When did fast food get to be so slow. They put your food together sloppy and the orders are always wrong!
Wow has this place gone down hill. Tonight we stopped and all four sandwiches were done wrong. Asked for no ice in a soda and they put ice in it. Also, not sure why but they are bringing drive thru orders out the back door ???? Something fishy is going on here....
Every time I visit this location, its after 7pm , closes one I have. I cant say Ive ever had a good experience, last night I order two chicken deluxe they were cold, hard and old. Before that in multiple occasions my food is always cold or it seems like is been sitting there for hours. Is there nobody in charge that can address this issue. I have reached out to managers. Will not keep expending my money here.
Its Burger King; sometimes they get it right, sometimes not, I wouldnt go here but they keep giving me coupons for dirt cheap lunches so there I was. The food is okay if you get it cheap. Otherwise leave it alone
I ordered whopper Jr. With no cheese or mayo. I get home and open the paper to realize, put cheese on both my burgers. So I had to go back. The lady that helped me was so nice, she gave me a refund for the cheese, and they gave me fresh fries and icecream.
Service can be better. Usually do not get greeted. Just asked what I would like. Not one time has the chicken fries I order been fresh Onion rings are always cold I live close and figured out oils be good being a newer store. But it was only fresh the first week they opened. After that. Every single order I’ve had had missed something or made wrong. I’m not a hateful person. I just noticed the carelessness on the staffs. Even small convo seemed to be a bother to manager. I keep giving them chances. And keep getting let down. Wth
Very rude staff. I ordered a Ch’King sandwich and it was hard on the inside, like rubber. I asked for something else instead and was given an attitude by the person making the sandwiches. She said there is nothing wrong with it. $15 an hour to be rude to paying customers I guess huh. Never again will I spend money at this location. They must really be desperate for help nowadays
The biggest group of idiots Ive met in food service, and I dont say that lightly or with excitement. As fast food gets more expensive, because labor is outrageous, because ineptitude is rewarded, there is no excuse to mess up orders so terribly. If the kid wasnt picking nuggets out of the corral to eat and the girls werent messing with each others hair and discussing what they were having for dinner, maybe they would do their jobs correctly. Although I was refunded, I was patronized. I wouldnt go to this location if they gave me free food on a daily basis. Pathetic.
This place is trash 🗑 I will never eat at burger King again. On $0.37 whopper day they wouldnt give us the deal. Also the burger King app is trash. Stay away from this place. Theyre nothing but scam artists
Everyone here deserves a raise! Service here is always on point or exceptional! They are quick and accurate whether I pre-order online or from the drive-thru when I get there. This is how Id hope all fast food places could operate, but especially right now in the current state of our world its not an easy feat. So hats off to this crew for achieving it!

Rude customer. After the food was given to me I reached my hand in the bag for a fry and realized the wrong food was given to me.I went around the drive thru again to get the right food I ordered. I gave them the wrong order and they served some of the food (that I had touched) to the car behind me. With COVID I thought this was completely disgusting and not ok. My two orders of chicken fries were also burnt and tasted like burnt oil so money wasted there.

Safe area to get a quick bite to eat parking is comfortable, inside is spacious. Drive thru is fairly quick. Staff are fairly friendly. Surrounding area has several other shops and gas stations and 5 minutes away from expressway not major detour which helps.
Dont ever eat at the Mt. Read Blvd location! The jerk cooking told us to get our money back because he wasnt gonna make us another one! It was ice cold and nothing on it! He needs to be fired!!!!!
Service was great! Food was excellent and hot. Inside was clean as well. Ate inside and enjoyed. Restroom was clean as well except the unfortunate Male who cannot raise seat and leaves residual evidence on the seat. So typical of a male with no homet training.
Quick and easy the food was hot and tasty although I did expect more heat from something called ghost pepper nuggets lol
I was wondering how long it would take for this to be like every other BK. 3 times. The first two, were awesome service and hot fresh food, even though they forgot some of my order. Third time, very old food, not even close to warm and not even a Hello. Just a what can I get for you? Poor service and extremely low quality food. Went through the drive through and ordered my food, everything appeared correct on the screen and I proceeded to drive up and pay. I grabbed my food and drove home before i realized they charged me and gave me the completely wrong food and order entirely. Ive been to this location a few times and its typically okay so I guess not getting anything remotely close to my order can be chalked up to blatant human error.
Fast and courteous service, good coupons. Landed a whopper w/cheese and a 10pc nuggets for $2.26. place was very clean and they seem to be following covid-19 safety guidelines closely. In the words of Samuel L. Jackson: Mmmmmmmm that IS a tasty burger!

