Sat down right away, food came out super quick, was the best BWW Ive ever had plus that new Doritos Flaming Hot flavor 🔥🔥🔥 Sooo Good! Thank you! PS the Host was sitting down when we pulled up and took him a hot second to get up, but the Food made up for it. Im from Orange County, NY where both locations in Middletown and Newburgh are never consistent with their food or service.
The hostess was very friendly and nice to us. The restaurant was half way full but they were extremely busy because they had 3 waiters working the entire restaurant. We waited 20 minutes to be seated and then we waited another 25 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us. At end we ended up leaving because we were starving and we ended up eating at food court. Honestly it’s ashamed that large companies want to some money on the customers expense.
Been to so many better Buffalo Wild Wings, Service could be better,waiter goes missing and not around when you need them. Wings took longer than usual to come out, Food was thankfully good like usual. This is the only BWW in the rockland area so it will have to do but it would be great for some time of improvement in service and care.
Decent place to go if youre with a large group of friends to watch a game with a large quantity of wings. The burgers are okay but obviously you come here for the wings. Theyre pretty tasty albeit a bit pricy in my opinion. Id only come here if my friends wanted to, but to be fair there arent many other good places near that specialize in wings.
This was quite the experience. Im from Los Angeles and this was very odd for me. It almost seemed as though their usual staff may have been out on vacation. There was bickering between two workers, and rolling of eyes. Our server though was pretty awesome. She was working hard and was very willing to work with our food intolerance questions.
Oh the bad experience. Lets start with the bathroom. There is no reason it should smell like a projects stairway by lunchtime. Close it down and clean it. The only reason Im giving it 2 stars is for the one guy doing 20 jobs. The guy behind the bar was good, but he was bartender, server, manager and was running around like crazy. All of the other workers especially the young lady that just came onto her shift could not be bothered by helping paying customers. I wont be going back.
This is the worst BWW I’ve been to. I wish I could give zero stars.Ambiance: Dead and further diminished by low-energy service and poorly prepared foodBartender: Apathetic, aloof, uninterested, and bad at making drinksFood: Gooey, rubbery wing-skin swimming in sauce, Nachos with a huge dollop of cheese in center and a ton of dry chips on the plate. A we tried to order was “out”Drinks: We ordered two very basic drinks. They were both awful. I understand measured pours, but these drinks were pure mixer. We then tried to order beer from the tap. The first three options we ordered were “out”We are disappointed that this location was so terribly bad. Will not return and will not recommend to friends.
Ive walked past this place a million times and decided to come here Im finally give it a shot and I have to say it was cool. I am more of a local bar and wings guy so in the scheme of franchises this place is pretty decent. I would recommend it if you have the taste 4 wings.
The Service was soo bad, not a happy friendly server, also the hostess was not a friendly greeter, I asked for a highchair 4 times and I end up getting the highchair myself, the TABLE was so dirty and nasty it had some type of sauce drippings on the table thats been there for sometime, I had to use baby wipes to clean it. Food was ok, drinks happy hour was good.
Let me start by saying I love Buffalo wild wings and ate in a few of their facilities, but this one has horrible, horrible service and attitude.I have been here 4 times, and the place just hit rock bottom. First, we waited 30 minutes to be seated, when the place was half empty.Then waited over 10 minutes until a waiter was kind enough to ask us what we want to drink, another 15 minutes to get the drinks and another 25 minutes to get our order, which they got wrong. But wait, there is more - the cherry on top was that we asked to speak to the manager who asked if we would like to get a cake as compensation, and ended up charging us for it!Want to know how bad this place is? a few tables were clapping when a table of 4 got up and left for not receiving a service!Do yourself a favor, find a different place to eat.
