Highly recommend go early always busy.The prices are great household goods shoes bags men clothes baby clothes kids clothes. Women clothes, candles perfume.etc clean neat .also they have plenty of staff so check out quick .
Since November 2021, the elevator has not been working. This store has 4 floors. Who wants to carry all their items up and down the stairs, without a shopping cart or elevator. I havent shopped at this store since October 2021. Thanks for looking out for your customers, that can not go up and down steps

Not much to choose from during the winter season. They could keep a rack with regular clothes because NY has a wide Caribbean population and during this time we may want to purchase something to send home that we did not think about in the summer. To our disadvantage we cant
The store is dingy and poorly maintained. But heres the kicker it had no men or little boys coats. I cant speak on womens or girls coats, but no men coats.

It was a mess last time I was there, maybe they are remodeling the 3rd floor but just look bad, should have left it the way it was.
Sad. They cant afford a MIRROR. You have to traverse the store to get to one section that has mirrors. The store is huge and doing that is impractical. I spoke to the manager and offered my thoughts on this and she basically shrugged it off. They are not a well oiled establishment. I refuse to shop there.

This store is like never before..poor stock of almost everything..just for women in a vast majority of items. Sometimes had the impression that Burlington is almost disappearing or just another example of depends in what area code or zone youre living. Very disappointing!!
Found a few things I needed at a great price.
I love this store. Everything is easy to find. Its a huge store with multiple floors. I never have to ask the staff for help. The lines are pretty long midday which is understandable. I hate waiting on lines like everyone else but it is a testament to the great deals, merchandise and location. Its a great place to shop for a last minute outfit, holiday gifts for the whole family and even everyday items. There are random items around the shop that I never thought to buy, and they end up being great finds.The staff are friendly from my limited experience with them. I went the store with a friend one time and my friend left her phone in the restroom. She noticed half an hour later and we returned to the store, hopeful. The staff member who cleans the restroom found it and gave it security. The guard at the front returned it to her without a problem once she described it and was able to unlock it.
I like to shop here. but it horrible the long line you have to wait. to pay your purchase. I like the coat department and the sneakers department. bags. But it a little messy. the sneakers department not to messy. I love the prices here.

The Burlington at this location changed for the worst cant barely find anything here because people be robbing the place almost every single day I have seen guys take jeans and shirts by the stack and security doesnt do nothing at all this location has become a horrible place to shop.
The women in charge of the C level fitting room Donna, is very rude doesnt know how to talk to clients and appears to be bored with her job. She was rude to me and another person. I’ve been shopping here for years and never had an issue.
They really need to put more people on register and have a separate line for returns

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE WORSE!!!, if I could give it less than one star I would do it, we needed to do an exchange, as they could check with the credit card with which it was paid since we did not have the receipt it turns out that that credit card was not in their system and showed the cashier that the purchase had been made from that credit card. But even so, the one I suppose is her manager, she just shouted that without a receipt it could not be done I dentro Know her name but that lady needs trainingon how to treat customers (was at night shift) I dont blame the cashier, but the manager ? , worst service of all. apart from that their schedule says that they close until 11pm if they are not going to close at that time they shouldnt lie in the schedule at 9:45 they were saying that the registers were going to turn it off, is that good customer service? the worst.

Yesterday was my FIRST and LAST time going into this location. The security guard or whatever the guy is who is in the front of the store is RUDE. He doesnt know how to talk to clients and appears bored with his job. The store is unorganized. No staff on the floors to assist clients, items are not in order, no luggage in luggage section and things are just on the floors. Just go to Marshalls because this Burlington isnt worth checking out.
Their sections of clothes, shoes, home goods and etc... are very organized. I prefer the clothes section for woman because theres a wide variety thats offered for multiple sizes. Overall this place is in good management and most importantly clean.
I was presently. Surprised by the selection that they have of men’s clothing. Not much of a selection for white shirts in medium or small sizes. The sizes in the racks were all messed up, so it was a pain to try and find what I was looking for. Nice clean store organized well with plenty of signs.
The worst, is not way to do layways. If you do the line take hours 1 line 1 cashier. The same person get the items from the back. Its horrible!!! If your car its in the front in the meter that just take 1 hr. You will have to ask people to hold your space in line, takes hours.. hate it. Worst experience and bad service.

