Way better than Mc Donalds. Knowing which grill to put which paddies on make a huge difference. Plus the burgers are better tasting.

The facility was as cold inside as it was outside and so was the food. The cheese on the bacon cheeseburger wasnt even melted. I wouldnt recommend this place unless things change drastically!
I asked for a Hershey pie and it was up on the menu but the lady working the cash register flat at told me well I cant find it so I cant put it on
Put up a sign that says people arent allowed in instead of just locking the door. Also if you no longer have a product or discontinued it take it off the menu!!!
If I could give a negative star I would. So ungodly disappointed in this place. Messed my order up didnt give me what I ordered. I live 25 minutes away so its not like I can just go back. The service here was quick professional, soda was full of carbonation, fries were hot,and fresh and the burger was unbelievable thee best !

I must say Burger king has stepped up their game as of late. They got a good team of employees that actually keep the place running smooth.The burgers are far superior to McDonalds being flamed broiled just makes for a great tasting burger. The big king is great, their king sauce is very tasty. The fries win for best tasting fries and a few of the newer side additions are wonderful, like the jalapeno peppers, and spicy nuggets.Also Burger King has an incredible amount of deals if youre an APP user. Have a look see.
Manger was beyond rude to staff that work there. Listening to him belittle one of ladies there was hard to watch and made me sick to stomach to watch.Truly no wonder they are so short staff they are being treated poorly.

Guaranteed to spend your entire lunch break waiting in line. Got there at 8:07 . Sat in the line till 8:35. had to head back to work or I’d be in trouble. Didn’t even get my food the two cars in front of me didn’t move the entire time.

Screws up orders alot
Good is standard Burger King, but service is super slow. I held my tongue about it, then somebody leaned over and commented that the service is slow as hell, they messed up his order on top of it. Ive been waiting for 13 minutes, no sign of my order yet when I ordered at 4, just got my food
It was absolutely awful this time it took nearly a half hour to get my food after I ordered it. Than when I actually got it it was wrong and cold. After the Manager apologized it was quickly remade to about half of its normal standard. I ate what I could however most of went to the dog.

This happened at about noon on 11/17 Upon pulling up to the drive thru menu I am greeted through the speaker as usual Hello welcome to Burger King how may I help you? I proceed to start listing off my order and I didnt even get finished with the first item when the guy on the other end said uh actually Im on lunch soooo... and he didnt say anything after that. I left the drive thru and walked in to order. I saw the same guy taking orders in the drive thru window to other customers. He seemed very frustrated and careless. I just wanted this to be made aware of, as it made me feel very confused and I didnt know how to handle a situation like that.

This Burger King has an awful manager... witnessed him being very rude to multiple employees and throwing the trays across the kitchen because he messed up the sandwich a second time. Another employee had to explain again what the order was. Waited over 20 minutes for him to fix our sandwiches after the other employee had to remind him two or three different times, another customer waited for even longer just to have her order messed up for the second time. I understand retail can be stressful however this behavior was uncalled for and I feel badly for the employees that are treated this way. I also understand sometimes you have to wait but this manager had forgot about fixing it entirely and was just rude entirely which mad for a very bad experience. Every one in the building tonight was shaking their heads at both the wait and the behavior of this guy. Very disappointed at the fact that he thinks he can act this way just because he is a manager.
Too expensive. Dont use their app to order, I did once didnt have anything broiled, since machine was down, they said I wouldnt be charged, but I was, plus the food I had to re-order. Management told me just go to your bank and ask for a charge back. Why should I have to do there job. Total bad experience
The burger was gross. It was cold and the bun was soggy. I took about three bites and fed it to the wild animals outdoors. Hopefully they enjoyed it.
We ordered 2 Whopper Jrs last night. The meat wasnt fresh like it had been sitting for a while and it was cold because the cheese wasnt even melted. They need to watch what they serve to people. I thought with it being a new building just built that everything would be good but I was wrong.

Food is quick and tasty. I eat in my car but inside is clean and comfortable with plenty of room to stand and/or sit. The room is bright and cheery with good service and smiling faces.
Went through the drive through. Got one of those crispy spicy chicken sandwiches. The chicken actually HAS some spice on it. Not too spicy, more a low range tingle, but thats if you LIKE spicy.If you dont eat spicy food, dont have this sandwich. You will think its too hot.
Went there. Ordered nuggets and drinks to go. Received my nuggets first and watched while people who were in line behind me got their drinks first. Manager called to fix the problem but we got disconnected so the problem was never fixed. Will not ever go back! Horrible service!

This is probably the worst BK. They are very slow but I wouldnt mind the extra wait time if the food was good but I waited quite a bit just for the food to look and taste like it was drying out under heat lamps. Very disappointing.
All fast food restaurants get a max of 3 stars in my eyes. It doesnt take much talent to throw a piece of pre-cooked meat on a bun with some stuff on it. Flip side of the coin though is that these people really do hustle to complete your order.
Newish remodeling. Fishy flavor on all non fish fried foods. Tough over microwaved meat patties. Not a pleasant experience. For those living BK...its a convenient location between city and highway...near SUNY.

There isnt a 0 star or thats what Id give my experience. Out right rude mAnager who raises his voice over a $0. 11 extra zesty for a medium onion ring. Then my boyfriend got the new jalapeno chicken sandwich and when it came out with two slices of jalapeno he went up and asked for some more slices and again we received and attitude. Boyond disappointed we finished up and when trying to empty my tray the same manager runs through the store and startles the heck out of me grabs my tray from out of my hand and three others. Well as a child I was taught that running wasnt appropriate in public places so considering hes a manager I suggest he doesnt either some people do have anxiety issues like my self! Beyone unhappy and disappointed.

A while back, I asked an employee at the drive thru if a particular item contained onions (Im allergic). I asked if he could give me the ingredients and I was told rudely that if I didnt know what the ingredients were, that I shouldnt order. I just drove away. You guys lost a customer.

2022-06-04Perfect for a fast lunch or easy cheap dinner. They have good deals and are clean. Theyre is a manager there that is rude to the other employees infront of customers however there is an employee named James that is kind, courteous and goes above and beyond to do his job correctly and give customers and employees alike a wonderful experience at burger king.

2021-09-11Was not pleased by the experience lately. They forgot to put condiments on our whoppers tonight when we grabbed something quick for dinner. Same thing happened with ordering a spicy chicken Jr., all they put on it was mayonnaise and not the spicy cheese sauce. Im usually patient given the pandemic but its not that hard to slow down and actually pay attention to someones order.

2021-10-02The food was not very good at all. There was an extremely long wait. Chicken was extremely greasy as usual. Nuggets were rubbery. Burgers werent bad. Thankfully better than the 5 burnt burgers my brother got last night out of 6 and they only wa Ted to replace then after they already drove 30 mins before they found out.