The food was still good, which was why this isnt going to be a 1 star review, but unfortunately thats about the only positive thing there is to say about our dinner.We were asked to add our name to a list, even though the bar didnt appear particularly full, and we were told we were only going to wait 20 minutes. About 40 minutes later, we get called to our table. We waited another maybe 10 or 15 minutes to put in our full order, and then the food came out in a pretty timely manner. The problem was that throughout our time at he table, the wait staff had checked on us about 5 times. The first time when we got our orders taken, the 2nd time a little bit after when they gave us our waters and drinks, the 3rd time when they came with the food, and the 4th shortly after we got the food where we asked for some refills. About 10 minutes later the waiter came back for the 5th visit asking us if we needed anything, to which we reminded him that we still didnt get our refills.Just wasnt great! I get it when the bar is busy, especially when its a Sunday and plenty of games are happening, but it didnt seem that busy on the day we went and Im not sure if its going to be worth going back when there are so many alternatives in mall.
I went there for wing night at 7pm. After waiting 40 minutes to get a seat and an additional 10 minutes for our drinks we put in our order for wings. We were then told they ran out of wings. We called the manager over and his demeanor wasnt professional while we complained about the wing situation and he said we didnt run out of wings, we sold out.I dont understand why that made it acceptable when its the same difference 🤷🏽♂️
Love this BWW! Andrew was our server and hes all you could ask for in an excellent waiter. The whole team is awesome. The communication and support among them to provide accurate and efficient diner service is so awesome. The food was also great and even as busy as it was came out surprisingly fast.
Ive been to several BWW restaurants. The food and service were good. For some reason the All American burger we ordered had only one patty. The waitress said the customer had to request a second patty. Im pretty sure she was mistaken. The menu description says 2 patties. The other locations never did this. Other than that we got to eat and watch the game we wanted.
This place is getting two stars because the food was actually good. The bad part was our server and how he didnt do much to serve us. He never checked on us to take our entree order so I had to track him down, the order came back wrong with little to no sauce. He also had the gall to ask me if I was sure this wasnt what I ordered. I had to track him down again to get my check. This place was awful. By the time our dinner was done, 2 1/2 hours passed.
This location is horrible! The customer service well exceeds the rude spectrum. Every single time I order for pick up and get home there are always items missing from my order. Last night the night manager was pathetic and grossly rude! I told her this was the third time that they have screwed up my order with missing items and I was flabbergasted at her response! She responded with a severe attitude...Then why do you come back? Are you kidding me????? This is how they resolve their mistakes by insulting the customer? NEVER will I return to Buffalo Wild Wings! I was disgusted by such poor service!
Went in on a weekday which might be why my experience wasnt pleasant at all. In the front we were greated very nicely, once we were seated though our waitress was simply not welcoming nor friendly. I understand we have bad days , it seemed they were understaffed but youre in an establishment where you have to deal with people and be friendly!. The food was okay but definitely couldve been better.. social distancing was well and place was clean..sad to say that one employee ruined the place for us. Will not be going back.
Hi, place was empty, that was a good thing. All tables were at a social distance. The only thing, 2 of our chairs were broken, almost fell because of it. But we changed them right away! The food selection looked limited, compared to our last visits, but I guess with this pandemic, certain things are hard to order. Liked the TV monitors on display, with all the games (football) showing. Our waitress was polite, her name was unique too (sorry I forget what it was). Would go again!
Obviously the wings are tasty. But some of the wings are really tiny and shouldnt even be served. Also this location has all the tables and chairs packed together and its really an uncomfortable dining experience. Other than wings, I had the Santa Fe salad which my server gave me a choice of chicken or pork. But it came with chicken and I told her and then she said pork is no longer available. No apology no compensation just walked away. Obviously I didnt want the chicken which is why I ordered the pork. So a pretty bad waitress. She also kept offering my wife different beers and then would come back to the table and say oh sorry we are sold out of that. It was me my wife and three kids so you can imagine there was a lot used plates and glasses on the table but this waitress never even thought about coming and cleaning up. We ended up just piling everything on top of each other in the middle of the table but that wasnt enough of a sign for her to do anything about it. Same thing with refilling our drinks, or asking how everything was, or even offering dessert. She didnt do any of that. And of course there was no manager walking around to check and make sure customers are satisfied either.
