They dont have salads. Disappointed that day. We only ordered something to drink.
The only problem was that the man at the drive through window sneezed three times and continued to serve food without washing his hands. I believe his name is Randy. I was the only customer inside at the time and observed as he sneezed into his hand. I asked his coworker to quietly suggest he wash his hands , and couldnt make out what he was grumbling, but he picked up someones drink...so I called him on it. He indignantly claimed I was wrong, and that he sneezed on the floor...and still refused to wash his hands!Luckily, he didnt get anywhere near my food, which was pretty good, and served quickly. If he had just washed his hands theyd be getting at least four stars, maybe even five. (The coffee wasnt great but its bk and 8 pm, so I had no great expectations) I am writing this review immediately, on 8/20/19, shortly after 8:00 p.m. Ill be calling management and both tomorrow during business hours!

I enjoy using app at drive thru or inside, all do is redeem code tell them code and keep up so you can show them when you pay and have 15mins to redeem code, also if dont live far from a BK they can deliver to your door. My family and I went in BK to order this young guy was taking our order but apparently didnt understand cause said it multiple times back and forth and he still go our order wrong. His friends were ahead of us so not sure if trying 2 impress them or what or he was on something. Im not sure, but this was in liberty,NY. We also have had a lady at drive thru be very rude and nasty like she didnt want to be there and that night they were understaffed and a big line at the drive thru and again got our order wrong and she didnt want to make milkshakes or put our code in. Way craziness for real!
I went through the drive-thru, not many cars. I placed my order, after I left the order screen, I forgot 1 thing, a shake. I got to the window and asked to add it to my order. The kid looked to the girl just standing there and she shook her head no. The kid told me they are short staffed, it was just him and the girl who shook her head no…who was still just standing there…he said the manager would get mad if they did because they are short staffed…as the girl was STILL just standing there!! I’m sorry, your manager would get mad at selling more product? The manager would get mad to make this girl move?? AWFUL!! I won’t be back, and I work right up the road!!

Employees all wearing masks below noses. This is extremely dangerous for them and customers. I heard excuses ranging from I cant breathe with my nose covered to it slips down to these things are useless. Unless masks are worn properly covering both mouth and nose so they remain in place, they dont protect you or the customers. Why is management allowing this in a fast food establishment?!! This needs immediate correction!!New garlic and bacon king is very good. Garlic chips are amazing
Place was nice, employees were good. But we had that new chicken sandwich and it was horrible. My wife couldnt chew hers and I did not want to turn back. Avoid that sandwich it wasnt worth the money. The popeyes sandwich is 100xs better.
The lady who took out order was crazy. Couldnt seem to run the register.Our food was fast, but Luke warm.Then we were starting to leave the same lady was going crazy again. Saying we needed to get new cups for drinks (no signs) and we moved a few chairs so 8 of us could sit together, she staring saying how if the state came in they would shut them down. Even though NY has lifted all covid restrictions a week ago. She was flinging stuff around and mumbling comments.Just poor customer service and rude..
Order the Crispy Fried chicken sandwich. I received 1 piece of tire, no lettuce, no tomato. It was absolutely horrible. I didnt go inside but if the parking lot is indicative of the inside, its a pig sty.
Drive thru staff was friendly, food was good. I was asked if we wanted condiments, and replied yes, but they forgot the ketchup so we had to go back to get some. They gave us burger king crowns after tho which was awesome!!!!

This is a good Burger King. The new hand Battered Crispy Sandwich is similar the other place that started the awesome chicken sandwiches. It is very good. My boys thought so too.
Miss seeing james all the time these new managers are rude, constantly waiting hours for my food or they rush me to take my order and it ends up being wrong. my sandwiches were suppose to have bacon and I️ only get bacon on it occasionally. Girl with excessive tattoos pulling mask down to speak to me about the issue and rarely wearing gloves. Big decline in service , monticello as well I️ ask for no salt fries and there’s salt on them every time . never coming again.

Terrible service. They always mess my order up and have the audacity to yell at me for not wearing a mask inside. Mind your own damn business or provide it if you require it! That’s why I went through drive thru! Maybe y’all should start not messing up orders and actually pay attention to what people are saying.
I have to give this location 4 stars overall because 9 times out of 10 the food is fresh and fast. Also there are a few employees in the daytime that have a great sense of humor and make you feel welcome even through the drive thru. With that said, only 2 bad experiences ever. The 1st one was while I was working. I had a few residents in my work vehicle that are handicapped thus why we go to drive thru. The woman talking in the loud speaker (a manager) was so rude as she informed me that I could not place seperate orders in drive thru. I tried to explain the situation and how each of the individuals I was looking after have to recieve seperate receipts and we werent in the position to exit the handicapped van to come inside. She didnt care and my guys didnt get to order. Huge let down and no accommodation for people with special needs. Major let down. 2nd time was tonight. I ordered a small onion rings and when I recieved them it was obvious they were old and squished. Now the lady wasnt rude per say but she also wasnt friendly. She did remake the onion rings no questions asked. But didnt apologize, didnt say have a nice night, nothing. She handed my husband the bad and walked away. Overall I usually never have an issue so Im not going to take away from those great experiences.

Burger King is just that. Moderately priced fast food chain. Pricey shakes for what you get compared to competitors.

No complaints .Usually our order gets screwed up but I have a family of 5 and it is always to go and kids that demand crazy changes to how the sandwiches are made because they dont like this or that on their burger. In general have been going there for years and no serious complaints which means they must be doing something right.

