great about stopping by to see if I need anything and to chat a bit in between plays. Really love the vibes/atmosphere here. The staff really make the place. Definitely coming back to this location and would love to come with friends or family, or even solo again.
Wont ever dine in here again or go back. My husband and I waited for a table for over an hour and watched people that came in after us get tables before us. Never again.
Food is good but I seem to end up waiting forever for pickups and they took away my fav sauce hot bbq. The staff pleasant and make the wait tolerable.
So good. They made a smaller version of the dessert nachos and its perfect. Love the choice of wing sauces but always want buffalo mild because its my favorite. They made us some southwest loaded chips even though they are off the menu now. Very appreciated!!!!
Very tasty food. They serve straws which is great. They do not have spoons though. Tough to have coffee without a spoon. Given their messy finger foods they really should have a roll of towels at the table. They have one napkin per person. Wait time on food is 30 to 50 minutes. Little on the long side. Lots of TVs to check out sports while you wait. I dont think they have wifi. Kinda weird.
I have never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before today. My Sister and I went today and I will never go again. We were sat at our table and we waited for 15 minutes and our server never came to our table. My Sister said something to the young man who sat us at our table after 10 minutes. We waited another 5 minutes and got up and left. As we were walking out the door the one server said Oh Theyre leaving? Oh well not my problem . Trust me... Never going back to be Her Problem again.

Waited at door to be great by a host or hostess for 7-10 mins. When about to leave someone showed up and seated us. Two other staff had seen us waiting for a table and did not do anything about it. Food was okay. It seemed to take a long time for it to come out.The boneless chicken wings were less then desirable. Ive had chicken nuggets that were bigger and tasted better.
During this visit to BWW I enjoyed the street tacos and a snack sized order of wings. It was just enough food to satisfy. We took in a football game on the big screen and my son quizzed me on trivia during commercial breaks. It was not very crowded so I was surprised that our server was not more attentive.

It was ok. Slightly disappointing. Theres something going on in that the sauce in the wings must be refrigerated. The end result is the wings become cooled very quickly which makes for a not so good eating experience. All in all i would go back and perhaps ask for my sauce on the side.
Came here with my husband while we were in town and Donnie, our server, absolutely made our whole day! He was so friendly, so attentive, and so prepared! He brought things without us even asking and his attention to detail of our food was impeccable! Everyone here was so nice and willing to help and they had all of the games on! Theres nothing wrong with Buffalo wild wings per se, although this location is relatively small and doesnt provide a whole lot of seeding options where youre not going to be sitting right on top of other people. The outdoor seating is okay but essentially gives you a view of the parking lot and not much more. The food is always good and consistent, you just have to try to visit when its not super busy otherwise the experience is a little annoying.
Everything took forever. Even though they were comedy dead. It was a Monday night. No sports were on. So I thought we would get in and out. Nope. An hour and half later. But food was great. And our waitress was good. When we saw her.
The beer selection left something to be desired. Very traditional selections. Not much in the way of craft beer. It felt very much like a walmart selection of beer. Meanwhile every other day you hear about a new bar opening with 60-80 taps and a crazy beer selection. Id recommend management try looking into expanding this soon.Otherwise the wings were ok. Middle of the road. I didnt have any sauces that blew my mind. The wings were reasonably sized, not too fat or too skinny. They were appropriately cooked. Etc. The problem is if you name your restaurant after wings, then i expect mind blowing wings.
I am not a fan of BWW. I think it`s adequate bar food, at best. On this occassion, we had four guys (the only people) seated at the bar and the bartender was completely inattentive. We had waited patiently for about ten minutes for her to acknowledge our existence before having to stand up and call to get her attention. It took another five minutes for her to actually take our order. Not how you get repeat business. One saving grace was a couple of hoppy beers on tap.
Still great after all of the other Bdubs shut down in the area. Food was good. Wait staff was good. Restaurant was clean which is good for the times we live in. Blazin wings still exist and wild are still my favorite.
I love Buffalo Wild Wings one of my favorite places to get wings staff is always friendly. I enjoy that they have several different kinds of sauce. They have their sauces for sale as well they also have rubs like salt and vinegar which I found out it was great on potatoes at home. They also have an app which allows you to earn free food one of my faves

Always a great time here. Relatively low key environment when there isnt a sports event. MMA nights are a treat as well with drink specials and attentive wait staff.
Shockingly slow service when there are only a few tables full, food was very slow and mediocre, and people were flagging down the waitress for attention because she circled so infrequently. Cant imagine how painful it would be there when it is even half full.

