We have had C&H Custom Bookbinding make several leather bound albums for us. Richard was extremely helpful in all the design choices. Both finished albums are exquisite. We treasure them.

2022-02-14What a stellar find! I found C&H through a google search and Richard was fantastic to work with over the past few months. Responsive, professional and fast turnaround time ahead of expectations. I had 3 years of scanned letters from my grandfather to my grandmother that I turned into 5 volumes for my dad. Richard finished them in cowhide leather with gold foil stamping. It was gorgeous!

2022-02-11Dear Friends,Any regular churchgoer can tell you how attached he or she becomes to his or her Bible over time. Yet, Bibles eventually wear out with usage. What to do? I came across C & H Custom Bookbinding on the Web and checked out the company. Eventually, I called and talked to Richard, and we agreed on a price. It wasnt inexpensive but it was fair and equitable. So, I sent my Bible to them and in a few weeks it came back. It looked like new! No, the pages cannot be renovated but the new cover stabilized the whole book. I feel comfortable using it. I highly recommend C & H Custom Bookbinding if you have a cherished book that you would like restored.The photo shows the difference between before and after the work was done.All the best!Paul Carpenter

2022-02-12Had a Bible from 1800s fixed and restored. I didnt want to make it new, it was important to preserve it as much as possible, and that is exactly what I got. I was so happy with the results I brought a few other, really old books to be fixed/rebound/new covers. I would highly recommend this company for all your book needs. Very reasonably priced, professional, and you will love the results.

2022-03-02Richard took an old and tattered family bible, one of the few mementos I have from my beloved mother, and turned it into an everlasting family treasure to be passed down through generations to come. He replaced the cover and found graphics very close to the original. He even sealed the original cloth bookmark to stop it from fraying.I look forward to passing this cherished family relic to my daughter on her wedding day as my mother so generously did for me.Thanks to Richard for his personalized and thoughtful work. 2022-02-09C&H did an amazing job of rebinding an old family book with great sentimental value. The staffer who worked with me was great, and very responsive. They seem a bit expensive, but I dont have any experience with other binderies pricing.
