Very friendly and professional. Lindsey and her crew are great. Lindsey keeps you informed on the progress of the repairs and if / why changes needed to be made along the way. I recently had 2 cars repaired due to extensive hail damage. Excellent job on both.
Great job putting a hybrid electric car back together after getting smashed up in an accident. Paint job is perfect. All the electronics sensors and controls working as they should. The team kept me informed all along the way. When I picked up the car it was completely detailed. Then they explained their guarantee and thought to myself, It doesnt get any better.
My car was involved in a hit and run accident. The damage to my car was extensive, but looking at my car today you wouldnt know it. Caliber Collision did a phenomenal job and Id recommend them to everyone! Pictures below show before and after the accident, absolutely amazing!!
My 2016 Subaru crosstrek had a lot of damage to the rear bumper/ side panel and let me tell you the work they did on my vehicle is better than I could have ever imagined..I also have a pearl white car and it’s a pain in the butt to match the color. You can’t even tell that anything was replaced or re painted. They kept me in the loop the entire process and answered any questions I had. I will a 10000% be recommending my family and friends here if they need any body work done.Thank you so much for doing such a great job on my carAlso many thanks to Bob, Lindsey and everyone who worked on my car :)
Good, fast, repair of rear bumper issue. Took back in for oil change both motor, and standard transmission. Price seemed a bit high, and receipt not clear as to amounts of oils used, and labor cost. Would have liked a more precise bill. But over all took me in quickly, didnt have to wait weeks to get work done. Bumper fixed same day I pulled into their lot, other work was scheduled for next day.
Just had my car sprayed painted and they took great care of me at such a great price. The personnel was very kind and accommodating. My car was finished same day I brought it in and they cleaned my car complimentary, being it was snowy season. They were very quick and the cars buff and new paint job looked like nothing ever happened to my car. I highly recommend them.
I took my Mothers car here after she dinged it up. Everyone at Caliber Collison was super nice and helpful. They gave regular updates during the process, and when we picked up the car it was better than we thought it could be. It looked like the day she drove it off the lot! We couldnt recommend them enough!
This was my first time using caliber, and after I got my car back it was the best it’s ever looked. They were able to complete my car fast and on schedule and it was clear they put a lot of care into the repairs. Not only was the outside of the care spotless and shinny, the inside was in immaculate condition. Definitely will be doing all future repairs with them.

They were very good, except for the fact that the wrong part was ordered and the glass from my window was not cleaned out of the backdoor until the 5th day of them having the car.
Everyone was incredibly friendly, polite and helpful! The front desk staff, the mechanics and the Geico agent all introduced themselves to me (which was the first time that has ever happened anywhere) and were all very reassuring and professional. I was kept updated on the repairs every few days via text messaging which was very convenient. My repairs look spectacular, you cant even tell that any damage had ever occurred. I really cant say enough nice things about this place. Thank you to everyone for making the whole process easy and stress-free!
I never write reviews but am compelled to say the negative reviews could not be further from the truth. When I arrived, everyone that would be working on my car came to introduce themselves. When does that ever happen! I received updates every day. They finished my car quickly and the work was beautiful. Everyone was great! Do not hesitate to use this place. I could not be more pleased!

This place is the definition of professional. From the men repairing your car, to the ladies in the office. I never had to call to call them to find out the status of my repair, they called me. My repair was finished in 3 business days. When I picked it up, they went over everything with me, told me the repair was guaranteed for the life of the car, and they detailed my car! I hope I dont damage my car again, but if I do I will definitely be returning here. Wonderful business! Keep up the good work!

2 stars ONLY because they keep you posted in an automated way. Shop sales man was nice, of course in the beginning, but just 2 weeks after the repair I had problems with high speed cabin noise then he cld no longer help. I personally agreed to pay for some repairs THAT WAS NEVER DONE. Terrible place to get insurance work done...a ton of recycled parts, NO detailing after the job. Second hand work at best! Ive learned the hard way...Go to Stofas or to your named vehicles garage (ie..Infinity, Honda, Subaru) at least they hv more accountability!

