From the moment my wife and I stepped into DV Jeep Ryan welcomed us and took the time to listen to our needs and helped us get the most Jeep for our budget and ordered us the Jeep Sahara Hybrid. We have not had the best experiences with DV but gave them another chance after many years. Ive said it before and Ill say it again- best service team around.I was looking for Mopar add-ons for my Jeep and Hunter from the parts department at Burdick Jeep absolutely KILLED it with my experience in person. Not only did he know exactly what I was looking for, he was enthusiastic about it the whole time. Someone who truly loves what he does and the products he offers.I would recommend Hunter if youre in the market for anything Mopar-parts related. He barely needed the computer, hes just that good. Hes the one getting 5 these stars today for sure.
Ryan Eiffe at Drivers Village Jeep in Cicero was a joy to work with! Ryan understood what I was looking for in a vehicle, helped me to get out of my current lease end with ease, and made sure I got a great deal on a new 2022 Jeep! He called my insurance company for me prior to delivery, and I loved that that there was a DMV right on site! Had a good experience here. I have purchased with them before. Only docked a star because the salesman didn’t seem to have full knowledge of the extensive features in the vehicle and after 7 weeks I’m still figuring them out because the manual is confusing too In spots. I’ll definitely be back but it will be a long time as I love my new Jeep.

We had an older truck and suv and our kids are getting bigger so we wanted to see what we could get for a trade in to upgrade to newer and bigger vehicles, we met with Shakti, Steve and Randy. All three of them helped us out with a new 2022 Ram 1500 Bighorn and a 2022 Dodge Durango with 3 rows. Payments were where we wanted them and it was so quick and easy. They had no problem with all of the questions we asked, they dealt with our three crazy kids and never seemed bothered by them. so helpful nice and welcoming . We have already spread the word to neighbors and family to go to them for buying a vehicle. Shout out to Amanda ( I believe her name was) for helping us fill out the paperwork and explaining everything to us! you guys rock we will definitely be back again in the future!!
I just leased a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee from drivers village- gorgeous car! (My second one in a row)! Ryan Eiffe was the salesman that helped me. He was very knowledgeable and personable, and got me exactly what I was looking for, at an amazing price too!! I was able to turn in my old lease a bit early, and even had equity to roll into my next one. I was on the fence about purchasing my current lease or getting into a new one- he looked into both options thoroughly, and not only found me a new car to lease that was the same color and almost the same package that I previously had, but the payment even went down! (I got lucky on that one)The whole process was extremely fast and painless and he was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. I went in to inquire my options, and came and picked up my new car the very next afternoon! Ryan certainly goes above and beyond for his customers and has a great, friendly personality! My husband & I recently purchased a 2021 Ram Big Horn. We had no intention of trading at the time but we got a fantastic price for our trade in and the final price of the new truck. What made our experience the best was our salesman Michael Wilson. He was very nice, knowledgeable and kept in great contact with us through the whole process. His commitment, patience, listening and meeting my needs during my search for a brand new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L summit made me chose and buy within a day!!! Weve been taking our Jeep Grand Cherokee to DV since 2017. The last two times, more specifically yesterday, was the worst experience weve ever had.My husband scheduled an appointment for 9/25 for oil change, brakes, inspection, and a door lock issue. We arrive at our scheduled time to be told I dont know why they scheduled you, we dont have anyone to do that big of a job. This wasnt ideal, but we agreed that we would come back Tuesday first thing.Tuesday we drop the jeep off at 7:30. At 10, we were told that it hadnt been brought back yet. By 1:00, the oil change has been done, and by 430pm, the inspection. We asked multiple times for a call back and never received one. Customer service was no help in relaying the progress of the work being done. I 100% understand there is a staffing shortage, but that doesnt excuse poor customer service. We will not be returning.

No pressure at all from him. Knowledgeable, answered all my questions. Randy made us feel like family, very polite and friendly! Randy has a great personality and sense of humor. I have been bringing my vehicles to Burdick Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram for my service work for many years. Derek Muller (Parts Manager), Robert Flood (Service Adviser) and Justin Lyons (Service Manager-Kia) are all top notch stand up guys. Cant say enough good things about them. They have always gone above and beyond and have exceeded my expectations. The sales department however should take a page from their book to learn what service to the customer truly is and how to properly treat customers.
Jim Read has sold me my last 3 Jeeps, ranging from the Cherokee, to the newest Jeep Grand Cherokee L, and each time its been a great experience. Hes knowledgable, patient, makes sure that you get a vehicle that youll be happy with and that it fits within your price range. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. The entire sale was done in my presence. They gave me a great price for my trade- in. I knew before I left the dealership that I was approved. None of the waiting until the next day that I have experienced in the past. My salesperson was super. I love that they have DMV access onsite.
I have been a frequent customer for many years and regularly bring both of my Jeeps in for service. Matt and the Service Department have done an excellent job providing me with thorough and cost effective repairs in a timely manner. Theyre also great about updating customers on which repairs are necessary and providing details on how long the repairs will take. Derek in the Parts Department was great about getting the parts in from Detroit as quickly as possible so that my repair could be completed. I always appreciate being treated like a valued customer.
By far the worst dealer I have ever dealt with for service. Even after making appointments they dont get to your vehicle. They never call or return calls. For my final straw, I made an appointment for blinker being out. They never did any work and closed early on a holiday weekend. I called at 4 and no one could release my vehicle back to me because everyone went home. Another time they charged me and never did any work. My vehicle never moved 1/10th of a mile but they said they balanced and aligned.
I switched to Drivers Village from a dealership/service dept I have gone to for over 20 years. My first experience was with Justin L in service, he was amazing !! Lead me to purchase a Jeep Compass, another great experience. Derek M in the Parts Manager made the whole transition complete. Derek was beyond helpful and totally backed up all his promises. We went in looking to buy a used Jeep Renegade that we had found online, but after going over our options with Ryan Eiffe who was EXTREMELY helpful and very nice to us despite that particular day being super busy, we walked out with a brand new Jeep Renegade instead! He was extremely helpful and patient with us through all of our questions and the Renegade itself has been an absolute joy since with no problems at all! I would absolutely recommend going here as its the best experience that weve ever had with buying a new car.
Made an appointment for warranty service for truck brakes that caught fire, with only 14K miles on the truck. Cant drive the truck. Waited 2 weeks, showed up on time, and they cant find me, my appointment or anything. They proceeded to tell me that they can get it in same day and look at it. 5pm, I get called that they havent looked at it at all, and will take another 2-3 days before they can.So Im out of my work truck, and trying to work out of my Toyota Prius.Dont go to Drivers Village. Go somewhere else. Their service is a joke at best.

