Has allowed me to have labs and continued to have a white carpet ! John is prompt , professional and very reasonable. My carpets look brand new thanks to John . Stains I thought ruined the carpet were a simple fix for John ! Highly recommend him !

Burris fas done all of the rugs in my house. They do a thorough and effective job. They have even gotten the black shoe marks off my stairway that has beige carpet.

2022-06-20I called a few places and chose Burris. They were responsive and extremely friendly and informative. I would use them every time. They were professional and explained everything very well. They got the job done and the carpet looked great and has been wonderful so far. They did a thorough job. I appreciate a company with values and this is it.

2019-10-17Had my great room carpet cleaned and I was very happy with how great it turned out. It had a lot of stains and they got them all out and now it looks like a new carpet. The owner is very nice and accommodating. I will highly recommend Burris cleaning to my friends and family. Great job.

2020-04-27We have used this carpet cleaning service for approximately 5 years or so. They are very easy to work with, and they are always ON TIME. I appreciate the quality of work they do, since we have blonde carpeting and it can become hard to get the small stains out from wear and tear. They offer to come back in a month if there are any stains that were not removed. I highly recommend this company for any of your floor cleaning needs.

2019-08-29John did an incredible job on my carpets. We had puppys that kept sneaking upstairs to spread stains all over our hallway carpet and he completely eliminated both the stains and odors, leaving all our carpets looking as good as new! His prices are generous, his communication is flawless, his work is excellent, hes quick, and hes an all around pleasure to work with. Wouldnt reccomend anyone else for the job!

2020-07-28My carpets really needed help. I have 5 dogs. We were getting ready to rip up the carpets. Burris Cleaning Services have my carpets looking brand new again. Its amazing. They know their stuff. But here is the super important part..... THEY ARE HONEST.... you just dont get that anymore. I know I can trust their expertise and professionalism. I am beyond thankful.

2020-07-18We were originally told about this company by Messner’s Carpeting in Pittsford. They are always easy to deal with, show up on time, take care to protect the customer’s belongings, and do an excellent job. I would have no qualms about recommending Burris Carpet Cleaning to anyone.
