A couple of months back we launched our new range of kitchenware. This time we wanted to give an oomph to our videos, so we decided to get 3D Animated product videos for our new range. The team missed a few steps along the way, but the communication remained strong. And finally, the product delivered was mesmerizing, so it compensated for the revisions they had to make in the video. I would recommend them but also would suggest they improve their internal coordination as most of the discussion I had with their customer service representative was not delivered precisely to the production team.