Went in looking for a new truck. I was lucky enough to get a great salesman, Jim Read. He helped through the whole process and found me the exact truck I was looking for. My husband and I went into Drivers Village to see what our options were for getting a new truck for my husband. We had gone there before and seen Ryan Eiffe when he was just starting, he was extremely honest and seemed to be a really great guy so when we left we wrote his name, phone # and email on a piece of paper. With that same piece of paper in hand we went to see him again. He took great care of us and my husband was able to get the truck he really wanted. I was leasing a Dodge Durango and still had 6 months on my lease, I just had some questions as to what needed to be done when it was time to trade in. Ryan was extremely informative and come to find out it was possible to trade in my lease at the current time and they had exactly what I was look for in my next Durango. Days later we were sitting at the closing table signing papers for a RAM Rebel for my husband and a Dodge Durango for ME! Ryan is hands down the best salesman we have ever dealt with and we will be back to buy any future vehicles from him!!

In July 2019 I purchased a new Jeep Compass. At that time I asked if a spare tire kit was available because the Jeep Compass only came with a patch kit and mini air compressor. Shortly after ordering the kit I was informed that Chrysler was changing vendors for the spare tire kit and it probably would not be available for an extended period of time. Derek Muller, Parts Manger, did an outstanding job of constantly tracking my order and keeping me up to date on the status of my order. Due to the great sales experience, outstanding service department, and a parts department that goes above and beyond for their customers I started bringing my other vehicle to Driver’s Village for service. Problems day one with a new lease. second day I bought it check engine light came on. In for service 5 days. 1200 miles - needed a new oil pump sensor. In for a day. 4000 miles needed a new forward facing camera module - high beams didnt work, lane assist didnt work in the shop 4 days. No one will help me get out of this car. Apparently not in the shop long enough. Service people were friendly, however I felt the sales manager did nothing to help me out. Even when I told him getting stranded with a car with 70 miles on it was upsetting but now that I have lost all confidence in the vehicle and feel unsafe they still offered no help.Chrysler said it didnt qualify for a buy back. Gee thanks. Oh and had to have the battery disconnected to shut off the radio one day!! Now that is my kind of car NOT
I would give zero star but thats not an option. Horrible experience the last 2 times I took my vehicle there for warranty work on a blinker light. Ive taken my Durango 4 times total for the same issue and they stated the first 3 times that they couldnt find anything wrong with it I now strongly believe they didnt even actually look at the car. They failed to call me to let me know my car was done on a friday holiday weekend...that would have left me without my car for 5 days! I decided to give it another go and made a appointment for monday at 1030. Dropped my Durango off and waited for the call my car was done. Nothing all day from drivers village. I called at 3 only to be told someone would call me back an hour passed and no call so I called again to be told again I would get a call back and nothing! Left my car there overnight and called first thing in the morning...and same story. I personally called a total of 4 times and my husband called 2 times. Finally we just drove and hoped my car was done. They couldnt give a reason as to why no one would call us back or give us an update. But the car was done. Thankfully. Never again will I do buisness with drivers village of any kind!
Like a local Tire Rack!Danielle Deitz in parts helped me out with a great deal on tires. Find your best deal on TireRack and she will meet or beat it! Yes you will have to pay NYS tax but it is significantly less than the cost for shipping tires to you. If youre replacing your tires they only charge $20 per tire to mount and computer balance your wheels and if youre buying a new set of wheels with the tires already mounted they charge $20 to swap out your summer to winter tires, for as long as you own that set of tires! Just one payment of $20 to avoid the hassle of taking your tires off and on. This also includes rotation while those tires are on the car!Do yourself and your car a favor and get your tires here. I had the best experience in the parts department with Derek Muller. After shopping around for new tires, I found that no other place could beat Dereks prices. He got me in for service within just a few days and I barely spent an hour there. When I got there, Justin checked me in and was very personable and helpful. He even offered a complementary car wash. Derek was great about answering questions and addressing all my concerns. He made sure that I knew of all the options they offer and gave his recommendation on the best value for my tires. Not only do they have your best interest here but are very fast and efficient. You wont find better service anywhere else. My experience exceeded all my expectations and theres no one else Id rather do business with!
The Parts Dept had to special order a Drive Shaft that nobody could find anywhere. Another mechanic said it would be about 45 days, when I spoke to Derek in the Parts Dept he verified that no one could find the part anywhere in the country. He placed an order for me and said he was hoping it would be 2 weeks for it to arrive, a week later he called and said the part was in. I was going to pick it up but he called back and said he had a delivery coming to my area and they could drop it off. Now that is service to a complete stranger that he never even met or knew. I just bought a 2020 Jeep renegade. This is my first time ever buying a brand new vehicle. I couldn’t be happier with the vehicle and with the service. Ryan Eiffe helped me through every step and made it effortless and fast! In the past I’ve always “dreaded” going to look for car because it ended up always turning into an all day thing. Not this time! Ryan found me my perfect car and it took maybe 2 hours in total between looking, test driving, and picking up and signing! Don’t waste your time. I tried to buy my lease, the sales rep Matt claimed the dealership wouldn’t honor the residual value in the contract and it would cost thousands of dollars more, then he tried to sell an identical newer model for $300 more a month.Later, got a call from the national Chrysler office, they said the residual from the contract had NOT changed. If he had not lied about the price, I would have purchased my lease.

