Women to the right is super hostile. I walked in to ask about cost, the permit application states per unit doesn’t specify if it’s per equipment or per system so I asked if she can help and she had the worst attitude for no reason as if I was interrupting her when technically it’s your job, she said you would have to come back, I asked to speak with the plumber and even when I asked if he was in, she rudely got up from her desk as if I was asking her for her arm and leg. Clearly she didn’t want to help me what so ever.I work in the customer service field so I know ppl can be hard to deal with but your not dealing with the public all day like other building departments, maybe a handful throughout the day there is no reason for the attitude and laziness.I came in and smiled and said good morning.I hope they fire her. There was no reason for her attitude when I asked a simple question, nicely at that.
