I HIGHLY recommend this company.I ordered a Structural inspection, Contact was extremely easy, i was able to connect to them within hours of my request. Very detailed and thorough examination on the foundation. easily found problems that needed to be addressed and had no issue offering solutions that would resolve not just the foundation but what caused the problem to prevent further issues. all in a patient way and emphasized the importance of the issues. Why would you just hire a home inspector, when you can hire a home inspector who is a licensed professional engineer? If there are structural issues with the home, a standard home inspector will simply refer you to somebody like Mike, who could have just done the whole job the first time around - not just identifying that there is a problem, but recommending specific repairs and providing an approximate cost of such repairs. Seems like a no-brainer to me.
