Really nice space in the middle of bush wick. Has a work out station, with equipment. 4 basketball courts. Seperate Volleyball area with a net. Handball courts plus a huge soccer field where games are held each weekend as well as a baseball field with markers and bleachers. The playground for the kids is great with swings and different climbing activities. Plus in the summer there’s water sprayers. Plenty of benches and a bathroom in the center. One of my most treasured places.

Well maintained and has some cool playground features for our toddler. Go before 3PM though, as it gets a little tan sacked by the local middle school kids.

Lots of benches, basketball court, handball court, field, swings for toddlers and older children. Clean for the most part. crowded during the later afternoon. If you want quiet relaxation its always best before 1

This is one of the best parks I visited. It is the best for monkey tag on the playground. Because the playground goes in a circle instead of a line. There are many spots to jump from for example from the rock to the platform. I love it. I have been looking park better then this I cant find it.

Really cool jungle gym with zipline, plenty of benches along both play areas and pathways, and fully functional swingset (rare in Northeast/Northcentral Brooklyn). Not a park worth traveling to but definitely worth a stop if you are in the area with your kids.

I love this pool. It has a huge yard for picnics. It is so convenient. The only problem is a lot of trouble makers come to this pool. Also the lifeguards are lazy and open the pool whenever they want one time they opened at 5:30pm instead of 4:00

Its an okay park. It is large. The pool picture posted in the google photos of it is not of this place. This playground has basketball areas, handball courts, a playground for both toddlers and young children, sprinklers, and a baseball field. The reason i put baseball field in quotes was that 99%of the time you go there, it is being uses as a soccer field. For both young teams and adults. I was playing softball with my family one time when there was no one there ( i guess we arrived earlier then they did), and they just came in and took over the field. Didnt even consider we were there first with our family and were using the field. As the minutes went by more and more people came. They actually gave us attitude because we were using some space. It is a constant thing so it is not something you can avoid. Also a lot of i guess 20 somethings go there to hang out there and to smoke pot. So you have a constant smell of that in the playground. There also seems to be a bug problem there because in the summer, the mosquitos are crazy there. I know they are out in the summer but it seems like they swarm there. You get bit easily there. You are like a moving dinner for a whole swarm when you sit or play in that park. It seema to comw from the bushes surrounding the playground but it gets crazy amounts of mosquitoes and bees. Alao once the sun sets, there isnt really that great of lighting in that park. So if you are there after dusk, you qont be able to see much. I think it definitely could use more lighting. Play at your own risk.

Perfect bushwick park. Kids playing together in harmony, young adults enjoying the basketball courts, awesome artificial turf ball field, sprinklers all under the fog of thick marijuana smoke. Also if you like to duck gunfire this is your go to place. I hope you and your kids are military trained to survive such harsh conditions. Insure your kids before you take them here. So you can at least recoup when they get shot.
