They serviced our home every summer for five years, but the sun this year. …Billed me and never did that he service and never came back when they said they would. When I called I was told a completely different story and the women chose to debate with me on my he date they were comping yet again instead of owning their responsibility for not showing up. If this is how they treat a long standing customer , please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

Used them when we had carpenter ants on our deck several years ago. Due to the area we live in we have ve maintained monthly treatment for several years however they just dont seem to care about their business anymore.Last year they missed us a few times.Now this year they skipped July, we called in early August and they had no excuse but agreed to have a tech come out.Now two weeks later I called and they still had no excuse why they havent sent a tech but indicated ge should be out Friday.I indicated after years of service this is unacceptable and we will have to look elsewhere for future treatments.The response was basically okay do what you have to.So their techs dont have to show up, then they dont have to call when they say they will and the office workers basically dont offer any excuse and agree that you can go else where.I want to be clear i wasnt rude during either call and was just confused why service disappeared. Maybe their plan is to only show up on your first visit of the year bc that is full price and the remaining visits are discounted.Just beware before you work with them.

I have used Burke twice at two different houses--first for possible carpenter ants and second for a wasp nest in an exterior wall. Both times I was very pleased. The second time there was an error on the bill, one phone call corrected it. I would recommend them based on my experience.

It has been my experience that Burke Pest Control provides exemplary service at a very reasonable price.For the past 22 years I have not needed to be concerned with pest issues because Burke s takes care of that aspect of my business for me. They not only perform outstanding routine maintenance services, but have also suggested proactive activities to thwart potential issues. In short, they take care of business!It is rare indeed to find a company these days that truly cares about its customers. It is my sincere belief that John Burke, as well as everyone on his staff, has always acted in my best interests when providing my monthly treatments.My mantra has always been, do what you say you are going to do. Burke Pest Control operates under the same guidelines. We used Burke Pest Control when we werent able to control our ant problem with those ant bait traps you put out in the spring... We called Burke and the staff was courteous and compliant... we had someone come out to our house the next day and it ended up being the owner... John. He listened to me explain our problem, and really tried to find the root of the issue, keeping in mind we had pets and wanted a safe solution. By using a couple different approaches, inside and out, he was able to deal with the ants effectively and in an immediate fashion!... No problems since... he followed up to see if everything was good... good to see someone that actually cares in the business world today! We would surely use Burke Pest Control again!... Oh, and very fair priced!!!

I called Burke Pest for an issue at my west-side home. A bird had nested in a vent and bird mites made their way into the two apartments through duct work. John Burke and his staff managed to go above and beyond to remove the infestation. Now I see some evidence of a mouse, and I just called Burke Pest Control again. I have every confidence that this will be managed as well as the last call.

John is someone you can not count on when he tells you something, very expensive and treats his employees terrible. John is not a man of his word. save yourself some trouble and money and call someone else.

Excellent customer service. They do the job well and don’t have to disturb you when working outside. Very polite. Will use again!