I like more crisp to my wings and the meat in my blue burger was as crumbly as the blue cheese. Taste was ok though.

The food was terrible and our waitress was extremely rude. We got the ultimate nachos and some potato wedges we werent difficult customers. The nachos were literally a giant plate of tortilla chips sprinkled with lettuce and 5 jalepeno slices. Never again. Spend your money somewhere that they dont microwave your food.
I was 1 of 2 people in the restaurant. Bartender was never behind the bar. He was also the server but was always in the kitchen. Didnt seem to have much experience in the industry. Food was decent but defiantly overpriced. $15 for a quesadilla and a soda?!?! Probably wont be back, and definatly not surprised the one in Henrietta closed if this is how they are operated.
Hamburger was dry wings are the smallest I have seen. Will not eat here again. Chloe our waitress was very good. Its a shame that the food that 8 of us had was nowhere as good as the waitress.
I have been going to BWW since at least 2006, and it has been worse and worse every year. I have gone to restaurant locations in several different states and it holds true, compared to BWW of old, it is currently a rip off!!! Ordered their boneless wings and 2 were so small I mistook them for excess breading! They rest of the food was mediocre at best and was not priced to match. The only good thing I had was the dessert nachos, I will give them credit, they were damn tasty! Other than that, the value is terrible, the service was subpar and took a good while for my families food or to even see our server. I just have no desire to visit a BWW again.
Ordered on grub hub and our burger came in with wrong toppings and no sauce but after calling and speaking to staff they took care of us in no time and in the best way possible!! We go there and eat in often and they never fail! Thank you!
Buffalo Deep WeedsAfter waiting three weeks for the dust to settle with the opening of this new location, my wife and I stopped in at the new Buffalo Wild Wings in Webster (NY) on a busy Friday night. Getting a table was fairly easy - we opted to sit outside because the multiple TV screens inside were overwhelming and uncomfortable to sit close to. And it was slammed.It went downhill quickly from there. We ordered a sampler portion of wings which our waitress assured repeated over the next half hour would be right there. When they appeared, they were quite cold - like someone forgot to mention they were ready for pick up. The manager addressed our concern by bringing a huge basket of warm wings.However, our entree orders arrived finally and were very much lukewarm. The fish tacos I ordered had a very fishy flavor for reportedly maui-mahi and my wifes chicken Caesar was tough and uninteresting compared to other local places.The waitstaff service was mixed: our original waitress seemed to trying to cover a lot tables and sort of waved when she went by. A bus girl did a better job of watching us and responding to our requests. The manager made a cameo appearance but was clearly swamped with other items on his plates.All in all, we wont be back probably to everyones relief.
Its a Buffalo Wild Wings... whats not to love? Staff is always attentive and friendly. Great place to watch a game over good food and drinks. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing evening.
Love going here for chicken wings and beers. Mango habanero is my favorite. When I crave for hot wings this is the place. My daughter love going here as well. They have kids menu and free games on the tablets for kids to use.

Order was all wrong. I asked for a salad with no bacon and extra dressing. They did not put the extra dressing in the bag so she had to go in the back and get me one, thanks. I open the salad and theres bacon on it. I was so disappointed, $12 wasted, not happy.
My friend and I both got the boneless wings. Half of mine didnt even have the wing sauce on them and the meat inside of the breading was fried to the point where I was not certain it was chicken. Maybe they were trying to cut costs by using a 1x1 inch piece of jerky instead. I said nothing because my friend picked this place, but fate punished him for his poor decision. He spent the next couple hours in the bathroom. Save yourself the pain and learn from his mistakes.
Horrible Service! I have been to this location thrice and was made to wait at least 20 minutes to even take the order!! On every single occasion! The frustrating part was that it wasnt even a rush hour! Waiters/Waitresses were walking around and none of them bothered to talk to us! Never going back!

Bad service when place was about empty. I get they just opened but come on.Also took 20 minutes to turn the TV to the game I wanted...Hooligans down the road will have my service every time after trying this place out.Also lighting is way to bright inside, and the layout is horrible with the bar in the middle. Went for the McGregor cowboy fight, they were packed and Tammie still found a way to get us in. Service was amazing. The hospitality is unmatched!!