I have no complaints about the waiter what I do have a complaint about is the food. Yesterday I ordered boneless wings which at the time tasted good and I was fine, couple hours later I am on the toilet and stomach is still not feeling good. Im 100% sure that food was old or not fully cooked and then unfortunately was served to me. Only reason I am giving a two star review is because of the waiter food I would give a 1 star or none at all.
This location of BWW has the distinct honor of having the absolute worst service. Based on the number of one star reviews, It appears management doesn’t care at all. The waitress moved like a crippled turtle. The hostess and 2 workers just hang around the front counter ignoring everyone. Request for extra napkins resulted in the young man at the take out counter saying” I put them in myself, guess what? No napkins at all. I have a good idea for management, instead of putting the same generic message below every bad review( and there are plenty) “ FIX THE PROBLEM”
The service was great but we were directly in front of the kitchen door so the constant people walking within the 6 distance was not good. How are we supposed to comfortably eat? Then we get our food & the portions are a LOT smaller than we have gotten even a few months ago at another location
My family and I walked in Monday night to watch the Mets game. We were rudely greeted by a server who didn’t even say anything to us and waved us over. He then brought us to a table and just pointed at it. When my dad kindly asked if he would be able to get the Mets game up for us, he said nothing and walked away. We immediately got up and walked out.Rude service.
The palisades mall location was a real disappointment. It looked closed when we arrived . Half the lights were shut off and there was no hostess. Had to seat ourselves. Table was dirty and no silverware or napkins were given out. Service was terrible, had to ask for everything.
The food quality is as expected for this type of restaurant, but the service is inconsistent, which I guess should also be expected for a restaurant in the mall. Ive gone several times with my kids when were at the mall. Last time I went, we stood at the front confused for quite a few minutes (between 5 and 8) before we even saw an employee who came and asked with visible apathy whether we were being helped. Our waitress looked pissed off as she dragged herself through the script to take our orders. I ordered 20 wings, dry buffalo seasoning, plus appetizers, sides, and a beer. I asked about the happy hour special for beer, and she said that doesnt start til 4. I looked at the time after she walked away and it was 357. So when I saw her again, I pointed out that it was after 4 and asked if they could just give me the happy hour discount, especially bc I hadnt gotten the beer yet. she said they cant because it was before 4 when I ordered. I asked her to cancel the order then so I could order it after 4. she looked exasperated and said she cant do that either without her supervisor approving it. I asked if there was a supervisor available. she went to talk to him and they gave a discount.when the wings arrived I immediately noticed they looked, felt, and tasted weird, pretty obviously recooked from an earlier order. I tried to ignore it and just keep trying to eat them, but I couldnt. the meat was not chewable and the skin looked like they had been previously cooked in a wet sauce earlier that had been covered with the powder seasoning. I brought it to the servers attention, who of course was just as pissed as she had been earlier. after some back and forth, I got her to take the wings back to the kitchen. the manager came to the table a few minutes later, also looking unhappy, to tell me the new order would take 18 minutes. seemingly waiting for me to change my mind about. the wings were entirely different and better this time.if they had a better manager I think they would do better
Manager named Eric approved cold BBQ chicken sandwich! He also didn’t care that my party of 9 waited an hour for food to come and appetizers came With the food!! The food is normally fantastic but if he stays in this business they’ve lost a friendly family group for good. Hope none of you readers deal with any issues here.
The customer Service at this location is horrible. On 12/18/2018 around 10:49 pm we order a large serving of Wings and Drinks. We Order three different sauce on the wings. When the Order was READY the Wings were all mix into a big bowl. The Wings had so much sauce it look like vomit. Even the Manager Ralph agreed .We ask him to change the wings. He went around the kitchen and brought back the same wings just separated into a different container. However, we tried to look on the bright side of things to have the wings. The Drinks was horrible and the customer service remarks was that its the first time we making this drink. why even put it on the menu if your guys cant make it?. To make matters worst the manager did not even say sorry about the situation. He even denied us the opportunity to complete the online survey because they (Waiter) refuse to give us the receipt with the itemize purchase and the code to help corporate determine the manager, waiter and time of purchase instead they provide the credit card receipt. We asked for the itemized receipt and the manager claims it is not possible to print that one which was also a blatant lie into our face. Thank you for our date night
Had a stopover here and ordered hot chicken wings. Pretty cool place to hang out with family and friends. Our orders arrived just time to stop the salivating from glimpses of others savoring their meals. And the meal was HUGE! Finger-lickin good. The staff was pretty efficient and professional. The location is gorgeous, just of the highway, tucked on its own grounds in its own elements. When I swing by New Jersey anytime soon, Id love to visit again and again.
