One of the fastest fast food experiences Ive ever had. Order was being prepared as I was ordering. By time I got to the other end of the counter the waitress was handing me my bag. Good food, clean place, great service. What more could you want
Place was uncomfortably hot. No A/C, temperature was 87 inside.

Good food, fast, clean bathrooms and floors. AC either not working or turned up too high. It was cooler outside! But much better than other places in town and other BKs weve visited.
My husband and I stopped in to this Burger King on Sunday, 9/27 around 6:00pm and the manager/supervisor waited on us, I believe his name is Charles. Our experience was excellent and we were both very impressed! The restauarant was spotless, the ladies room was spotless, and all food in our customized order was both accurate and fresh! The manager was friendly, professional, and courteous....far, far better than you would expect from a fast food establishment. Highly recommend!

The drive through is super slow. They also have signs up for food that they no longer have. Upon telling them they have signs up for said food they state that they know and wont change it. It may return in a few months. The food itself was not worth the wait or rude staff. It was haphazardly thrown together with some of the insides not even on the sandwich.

I dont really go here all that often but every time Ive been here there isnt much of a wait, the fries are hot and salty, and the burgers are actually juicy, not dry from sitting around forever (looking at you Le Roy Burger King).The only thing specific to this place that I can think of is, take it slow on entry. Too many times I hear peoples cars grinding on the pavement as they try to enter at 20 miles an hour. Its a slightly steep incline so just take it easy if you want to keep the underside of your bumper smooth.Post COVID related: The tables were all very clean, they allow indoor dining which is a plus as it seems most fast food places in Batavia do not. Some tables were unavailable (By order of the King) to space everyone out. Each table also has a flip card which is green for clean and when youre done you flip it to red so staff (and customers) know it needs to be cleaned. Overall, impressed with their handling of it.
Staff is on point, never fails when a craving hits.

Crazy busy drive-thru when they switched over to the lunch menu exactly at 10:30. Only took 10 minutes for a $12.99 family bundle coupon order (you gotta get the BK app). All 3 Whoppers had special instructions as well. Best time to get everything fresh and hot. Drive-thru staff is always courteous and friendly.And if you have your dog with you, they always ask if he/she can have a dog biscuit
Fast service great customer service when there is an issue it is fixed right away.
It took 20 minutes to place my order and there was only 6 cars ahead of me. My. Food was luke warm. My change and food were tossed out at me. Staff was not pleasant. It will be a while before I will return if at all. Terrible experience
I love my bk, the only fast food place I go to. My order is ALWAYS the same and some places will charge me 10¢ more for the lettuce. Not this one, they charged me for a deluxe which is NOT what I ordered. I will NEVER go to that bk again, will travel the extra mile to get to another one.

Always comes out quick and is always hot. Friendly crew on this night and not really busy inside the store. Drive Thru was busy, however and with that being said our meals came out really quick for dinning in. I have been a manager for McDonalds and Burger King and this Burger King has always gotten out meals correct. The store appeared to be clean and everything in place. We didnt use the restrooms since we always have our Purell with us. Yes, I can say that this Burger King deserves Five Stars. Its always been a good experience here.
Its a tradition I have with my kiddos to stop at the one in Williamson on the way home from camp for a shake and fries. We just go through drive through. On my last venture I ordered and realized when I got to the window I had forgot my wallet at camp 2 hours away...😔 I told the girl at the window..applied to her and my kiddos and headed home!!
This location shines when it comes to speed of service.How quickly they can get so many cars through the drive thru is actually impressive.As far as the food is concerned...Well, its a Burger King, so its consistently mediocre.
Very slow service, but the 2 stars rating goes for the manager who was not wearing any type of head cover despite working in the serving line. WRONG!

Friendly staff, decent wait times. Definitely a clean BK and one of the better ones so for fast food its above average.
I have to say being 75 percent vegetarian I never expected I would be so excited about getting a meal at BURGER KING, but I ordered the new meatless Impossible Burger and it was amazingly delicious! Score in my book Burger King for stepping into the meatless category with a product item that has perfect texture, aroma, and taste combined into a delectable burger! I defy anyone to tell the difference between a beef or Impossible Burger; yes they did that great a job with this new menu item. Now if they did prudent research and offered it with an option for a truly healthy whole grain roll ( not wheat- but ancient type grains and seeds option ) they might pull in a whole new market segment that hasnt frequented this type of fast food restaurant. The staff was super friendly at this location and it was bright, clean, and modernized with their cozy chairs and end table set ups by the front windows. We will definitely be stopping back in on our travels through downtown Batavia.

Burger Kigs has the best fish filet sandwiches always good and presentable. Love the onion rings too. Good food for a great value. Never a long wait at the drive thru. This is a Great Burger King and very clean inside and out.

Its a burger king. Nothing too special, but they do have comfortable seats and short waits. Drive thru is not the exit for parking lot. Enter/exit is shared. So do not try to exit thru drive thru with out ordering.

2022-07-08Went a few hours before closing. Onion rings were terrible and chicken sandwich was barely passable. Onion rings were like dry and hard to eat. Contacted corporate and was told the restaurant would be in contact. No contact. Won’t go back. BK has changed.

2022-05-11I LOVE there nuggets, taste pretty close to KFC chicken. If u want a cheaper version of KFC chicken bowl Id advise getting BK nuggets and get side gravy from KFC. You cant tell the difference. So get half price chicken bowl and thank BK for delicious nuggets!!! ENJOY

DO NOT GO HEREthis location has been sub par for years, but unfortunately, since covid, this staff is HORRENDOUS.I bought food for a starving friend via the app because I live in buffalo, and they turned him away!!! After he walked almost a mile one way. Absolutely horrible human beings. I’ve seen them treat others so poorly that they have left too- some out of town. One gentleman didn’t have a mask because he was from out of state.AFTER the mandate was lifted.The heavy set manager here (girl) was SO MEAN and disrespectful. All she had to do was be nice. I even offered a brand new mask I had with me, and this potential customer was already so turned off by these awful workers that he just left and didn’t even want my mask.Had I not been in a hurry and pregnant- I would have left too.disgrace. Go support Tim hortons or Wendy’s. McDonald’s. Anything over these horrible people.

2022-04-091am in a big truck 2 choices....tear up your drive through or serve a truck driver after a long day of work. The chick at the window looked at me suspect..and looked me in my face grinning while calling the mgr and a manager is used loosley, on her headset to deny my service. The short Mgr came to the window... spoke to me through the window (closed) that she wouldnt serve me. Even after I explained im in a big truck that wont fit through your drive through....she then told me (through the window) she refused to serve me and walked away from the ( still closed) window. I work hard...showed my keys and pointed out my truck. A black face out of bounds.....not even given the occupational respect. No threat other than how i look. The 2 cars and truck that pulled strait to the window to order as I walked away hungry and exhausted, had no problems. Pulled up and the window opened right up. No buger king anyplace can have my business. Ill pass on my experience to other truck drivers. This burger kings staff and management are a blight on the brand!!
