I ordered curbside but I ended up going inside because the order was taking so long I thought they hadnt gotten the order
This place is a total dive and an embarrassment to the surrounding neighborhood. The inside is so outdated it looks the same as it did in the 80s. The exterior is worse, it has an old abandoned play area that resembles a small jail cell, the parking lot is tore up and the landscape non existent. If you get by the fact the place looks closed be prepared to wait extremely long for a simple order, and expect to have the order wrong. For all the clean modern fast food restaurants in this area theres no need to stop here.
Older store needs updating. Food is fresh and hot.
Well you order a burger with shees and charge you but they forgot to put the shees
Worst ever experience with Burger King… it’s not about the food! It’s the way they’re dealing!Highly unprofessional staff, extremely rude and extremely ignorant. They weren’t wearing name badges so I can’t put a name here and their attitude explains why no name badges!
I wanted to get something to eat after working 16hrs went to the doctor when I went to bethpage burger King I was shaking the door down couldnt believe they. closed the doors st 7 05 on Aug 24 i was so disappointed and I think it wa a poor excuse for the manager to do so only to be told I am short staff sorry was not please and I will be honest in my re view this Burger King mist do better the place needs refurbishing

Not bad. Not very fast. Drive thru girl in the morning on weekends is rude surly and unattentive. Go in the afternoon or evening.
Typical Burger King experience. Enjoyed the Impossible Whopper here. Food quality and portion size was great, also served hot. Interior is a little date but who cares. Bathroom facility was very clean.
Only drive-thru open for orders right now. You cant go into the actual restaurant to place or pick up an order. Food is good. The Impossible plant-based Whopper is also a good choice.
I love this spot! They prepare high quality dishes, they have a nice menu, The chief cook in that place is very experienced, I enjoy very much eating all their food. The dishes are consistently tasty, the service towards the visitors is nice. I frequently visit this place and I not even once was unhappy. I recommend it with no hesitation.
Went to burger king with my friends for dinner after a fun Halloween night out with us dressed as month pythons bring out your dead cart.

The place has gone down hill, its dirty inside, the staff is extremely slow, i waited almost 15 minutes for a burger, they only had one guy working the register a woman in drive thru and another lady cooking in the back. There were bugs crawling around inside, the floor was sticky, the bench along the window had peoples messes still there and the bathroom looked like a scene out of a horror movie... good job burger king for keeping up on this one! The staff could be friendlier
They forgot my onion rings. So i had to drive back to burger king and they tried to say they didnt. But then saud oh sorry. Bad customer service on there part. I guess i should of checked the bag for everything. Next time i will.
If I could give it -0 I would. I placed an order two hours ago and never got it. I called Burger King and the “manager” was extremely rude and unhelpful. Never got the food but of course they took the payment. Never offered to give me my money back or replace the order. Awful service.
I have been to different Burger Kings many times oh, but this one is close to the DMV. I went to this location for breakfast which they officially stopped at 10:30 a.m. . However they keep serving until 11 but you cannot make a mobile order after 10:30. The breakfast sandwiches I got were okay, but they were a little bit greasy, especially the croissanwich. The French toast sticks were a bit extra extra crunchy, maybe they fried too long. They were also a bit greasy. If I visit this location again it will be for lunch, not for breakfast. It was not my best experience but the people were friendly even though it was a long wait in the Drive-Thru.
I went during the morning, and it really wasnt too busy. I was in and out at the drive-thru, and the food tasted great. The croissant was flakey, the food was freshly cooked. The black coffee isnt bad either, not watered down nor lacking flavor.
I like Burger King in general but this place is always dirty . Tonight the garbage pails were overflowing, there were soda spilled on the floor and there was no ice. You think the staff would let you know before you go to the machine and find out for yourself but no !! Three weeks ago they ran out of salt . The general manager should be fired not the kids who are working there. they don’t know any better.
This BK has been around for decades and still holding strong. The employees are super friendly, food always hot and orders correct.
The bagels and egg sandwiches are great. They also do catering, make heros. They have platters. You can get delivery or eat in. They also have baked goods like muffins, crumb cake and cookies. They open early.
Food was good. There is a language barrier when you order. I tried my best to understand her but the wrong words were used to describe food items. The situation was very frustrating. She was nice though. Management should step up their game with ESL Classes. I think the lady was just as frustrated as I was. They should not put a Manager on the Front Line as a cashier with the public and embarras her like that. My business partner had the same problem when he was next in line.
Food is OK but the waiting time on line at the drive-thru (about 18 minutes) around lunch time is HORRIBLE.Been there twice now weeks apart & it has not improved at all. Were it not for the fact that I had errands to perform in that general area, I wouldnt have went back.Fast food its NOT👎
Went into BK today. Drive thru had 5 cars and NO ONE inside restaurant so I went in. I placed my order and waited over 20 mins for them to even start making my order. Food was cold. Tried to take survey on receipt and it’s convenient store number was not listed and the website would not let me take survey. McDonalds is starting to look better everyday for my fast food needs. Will NOT visit this BK again. No sense of urgency. And you make a single customer in the store wait for over 20 mins for this subpar, cold food. BK USED to be my favorite. -5 stars
First off their icee machine was broken for months. And this time I went there the lady working the drive through barely spoke English lol its actually kind of funny though, I ask for one medium fry, she puts 3 medium fries on the screen, I say no just one, she says you say 3 fry I say no I didnt. Then she puts 2 medium fries on the screen 😂 😂 whatever I just went with it but then when we got the food the burger was cold and the nuggets tasted like they were cooked like 3 times. But I am glad I got 2 orders of fries cuz I was hungry.
Amicable, well spoken cashier, order came quickly, well-cooked food that all turned out fresh and delicious. I know I sound like an advertisement but I rarely leave reviews at all so take that for what its worth.
Very great whopper and fries. Shake machine broken. Floor behind counter flooded with water. Place spelled dirty and looks dirty. Needs windex and hot hWater to clean floors. Employees are very nice.
This place had become more sleepy..May be time for a redo..Even the lights on the logo outside were partially lit.Good enough for quick bites and drive through.But drive through.. has higher wait times.

My first visit wasnt that good so I tryed again.The employees just dont listen.When your there you check your order you get home and what you ordered is there but whats on or in it is something else.....thats it no more
Went through drive thru. Quick service. Whopper no cheese. Mozzarella sticks, fries and root beer soda.

Its odd that each location has the same menu offerings yet they taste different. This location, in Bethpage, on Hempstead Tpke. is the best of the bunch. Try it out. You will see the difference.

2022-02-19I thought it was a McDonalds that they had over here, my wife told me to run out and get her a Big Mac, I asked the employees if they could make me one, and they figured it out. When I got home I just took the wrapper off and put it on my plate for my wife, and she said it was great better than usual. Thanks guys happy wife happy life

2021-07-16When I arrived in the drive thru there was only one car in front of me. They sat there for at least 10-15 minutes before someone came to take their order. By the time I pulled up to the window, they asked for my order and then asked me to wait and disappeared for about 5 minutes. If it was busy then Id totally understand but it was pretty empty.I gave them 2 stars because their shake machine was working and they actually got my order right