Went in yesterday got seated waited about 20 minutes waitresses came by the other tables not once looked our way 2 other families seated after us got service before us we walked out employees like nothing happened we usually go to other BWW always great service not coming back to this one 😒
Very big spacious place. The food is normally good at most Buffalo Wild Wings.The only problem with this place is the seating in the back area seems to be a little too dark and every time I go to the one in palisades the staff seems so miserable and that tends to get me worried. Its either that they are not well taken care of by management or something. Its horrible to see an employee looking so miserable because it tends to spread to others. Then you start to think if any of the employees are going to take it out on you or your food.I understand many places start out great but the greatness must be all the time and a happy server makes a whole lot of difference.Besides, I always tip good.
I would give this place a 0 if possible. Completely ruined our wings, they came out looking like a bowl of soup with wings drop in it. The drinks we had were very bland and the customer service, deplorable to put it lightly. Totally ruined our evening meal and time together 😕😕😕. Manager on duty was no help. Corporate will be notified as well. Stay away from this location if you want to enjoy consistent quality food and wait service.
I want to start off by saying that I understand the stress of working in a mall during Covid. I work in retail in this very mall and see the ignorance of many customers daily. The hostess and waitress were very good and attentive. I only went there to see the champions league final. We ate and we paid. I asked the waitress if it was ok to close my tab and move closer to the TV in the other room. She said yes and that she would let that server know. No problem. My son and I move over and the waitress for that area comes and asks what wed like promptly. I explained that we just ate and I asked if we could come closer to the TV. She asked if we could sit a little farther away but I explained to her that the very reason to move at all was to get this seat closer to the TV. You could tell she was annoyed and walked away. A few minutes later, the manager came by and asked me to move away. I gave him the same reason for sitting there as I did the waitress. He said he would have changed the channel but I explained that the projectors were too bright over there. You could tell he got annoyed and flustered very quickly and I apologized for the annoyance but the very reason I came here and spent any money was to watch this game because it wasnt even on. It took forever to get the game on and then Im getting told I cant sit somewhere after Ive paid my tab. As a manager myself, he did nothing to give proper alternativ s nor show empathy to why I even went there. Might be a stupid reason but this is no way to treat a customer especially if another waitress gave the ok for such actions.
Service was absolutely miserable. Out waiter Gordon was not the least bit engaging. It felt like myself and my friend had to walk him through the process of taking a food order. Had to ask for silverware, and then wait an inappropriate amount of time for it. Gordon was more concerned with attending to the table with six people away from us. The same treatment was given to the table of three next to us; It seems like quantity was more important than quality. When our food arrived (which was good as always, no problems there) there was no acknowledgment and it was dropped down without a word. As proof of concept we ordered a piece of cake (which was nowhere near as good as the food) and it took 15 minutes to receive, since we timed it. Was it crowded? No. Was it understaffed? No. Cannot wait to complete their online survey.
Great wings. Terrible service. 5/12/19 - Waiter forgot about us, the order was wrong at first, we were checked on once. Waiter literally dropped the check on the table and walked away - didnt even notice that my friend had a question. In their defense, Ive never had a problem there before (which is why Im emphasizing the date). Hopefully I can rebut this comment in the near future
One of the better BWWs Ive been to. Dont know why it took us so long to come here, but the mall just has too many options for food. In any case, it seems to have nice CS all around. Chicken wings crispy without the meat getting dried out. Ask for the comp bread while waiting for your drinks or they will never bring you any.
