My husband and I love the food and service soo much. They have options for me (a vegan) and for my husband (a meat eater) - plus no cross contamination when making the food. This is definitely our new go to spot.Also - don’t sleep on the Cajun fries with the spicy veganaise
Burgers are high quality and fries taste fresh. I wish the server was a bit friendlier and the chairs were a little more comfortable though. One of our burgers was wrong but we didn’t complain because let’s face it you can take off the items you don’t like. The prices aren’t too bad for an organic restaurant and exactly what I would expect to pay. I was a little upset because it was either an owner or manager that was speeding in the parking lot to park at the front door and I was crossing with a handicapped person at the time. Doesn’t look good 😌 sorry.
I did an online order for pickup.The bison burger was amazing.The fries I ordered with it were a lot but great.The order was quickly made and ready.When I walked into get my order, the dining area was nearly packed except the bar area.The menu had many burger options to include plant based as well.

They have lamb. And it was done perfectly! Only downside was the cleanliness of the bathroom. But I would definitely go back to try more menu items.

We walked into a nice cozy place. We got the lamb burger with California Mystery and Grilled chicken sandwich with signature side. If you check in on yelp, you a free side of fries per table.The Lamb burger paired with California mystery is definitely my favorite and I’m going to keep coming back for it🔥! My husband got the chicken sandwich and he said he liked it, it was ok for me.For dessert, I’d HIGHLY recommend the carrot cake! HEAVEN ON EARTH! 🥕 ♥️The manager as well as the staff were super attentive and provided us with some excellent service and a great experience.

I recently placed an order for the village impossible burger and a tomato soup online. When I went to pick it up, they informed me that they were out of tomato soup and if I wanted something else in exchange. I told them I’d opt for the black bean soup, to which they said they’re out of that as well. At that point I just wanted them to refund the portion of my order. When my burger order was ready I thought they would process my partial refund right there. Instead, I was told I’d get an email. Whatever that meant. I was too hangry to cause a fuss.As far as the $18 village impossible burger, well, it was ok. Think of it as a cheese sandwich from Five Guys with an impossible patty. a better value would even be the impossible whopper from Burger King. I’m all for supporting local family run businesses but the negative experience really turned me off this establishment.

First time and will be back. Had the bison burger and the frings. Wife had a Asian Kale Salad and it was enormous. The food tasted great, the staff was friendly and attentive as needed.

Dinner time. Wanted burgers and we were in the area. Hardly a wait around 8pm. Ordered 2 burgers and a beer. Staff were great, food was delicious, establishment is clean. Well be back.
Gluten free and service is very accommodating. It is hard to have an illness that people do not understand. It is NOT like being a Vegan which is a choice. Being Gluten free is always because of an illness and they understand that!
The burgers were very good and the fries are in my opinion the superstars here. Clean restaurant and friendly service, I deducted a star for a meal can get a little pricey but the quality is top notch.
At there for the first time last week, one of the better burger places I can recommend, I ordered a beef burger with tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, and pickles. The lettuce was chopped ice burg lettuce, the pickles were plenty, and the cheese was nice and melty. The side of fries I ordered as well were nice, light, and crisp. The atmosphere of this location is on point, it makes me feel like I am in a cabin, a warm, homey like cabin. My experience with this location was pleasant, I am hoping to return to this location whenever I have the money to spend.

DO NOT GO HERE! This place is overrated and overpriced. I went here with a friend and had a mediocre burger. When I asked for the bill I was astonished by how much they charged us! We got the impossible and veggie burger (with the recommended toppings) with a salad to share and also 1 soda, which ended up being $50! I didnt even realize that this place charges you extra for the recommended toppings, which is ridiculous! The burger was average but the salad wasnt good at all. I dont understand how they can price a burger at $17 without giving complementary fries on the side??!? Was definitely not satisfied and disappointed

