3 whoppers - no lettuce, no onion, no tomato. Simple, right? Not for these folks. 15.00 an hour & they cant even follow directions. Its embarrassing.

First I wasn’t able to get my dr. Pepper. Then I ordered a Hershey sundae pie that I never received and my chicken fries were nice and cold. Terrible service over all and the Lady working was very moody too.
This is the burger king 👑on Rt29 in Johnson town me and a friend stopped there for youre two Whoppers and some onion rings and they were all delicious the people were nice and helpful and the service was quick and we werent waiting in line too long and the hamburgers were cooked the right temperature the store look clean and spotless as we looked as we drove by we went through the drive-thru Ive been to this Burger King before and I I wanted to go back because of their good service and theyre very good food so I give you55 Stars the end and be well

Worst manager ever! Went to the pick up window, the employee didnt say anything. Not even a hello, thank you , or anything. I had to ask for ketchup and salt, she gave me the ketchup and when I had to ask again for salt, she very aggressively pushed the salt packages into my hand and snapped there to me. I asked to speak with a Manger, she said, I am the manager. I said youre the manager? Yeah, what about it, was her response. I said youre very rude! She waved and said, whatever.... She never even gave me my soda and bottle of water!
Everytime we go there they always forget something then you call them and they never answer their phone. I just went there and ordered 8 whopper and they gave us 6 and i clearly asked if all 8 were there and the lady said yes they are.
Its like playing Russian Roulette 😂 sometimes its good sometimes it isnt just like any other fast food place

I have to say that this is the WORST Burger King I have ever went too. The employees are very rude and think they are working at some great restaurant. Also, as for the managers NONE of them, and I mean not a single one of em should be a manager. They are disrespectful, they talk about other people, and they make up prices. One day I pay 3.88 for the king savings deal when it’s suppose to be 3.77 and then the next day I pay 3.99. You guys need to get it together :)
Wayyyyy better then the one over by McDonalds, swear they try to screw the order up on purpose. But they are always friendly here and patience with me trying to make my order.
I like the vanilla milshakes here because they are thicker than the gloversville burger king on arterial plaza and i like the burger king in amsterdam ny too i do

The staff was fine but for burgers just made they were not very hot. The kids meal which I have gotten before there had mustard on it this time which on previous visits did not, had I know I would have ordered it with no mustard, but over all mot am awful experience.
The costumer service over all was terrible! Other then the cashier ( breanna) , the employees were rude. Dirty looked while we ordered or food and when it was given. And one of them was sweeping and was flinging dirt towards my booth. Then after I was talking about it with my family she must have over heard because she moved. Out of the whole lobby floor she chose the one closest to us. She should have waited.. This was on Saturday the 30 of November. At 7:35

Burger King is a good place for a quick bite. This visit I wanted to grab a bite for the road. I was able to get in and out in no time. This location is pretty hard to see from the road but dont be fooled, its really quick and easy in and out.
Great for a breakfast stop! Lunch is to busy to enjoy. Dinner is normally best after 6. Very clean and prompt. A few employees arent the best but most are amazing!

Garbage food, but you knew that part. Theres somehow always a wait in the drive-thru, even if theres a single car ahead of you, you will wait nearly ten minutes. And unless you have absolutely no stipulations on your order, they absolutely will mess something up.I work just up the street, but I can count on one hand how many times Ive been here since they opened this new location. During a previous visit, I ordered a new chicken sandwich--they didnt bother to tell me they were out of the speciality bun that it was supposed to come on, and instead waited until Im at the window, paying, to ask if it was okay that they put it on a plain hamburger bun.Tonights order? We ask for an Oreo shake with no whip cream. When we finally get to the window, the guy confirms, no whip? No whip, we echo. He then repeats it to whoever was making it unseen in the background, and do I even have to tell you how that ended up...?Always a wait, never fully correct.
Delivering for doordash while I was there. Employees are prompt with the delivery time and always are pleasant.

Went in to grab some food for my work and I, after the only hiccup being that they forgot one whopper which was corrected immediately by the manager. The food was too notch for fast food and unlike their competitor you guys fixed it and got it right

I live by the Burger King that is in Gloversville by the McDonalds and Hanifords on 5th avenue.. But I will actually drive to this one when I am craving Burger King. There food is always fresher and they are faster too. Plus my van fits in the drive thru. My van height is 85 and it fits in the drive thru. It is too tall for the other one.

I feel bad for the customers, I used to work here and there was always negativity in the workplace. Some of the Teammates including two of the managers there are very rude. And their number hasn’t been update on their website in a long time.
It was a Burger King. Service was sufficiently fast, food was acceptable, as good a place as any for a quick bite when you just want something fast and familiar.

2022-03-20Won’t let me rate 0 stars, but I ate here on Friday I got a medium bacon king meal now I have food poisoning! Don’t eat here! I’m not the first person to get food poisoning from this location either! Will not be ordering my food from Burger King on South Kingsboro or any Burger King again! It’s not hard to date food or not give expired food to your customers! I Prefer McDonald’s anyways and have never been disappointed!

2022-05-11I enjoy the BK in arterial plaza more. They have friendly staff as well here, but the ketchup dispenser that we used made it taste sour which can only mean one thing, it wasnt cleaned. Sour ketchup ruined the meal. But everything else was good, just not great.

2021-09-01The 1st time last week I went there they had me sit at the order speaker for 10 minutes or more, I left. Today I waited at the pickup window for about 10 minutes for a junior whopper meal. My onion rings were uncooked and my burger was cold. Im not returning to this particular location. Im a retired military veteran and Im just tired of spending my well earned money at places that do not care about customer services. I bless them with love, and wish them well.

2021-12-07It is hard to rate a fast food joint. They are basically cloned. One just like the other. But there are times you will find one that is not managed well and possibly served an undesirable meal.

2020-10-09Associates were friendly as always, and the service was good. Had a frozen mocha coffee beverage, which was the best one Ive had at a BK before.Quick and easy, in and out through drive thru.Grabbed the 2/$5 breakfast sandwich special. 1 bacon, 1 sausage. Both made great.I did order them there once as both bacon, and ended up receiving sausage and bacon in the same sandwich, which was the best. Not sure if you can order them that way. I will inquire next time I decide to eat breakfast there.