One of my favorite place to shop, the prices are within range of every budget and the brands and styles are for everyone. Its not as organised as others stores but thats what I like about it. You feel like youre on a treasure hunt every time.
It was my first time ever shopping at Burlington I usually walk all the way up to Dr. Jay Ladies and Rainbows. I walked in and I didnt know where the plus size section was. I kindly asked a lady if she works here and she rudely yes Yes I work here! and began to point at her name tag. I shook off her rudeness by laughing and asked here where the plus size section was (Its downstairs). They have nice underwear and PJs, but theyre very unorganized. The hangers would say 1x, but when I read the size on the shirt it had something different. I tried to look for some bras, but that was a lost cause.I hate how the ONLY registers are on the 3rd floor. They should have registers on each floor.I did however manage to get like 15+ items for $42 dollars, which isnt bad.Also, employees need to learn how to not complain about customers while customers are there. I work retail too and I know how it is to deal with customers. However, never talk about customers to coworkers while customers are there, ever.
On this Sunday may 5 2019 I went to this store and had a wonderful time until I was stopped by (Spanish)security to asked to show proof of purchase and I saw nothing with that being as I live in the Bronx ny and the crime rate is high. Until I noticed that the same (Spanish) security guard did not ask what appear to be (white) couple for their receipt. Now I’m speaking because ever since my oldest was born I’ve had shopped @Burlington’s that’s is 15 years in a Burlington in Newport News Virginia and I have never felt this way in any other Burlington in my life. So no I’m not going to shop their again but I will say that I won’t shop at that one again that was a disgusting behavior from such a nice place.

This store is a god send to the Bronx.You can find many name brand clothing and items for good prices.You can find great gifts for great prices.I had to attend my brothers wedding in October and I had visited many stores and boutiques trying to find the perfect dress for the occasion,I decided to go to Burlington on a whim.Glad I did.I was able to purchase two beautiful dresses for the price of one!I found the Perfect dress for bridal shower and wedding.Take note that you will have to look through many racks to find what you want but its worth it.I also come here to buy my daughter clothing for her dance class and always at a steal.
This place was very rude i was about 10ft away from the person and he would scream at me from across the store saying that if i don’t put my mask up i could get out and said it with a very un polite tone now if someone was next to me or that person was close to me i would understand but this man was literally across the store like cmon now
Although I live around the area I try to avoid this store as much as possible😒 I’d rather shop at cee cee. But I went in today 3/20/20 to exchange Two baby dolls that had a different sizes from what they were.😒 bad experience. That’s all I’m going to say. And I can put the cashier on blast since the person’s name comes up on the receipt but I’m not going to do that because I’ve already called corporate😊😉💯

Four stars because its actually kept clean. The workers are always picking up after customers who drop the clothing on the floor and not having the common decency to pick up after themselves. Everything is in order according to size with a little out of place item here and there. And there are some good finds here.

Although I found what I was looking for, every time I go there, the lines are huge. I spend more time on the check out line than I do actually shopping. I took my 10 year old son to buy a coat, within 20 minutes I found it. We get on the checkout line and we were there about 45 minutes. I sent him downstairs to the other check out line, and it was twice as long. It was ridiculous. If my son didnt need the coat that night, I would have walked out.
Pretty good. A little messy and some the clothing/ shoes are a tad bit outdated the line is always ridiculously long, but if you need a quick outfit or a cute gift Id say go here.