Staff was friendly but had to wait 10 minutes for some chicken sandwiches. On the bright side, the chicken sandwiches were hot and delicious. On the other side, my whopper Jr. Sat in a bag for ten minutes while I waited. And I was 3 minutes in to my 10 minute wait before someone told me it would be 7 more minutes.
They completely messed my order up went back and they gave me an attitude as if I was crazy save your money go some where else

I went by myself for lunch knowing that between the televisions and my cell phone I had plenty to keep me occupied and not feeling alone. The staff was extremely friendly, fast and efficient. My food was out quickly and there were plenty of places to sit. I happened to know most of the people that came in after me so instead of eating alone I had lunch with a dozen locals. The fact that I was made comfortable alone was a huge selling point to me I specifically chose this place over the other options because of this.

This location is a COVID19 health risk.The person who brought my order out was not wearing his mask properly. I saw someone in the kitchen not wearing his mask at all.Stay away from this location, it could become the source of a new hot spot.Stay away from Burger Kings generally until they publicly acknowledge that they have a problem with the effectiveness of their COVID19 training (I filled out a customer satisfaction survey on their website about this. I have yet to hear from them).I went to Best Buy today, and they did everything that Burger King is not.If you want to avoid the risk of COVID19 infection, avoid Burger King!
Lately we have been visiting Burger King very often. My girlfriend likes their caramel frappes. At $2.37 including tax for a large size frappe, the price cannot be beat.
Service was best I ever had at a burger king. We heard the cook, I think they said his name was Dalvin or Delvin, say im only sending fresh good food out the window and he wasnt lying. My whopper was the best I had in 20 years. Thats my new BK for life! They should hire more like him.
The food tasted like it was cooked in an oven. The amazing burger was like a hockey puck, but at least its vegan. You have a nice view of the closed Arbies and Taco from here.

Their spicy chicken sandwiches, which I ordered this time, along with onion rings, were cold and the chicken in the sandwich was off long quality. Meaning that it had a lot of hard, chewy gristle. Maybe I just got a bad batch of patties, who knows?

Staff in the drive through not very friendly
They never get my order right! I ask for a whopper Jr I got some weird cheese and bacon burger. I ask for onion rings instead of fries they still give me fries. Its not the end of the world but the fact I always have to go through the drive thru twice is pretty sad.
It was clean and the help was friendly food was made right and warm ready to eat with no issues the only bad thing the lobby was out of napkins but the young man at the counter was quick to make sure I had some and had a package ready for the other front counter guests until they could get out and stock the holder in the lobby other than that I was in and out pretty quick and satisfied with my day
The store is bright, warm and clean, with the Weather Channel playing on an LEDTV, however it wasnt local. There were 3 power outlets for plugging your devices in, and the staff was busy, yet nice.

Best place every very classy. They even sweep the whole parking lot with a mop. MMMMM and there food is so good u could eat it. There floors are so clean u can eat off them 2 if u drop ur food on there. Trust me i do it all the time. I droped 3 burgers on the ground picked them right back up and fed them to my kids.
This place is Right Off the Highway 17. West of Middletown in the Town of LIBERTY (Sullivan Co.)It is across from a McDonalds, a Hotel, and the Liberty Diner. Easy to get back onto Hwy. 17 East or West.
Not bad.. as any other BK. Has a very nice interior decoration, even if my fries were too salty... besides that... great spot.
Often got vegi burgers due to lent. Many times had hockey pucks and some sandwiches were missing toppings. Gave them a chance again recently and semi pucks, some had toppings others missing. Maybe they overcook or freeze burn? I never have these issue in monticello.

I ordered a hamburger with pickles and ketchup only. The service was prompt, but I was disappointed because the preparer had missed the burger when adding the ketchup. This has happened before. Some of the preparers dont seem to do the job as they should.

2022-04-09The drive thru is the worst. Its like they make you wait on purpose then when you pull up to the window they have an attitude because you are there. I literally order chicken nuggets and have to wait almost 15 mins for my order. You guys have to do better or hire faster employees. Its called fast food for reason

2022-02-13My Woman and I stop here at least twice a month. Usually who we get the BK coupons in the mail. This visit we stop for dinner on a Friday and order the 2 whopper meals small with Sprites no ice and a side order of chicken nuggets with bbq and ranch sauce and 1 order jalapeno bites. The burgers were ok....nothing special, frys were good, nuggets ok but those jalapeno bites must have been in the warmer since breakfast because they were like rocks....so dried out and way over kept. I understand its fast food but it should still be good, freshly made and tasty shouldnt it??? Anyways the worker or manager should try it before it goes out...

2022-03-16I gave one star because Im unable to give no stars. I went to bk a few nights ago to try the new bk Whopper with my wife. We both got the new whopper. It was cold the oinoins were old and they ran out of buns used sliced white bread. You would think being a high chain they would at least have buns. This is the last time I go to bk. McDonalds is no better. We need a better place to eat on liberty. In the time it takes to get a new place to eat .Ill just make whoppers at home.

2022-02-18Often have deals that I find are cheaper than McDonalds. But whoever designed their parking and drive thru area was clearly not thinking. If not familiar with area you might go to the wrong one way to get in.

2022-02-03We went thru this drive thru about 2 weeks ago. There was an African American gentleman at the drive thru. He was so funny and made us laugh so hard. He made our day!!!! Please reach out and find this man. He deserves a raise!!!!!!!

2022-03-09Live the whopper, big or small, jalapeño poppers +++, chicken sandwich++, fries and all foods were fresh made. Can add extra pickels, onions, lettuce, extra sauces, no additional charge. Nice people.

2022-07-02Slow service even when not busy.Food sits and staff pass by it, over and over.French fries sit in paper container when fresh ones have been made.Not much has changed. Staff slow because of fooling around while they are supposed to be taking orders and serving. .
