The kid over the speaker was phenomenal, very polite and full of energy. The staff always seems to be having a good time. The food was hot and out very quickly, everything was made correctly. The best service Ive gotten in Cortland

Service was excellent.we We dined in (my daughter have been doing drive thru here for a long time) and our order was processed quickly and the staff got it perfect!! The dining are was clean and staff was super nice. 10/10 will be there again!

I go here a lot. I absolutely feel like the staff work hard. Its not an environment where you have one person yelling at everybody even though thats typical with fast food. They work together well. They have good communication.When theres a lot of people, they really do a great job at keeping things moving.Though not specific to this Burger King, the mobile app deals available absolutely trounce what other chains like Wendys or McDonalds offer for their mobile orders.It is fast food. They do very often give me a bag instead of a tray when I want to eat in. Sometimes when theyre really busy, the fountain drinks arent stocked and youll end up with a bitter drink. Occasionally they get an order wrong. These are all issues that Ive encountered at other fast food restaurants. Its not exclusive to this Burger King. These things are just going to happen.Overall though, they do a fantastic job, and I really appreciate the work that they put in here Great people!
Try to force you to follow an unsafe practice will never visit this location ever again stay away from it.
I dont inderstand how burger king can take an order for 3 double bacon kings and then sitting here for over 10 mins waiting they come and say there having issues with there broiler? Really then you want to offer me chicken instead. I come all the way here just for a double bacon king. Im sorry but this is unacceptable so apperantly i have to at least give 1 star to post this review
Worst burger king drive thru Ive ever been. They gave me a wrong item and another item missing. I tried to call but the line was busy and the employee hanged up on us when they finally answered our call, so we had to call them again. The one who answered our call was nice but they didnt want to deliver it even after I told them I already went home. Dont go to this Burger king.
If I could go lower I would. Im just little irrarted worker in morning name Brett in drive thru the few times I go through I ask for coffee with cream and sugar so instead of putting it in my coffee throws packets in my bag with the food in my terms its Lazy ness I understand if it was super backed up and you were trying to get cars through faster other times ive visted the other people in drive thru put your cream and sugar in the coffee. If I wanted to do my own cream and sugar either keep making coffee at home or go Gas station this is poor customer service it would be like going into a dunkin and they expect you to do half the work for them
We went inside to get lunch because the drive threw line was very long. Everyone was working together and it was nice to see thatOur order was right and it was hot .Ps They are Hiring

I used to eat here frequently. The last several times, the Wopper has been absolutely tasteless. I opened them and looked at the meat. It was not grilled as it has always been in the past. Burger King was the one fast food place I enjoyed, no more.
Stopping here for quick bite on th elong drives to the north. Love it and they listen to what you order.
I ordered the 2 for $6 Crispy Chicken sandwiches and the chicken was old and brown, nit crispy, but tough and rubbery, there was so much mayonnaise it was about all I could taste. Managers should be making sure the food is served fresh, and remove people from the line who arent making sure to serve fresh things. This is how people get food poisoning!!!

The food is OK for fast food. The only problem is they forgot one Whopper and I had to go all the way back to BK to get it after I was home. They did replace it without any problem though.

Traveling, stopped at Cortland, NY. My sister & I went inside and ordered, to go. About 7 miles later, I opened my whopper jr. and took a bite (without looking at it). Tasted something weird, and I looked at it. Bun on inside had mold spots. Even the ketchup on it didnt disguise the spots or flavor.On a positive note- customers were served quickly after ordering, even though it wasnt rush meal time.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and tea . The sandwich was not hot or crispy and the tea was just warm not hot

Typical Burger King. I generally stop at breakfast time or for a late lunch. The inside is updated and the staff is pleasant, for the most part.There is one staff member that refuses to lean out of the drive through window, however. I have to unbuckle and practically climb through my car window to give her payment or retrieve my food.The food is also typical Burger King food. No real complaints as I know what Im getting...
I ordered chicken fries showed the manager and I said do you see this she was like its a chicken fry I said no the hair in it like from a mans beard or mustache. She was like yea I said Im not eating it and she was like ok. She never once offered to exchange or did I want something else nothing. Thought i wanted a job here NOT

