We bought a 2019 Transit Van from Chad at Caesars and it was such a great car buying experience and that says a lot because I absolutely hate car shopping. Chad was extremely helpful and not at all pushy. He made sure all the paperwork and everything was prepped and ready to go when we came to pick up the van to make everything easy and smooth. He was a no BS guy! Got right to the point, gave us great future car buying tips and was very reasonable and fair in his pricing. No bait and switch or unprofessionalism at all from what Im seeing in other reviews. Great service, well definitely be back if were looking for another van!

Do NOT shop here. They tried to bait and switch me with a truck I was interested in buying. I had originally called about a truck listed at $28,995, then when I went to go drive there the price was suddenly $30,995. I tried to call to ask about it and it took me HOURS to get ahold of anyone. Each person knew nothing about it and I had to jump between 3 people before I got to the owner. Once I called the owner he seemed nice at first but used his brother/business partner as a scapegoat to justify the price gouge. The truck also needed new tires and insisted to use the spare tire on the truck as a new one, and he would buy 3 new ones. Of course I would have to pay for it. Lazy and completely unprofessional.Once I finally laid out how the pricing was insane, the jumping around was so unprofessional and I was still willing to make a deal, he ignored me and the price on the listing WENT UP TO $32,995. This company is literally the worst Ive ever worked with and I dont recommend them to anyone. Absolutely unprofessional and pathetic service. You guys dont deserve to be in business.

Warning - you may get scammed by Caesars. If you are looking to have an experience with a typical used car salesman then buyer beware. He is not concerned about making sure there is full disclosure and you are satisfied....he is more motivated by moving old inventory off his lot and making sure is pocket is lined with a few more dollars.

An incredibly honest establishment that truly stands behind there vehicles. The truck I purchased had a major mechanical problem that caesars didn’t know about. Chad is a man of his word and had the problem fixed (that cost the business thousands of dollars).Please feel at ease purchasing a vehicle from caesars, you won’t be sorry!!

This is in response to Katrina Haas. Katrina bought a truck from us. She lives out of State. Caesars Auto is in NY. As per her Purchase order, She did not pay sales tax in NY. She thought since she wasnt paying sales in NY she would not have pay sales tax in her home State. All this information is fully disclosed before and during the sales process. Everyone must pay sales tax unless they have a specific exemption.