Do the work correctly the first time. my car was in your shop for a month and my bumper just popped off on one side. upon closer inspection, none of the parts that were replaced were aligned properly. This is completely unacceptable with the amount of time my car was in your care. in addition, for three weeks after I brought the rental car back, I was getting calls from Geico telling me that they never heard from the shop and according to them I was still in possession of a rental. So clearly, someone dropped the ball. Im dealing with unnecessary stress because of shoddy workmanship.
They are extremely friendly, and I can feel that they are willing to help. My mechanic is Brandon, and he treats me like his good friend. Zero BS and Zero fraud. I am definitely going back to this place even when I have to do minor maintenances as well. Very trustworthy.
The staff is not only friendly, but the technicians are so thorough. Ive had my car there twice. Good quality work. Ive added a picture of when they repainted the door of my car.
Against the recommendation of my insurance adjuster, I took my vehicle to Caliber Collison for repairs caused from hitting a deer; On the 5th of December I surrendered my vehicle and was told it would be repaired and returned to me in a timely manner; it’s Christmas Eve an I still have yet to receive my vehicle back from this shop. If you have weeks to spare, don’t mind the lack of communication overall, and don’t mind the frustration over broken promises about what seems to be simple, exterior damages to the front end of your vehicle, this would be the shop for you.
These guys did a good job repairing my Jeep after a tree fell on it in May 2018. They did everything they could to get my vehicle back to me in time. Hopefully I wont need a collision shop again anytime in the future, but I didnt have any issues getting my vehicle repaired here. Geico was there, Enterprise Rent a Car was there and I got it repaired there. Pretty easy. And a big pfft goes out to Mother Nature for having tornado-like winds in Poughkeepsie that day.
Required to take my car here after a GEICO policyholder backed into it. They did an incredibly lazy job replacing the decals I had on my car, refused to try to replicate them beyond a very general sense: it was a big line, right? Have had two problems with the new door that I have had to go back to them with in less than a year. Hopefully sometime I will be able to cut the cord, but not with what seems to be general cheapness. Also poor service: always promising to call and never calling back, then not having any information when I call them.
The staff was friendly courteous and very understanding in dealing with us, We were updated daily as how the job was progressing and upon completion we were promptly notified. Job well done by Caliber Colision
Josh and Danielle were excellent and kept me informed every step of the way - they handled the insurance company items and really made an unfortunate situation (a deer hit my car) as painless as possible.
Not sure what all the negativity is about. They couldnt be more polite to me from the moment I pulled into the lot for the first time. Did not have to wait long and went out of their way to answer questions for me. Also saw NO signs of cocaine like stated in some reviews. Maybe you shouldnt be such needy people and understand your not the only one they are helping and you sometimes just have to wait. Great job as far as Im concerned!!
Ive been here 3 times within 2 years as I seem to be accident prone. On my second visit, I brought my car in after it was hit in a parking lot. The side of my car was scratched and there was a dent between the drivers side fender and the drivers side door. I brought my car there against my moms advice to go closer to home at another reputable shop, I declined as Ive used QB once before and liked the work they did. After they fixed and repaired my car I had to pay my $500 deductable. Most places would eat this deductable due to the fact that they are getting money from the insurance company for the damages, not them and not with me. When I paid the money and got into my car, I was told they had to re-tint the drivers side window so I shouldnt roll it down for 3 days. After the third day..... I rolled my window down to find plasti-dip residue from when I plasti-dipped my car a month prior to the accident. Not only did they lie to Geico about having to re tint my window, which they didnt do, they lied to me.... right to my face and it infuriated me that they didnt help me out with the deductable AT ALL even though they were paid for these false expenses. Will never go there again. Liars, not helpful at all. Go somewhere with honest people.