This dealership stands way above any other I have dealt with and I am 80 years old. You just beep your horn and they open the door for courteous, fast service. Most times you sit in the lounge and drink coffee while they take care of you. No appointment needed. If you need to go home their shuttle will take you AND pick you back up. I just decided to lease a new Jeep Renegade. I traded my 2014 Jeep Compass and got an astoundingly good price. My salesman, Iliah, made it fast and easy and stands ready to back me up if I have a problem. This dealership is the class of the field.

In July 2019 I visited Driver’s Village in search of a new Jeep SUV. At that time I was met by salesperson Matt Perra. I explained to Matt this was my first time shopping at Driver’s Village because the dealership I previously did business with changed ownership, my salesperson retired, and I was no longer happy with the service I was receiving. Matt took the time to listen to me and what I was shopping for before suggesting I test drive a Jeep Compass. After testing driving approximately 10 Jeep Compasses, Matt suggested one in particular that looked very sharp and had all of the features I wanted. By the end of July I was taking delivery of my 2019 Jeep Compass. This SUV rides nice, looks great, and is easy to drive. Over the past year, whenever I’ve stopped in for routine maintenance, I’ve kept in contact with Matt. In July 2020 I stopped in Driver’s Village to pick up the spare tire kit I previously ordered. At that time I joked and explained to Matt that he sold me a vehicle I really enjoy and I could not drive it year round. At the end of September 2020 I contacted Matt regarding the possibility of finding a new Jeep SUV that was a bit more basic. Matt explained Driver’s Village had a few leftover new 2019 Jeep Renegades that I might be interested in. After taking this vehicle for a test drive I decided to move forward with the purchase. During the past month I’ve enjoyed driving my Jeep Renegade, I hope I can talk myself into driving it throughout the year. In addition to my purchase of a Jeep Renegade, my sister also purchased a Jeep Renegade one week later.During this past year as a new Driver’s Village customer I’ve come to know a team of professionals who are dedicate to customer satisfaction. Oil Change and Service / PartsEvery experience I have had at Cicero Burdick Dodge has been great. From oil changes to service/ sales, I’m never disappointed. I had my 2019 Ram in for an oil change on Friday 14th; while I was waiting I stopped over to parts and spoke with the parts manager Derek Muller. Derek helped me out with a lift for my truck when I first purchased it. Derek was a huge help always pleasant and very helpful/ knowledgeable; and today yet again I saw Derek ( who stopped what he was doing to say hi) and helped me with purchasing new tires for my truck. He really stopped what he was doing and immediately did the research for my tires, as I’m very picky when it comes to my truck parts and what I want. Derek gave me options of what tires would look the best on my lifted truck. I really could go on forever; but what’s most important especially to customers is that they feel important and never get treated like a “ number” . When a company has an employee like Derek I feel it important to let everyone know. Derek is most definitely and asset to Burdick Dodge ! Justin Lyons, my Service Advisor, took great care of my minivan. He spoke with me as if I were an important part of his day. There were no surprises, and no attempts to get me to approve of more service than I had requested, nor any attempts to sell me parts I did not need or could purchase easily myself. I was visiting family and drove from 1200 miles away. My radiator cracked and was leaking fluid. I had to leave the day after the radiator cracked. I dropped my 2005 Dodge Ram off and they had it repaired that same day! Drove it home with absolute no worries! Made it home just fine. I had my tires replaced, serviced and the technicians provided me with an overall review of my 2017 Ford Escape. The car is a lease so I like to know where I stand before I turn it in 12 mo. from now. From start to finish I had a great experience. David Firenze at the service desk was extremely efficient and kept me posted on all updates throughout my visit. His knowledge of tires and parts made the process seamless and hassle free. Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I dropped my vehicle off at 730 AM, upon check in, I stated I had an appointment for an oil change AND tire rotation.When I picked up my vehicle at 3:15 pm, only the oil change was done. Had to wait (after my vehicle was there all day) for tires to be rotated.Inconvenient and annoying!
I had some warranty work done on my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the service department could not have been easier to work with! Stopped in for a oil change & asked the parts department about a extra key that I was owed & didnt get when I bought my Wrangler. I met Derek from the Parts Advisor & he immediately acknowledged me although he was helping another customer. He was super personable, listened to what I was looking for & because I was already there for an oil change he talked with a couple employees and got it taken care of for me so i didnt have to come back another time. I would give many stars to Derek, Dan and Heather in the parts dept. and Chris in the service dept. TOP QUALITY service. I called Burdick to inquire about 4 wheels for my 2016 Jeep Patriot. Derek in parts was able to give me the information I needed and the order was placed. Within 2 days the wheels and pressure sensors were there and made an appt. tohave the snow tires mounted balanced and the job was completed soquickly. I was greeted by Chris in the service dept. I went into Drivers Village knowing which car I wanted, and what I wanted to ultimately pay for it. My salesman was very up-front, supportive, and more than helpful throughout the entire process, and was very reasonable with regard to any price negotiations that were made. All questions and concerns that I had were easily communicated and resolved, which made the whole process a lot more comfortable for me. I am very happy with my purchase of a used ford fusion, and they have earned a future customer. Leased a new Grand Cherokee in February, I worked with Tom and Steve. They located me the Jeep I wanted and got me within the payments I wanted, delivery was all done within a half hour. This was the best lease experience I had! This would of been five stars!But I returned in March, I decided I wanted to trade in my Ram for a new one. I met with Tom and Steve since I had a great experience leasing my Grand Cherokee. They gave me my trade in value, and I decided to shop around. I then contacted them to let them know I found a better deal which included more money for my trade in. The best they could do is offer an extra few hundred more for my trade in. It seemed they did not want to try to keep me as a repeat customer! I ended up purchasing a new Ram 2500 from a different dealer, that worked with me and actually got almost $3000 more for my trade in than Burdick offered.