I ordered 20 wings, 10 mild & 10 desert heat. Not sure why the wings would all be put in the same box.... desert heat and mild????? The mild wings were ruined as the dry rub mixed in with the mild sauce and the whole box turned into desert heat... put them in separate boxes !!!!!!!!! Ruined
This place is great. They have a bunch of different wing flavors that gradually increase on a scale they give and know how to make the wings moist and flavorful. They give the choices between tenders wings and boneless on top of other items like quasadias. The only little thing that concerned me was how unsettling the environment of the restaurant was. Im a wing eater so this place gets my approval👍
The gm bill is rude to guests rude to staff and treats his guests like garbage. He cant manage his restaurant and lets his assistant manager Eric talk down to guests fight with them and sexual and verbally harass their employees while he hides in his office. The service in this restaurant is horrible the servers are always on there phones in front of guests food comes out ice cold and wrong half of the time. The establishment is dirty, mice and cockroaches everywhere half eaten chicken bones all over the floor while servers stand around and do nothing with nasty attitudes. Complete disgrace to the food industry.
Only went during off hours during breaks at work. Overall a good spot! Buffalo Wild Wings is Buffalo Wild Wings, I usually enjoy a quick bite with friends after a long day or after shopping at a mall. This particular location at the Pallisades Mall was overall good but we asked to be switched to a table away from all the foot traffic and when they did we ended up with a 2nd waiter who was a bit pushy and on the rude side, one of the orders of wings was wrong and when we ordered a second round of beers she brought the check along with the beers even though we didnt ask for the check... it almost felt like we were given a hint to get up and go. I didnt let that ruin my day but service with a smile is a simple concept, maybe management should give a friendly reminder at the next staff meeting.
The wait staff wasnt great. The man who brought the food was rude. The woman who took our order was okay, but not really attentive and therefore messed up the order. The food was okay, but only the wings were good. Everything else (burger, mozzarella sticks, fried shrimp, side salad) were meh.
I love the food but the worst thing is the experience. They have the TV blasting over the speakers so loud you cannot even have a conversation at the table or enjoy your meal. I know its meant to hear the sports announcers but all you hear is commercials and non sense.please play music!!!
So the wings arent bad but the service and the place is. I had a horrible experience the first time we went. So bad in fact I went to the website to complain. The owner reached out to me, was very appreciative for the feedback and apologized for the experience. He even gave me a voucher for my next visit.When we stopped at BWW this weekend there was a wait. It wasnt long but when we got back to our table we noticed many other open tables. Then I started noticing that the other tables were being used as expo stations where all the nasty garbage was being piled. Then the floors were covered in straw wrappers and discarded chicken bones. Then using the restroom it was atrocious. Just down right gross.To-go is my best suggestion.
I have been to this buffalo wild wings several times and always had a great experience, but the last two time I went I hated the service. I walked out because they didnt even take my order after waiting for 45 minutes after being seated. The other night I went with several of my friend and they had us wait at least 45 to an hour before they took are order and additional hour for food and drinks. The food was awful and the bones in the wings were all broken. I could also tell that the wings were sitting out for a long time and my beer was really warm. I will never come back to this location.
Not the type to leave reviews but wanted to warn other people to stay away. Went on a Saturday afternoon around 12:10. Wasnt busy at all and we were seated (2 of us). Not once did someone come up and introduce themselves as a waiter, no water, no napkins or silverware after 12 minutes so we got up and left and ended up going to yardhouse.
I didn’t like the place, I ordered pickup and they gave me very less carrots and celery for the 69$ order what I made, I went back to my car and doubled checked my items saw that they didn’t give my large basket of potato wedges, I had to go back to ask them and I see their faces from far and they both had expressions in their face that am coming back and when I asked for my wedges they gave me small order rather than large, the guy was rude answering my questions I think he is the manager over there. Don’t ever go to this location.