I love this place, the food is great! I’m just very disappointed that my order was messed up.. one of the items were missing and a sauce that i ordered on the side for my burger, which i went back for and got it resolved. Drove home just to find out 2 out of the 4 soups we ordered were wrong. It was supposed to be 2 minestrone soups and 2 Angus steak Chili with Beans. Instead we received 2 chicken soup.UPDATE:Manager reached out to me, thank you for being kind and trying to make it right, really appreciate it
First time eating here and everything tasted fresh. The burgers were juicy, fries were good, and beers all at a decent price. Service at the restaurant was excellent, didn’t have to wait at all and the employees were very attentive. I would visit again to try their other types of burgers, they even have vegan options!
Its fine. Lots of different animal options for your burger. A bit overpriced, portions modest, and not a lot of atmosphere, but theres nothing *wrong* with it.

Honestly a pretty darn decent place even though its a little pricy. I had the beef burger with the California Mystery on top with seasoned fries. The fries were roughly equivalent to 5 guys Cajun fries but a little crisper and a tad milder.The burger was cooked perfectly! Which asking for medium rare tends to be hit or miss in a lot of places they did it SPOT on! Service was polite but unobtrusive which is always a plus in my book.Decor was simple and pretty casual with the wood paneling and aged feel it gave off.Id say if youre nearby to visit the arcade or seeing a movie and want a relatively quick (but solid quality) bite. Id say give it a shot!
This establishment came highly recommended to my wife and I by some friends. As it turns out, their recommendation was extremely underrated. We did take out. From the time we entered the door, to the time we left with our order, the experience was outstanding. The staff was very professional, yet genuinely personable. The ordering process was very smooth. The food was prepared within the time frame promised. And the quality of it was EXCELLENT. Special recognition to the manager for engaging us like people and just numbers fattening the bottom line. If youre looking for a great burger joint, THIS. IS. IT!!!

Ok i love burger village but the utensils were dirty ok,(maybe its because i came just after they open but that caught me off guard and i had to be careful of what i was using.but the staff was very nice i wish they had an option where you can season the meat because it was flavorless but overall it was great like always

Lunch special is an absolute rip-off. $14+1.95 upcharge for burger with tater tots. Burger was small, and I got 10 whole tots. Yes, TEN. $21 out the door for a small burger, 10 tots, and a coke. Wont be back.
The food is great. I enjoy the Kobe hot dog, my wife loves the Impossible burger. The fries are truly home-made style, vastly superior to those from most restaurants. The Long Island Iced Tea is the absolute best ever. The staff is eager to satisfy.

Went there during my lunch break and it was pretty damn good. Quality burgers and plenty of delicious options for vegetarians. Service, ambiance and decor is definitely 5 stars, but I did find it a little overpriced. Will be going back on Friday to watch the Islander game.
My colleague and I went here for lunch and had the most fresh and delicious burger ever. Highly recommend. You get to customize everything from the bun, meat, cheese and condiments. Staff were also very friendly and the space was bright and clean. Go check it out if you’re in the area.
When my boyfriend came to NY for the first time I took him here because he loves burgers. Great environment, outdoor seating is nice during the warm months. Staff is friendly and food is good quality. Bring your friends if you want a place to hang out on a Friday night!
Ive gone numerous of times before and the service was great however this time it eat not. Our drinks, appetizer, and meal were brought to the table within minutes of each other. Our table was overloaded with plates. Took awhile to get our second drink. And it wasnt busy to say this is why everything was brought to the table. Since Ive been before I will go back but hope to have better service.

WOW! super healthy/high quality ingredients that taste amazing. The seasoned fries were delicious. We had 1 minor issue but we mentioned it to our server and she fixed it immediately (so anyone complaining should just speak up BEFORE they leave). We ate outside, but there was more than enough space inside if we wanted.

Basically, brown water.Privately owned business with 3 locations...need to pay attention to detail if youre going to get out of this Covid restaurant mess. Wise up business owners. Its time to knock it out of the park.Part of this is to hire the right help. These kids working the counter need to wake up or go back home to their computer screens.