Bought my 2016 Dodge Ram Stinger from Fayetteville Dodge. Only did business there because they had the Limited Edition truck. They didnt do right by me the very first service issue that I had. So, I scheduled my next appointment online. Didnt realize that I scheduled it for two weeks out. I dropped it off not knowing. Justin Lyons from Service called me. Instead of telling me to come back and get my truck, he said it might be a day or two. All my issues were fixed hassle free and in quicker time than should have been. I had the unfortunate experience in ordering a Part for our Minivan (rear Taillight)...#watchoutforthegarbagecans...on Amazon, bad idea! So I called and ordered the part from Burdick On a Saturday, Paid over the phone. Picked up the part on Monday but couldnt get to installing it until the eve. It was the wrong part, but when I called the parts department it was 7:02 closing time. Well I was surprised that Danielle in parts answered the phone, was amazingly nice and took care of it asap and gave me a discount!! Then the next day I went in to pick up the Part and Derek Muller helped me out, super nice can do his job well and make small talk! we opened the package and he spotted a small nick and he wasnt satisfied that the part was going to be acceptable. It was very small, I probably wouldnt have noticed. My wife sure would have and I was already in deep for the Garbage can incident!! needless to say they were awesome and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with professionals that know what they are doing and know how to deal with people, with honesty and integrity! Rich Faes and his crew did an amazing job with my Jeep Wrangler. I went into the shop to have my car serviced and they put in a new radiator for me at a much lower price than other garages I had looked at in the surrounding area. The employees were all very nice, including the shuttle driver (free of charge by the way). Great business and crew overall, 10/10 recommend!! Theyre the real deal.
Let me start by saying that we have purchased several vehicles over the years from the Drivers Village group and utilize the service departments at both vw and audi. Experience has been good. I will try to keep this brief--my husband was recently looking for a Chrysler minivan and found one he liked on Burdicks online site. The online rep told us to ask for a specific manager when we went in to test drive. Arrived and manager did not want to speak with us and turned us over to a nice salesperson. Decided to purchase the van and made arrangements to pick up the following Monday. When my husband arrived he was told that there was a problem registering the vehicle and he should return the next day. On the way out he took a look at the vehicle again and noticed that there was damage to the front bumper (a dent and scratches) and immediately texted our salesperson who said it would be fixed. My husband asked how they would fix it (would it be replaced?) After several hours there was no response from the manager. We cancelled the purchase. It has been over two weeks and we have yet to receive our deposit check. Liked the sales person very much but customer care and honesty by management was severely lacking. Frankly, a return of a deposit check should not take over two weeks. Very disappointing experience.
Weve been purchasing our vehicles at Burdick for some time now, and even though they are located much further from us than other Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep dealers, we keep coming back to them for service. Their drive-in service policy without having to make an appointment has helped us tremendously, since with my busy schedule I never know ahead of time when I am going to be free to make the trip. Other service departments are much more rigid, to the point where I am frequently unable to use them. Burdicks service department makes a real effort to uncover and solve any issues I have with my vehicles, and in those instances where Ive had to return after the initial service, they always make things right. We are very satisfied with their service department, and wish they were closer to us!