I go here a lot. There is no place like buffalo wold wings. There are over 20 TVs so you know your not missing one second of the game. The over all atmosphere is very,very healthy and welcome. Its food is to for for, having over ten options of the spiciness of the sauce of the amazing wings. You can also choose whether you want dry or wet sause (dry bei ng spicy-er).The waiters treat you like best friends. And somehow, it feels as if they improve the quality of the food, the nicer the waiter/waitress. And although the prices are a tad bit high, its worth every penny. But back (to in this case) the waitress, so was super sincere and quick with our food. We ordered at 12:21 and got our food at 12:22. Im not joking. My brother forgot an entertainment source, and when she saw that she immediately brought him an iPad. WOULD TOTALLY COME AGAIN!
Bartender was nice, but the food consistently takes too long to come out. Ive been here three times. my most recent experience there the food came out 45 minutes after ordering it, I was not the only one upset by this as I saw other patrons complaining to the staff. The wait was not worth it, the food was OK but nothing Id come back for.
At B-Dubs you know that you are going to get good food and get to watch whatever sporting event you are into. I love all the wing options. It has a bit of a chain feel, but the prices are good, the food is good, and this location in the mall is right by all sorts of other things to do before or after you eat. My friends like to go bowling after because the bowling place is only a few steps from B-Dubs.
We visited buffalo wild wings on a return venture after having a wonderful experience..... unfortunatly this time wasnt as grand. Upon ordering the same item i did last time i was incredibly dissapointed to find out that with menu changes also came portion changes. What was a flavorful filled to the brim plate of sandwitch and fries came out as a smaller sandwitch accompanies by what i can only presume was about 20 french fries. This was also after our waiter bringing out wings we ordered as an entree as an app, and the wrong sandwitch when our food did finally come. In addition to the disappointing food portions and incompetence of the kitchen, our waiter who claimed he was also a bartender, didnt know what was in their drink of the month let alone that they even had one. His laid back i dont care attitude was the perfect relfaction of what the establishment has become with all the new changes. I would highly reccomend going somewhere else
Terrible customer service mostly teenagers working there who are playing around and ignoring you. I had coleslaw missing for my meal and asked for a substitute she said no I had to wait for the manager to come out and it seems like the manager is the only one who knows whats going on (The manager was great). Never again on a Saturday night. Food was ok.
It’s either a hit or miss. You’ll come one day and the server is dismissive and rude and the chicken comes out dry and warm like it was sitting out for a while. Then, the next time you will come, the server is nice and accommodating and the chicken comes out hot and fresh.
If you enjoy BBQ wings, sports, or just wanna go to a cool place to spend your birthday (like I did), check out Buffalo Wild Wings. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the people were pleasant but what you would expect at an establishment like this. Many sports fans and families are the usual customers. Service is fast, and you usually have a comfortable time making friends.
Okay, now I hate giving bad reviews to places I love so it pains me to do this, but this specific buffalo wild wings quite frankly sucks dong. On more then one occasion Ive had just crappy service, and horrible food and that is a huge disappointment considering how much I love me some buffalo wild wings. Thinking about ordering out? Forget about it. Ive had half full containers of dip, rotten celery, and cold or crappy uneatable often burnt black or dry wings/food. But as I say this I do know that these complaints from myself and my family have only been here recently within the last few months or maybe a year. So, maybe a change in cooks and/or management is in order or perhaps some extra training? But thats just one unhappy customers opinion right?
On Wednesday July 26, 2017 I went into the Buffalo Wild Wings in the Palisades Center. Im not from the area I live in Philadelphia, I was in there on business.The server Fabi helped me. After eating I paid for my food and left. Two days later I realized I was charged for two separate bills when I only had one check when I was there. Not to mention I was only in the Palisades center for the one day. I call and ask to speak to the manager and they give me a hassle after I explained I was a customer and needed to speak to the manager. They came back and said could I leave a message I said no I would hold. They in the background mocked and laughed at me while the person Im guessing was the manager said hang up.This is unacceptable to treat people like that, regardless of it its in person or over the phone. I will never go back there and I will get my money returned and they will pay a charge amount I was trying to be nice and help avoid by calling and showing them their mistake. Rude and immature people are not fit to work in the service industry.