Amazing! Its family owned and organic. Portions are generous and full of flavor. prices were just right and the menu is logical. They give u an option of different paddies and suggestions for condiments that would go on with respective flavors, yet you have full liberty to pick and choose without being forced on to a fixed burger, I loved the concept, plus the staff was amazing, the best burger experience without the overprice. I never been to Burger Village, I always drove by it and wonder how good it would be. I went in today and to my surprised it looked wonderful, seem like a place I would hang out after work.I was the guy who sat on the bar....which I was happy to know they had one and wanted to get a drink menue.The waitress came, she asked me for my order and I replied, first time am here....she didnt actually here the rest, cause she seemed annoyed and also picked up the phone and after that she left.I was ok though, cause I wasnt sure what I wanted yet, but after 10 minutes nobody came by, could have been more. After I saw them helping others that came after me, I decided to just walk away. I was to hungry to wait and lost interest in this place.The need better customer service, they were busy...maybe more people to work there, or at least someone to acknowledge me and I would have been ok waiting even longer. But I wasntmaybe one day in the future I will come back, but for now this is my review--- food most be great but if customer service is lacking I will never come back to a place like this and will tell everything that I know not to come by. anyway. maybe am a bit upset that I didnt get to eat here, instead I had sushi today.
First time trying burger village and I have to admit it was an amazing experience. The moment I got there I was greeted by Nikki and she went above and beyond for me. I have gone there with my coworkers for lunch and their food was beyond awesome! I had the gluten free veggie burger and it was delicious. My coworker tried their soup with Asian kale salad and she enjoyed it a lot. They have a variety of options available. My another friend ordered a turkey burger and she loved it so much that she ordered 1 more to go for her husband to try. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice. I will definitely go back again.

And I believe focus more on its vegetarian options.The beef burger and cheddar combined had less flavor then the shredded lettuce.The fries and onion rings were okayish.Staff and atmosphere was very friendlyIt does have many meat options (beef/lamb/bision/hog/osterage/turkey) I dont think I want to go back to try it

Very good burger place. They have some exotic patties, like lamb, boar, bison, elk, and they are very affordable. The sides and dressings are very tasty. Two downsides though, they serve their own sodas, which always taste a little funny, and the patties could use some seasoning. Apart from these, its very good.

Portions and food were good but $20 for a burger, fries and non-alcoholic drink is a bit much. Ordered burger medium, came out medium well. Not a great experience, not terrible. AMAZING! I recently came here with my friends to celebrate my birthday and beyond pleased with everything! First time here. I was so happy that they had a large variety of plant based (and Gluten Free) options to select from! I got the Veggie-Bean Burger and it was out of this world! Absolutely love that all of the ingredients are fresh and local, and that nothing if frozen. I love that all of the veggie friendly options especially were home made (rather than frozen). The owners were SO nice too, as it is unlikely to see a restaraunt owner assisting with hosting and serving, and of course, ensuring that we are all being taking care of. In addition to the quality of the food and presentation, the service was completely on point! Thank you so much again!! I will be back again soon! 🙂🙂🙂
Great food. Its a typical burger joint, but with a lot of options for both vegans and the allergy-striken alike. High quality burgers with variety in the meat, from Emu to Elk, theres probably something new for everybody. Shakes are fantastic, and all sodas are brewed in-house. Love it!

Food is very good quality and can feel it. Even the lemonade is unlike at other places. I always take lamb burger. Taste is not great without spicy signature sauce. Its great with it. But taste is not very important, quality is. Good food is good for the health and here food is good. Ambiance is also good. Price is not less but once a while to have nice food, its best place.
Have tried the Elk and Ostrich burger both delicious. My family enjoys the regular burger and Hot Dog. The fries are delicious. Highly recommend