The place was not busy and there were lots of people standing around but tons of dirty tables they stayed that way the entire time that we were eating. Service was slow the fries were soggy not a good place to eat in my opinion
The food is ok.. I wouldnt say it is great .. but its not bad.. more expensive than I think it should be.. buy its a great place to go have a drink or small appetizer and watch a game/fight
This Buffalo wild wings bad the worst service. Sat down at the bar and got nothing for 5 minutes. Which took the customer next to me who sat after me to yell at her. Which then the bartender gets someone else to serve us and proceeds to type things in on the computer which were not part of an order for another 10 minutes Taking her time in no rush at all. Customers would come up to the bar to pay because waiters and waitresses were no where to be found. No one rushing not even manger. They move at a snails pace. So have plenty of time to sit down at this bdubs or order online

The staff was really nice and the food was ok. There was a HUGE bone in my boneless wing which cut my tongue. The Jack Daddy Burger really wasnt that great.
Worst service I have ever had. Took 1 hour from time orders for food to come took 45 mins for the check and another 20 to get my card and copy back the waiter checked on us 1 time in the 2+ hours I was there (not by choice) I had to send my husband and 2 year old out to the car to wait for me as the waiter took forever and my child was restless and tired ill NEVER go back
Service was sub par. 3 of the 4 meals were wrong. One of the drinks was not what they said it was. Overall a bad experience. Wont be eating here again
The food was just awful. We ordered cheese burgers which were over cooked Food WAS OVER PRICED could have gone to Charles for alot less. If I wanted McDonald French fries I should have gone to McDonalds I went to the Webster Buffalo Wild Wings

The millions of TVs cant make up for the poor service (hour long wait even though the restaurant was pretty much empty!). Food is all right but certainly not worth waiting an hour for.

Politely walked out.... Server took appetizer order.....forgot to put it in.....server took our beverage order.....forgot to put it in...2 tables around us were comped food by manager. We decided to cut our losses.

2022-03-11This place has gone down hill. Was greeted by a hostess with pink roots who had attitude and would roll her eyes, followed by a waitress who also had attitude. Staff acts very immature and unprofessional. The food tasted like old grease and when we asked if we could get new tortilla chips the waitress gave us a hard time about it. Eventually we got new tortilla chips dropped on our table and the waitress turned and walked away without saying a word. No refills on drinks the whole time we were there. We will not be returning here. Terrible experience. 0/5 stars if I could

The order was $36 which consisted of an okay brisket, dry macaroni and cheese a dry hard as a rock Burger and hard fries that had less taste to them than the dirt on the bottom of my shoe. I had to brush my teeth to get the nasty taste out of my mouth if I could give this place less than a one-star Ive definitely would I would never recommend this place to anybodyYes those pictures included was the Mac and cheese that could be picked up with a fork jamed into itThe only positive to come out of this is to know that we will never be back to this place

2022-02-20With Empty tables and they tell you that the wait is close to 20 minutes. 45 minutes later and nobody ever called us. We left without eating and will never return. The staff sitting talking to each other as if they were in eternal break.

2022-03-13I was happy they were open on a Sunday night. That was the highlight. Sadly, serving sizes were tiny, salad dressing was skimped on, chicken fingers had such bad consistency I thought they were raw and lastly even the silverware was dirty. Oh and no gluten free buns but they did cook the fries in the oven for a person in the group with Celiac disease.

2022-03-19We sat and waited 15 min to even get drinks (they werent super busy, tables werent filled). I went to the bar to ask to get a waiter. 5 min later we finally got one. Ordered food and we didnt even get all the items we ordered. My brother in law asked for no pickles and had pickles on his burger. And my sister found a fruit fly in her water cup. Ive always heard good things about them but our experience was not great this time around unfortunately.

2022-05-01Horrible experience- The boneless wings are thin chicken nuggets, the bone in wings were barely cooked. No crunch. Place was known for their wings , cmon. The amount of French fries could be counted on your hand, the near nothing size coleslaw. you couldnt make a smaller container. Fork barely fit. The Salsa and Chips Chips were stuck together; Salsa was 10 % salsa on top of 90% tomato paste. Literally, showed the waitress the tomato paste. Blue Cheese was ranch dressing. When I showed the waitress all of this she didnt have any rebuttal and said are you ready to pay. Doubt we will ever step back in this place.