Used to go here every Sunday for football with a friend of mine when I lived in Jersey. Great place to get together with large crowds to watch sports on the big screen televisions sprawled across the place. Happy hour deals are great and on slower days the bartender will give you free promotional gifts associated with your drink orders, if available. Ive maybe had one problem with an order and it was rectified within 2 or so minutes. Staff seem competent, but I rarely see supervision amongst them (probably because theyre so competent? Who knows?) Not a bad spot to spend a nice sit-down meal at the mall when craving more than the usual food court experience (I mean, there is only so many times you can sit there and be harassed about trying so and sos bourbon chicken before you lose it).
Love the food, but its so noisy you cant hold a conversation. Next time Ill get my wings to go and eat them at the food court in the mall! Too bad for them.... theyll lose the revenue on the drinks and dessert. They need one quiet spot for those of us who dont yell when watching sports.
Went with a friend to watch Monday football, we sit down in the bar, the service was great he had a lot of people in the bar but he manage to service all as fast he could and be asking always if we was ok. We had wings because it was all wings you can eat. i had the medium and parmesan that was very good, my friend had bbq and medium. the service in flood was very rude to me i ask something because the men from the bar was very busy she say, the one from the bar have that (not sure she did that because she wasnt are service but i dint like it).
I love this place good food ,great service and a very comfortable atmosphere ! But I hearing things( Robert Daniro) voice!!! I hear the they are doing out with 4 flavors, teriyaki, honey bbq , thai curry, and i believe bourbon jalapeno but not sure ! Please not the Teriyaki
Horrible manager and potentially racist. After shopping at the mall went to get a table for 4 during the dinner hour. We asked for an extra chair for our table to put our shopping bags on. Waitress refused as the nearest table with an empty chair was a four chair table and they wouldnt want to make it a 3 chair table. I asked for the manager who basically confirmed that they would not give us an extra chair. I looked around to see several customers with shopping bags on chairs which pissed me off even more about the situation as if they could not find a party of 3 to sit at the next table. I walked out after the manager offered to hold our bags and coats in the back office. I wonder if this would be the same treatment if my wife spoke perfect English when she asked for the extra chair.
Good food , horrible service, went on a Tuesday afternoon around 230-3 it was a slow afternoon and when was seated no one came over until about 15 / 20minutes later and when we got our food we never seen the waitress again until we were done eating when we ready to pay. Do better hire better staff and customer service!
Horrible service, Staff wouldnt seat me, they foind it funny to pick people apart in conversation as they all huddled up to the front in a group. The food came out wrong for for for 3 out 5 people. The wrong wings and when asked the employee said I dont know. I just work here.
I place and order online, picked up my order and my french fries were not in my bag. I called to let them know and the guy that answered the phone was nasty and had an attitude. He will not let me talk. This is the second time that it happened. I will not order again or visit this place.
Had to shame the maitred to bus a table to allow the 2 of us to sit. Then waited another 5 minutes for our waitress, who instead of taking our drink order and appetizer SHE then started busing the rest of the tables around us. WE WALKED OUT WENT TO THE BEST PLACE IN THE MALL YARD HOUSE
Just Gross! The food took forever. Upon arrival, all was greasy, yes, expected but this was beyond oily! The worst mistake was ordering the salad. It came wilted, tomatoes were soggy, it was not worth being outside of a trash can. The wings were overly salted. My sons Mac/cheese was runny. We will not return.
Drinks were just abysmal, main meal came out before our apps. Then when you ask a waiter for some sauce and he just shakes his head and walks away and stands on the other side of the room to watch the Yankee game, doesnt come back for twenty minutes and only brings a check.
Had plans to go to Buffalo Wild Wings for super bowl Sunday for over a month with my friends. During the game the projectors kept turning off and screwing up. The employees kept messing with it and zooming it in. As soon as I finished my drink I left. That’s the last time me and my boys go here for any game. I called corporate. Hopefully they can do something about this because supposedly from what I’ve heard this is an ongoing problem with them.