Went yesterday with my son. We were seated immediately. I ordered a beer which they were out of and the waitress brought me a sample of something else (very smart, instead of making me hammer out questions about the rest of the selection). I had the bison burger with the suggested add on (lettuce, tomato, avocado, roasted red peppers and special sauce) I never would think to pair that on a burger but it was delicious! A little zip of spice but not too much (I dont like things too spiced) and it was delicious. My son had beef burger and he said it was good. Rolls were soft, fries were good and a very generous serving. The cole slaw was a little dry and bland, more like a cabbage salad, but Id rather that then the typical swimming in mayo soup and it was fresh! The wait staff was exceptionally friendly. Yes, its a little pricey, but for organic/natural meat...worth every penny. Will definitely be back.
Truly delicious burgers. This place is one of my favorite burger joints in the area. Its all organic with a large assortment of meats to choose for your burger patty, including the IMPOSSIBLE BURGER for any vegans out there. The only reason it doesnt have 5 stars is that the food consistently takes a while for a burger place. Highly recommended

Got the Village Mushroom Burger and it was okay. It was a bit too charred and burnt for my taste but it wasnt too bad. They also gave a lot of red onion for topping. It was a filling burger though, I had no room for fries after.
On God they changed my life forever. Tried the i-m-possible burger and it took me back to the old days when I used to eat meat and had one of the best burgers in Colombia. This was almost a replica. The flavor, the ingredients, the jalapeños Wowowowow. I tried TOO many awful vegetarian burgers and other impossible burgers at other places. This didn’t even come close. Perfect. Worth every penny.
I been eating GMOs free and organic 5yrs ago and had incredible health transformation. Burger village is one of the few places I can eat without worrying. There food is delicious and clean shacks are the best

I placed an order over the phone for takeout using the menu posted online. When I went to pick up my order I noticed that the prices where higher than what was posted online. When I asked why there was a price difference the women behind the counter told me the prices online have not been updated. Stating that the prices have gone up due to covid. This is very bad business practices, given that I ordered online the prices should match.
Only 5 tables were taken and kitchen took forever to prepare these. Ordered 2 hamburgers, 1 chicken salad and a grilled cheese sandwich. The hamburgers were the worst I ever tasted and were not cooked medium as requested, they were well done. The chicken in the salad was dry. Never again.
Nice quaint little atmosphere, burgers are solid and everything is made with organic ingredients. The French Fries are a bit subpar but the onion rings and shakes are amazing. Definitely worth a visit.

I stumbled across this place by accident and decided to try a vegan burger. (I am vegetarian.) I ordered the Impossible Burger and it was delicious. The place is clean and fresh. The service was great and the food was incredible. They are close to my job and they make ordering for delivery, pick-up and using the app so simple. I love this place and recommend it highly.

Service a little slow, needed to flag someone down a few times but food is mighty good.Edit:Revmoved one star, down to three. This place is actually very expensive. 2 burgers, one side of fries, and a cider brought the bill to almost 60$. That very excessive.

I went here as a doordasher and was able to observe as I waited. The waiters were excellent and the customers seemed to love the food. The only thing was that I was waiting on a huge order and the guy who gave me the food was horrible. I asked for a box since there was so much stuff and he said no so I asked if someone could help carry it to my car and he said no as well. I would just think that hed want to be accommodating since I was a potential customer and since he just made so much money on that order. Ive never been here for food myself and after that experience I dont think I will.

I ordered online for the I-m-possible Impossible Burger. The total price shown online was 16 dollars. When I went to pick it up, they asked for 19.05 dollars. I asked them why the increase and they explained that they had to use vegan cheese. They should have just mentioned this when I was ordering. I still payed because I thought woaw this burger must really be ultra delicious to cost this much. Well i couldnt be more wrong! I didnt think it tasted good at all! And you would have thought that side fries where include to the price too but nope, just the burger. Maybe you have to have an acquired taste for this burger because to me, frozen bean burgers tasted better than this and Im not even a big fan of those. This was a complete waste of money. They earned one star only because the staffs were nice.
There is a good selection of organic meat burgers including beef, lamb, bison, elk, pork. Veggie burger is also served here. The signature pairing and toppings are a little pricier but definitely matches the meat well. Soft drink comes in stylish jars. Service is prompt and staff is friendly.
Amazing burgers... loved the selection and toppings. My turkey burger with arugula, red peppers and honey mustard was unique... and my wifes beef burger on brioche was excellent. Will definitely be going back!!

