Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT book with this company. They are a third party who lack customer service. After I paid in full for a trip they neglected to provide the service I paid for just hours prior to our trip. Its been almost two months and they havent called me back, given me an explanation, nor refund. I had to book a bus at the last minute due to their negligence. Their sales person John ignored my calls and every time I call the company I get a run around. Every time you wish to speak to Shawn, who is one of their owners, he is barely there.Please note- they are not a company to trust. The same person is the sales person, dispatcher and customer service.Do not book with them.

I chartered 2 buses with this company. I paid in full & they left me & my passengers stranded. No buses showed up at all. 100 ppl just waiting& no buses. I could not even reach anyone on the phone. No one even in dispatch, it was the most horrible experience. To top it all off the office manager Mr. Shawn Angelos said he would get back to me & 5 days later, I still have not heard anything. I put 1 star but in my opinion they really don’t deserve any star at hall. Very unprofessional & rude, except for when they were getting my money.