He came out in the to cold to make sure my key fobs were working properly after putting new batteries in for me. It was a small thing but he addressed it immediately. I had an incredible buying experience with Burdick Jeep. I test drove a couple of vehicles, which were warmed up and ready to go prior to the test drive. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. The sales process was among the easiest and quickest I had ever experienced. All in all, from start to finish, I was able to drive off the lot in my new car in a matter of hours. I look forward to doing business with them again!
The buying experience was almost perfect. Let me explain why I didnt give it the full 5 stars. I was happy with the experience of purchasing the vehicle. The folks at Burdick made every effort to get the vehicle to my price range. I wasnt going to buy the vehicle I did, but their offer was too good to pass up. Once I got home though, I noticed a rattle in the rear of the vehicle. There was a piece of metal resting on the muffler. It was a heat shield and it looked like it had fallen from wherever it was attached a while ago. I contacted the dealer and they made every effort to correct the problem which Im grateful for. As I mentioned, ultimately Im happy with the buying experience...but Im still a little worried about buying a brand new vehicle that had a part that fell off. And although Burdick did what they had to to fix the problem, Im really not sure Ill ever be 100% satisfied (hence 4 stars out of 5).
Have been a customer for a number of years bought multiple vehicles from them. This is one dealership from the sales department all the way down through the parts and service that is consistent they are very very good with their customer service and taking care of their customer after the sale. Derrick the parts manager is fantastic all the way around he has help me multiple times has went above and beyond what is rare when we are talking about car dealers cannot speak highly enough I have had fantastic service with them from sales or Derrick The parts manager and also a gentleman by the name of Anthony who is a service writer for them fantastic place would recommend it to anybody.
Burdick sold me a certified vehicle that was defective. In total, I will have lost 6 weeks before I am able to use the vehicle and have the capability for which I am paying. After over a week of trying to communicate with the dealerships involved and Dodge, I still do not have the capability that I am still paying monthly payments towards. I also do not have a firm date when I will be able to pick up the vehicle.Based on my experience I will never purchase a used vehicle from Burdick again. While it is possible that this was a mistake, they have made zero effort to correct the mistake and now I am out a lot of money and time. I have no choice at this point other than to not trust their processes and sales team and I will advise anyone looking for a vehicle to avoid Burdick.Update: Drivers Village was NOT in consistent contact with me until two weeks into the problem. Initially they placed all burden of responsibility onto another dealer. The vehicle was NOT in good working order when it was sold. The transmission problems were hidden when I test drove the vehicle because it was warmed-up. I immediately noticed the problem the morning after purchase when I drove the vehicle after it had sat for a few hours. They have NOT helped to solve my transportation problems which they caused by failing to identify the problem. I purchased a truck specifically to transport items using the capability to tow and have a cargo bed. The rental vehicle provided is a Chevy Cruze which provides none of the capabilities of the truck.
I am leaving this review in addition to the one I already made on JEEP website. I have purchased 4 cars from Burdicks in the past. The latest purchase of a 2018 Jeep Compass Limited was especially memorable. Many thanks to Mark Bennett and Jim Files for helping us to make the deal of the decade! In 3 short visits we were able to TRADE our old car for a reasonable trade-in, arrange for all financing and DMV, and on third visit PICK UP our new car. Everything was very smooth and stress free. No haggling over numbers and no pressure to buy more than we were looking for. Upon delivery, Mark gave us a thorough instruction of the cars many features. Many of them are state of the art...technical features. We are very satisfied with our purchase and the treatment we received at this dealership from everyone we encountered. Thanks so much. WE will definitely consider THIS or one of the other DV dealerships for our next car when that time comes. Excellent experience and we love our new JEEP!
I recently had both of my trucks serviced at Burdick Dodge and have had them servicing my tucks since 2003 and as usual I have no complaints. I felt the need to show praise as the one truck bed was not positioned correctly and i showed service writer Stacey what I was concerned about, she came out looked at the vehicle and we made an appointment. I also wanted the trucks daytime running lamps turned on in software., I have read on ram forums where other dealerships were not able to do this, so I was worried they would just say they couldnt do it. Stacey did say they had not done this yet and would inquire, well she and Matt Bell came through, daytime running lamps are on and bed alignment looks so much better . These might seem like small things but its things like this that keeps me coming back, so to Matt and Stacey and the gentleman in the body shop who worked on my bed and bumper -thank you for a job well done
For the second time in a few years, a Burdick auto dealer has left us with a sour taste. I assure you we will never be willing to work with this dealership. Our first interaction was a response to an ad in the paper for which they promised twice over the phone would be honored but once in the dealership they were insistent it was a misprint and refused to honor it. Most recently we were lured in by a mailing making more empty promises regarding leases and after wasting 90 precious minutes once again refused to honor what was advertised. This dealership has no integrity and I would never recommend.
I have had to take my Jeep in to these guys a few times now and the service has always been great. Most recently I had to have some transmission work done and needed someone on my side to deal with a warranty company, Justin Lyons helped me out and stayed in touch with me through the entire process, making sure everything went smoothly. Couldnt ask for better service. Justin was thorough and to the point. Excellent work on his part.

I went there for someone to show me how to put AIR in my tires correctly..... becuz they was unbalanced due to lack of air in one tire. Come to find out it was due to a nail in my tire, I was told 45mins a 45min job ended up waiting for 2hrs!!!BE CAREFUL.....THEY JUST WANT YOUR SERVICE!!!! they kept apologizing BUT NEVER offered any compensation over $43.... ugh!! unbelieveable!!