Nothing special. Over priced for what you get. They messed up my order and put cheese on my burger after I specifically asked for no cheese. Their was nobody there so I cant even say well they were busy. I throughout the burger because it was smothered in cheese. Such a waste of 14 bucks with no fries. Signature sauce crummy thousand island dressing...Come on seriously McDonalds started that junk 30+ years ago, go back to the drawing board if you want to charge 14 for a burger! Place looks like a copy of bareburger. Be original!! I definitely wont come back.

So I feel obligated to write a review because there is alot of misinformation and misunderstandings in other reviews. First and foremost this is not a McDonalds or Burger King. That much should be obvious, however it seems people have gotten the idea that if a place specializes in burgers they need to be fast and cheap. This restaurant uses quality organic ingredients. If your looking to pay a few dollars for a sub par burger, look elsewhere. They have a wide variety of different burgers from standard beef to ostrich or elk. All of the additional toppings are fresh and of great quality and it is obvious in every bite you take. There is absolutely no reason that anyone should go to this restaurant and expect fast food wait times. When cooking and constructing a burger of this quality it will take some time. I could go on for a long time and stretch this review out much longer than anyone wants to read so I will leave it at this: if your looking for quality, fresh ingredients and you enjoy supporting local business, than look no further because this is hands down one of the best burger spots on Long Island.
We all know a place that can serve a pretty decent burger. After all, throw some meat on the grill, get some bread, a couple more things to throw in between, and youve pretty much got it down. But heres a place that not only serves a decent burger, but turns it into an art-form. I mean, come on, ostrich burger...enough said. Great place to eat on a trip to the mall. fantastic choices and options of burgers, ranging from beef to bison to ostrich. shakes and fries are phenomenal, along with the options for add-ons for burgers. additionally, they care greatly for customers with allergies and specific dietary habits. arguably the best place to get food in the Broadway Commons.
Oh boy the burgers are juicy! How do they keep all that juice inside I dont know I dont care. ITS GOOD! And the girls are cute with great service. To bad I was in a rush and failed to notice their desserts. Dont make that mistake.

Burger was tiny, the bread is bigger than the burger. The hamburger should be portioned to the bread. Fries and onion rings are good.
I was so excited about this place because I heard that they have vegan options. Sadly didnt meet my expectations - the burger was terrible. The vegan cheese made the burger smell weird and I literally was so grossed out to the point where I couldnt eat anything for the rest of the day. The food was great !Ordered my food to go . I was told it will take 20 minutes, It ended up being an hour . People who were seated at the restaurant were receiving priority.
Prices went up a dollar cause of covid. Not a big fan of the seasoned fries. Milkshake was great. Big burgers for a 6oz.

Very disappointed with my experience and meal. Waiter was unattentative and the food was bland. I ordered the wings as an appetizer and got a plate of five tiny sad wings that cost me $7.00. After eating here I dont understand how it got the rating that it has.

So delicious. They actually have choices for vegetarians like myself that are so tasty! The signature sauce is a must have on EVERYTHING. A little pricy, but I dont mind spending a little bit extra since everything is organic and so good.
This place is reasonably priced with a cute atmosphere and attractive looking burgers but my compliments end there. The flavor of the burger was nonexistent and the custom made buns were dry, overall unfilling.

I really would have loved to give this place more stars except I wasnt even given the opportunity to eat the food. I went today for lunch & was initially impressed with the waiter service. However, while waiting for food the table that was seated next to me who came afterwards got food 1st & the table behind me got drinks before even giving their full order (they were seated after me too). This was all going on while I got nothing despite placing an order. It was at least 10 mins that went by before my waiter came to the table to state they messed up my order & it never went into the kitchen. Unfortunately, at that point I walked out & never gave my order again & I will never be back to the restaurant based on this experience despite wanting to try the food. The sad thing is if I enjoyed the food I know I would have been a repeat customer.
The food is fresh and delicious, and our server Himanshi is super sweet. We left our water bottle in the restaurant, Himanshi ran out in the rain to give the water bottle back to us. will definitely come back again.

