2022-02-07Very rude drivers with zero empathy for their customers. If I had my way I wouldnt give any star. A big risk in transporting the elderly and should be reported to the state to stop operatjng

2020-07-10I called to schedule a ride for my mom in a wheelchair to a doctor appointment. They were very accommodating & very professional on the phone (thanks to Caitlin). After looking over the reviews and after a disaster with another company I was concerned that there would be problems the day of. I WAS WRONG!!!! It went smoothly and beautifully. The driver was exceptionally polite, on time within a minute or two. My mom was safely delivered and picked up from her appointment and it was an AWESOME experience for all. Not sure why there were so many negative reviews??? Based on our experience I would most definitely recommend them....scheduling another run as soon as I am done with this review. Thank you C&C!!!

2018-10-22Terrible service, was late picking up my mom to be brought to a wedding, arrived on time to be picked up, but when my nurse met driver, told the driver will be a couple of minutes, have to get the patient, when got back the driver left for another run. Was told a driver will be there in 45 minutes. That time came and went, then my nurse called and was told that he will be there in about 20 minutes. I did not wait. Was not. Waiting for another 20 minutes. Had to use my own car to transport my mom her nurse and wheelchair. I would not ever recommend this company.

2019-08-01Awful! Find another company. They left us waiting with a 91 year old patient for over two hours after a doctor appt. This is unacceptable to put a 91 year old through that also has medical conditions which is why we needed the ambulette to begin with. No one answers the phone after 4pm and if they do they say they don’t know anything. I would give zero stars if I could.

2019-07-07Always extremely late,careless drivers,rude,I do dialysis and it closes at 3 today they never showed up,had to go to the hospital so I can get home,also most of the ambulettes should not be on the road,also no air conditioning,try energy I heard there good,I will be talking to my lawyer about this,,,,,BEWARE!!!

2021-11-22I love C&C for their kindness and they dont make you wait so long to pick you up after appointments and the super friendly drivers I recommend them 100%, I only traveled with them !!!
