The staff who here are always friendly and professional. During the pandemic this location would always be swamped with drive through orders but the line moved quickly and my food came hot and fresh. Hats off to this hard working BK crew.
Grabbed a couple of cheeseburgers for dinner and mozzarella sticks through. Shared an oreo shake. Love the oreo shakes! Bring back the sourdough please!
The fries were stale, the bread on the burgers tasted old and stale as well. When we went to the seating area the tables were just as dirty as the floor.Update, Update! I definitely went on the wrong day. But passed by with my boyfriend today to get soemthing quick. When we walked in there was no mess, the food was quick and cooked well, buns were good as well. Much better experience than last time !!
The service is super bad! there is not a person trained to work with the public in any of the two shifts. They do not pay attention to the work they are doing. they should take into consideration the score that this store has and change all the staff or at least train them to work with people

Im almost embarrassed to admit how much I like Burger King. Their burgers really do taste great. Also, that new BK Stacker sandwich which is like the one they had a few years ago and stopped making is fantastic. Its like a meat a Palooza. Its basically meat patties cheese bacon and their sauce on a bun. Its a heart attack sandwich and taste really great. The only thing about it is that it seems like their hours change every month or so so it drives me crazy when I go there and theyre closed. Just like some of the restaurants in the area you cant call them because theyll never pick up their phone.
Employees are always pleasant! Food, however, is always cold. I only stop here if going straight home so I can put it in microwave for 30 to 60 seconds. I love their soda machine. It has a lot of flavors, including cherry vanilla dr. pepper and vanilla rootbeer. They also have these flavors in diet. The restaurant offers Wi-Fi but if you eat here, you would have to not mind eating cold food. I recommend taking it home so you can heat it up.
Waited 10 min for breakfast, gave me wrong order. Asked for #7 & got some type of burrito. When told them looked like they were going to make ordeal out of it & hold me up more I just took burrito & left....... not bad but not what I ordered.
The service is extremely fast and pleasant ..but the other day I got a crispy chicken sandwich It was absolutely awful, way over cooked and saturated with old grease.... It smelled bad I was not gonna take a chance to even taste it I threw it out.
Late night is terrible. Service is slow and the food is definitely not fresh I bought a couple of different items none were made fresh smh this place used to be good.

Worst burger king around. I went for 2 burgers, 2 sets of large fries, a coke and 2 toys for my kids. I receive the bag with the toys missing so I drove back and asked them to give me the toys that were missing and they claimed they have given them to me. I asked then for a refund of the whole ammount since they were treating me as a lier . Then they tell me I paid with a different card which I didnt and when I look in the receipt is the same card number. I went back and forth with the manager until she finally gave me my money back. Worst 20 minutes ever spent and worst burger king in town.Kids was =(. I took my business to McDs.

I’m personally hispanic, but usually when i go through i drive thru i speak in english. the drive thru lady was very rude and kept screaming “what?” i’m sorry but these people are literally deaf . i kept repeating what i wanted and said it very clearly yet they still don’t understand . Please apply for a job you actually know how to do.
I didnt know the computer tracks me like a wanted suspect, especially if location is off & then interrogates me about my day afterwards. Who thinks this is a good idea. I like NYC for its anonymity. If I wanted to discuss my whereabouts with strangers Id move to Podunk!!
They didnt do fresh off the broiler when asked, no napkins were given, and no receipt. Drive thru employee wasnt very friendly either.
I came to rhw door and saw the employee running to The door to lock me out at 8:55pm on a Monday last time I chdfk mosg places close at the top of the hour. Sorry for your lazy workers that slap a burger together!!! Nevrr coming back lost customer!!!

Has had an F rating for inspection for the past couple of years. If you look up by the menu in the back the F is in red. The food is greasy and nasty. French fries are always cold and not fresh, you have to ask for it. I ended up throwing out my food.

There is very little I eat at Burger King. One thing I like the taste of is the apple pie...the past three times Ive gotten it, it has been disgusting mess. Once cold, once a soggy wet mess and this last time again soggy mess. Get it together Burger King!

This spot obviously knows how to take care of their customers. Always with a very friendly demeanor. The food is affordably priced, always flavorful and neat.
They should close this place! Filthy, a customer tried to bum a quarter off me. Had my kids with me and couldnt let them on the jungle gym because other kids spilling drinks on the equipment and running amuck despite the written rules. They got my order wrong because they dont speak english.
They left things out of my order that i specifically asked for, and they charged my for items that were never put in my bag

Very bad attention a girl with green hair told me that I had to pay for sauces when I made 4 orders and she only gave me one sauce for the four combos that I ordered and the manager charged me 1.68 for the sauces until now I see that the sauces have to be paying for each order has to have its respective sauce for that you pay for the whole combo as it is in all fast food places

2020-02-26This is a really cool Burger King location! Large and spacious inside, with nice atmosphere and decor. Big plasma TVs, electric fireplace, multiple seating options. Food was fresh and orders were correct. Check it out if youre in the area and craving BK!

2022-01-20Girl with red hair working the drive thru window at 9:00PM on 1-19-21 NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. served my food cold, make incorrectly, without a mask.covering her nose or mouth while coughing, and took forver. had the rudest attitude ive ever delt with. no customers infront of me, and the store doors locked she was just standing there on her phone not taking orders with a line of cars behind me because she was on her phone. she is a disgrace to your Burger King. if you see her working the drive thru window the best thing you could do for yourself is DRIVE AWAY. complete waste of money just to be disrespected

2022-02-12Manager of night shif is always rude and disrespectful with customers. My house is only few blocks away and I prefer to go to the location in Commack (3 miles away) then have to deal with such a bad person. I dont know why with all the bad reviews she still working there, place will get a lot more business when she is gonn!

2021-12-21I had ordered 4 whopper meals, 4 fries, 3 sodas, chicken nuggets and 1 milkshake. When I got to the window I asked for ketchup on the side for my fries since I ordered MEALS and the ketchup comes with the meal and the employee at the drive through said that there would be an up charge for ketchup. The employee was very rude and had an attitude while speaking with me about the situation, I asked for the manager and the manager never came to resolve the issue.Overall 1/5 star experience at Burger King due to the treatment, rudeness, and attitude I received from a burger king employees

2021-12-11My daughter and I had a Uber eats pick up delivery at this burger king. I understand that the current order we were supposed to pick up wasn’t ready yet. We were told to go inside and wait so we did, we placed an order since my daughter was hungry, i went to the bathroom and she paid with my card. The transaction showed up on my app which showed the transaction went through! They had the audacity to argue back stating my card didn’t go through. Another customer with their child watching the whole thing even looked at my phone to verify what we said! They refused to give us the food or refused to show proof it was declined. It wasn’t worth arguing with other ppl watching… i was so angry that i left… I called the bank, they also confirmed that the transaction did go through and they should of given me the food. The rep was nice enough to put in a dispute. Sadly i had to get a new card and wait for it in the mail. She was kind enough to get it expedited. So I would never order from this Burger king ever again, so sad since they aren’t professional and I would never recommended anyone to waste their time here!!!