Good food (compared to other BKs around the city) orders are accurate, but minus 3 stars bc they have signs at the location advertising jalapeños on any burger- but after several visits they still DO NOT CARRY JALAPEÑOS AT THIS LOCATION. The King sits on a throne of LIES.Update: The sign has been advertising jalapeño poppers for three months now but every time I try to order them it has been “discontinued”. I Just. Want. Jalapeños.Penfield and Pittsfield have them.The staff are very friendly and my order is always accurate but the management continues to be lacking... and I haven’t gotten napkins in the bag the last two visits... down to 1 star. Clean restaurant, fast service, need to put sandwiches together more carefully as ours had very little condiments and a small limp piece of lettuce. Parking limited also.
When a customer pulls up to the drive thru and orders a meal and specifies how they want it made, it should be made that way.Well i get home ot is wrong, and i go back. Tell them that it was made wrong, and asked for another one that is made correctly. After getting home, it was made wrong a second time.
My crispy chicken sandwich was fantastic! Fries were hot and crisp. Milkshake was awesome! No complaints here.

2022-02-03Ordered through the Burger King app and went right to the first window. Literally waited there for two minutes while this girl was at the register like I literally wasn’t even at the drive thru window.It took another employee to walk over to the drive thru window to help me. Also, right before I came to the window somebody dropped off an ice cream cone to the same girl that was ignoring me. I guess she was on her lunch break or something. 😑

2022-02-08This is what heavy mayo looks like. If you want your food done right, do not go to this burger king. They are incompetent. Forgot to give our drinks with order and messed up 3 out of the 6 items. Fire the whole lot and get a new work force.

2021-06-30I ordered the Chaking chicken sandwich and needless to say I was truly disappointed! 1. They didn’t make a deluxe 2. When I took a bite the chicken was like rubber and gummy absolutely disgusting, I would’ve Gone back but due to being on the clock and needing to stay in schedule I could not . IWILL NVR GO BACK and to think I also donated to this POS establishment

2022-04-09Fries were overcooked and pretty bad, food was lukewarm. Not enough bubbles in the soda to my liking. There was another customer arguing with the cashier. Music a bit too loud. Stomach felt a bit weird afterwards but it could just be me personally. The decorations inside were nice and modern. Rug in front of the soda machine was quite sticky. Not coming back if I have a choice. Didnt get a good vibe.

2022-05-31You guys need to get a life. Most of the customers I see when I’m there are just mad at the world and nothing is good enough for them and the reviews just prove my point. I’m a regular and when I speak to the staff with respect I get amazing customer service so maybe you need to learn how to talk to people🤷♂️ This shows most of you have never worked in fast food and don’t understand what they go through so if you don’t like it go be rude to someone else or make your own food!

2022-05-11I asked for a whopper with cheese and no unions, about 20 min ago, and they gave me a whopper no cheese and extra unions. If they didn’t want me to come back they did a good job. The even more messed up part, is everyone in the drive thru who gets their order, pulls up past the window, stops and then checks their food, because they know there’s a good chance they messed up the order

2022-05-22The worst service at any fast food place is given here. They always forget the sauce, no matter how many times you remind them. I paid extra for my sauce and did not get it. I paid extra for cheese and bacon but received neither. The girl at the drive thru was visibly drunk and stumbling at the window. I had to repeat myself twice at the intercom and once again at the window. I will never return to this location

2022-04-14Credit card was charged more than what my receipt said. The fries were cold and had no salt. The hamburger was shoved in the bag so hard it entered over and squished it. Lots of recent negative reviews.