The night manger was very unprofessional, lack enthusiasm and appeared as she didn’t want to be there.Google says the store closes at 10:30, but at 9:45 the mean manager shut down the cash registers. I like many brands they sell here and I have a good experience every visit. This Burlington is always crowded and many items are not well located. Its hard to find a specific size for a cloth, for example. Thats why I am giving it 1 star less.
I like Burlington but I only gave this store three stars because the 3rd floor, home and kids toys section are a mess. Everything is thrown on the floor. There are some rude employees also probably because they are fed up with that mess. Not enough cashiers either, long lines all the time.😒
They steal too much at this location
One of the worst place to buy! Employees are rude, will never help you, always angry or with attitude. My friends and I were waiting on line for like 25 minutes and didnt tell people they were closing registers, they let one person on the men section. People were asking if they should move or anything and one employee said stay if you want or leave and we did!

Yesterday i tried them on for my morning run, i noticed the shoes were too tight so since they said i had 30 days to return them i went to the store to exchange it for a bigger size. The momment i ask the cashier to exchange them for a bigger sizes he didnt want to honor their return policy. Selection is hit or miss. Prices are okay. Be prepared to wait 25 + minutes to pay, lines are usually very long. If doing a layaway purchase be prepared to wait 45 + minutes.

This place is TERRIBLE. I am CURRENTLY at Burlington waiting on a line with only ONE CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF ME, and Ive been waiting for 45 MINUTES on the 3RD FLOOR because the cashier is TOO BUSY CHATTING AND LAUGHING WITH THE CUSTOMER. Literally 45 MINUTES. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Dont ever come to this Burlington. This place is absolutely disgusting with the way they treat customers!!!

I come here frequently, out of the many Marshals , TJ max & Macys that lye in the Bronx . I feel comfortable here shopping .While the neighborhoodbcan be crowded in afternoon hours & depending on traffic frustraiting to arrive if not a local. Its got good prices, low theft rate & most of all unbeatable prices .

2022-06-14This Burlington offers a good selection of merchandise. It has four floors of items. So you can spend all day at this store. The store always has good deals. The only negative aspect to this store is the insane long lines. This store is always crowded and their long lines are RIDICULOUS. So make sure you come with a lot of patience.

2022-07-06Burlington is by far one of these best affordable stores you can get out there especially for name brand items. Granted you have to go treasure hunting through a load of clothing thats all unorganized but for the most part you end up finding some great treasures for really low price. I gave Burlington four stars mainly because half the time when you ask the employees where an item is they pretty much tell you if it aint there it aint there and also because the lines are ridiculous sometimes.

2022-07-08Came here to try and quickly find a bag for a flight I have the next day. Signs on the door say they close at 10:00PM. Got here 20 minutes before closing, and theyve already locked the doors, and theres a group of people with security vests on right by the door, laughing and chatting, but wont open the door. If youre open to the public until 10:00PM, then your doors should be unlocked until 10:00PM. How do you not follow your own policy, especially when its posted on the door? Completely waste of my time and gas.

2022-05-24I do not even know how this place stays in business. I am disgusted at how disorganized this location is. This is one of the very few Burlingtons in the Bronx and it wouldnt be like this if it was in another location like Manhattan. The place is messy and not well stocked up on products; there where literally items on the floor. Its extremely overwhelming on how everything is all over the place. There were shelves empty and dirty. And packages torn and open. They really need to do better. Only good thing about this place was the speed of service at the checkout, it was a long line but I only waited less than 5 mins to pay.

2022-06-21Big and Tall section was stripped bare on a Saturday. Extremely long checkout lines however cashiers are very nice and ring your merchandise as quickly as possible

2022-06-10I love finding just the right bargains for all occasions here I just hate the lines. Hate hate hate the line. I spent more time on line than I did shopping for graduation presents.

2022-07-18There was lack of women shoes.Some racks were empty, with no shoes.Also we are in summer and I didnt find any Capri or ankle pants or jeans.

2022-03-04It felt great going shopping again the store wasnt packed and everyone was wearing a mask,the employees were nice and fast at the cashier small line and I bought 3 random pairs of jeans in the last size I wore and bought in 2019 and all 3 jeans fit perfectly,Im glad it was all in one place one floor in clearance wish I love to save a buck,I will be going again to Burlington.

2022-02-27This Burlington store in the Bronx is 3 floors. The restrooms are down stairs in back fyi. The store is bigger then most but not much different than any other one, just more people. The employees were very nice and helpful.
