This place is trash. When I called, they told me they were open until 6pm. I arrived at 5:50pm and they were closed. They suggested I come back at 5:45pm the next day. The next day, I arrived at 5:40 only to be told they were closed. I asked the man behind the counter for their business hours, and he replied “we’re open until 6pm”. I looked at him and asked “what time is it now?” He replied “I suggest you come back tomorrow at 5:30pm”.
Since my first visit, I was like WOW!! I have to work here. As a Professional Plumber/Superintendent, Im at home and I hope to make your shopping experience with us a pleasant one.

Walked in. Several employees walked right by (quickly) without offering assistance. Gave them five minutes then left. Not your typical, neighborhood store experience. :(

2022-02-11They have everything one could possibly need for a NYC apartment or building owner. The staff is very helpful. I keep going back. Help is available both in Spanish or English.I forgot a small part at the counter and they had it there for me the next day!

2022-02-18Would give zero stars if I could. Extremely rude staff. Treated us horribly completely unprovoked. Also unprofessional and incompetent. In addition to the nasty behavior they refuse to wear masks even after requests to do so by vulnerable shoppers. Avoid this place at all costs.

2020-03-18Taking advantage of pandemicWhen we look back at this time, please remember that this store was selling 6 rolls of toilet paper for over $15.00. Ask them to be better neighbors. Key foods, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s have been good community members did not raise prices. Shame to this store that Says True Value, but is no value to the community in a national emergency.