Wish I could give it less than 1 star. We went there based off a recommendation but the service was odd and the food was terrible. There was a piece of hair in our spinach artichoke dip and our waiter sat down with us while telling us the specials and taking the order. I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone
The service here is horrible I went around noon and there was nobody there was no hostess but I’m patience so I waited for 5 mins so nobody came. I continued to wait as I saw several workers continue to pass by me and not even acknowledge me. The service here is the worst so don’t go here.
Charged my cc on superbowl sunday when they could not deliver.I can understand that they have orders lined up but this place has the audacity to charge a customers cc even after canceling the order. Called the place multiple times to get a refund. spoke to the manager twice who assured me that the refund would be processed. But the manager is as lazy as the person who was in charge of canceling the order. Ultimately I had to dispute the charge on my cc and let the bank deal with this merchant.Would not recommend this place even on a regular day.
Mediocre wings. Yeah there is a variety of sauces, but theyre not great. Way better options, and the staff could care less about you. Youre lucky if they dont scam you out of your change if you pay with cash. Had that problem twice there so I gave them a chance to be better, but failed.
Came the other day and things were ok but today they were annoyed we asked for a seat? Not only that but then they seated others before us. Decided to go to a different buffaloes. I cant imagine the servers if the greeter was rude about us asking for a seat i cant imagine the server.
The servers are miserable it seems. I’ve been here 4 times already and I haven’t had one server who has yet had a smile or a decent attitude. This was the last time I spend my money here, when I walked out I told the girl sorry I bothered you at work tonight...The wings are really good but not worth the miserable people waiting on you...
The employees are all hard workers looking out for th eir customers. But, the management leaves little to be desired. This is the second time I have been in here and had issues with food or something else. No visit from the manager and she ignored my requests. Very poor management style, if I owned this place I would fire her!

2022-06-06Went here with my family over the weekend and I just did not like the smell in there. Smelled bad and the place looked very dirty. I did not feel comfortable to eat here at all. I have been here in the past many many years ago and it was great, but upon my return with my family, I was not impressed at all. Workers also seem to hate their job and arent interested.

2022-06-19It’s Father’s Day and my wife and kids decided to take me out to eat. Since I was already in the Palisades mall, I decided Buffalo Wild Wings would be a fun choice. Boy was I wrong! As we entered we were told to have a seat and wait for the host to sit us, we waited 10 minutes when a white family came in and was seated immediately. I’m not saying it was about race, but this is what happened. After complaining to the manager, we were seated at a wobbly table with a rip in the booth’s seat. The manager said he would be at the table, but after another 10 minutes and my family and I watching the other family receive their drinks and order their food, no one arrived to our table. I decided to leave and eat at another restaurant even though we had our hopes for Buffalo. This obviously out a damper on my Father’s Day!

2022-06-04This was the WORST experience Ive had at a chain restaurant. Our group of 6 took 30+ minutes to seat, multiple parties were seated before we were. Once we were finally seated we were never approached by a server for over 25 minutes. I could completely understand if it were a busy night but there was all of maybe 4 full tables of customers besides us. I cant even use the explanation of “low staffing” because there were multiple workers standing around gossiping. Like groups of employees standing around by the bar and hostess station doing nothing. My husband asked one person at the hostess station for water and he was told “you need to ask your server”. Needless to say, we all walked out and went to Yard House. Never again with this Buffalo Wild Wings.

2022-02-12Hostess was rude. Sat us at a filthy table with peices of food still on it. They are always super short staffed and make you wait an extremely long time for service. Food came out cold more than once. Worst service I’ve ever had in a restaurant. What the heck is wrong with this place?! It used to be pretty good but it went down hill fast

2022-02-26Food is sub par, service was slow and the hostess wore cookie monster furry socks with crocks. Very unprofessional. Boneless wings looked and tasted like they were not fresh and sat under a heat lamp too long. Same with the fries. The Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich was okay but lacked sauce. Never again.

2022-04-26It was the worse experience. It was during a slow night, and the waiter didn’t even came to check on our table. We order an appetizer to start and we wanted to order our meal but he left and never came to us again, so we couldn’t order it. The food came out cold and the wings tasted weird. 0/10