2022-01-17Great restaurant. The food was amazing, I really enjoyed it. The service was tremendous, and the wait time to be seated wasn’t that bad, in fact, we were seated right away. The wait time for our food wasn’t terrible either; probably like 15 minutes. Theres always parking available, theres a huge parking lot, so no worries there.The store didn’t require masks or a vaccination card to enter, at least no one asked us for those.I have to say though, I prefer the food from Burger Village’s Astoria branch. Their burgers are slightly better.

2021-12-13So yummy! Perfect custom medium burger with avocado, blue cheese, bacon added. The chicken tenders were seasoned very well, crispy outside, juicy inside. Both regular and cajun fries were delicious.Customer service over the phone was wonderful and the food was ready within 15 minutes.Can’t wait to try more items.

2022-03-14Food was great but the service....good lord...so the food would be 4 stars but service 1 star. While my stay, about 40 mins, I seen 5 people walk from their tables to ask for napkins and 2 people asking for a refill. When my food was served, no utensils or napkins, even my area wasnt even wiped down, still had someone soda/beer spillage. I had to ask for napkins as well half way through my Yummy burger. And ask for 2 refills as well. I tried to make it obvious n moved my glass for them, 4 girls behind the bar, which only needs one really but not one asked or even inquired how my meal was until I asked for the check. =/ again, food was great but Service was Zero.

2021-08-03Best fried pickles I have ever had! The bison burger was delicious. Service was great and I would definitely come back here. If you don’t like gamy tasting meat I’d obviously stay away from the elk or the bison. This is it the fries were really good and we enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant

2021-10-30Its a very chill and nice atmosphere. There are multiple TVs as well for the bar and tables to view. The lighting fixtures are so unique too! But most importantly the food is fantastic! I got a beef burger and it is now my favorite burger Ive have in a while. Staff is also very nice and helpful.

2022-04-30Honestly before this week I would’ve given this a full five stars. This was my new favorite place: the burgers, the fries, everything is amazing. But the last two times I ordered (within a week of each other), I placed the order via the app ahead of time. Waited for the order to be confirmed. Got to the restaurant with some extra time cushioning built in. Both times, was told my order would be out “shortly”. Both times, I was told 10 - 15 minutes later their ordering system went “down” and they’d need to make the entire order. This is close to where I work, but it takes me further away from home before I drive back after an eight hour day. It usually takes like 30 - 45 minutes to get home from here, so both times, I’ve been left sitting and waiting for a prolonged period of time, knowing I had a long drive to get home.Today, I saw one of the server girls up front dig through the trash to find my order. Literally. The paper she had was completely crumpled.Don’t get me wrong, at the end of the day they gave me my (nonalcoholic) drinks for free, but I -really- had to vocalize how displeased I was with the whole situation, got no apology from the manager, and there’s just no way to get that time back.The food really is amazing, and completely worth it. This whole ordeal just left me feeling really conflicted, because what’s the point of amazing food when it’s keeping me from seeing the person I want to share it with after a long day?

2022-04-18Went on Easter. There are great burger meat choices, a variety of meats that are fairly uncommon, as well as a large variety of plant based options. My partner got the boar burger and a got the lamb. Although the lamb was not my favorite as I think it wasnt meant to be in burger form, maybe it would be really good to someone else. The boar burger was fantastic. The fried pickles are spicy and also quite good. They had $5 margaritas when I went and mine was decently strong. My friends all loved their beef burgers. On top of all their burger and plant meat options, they had great preset options for toppings that had specialty pairs with their burgers! Overall the food was delicious, the options are excellent, and provided for a good dining experience. At the end we had the option to pay with a QR code which was very convenient. (Extra note, be ready to be messy while you eat your meal!)