The Dodge, Chrysler Jeep Ram customer Service is top notch. When I called the Friday before a holiday weekend about getting my truck in- Stacey L went above and beyond. She made sure the rental was all set (per the warranty contract). When I broke down on the way there - there was no issues with trying to get it in earlier than my scheduled apt. Once the truck was actually looked at- she made sure to keep me updated within a reasonable timeframe.I picked up my truck and ended up bringing it back the next day - no fault to the mechanics. Stacey was patient with my questions and even had the mechanic ride with me to listen to any sounds as proof the truck was fixed. Not only that - they didnt tell me something was wrong just to make additional charges and drive my bill up.Thank you Stacey and all the service personnel for outstanding customer service! Defiantly made me a repeat customer!
I live about 70-80 miles away from this place and have no problem driving the hour to hour and a half to get anything done here on my truck or my wifes car. As someone who deals with the public on a very regular basis, I know how important customer service can be. I called to get some truck tires and boy did this place go above and beyond. Im used to having to wait about a week or two for anything to come in, but this place got my tires in a few hours! Not only did they get them there incredibly fast, but Shane the parts rep was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and most importantly personable. He took the time to explain things Im unfamiliar with and he even price matched on amazon, saving me almost $100! Very pleasant experience here. Id give 6/5 if it would let me.

Id like to give Burdick Jeep less than 1 rating. I went to get my plates on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee (there was a lien from the previous owner and have been driving with dealer plates). The manager; Jim said they could take care of registration payment there. He said it would be $83.50. The woman who ran the charge put it in for $835.50. She came back with an oh, sorry. I pressed an extra key. Sign the payment slip anyway. I got extremely upset and refused. She said that I had to so that she could go upstairs and take care of it. I got even more upset and she walked away sulking and rolling her eyes. Instead of contacting my bank I was refunded the difference, which means the payment comes out days before the refund is issued. Someone at Jeep then called over the salesman from Burdick Nissan; Steve who is awesome and who sold us the Jeep to put my plates on while inside the dealership the manager stayed behind the desk. After the plates were on, I went to talk to him, of course very angry and he just said she didnt overcharge you on purpose and had an uncaring attitude. I was told everything has to do with my bank and Jim did nothing to resolve this $700 over payment. I have contacted the GM; Tim then will be contacting the BBB. FYI, my renewal registration that I got in the mail reads my cost to renew is $62.00. Not sure why I was charged $83.50 through Jeep. Not to mention I went to manager Jim 3 days after purchasing the Jeep to tell him I wasnt happy with it. I was just given the run around and told to just keep driving it. I was never given option on what to do if I was not satisfied with the Jeep. When I bought the Jeep, there was damage to the tint. The same manager told me it would be fixed, it was not because the service consultant said it was past the warranty- before I bought it. I was told I would get an extra key for the vehicle by Jim, I did not receive one. I will never purchase a vehicle again.
I came in to replace our soft cover on our Dodge Ram which was not fitting properly. After some time I was greeted by the parts manager himself, Derek Muller. He was super nice and welcoming and proceeded to tell me that the new cover was not fitting right due to the new body style of my Ram. He then told me that for no additional charge we would be upgraded to the hard cover! Problem solved and exceptional service!! Thank you Derek Muller!
After a terrible three hour long ordeal at another local Dodge dealership I decided to check out Burdick. Ironically enough, I didnt come here first because I figured Id get better customer service at a smaller location - but I couldnt have been more wrong. In less than half the time it took me to get a quote at the other place I was signing paperwork to leave the dealership with my new 2018 Ram 1500. Mark was able to get me a great trade in value on my old SUV that was consistent with KBBs value and he was extremely flexible on getting me the best monthly price on a lease. (Seriously, I think he went back and forth with the sales manager at least three times while I was there.) Not only was the price great but Mr. Bennett showed me exactly how every price, option, and payment was broken down and explained everything I asked in great detail. We will definitely be back to see Mark for another vehicle when my wifes lease is up at the end of the year on hers!
Took my car there for the first time after taking it to another dealership several times for months and not fixing the problem. I took my car and 2 days later they fixed the problem. Feeling so much more relaxed. Thank you to Cory and Justin, really everyone at the service department!!!
They have coupons online for a decent priced oil change and tire rotation. Their lounge waiting area is very nice and offers free quality hot beverages from a fancy machine. The people are nice, but their prices are high for things you dont have a coupon for, like a cabin air filter which is a $10, 10 min job according to my mechanic father. They wanted to charge $80, I said no.
Absolutely fantastic! My 2014 Jeep started having transmission problems and stalling out on the highway. I drove it right to this dealership and spoke with David Firenze. He came out to see what had happened and took my car that day. I received a rental car which I cannot thank him enough for! David kept me informed throughout the entire process and had my car back fast! Thank you David for giving me a piece of mind through this process and for accommodating me so quickly! I will certainly be back!
Awesome customer service Justin in the service dept was great. fast turn around getting my vehicle back to me as my car is my life working 4 jobs. the loaner was awesome they gave me, thanks to the parts guy Hunter with taking care of me and setting me up with the service dept and answering all my questions before transferring me.
I have a lifetime extended warranty on my vehicle and Burdick Dodge has always done a fantastic job in making needed repairs. Derek Muller, Parts Manager, is an exceptionally knowledgable and courteous individual with whom to work. I never feel rushed when purchasing vehicle parts from him.
My experience with Burdick Ram has been nothing short of exceptional. My salesman Hector was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all genuine with all of his answers. I recommend anyone looking for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram give him a call for more information! I will continue to bring my business here in the future. I just purchased a GMC terrain from DV, Erick was our salesman and was awesome. He was very helpful at finding the vehicles, letting us do multiple test drives. What I liked the best was that he was not pushy into signing the paperwork; he wanted me to be 100% happy. He helped me figure out my price range I needed to be at too. I plan to keep doing business with him in the future!!
The parts department at Burdick Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is second to none. I’ve been doing business with them for quite some time now. Derek Muller and his team have always been professional and on point. Very satisfied customer. Don’t assume the dealer is always expensive. Their prices are always competitive.
I always appreciate the help I receive at the parts counter at Dodge. I arrive at the counter and Christie is there promptly to get what I need. Its always nice to be taken care of right away with smiles and be on my way. The manager there is always saying hello. Acknowledgment is such a blessing because I actually matter. I agree that service at Drivers Village is up to par with other service facilities. The customer service is very nice and friendly at Drivers Village and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. I will however find it very difficult to come to Drivers Village for any work on my vehicle in the future due to the high labor pricing. What I got done and the amount of time I was there was in my opinion way overpriced. I could have gotten these same services done elsewhere for probably about half the amount of what I paid at Drivers Village. From now on I will be taking my vehicle to another garage for services unless it has to do with warranty issues or recall issues.
I went in to have my car serviced and Rich Faes was very helpful. He told me a time frame which i could expect my car to be done and was right on time. He also let me know some recalls that were not taken care of and worked with me on gettting everything taken care of. He made me aware of the time frame to get the recalls worked on to make sure i could plan accordingly to my day. My car is now serviced and running great. I had a great experience working with Rich . He was attentive, friendly and knowledgable with any questions i had in the process. Thanks Rich!!
I hit the panic button when the panic button, and all the other buttons, on the key fob to my Jeep Cherokee no longer worked. Shane in the Parts Department came to the rescue. He fixed the problem by changing the batteries for both key fobs and sent me on my way. He was polite, friendly and efficient, and I received A+ service.
Just leased a 2019 Ram 1500 a few weeks ago. Couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism of the employees and managers here. Josh Squires made the process extremely fast and easy. I was there for probably an hour total. Best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle. 10/10