I went on Sep 6th at about 5:30 PM.Lets be honest, the food at a BK is going to be moreless the same regardless the one you go too. But service means alot and stands out to me.• My food was brought out fast and correct.• The cashier asked if I was a veteran and gave me a discount. (He noticed the 1st ID veteran hat that I was wearing.)• Dinning room and Bathroom was clean.• When there was a small break in customers the cashier came out and cleaned the dinning room and asked customers how their food was and if they needed anything.• Manager behind the counter was communicating extreamly well and politely, help order get completed and really working as a team.Just a great example of professionalism and a polite atmosphere. I was impressed.
I thought the manger was kind of rude to workers and her yelling orders was so loud she sounded worse than a drill Sargent

This location has become my favorite Burger King, of any that Ive been to. Very pleasant staff, quality food, and a well-kept atmosphere.
We stopped here when moving and something went terribly, terribly wrong. My god. Were fast food champs and are no novice to food poisoning, but this one almost took the cake (the McDonalds McNuggets in Miami 2001 cant be topped). We got french toast sticks and we tasted them for days during bouts of non-stop vomitting. I will never have french toast or syrup from anywhere again, least of all Burger King.
Food was fast and service was equally quick coming in the door which was fantastic! Only complaint was it was so fast my cheese wasnt even melted other than that was fantastic

Dinning room Usually not clean, soda area at times not stocked and at times dispensers not working and not labeled as not working, friendly staff But, little too laid back relaxed atmosphere.
Food was fresh, hot & delicious! The young lady who waited on me was very friendly, efficient and helpful.
Given no receipt, no napkins, no spoons for kids applesauces, or no kids chocolate milks that we ordered. Apparently it’s too much to expect them to properly fulfill your order.

There Service is great for a fast food restaurant I prefer Burger King to Mc donalds there food is cheaper ,you get more meat on youre burger, there fries are nice and thick fully cook unlike Mc donalds which are thin under cook. Burger King whopper isnt just bigger there covers the bun unlike Mc donalds big Mac burger is smaller than the bun.
Well had been there two days in a row and they have manged to mess up my order at least four different times in one day and than today food was cold but I will say this the manger that was on shift this morning around 9:15 she was very nice and made my order right this morning but other wise they need to hire some people that can make food hot and correct the first time

2022-03-28I guess now a large meal means a small (tiny) thing of fries and the biggest cup of ice with a few drops of soda. Better to order a small cos that is what you will get anyway unless you want a big cup of ice.

2022-01-10Its Burger King. Most people already know what to expect. That said, this location seems to do as good a job as any. The inside of the restaurant is (currently) open. It is kept very clean, from what I can tell and the employees all seem to do their jobs well.

2021-09-27I just ate inside and was really impressed with the BK staff’s communication. They have a quick turnover rate and make what the customers ask for. Easily one of the best fast food restaurant experiences I’ve had. It was pretty cool to see/hear them working more like a team rather than just coworkers. They were also encouraging each other. Didn’t see one worker on their phone…that’s above and beyond the service you pay for when you go to a fast food joint. IMO this location and employees should be recognized/rewarded by corporate management at some point

2021-12-20If I had done this review two years ago I would have had a different take on it. But with labor shortages and the trouble with getting goods, it’s hard to beat up on the place.So I’ll just say it’s not the best or the worst burger king in the city. And with McDonald’s across the street soaking up all the traffic, you’ll get food way quicker at burger king.

2021-11-29Just stopped in to grab some lunch and from the counter person to the lady that got my order together were very pleasant and peppy. Great personality’s and great atmosphere will definitely come back again. Food was also fresh and hot.

2022-01-02Me and my son just went to the cortland New York location for breakfast both of our sandwiches was cold Found this out after we got back on the road..I ordered a #11 which Is supposed to be a double sausage with bacon sandwich mine only had one sausage.. I do understand everything about the coronavirus in labor shortage but they still need to make sure orders are correct and warm before they hand them out I would be more than happy to wait a extra minute to make sure my food is correct and warm

2018-04-28The spicy nuggets were good! I didnt enjoy the crispy chicken rodeo burger, there was too much BBQ sauce. The overall restaurant was clean.

2021-09-06I love their new spicy chicken sandwich so I have been going there more frequently, but they have been so frustratingly inconsistent in their orders, it makes me hesitate to go back. Three out of the last four times I have been there, there had been multiple things wrong with orders. Its ranged from the minor (no onions) to the inconvenient (wrong sauce after being asked for no sauce) to the major (missing food or meat).