Always friendly (but Im a social butterfly) and service was great. Had my oil changed with Mitsubishi and it didnt take long. They have a nice lounge with TV and coloring books for kids....oh and coffee too for you coffee lovers....Kyle my dealer rep always offers me a drink or snack
Just purchased my third vehicle from the chevy dealership this year . This experience went just as well as the last two. I purchased a z72 chevy colorado. From the start of the buying process with Jenna in the internet department she always returned all my emails and phone calls in a courteous and timely manner she set me up with a appointment to check out the truck and always followed with an email or phone call to make sure i was satisfied Thank you Jenna. Jennifer my sales associate went above and beyond to get me into my truck and did it once again in a couple of hours. When i picked up the truck she had placed two chevy hats on the dash. I recently brought my Jeep in for scheduled service. Would like to acknowledge Service Advisor Ronald Duprey for taking care of me from start to finish. Even finding me, to tell me the vehicle was ready to go. All the Service people have a great attitude as Ive been to several of the dealerships at Drivers Village.
I drive a fleet vehicle which means the fleet company is usually interested in the lowest cost option vs the right option. About 10 months ago they put on the cheapest option tire available instead of sticking with the OEM Firestones for an extra $20/tire. After 20,000 miles the tires were chopped and making a lot of noise. Rich from the service team at Burdick Jeep dealt with the fleet company and got them to approve a set of 4 new tires in the OEM Firestone Destinations. This required multiple calls to the fleet company over the course of a day and when he found out I was leaving that weekend for a vacation he rushed the tire delivery and squeezed me in the following day. Rich kept me informed during every step of the process and made the entire transaction smooth. I appreciate all of his hard work to get the fleet company to understand the condition the tires were in and how they were not safe. Their original solution was just to rotate the tires back to where they werent making as much noise. Thankfully Rich took the time to go a step further and get the new tires. The Jeep finally rides like it did for the first 50,000 miles again. Thank you Rich!
Ive Been here for 2 hours for an inspection and oil change told me my brakes were bad and it failed (theyre not). Wanted to charge me $1400 to change pads and Rotors. Gave 2 stars because the staff was friendly and admitted to me that they charge too much. The people who run this place should think about how much money they could make if they maybe didnt charge $200/hr for labor and got more customers because of it
As of now, Im not a satisfied customer. I had a scheduled appointment yesterday at 10 am to get my thermostat housing replaced. Its no more then a 2 hour job. Now Im sitting here typing away and its been over 28 hours since I dropped off my car. I have made several calls and all I am told is that its being worked on. Grant it, I may have a loaner until my current car gets diagnosed and worked on, but the idea is that I would rather drive my own car instead of someone elses car. I feel that since my car is being worked on under warranty that it is just getting placed on the back burner so they can take care of paying customers. If thats the case, then I would rather do business else where. A customer is a customer, no matter if their car is under warranty or not. Thanks for reading my rant. But I think others should know too.
We recently had some issues with our Durango. Justin Lyons,service advisor, took care of us on the same day we called. He made sure it was a warranty problem and even got us a loaner car. We cant give enough kudos to the service dept. Everyone stepped forward to make sure the vehicle was in tiptop shape! Great job!
I have been doing business with Burdick for many years (and with many vehicles). The Service Department is hands-down, the best that I have ever worked with. Nikki, Stacy and Matt have me in and out, and always offer me sound advice on the ongoing maintenance of my vehicle. I recently purchased a new Ram from Burdick. Derek the parts manager was extremely helpful getting me the accessories I needed for my new truck. He was very knowledgeable not only on Mopar parts but after market parts as well. I recommend them for any of your needs for your Chrysler , Jeep, dodge, or Ram. I will be going back for al my future parts needs.
Sales department is great but their service center has horrible customer service in regards to warranty work have taken two different vehicles in for warranty claims the first was in and out in a few weeks had to take vehicle back multiple times before the issue was finally resolved; but we had to wait nearly two months to hear back about our current car... Mind you that this was a brand new lease and the issues were discovered within a day of taking delivery...was supposed to hear back within 2 weeks, it took contacting Jeep to get an answer out of Drivers Village and get our repairs scheduled, very disappointing am looking forward to the end of the current lease so we no longer have to deal with this dealership which in my opinion doesnt stand behind their product nor care about their customers after the sale
The service techs were great. However, the cleaning girl was very rude. I was sitting by myself, nobody around me for at least 30 feet and she walks up to me and says I have to wear a mask and that there is a sign stating that and if I want to be inside I have to wear it. Now, why would I put a mask on when there is nobody near me? Her attitude was unnecessary and uncalled for. Maybe she shouldve been paying closer attention to keeping the mens bathroom cleaner and leave customers alone.
Every time Icome here, I have been very satisfied with the service and the professionalism of the service staff. I went in and had my tire repaired and Justin Lyons, Service Advisor helped me through the process by finding the tire I needed and got it here in a timely manner. Justin was also very prompt in letting me know when the tire arrived.This is the reason why my family and I continue to go to Drivers Village!!
Parts Mgr. Derek Muller took time to explain why the tires and parts for my 2008 Jeep were the best fit, and he was correct, the tires are great in the snow. Also a big thanks goes out to service advisor Justin and his team for a great job installing parts and keeping my old Jeep safe and running like new. Thanks everyone.
Service advisor Justin Lyons was very attentive and helpful with a problem I had with my new purchased certified pre owned Jeep Grand Cherokee. The issue was resolved and a rental car was provided while the service work was done free of charge. For my inconvenience I was also provided a free upgrade to the vehicle that I did not ask for. Great service!

GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Leased a vehicle from this dealer and the salesman said they would cover my disposition fee for the end of a competitors lease. I followed up 3 weeks after leasing a new car, with the salesman AND the manager, and they assured me the check is in the mail. Today I get a call from collections from Toyota Financial saying it was never paid. I called Burdick Dodge Chrysler to see if there was a mistake and they confirmed they have no record of the check going out and they wont honor the verbal agreement.

I was contacted by the dealership about trading in my Jeep Cherokee. They made it sound like they were serious (even told me my vehicle is a high demand vehicle & offered me incentives if I brought my car in) about making a deal so I made an appointment, left work early and wasted over an hour. When I first got there, no one had any idea about my appointment and could not find my name anywhere. Thankfully I had my voicemails and text messages to show. After completing all the paperwork and such, they offered me $5,000 below what I owe (I am not upside down). The sales agent was very nice about the entire process and apologized for wasting my time. I was very irritated that they contacted me and then did not even get close to making a deal.
I dread car shopping. I hate the pushiness and the wheeling and dealing. But I have to say when I walked into the jeep location at driver’s Village I met Matt Perra. He took the time to ask me questions about what I wanted, not about what he wanted to sell. He gave suggestions, he listened and he didn’t push. When I just couldn’t find the vehicle I wanted he went over and above and found me the vehicle that is just perfect for me. The day of my delivery he came in on his day off just so that he was there to make me happy.Matt Perra is a sales person I would highly recommend and will definitely look for him the next time I look for a vehicle!
I have a fiat Abarth so I take my care here. Derek Muller is the nicest person ive ever talked to at Drivers Village. He knows me and my mom just from talking to us months ago. Hes so friendly and always gives us the best advice for everything! I always look forward to seeing him when we come to drivers village !!! they switched out my winter tires and it didnt take long at all. Derek is so friendly and wished me luck at college next year :) its always so nice when people remember you that well!!

2021-09-16My wife and I went to Burdick Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram at Drivers Village to see what our options were for getting a new truck for myself. We had gone there before a couple of years ago and seen Ryan Eiffe when he was just starting there, he was extremely honest and seemed to be a really great guy so when we left he wrote his name, phone # and email on a piece of paper because he hadn’t yet received his business cards. With that same piece of paper, that has been in my wallet for almost 2 years, in hand we went to see him again. He took great care of us and I was able to get the truck I have really wanted for 4 years. We were leasing a Dodge Durango and still had 6 months on the lease, my wife just had some questions as to what needed to be done when it was time to turn in the lease. Ryan was extremely informative and come to find out it was possible to trade in our lease at the current time and they had exactly what she was looking for in her next Durango. Days later we were sitting at the closing table signing papers for a RAM Rebel for myself and a Dodge Durango for my wife! Ryan is hands down the best salesman we have ever dealt with and we will be back to buy any future vehicles from him!! (We now have an official business card, but I still have my piece of paper in my wallet lol.)

2022-02-25Buying a new car sucks. It’s daunting, hard to understand all the fine print, and you can easily be taken advantage of. This was NOT my experience at Burdick Jeep. I worked with Ryan E. and from day 1, he was never a “car salesman”, but truly worked to find me a Jeep GCL with all my specs and be realistic about pricing. I never once felt pressured. He followed up, did research and worked through many kinks to make sure I was happy. 100% recommended to go to Burdick Jeep and see Ryan!