QB Collision is the only body shop that Ill bring my vehicles to!It is an all in one shop, Enterprise rentals and Geico both have offices on site, making a potentially negative situation much easier.I recently was hit from behind causing over $14,000 in damages to my wifes Durango, the extent of the damage to our vehicle was unbelievable, pretty much everything from the quarter panels back to the bumper, inside and out had to be replaced... the folks at QB repaired our vehicle back to brand new! You cannot tell that it had any damage.I highly recommend QB Collision!
Excellent customer service and quality of work performed but it is a busy shop, so it may take a few weeks to schedule your work.
Worst place to go. The girls at the counter or straight up nasty rude and always having a bad day. The shop foreman is a lying Thief will lie to your face blame the girls at the front and the girls will blame him. They will not call you back for days. When you pick up your car for weeks past the scheduled due date that anyone else would have fixed, youll find new scratches and dings and pieces missing that werent there before you bring it to them. At this place Coke and alcohol rules its quite obvious.
The whole facility is very modern and well kept. My wife was involved in a hit and run so they didn’t charge us for labor because of the circumstances. Great service too. Highly recommended.
Mark is neccessary! Lol. He is the front service guy, calls you for ALL updates. The guys here dont take advantage of women, so ladies this is a good trusting place for us to visit! Awesome service!2/2019 They have gone corporate, unfortunately. I went in to inquire on service and discovered Mark is no longer with the company and it now feels like your typical run of the mill car repair shop; chasing a dollar and no real connection with the customer. However they have a popcorn machine so if youre into free popcorn go ahead and stop by.
Slid off the road last winter. Significant body damage. They kept me abreast of the repair process, and guarantee their work. My headlight had to be replaced, which failed 6 weeks after the repair. They dealt with it, no issues, no run around.
Non insurance estimates, they inflate price because they do not want that type of work. If accident not covered be insurance, take your vehicle elsewhere. Nice staff

2022-05-08100% SATISFIED!! The staff was SO FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL and INFORMATIVE! They kept Me informed on a regular basis on progress and contacted my insurance company and rental company to inform them as well. I have to say My car looked better when I picked it up then when I bought it!! Thank You to all the professionals and especially Tiffany and Jamie... They were so patient with my numerous calls and questions. As an added bonus, They DETAILED MY CAR!! If ever, I have the need for additional body work... I KNOW WHERE ILL GO!!

2021-12-11In short, I would recommend these people to anyone. I went to them because they were on the list of my car insurance dealers. But they were all so highly reviewed on google, so I was confident in going there.Again, in short, they took care of all the insurance stuff, they fixed my collision with no problems, they kept me informed through EVERY step of the process (with regular text messages), they finished the work on time (despite parts shortages), they also cleaned and detailed the inside and outside so that the whole car looked new.On a separate note, my son left his wallet full of money and gift cards in the car, and they found it and put it on the front dash.Whatever that says, I will say this, that I will recommend these people to anyone

2022-02-01If I could leave zero stars I would. Told me 2 weeks took them 7. I can be understanding about the current supply chain issues but then just stop telling me it’ll be done Friday, we’re hoping for Tuesday. Just tell me the truth. Then when it was finally ready they left the back interior light on so when I came back the battery was dead. Once the battery was jumped, the gas cap wasn’t connected so I couldn’t put gas in my car which was on empty. National after hours answering service was no help.

2022-01-21Repeated promises on time span to complete job ,but wait extensions resulted several times ,I was without a vehehicle for weeks because caliber promised to have it complete and ready in a week ,though a thorough examination had been made initially by caliber ,waiting turned from a week to several. Excuses such as further damage found and waiting for more parts or those that were already supposed to have been in stock at Honda parts ,geico gave a quote of aprox.$1,300 in damage but cost according to caliber was around $3,600for replacement of a door shell ,as they explained to me this morning,I payed a $500 fee up front and with this repair price ,surely my auto insurance will skyrocketSigned displeased customer

2021-05-10From the first call to the shop until the day of pick up, Caliber did a fantastic job. The workmanship was evident and the vehicle looks like it never had damage. They kept us informed on the progress of the vehicle and made the process very easy. I would use them again as well as recommend them to other in need of collision repair. They made a process that is usually a huge hassle, very easy.

2021-06-22Look, for the most part this repair shop is great. The issue I had was with Josh. He made a promise to repair my tire which was damaged from a rear collision and instead they lowered the PSI on all of the other (good) tires to mask the issue. It was so blatant that they didn’t even reset the PSI level on the car, so as I drove the following day alerts began going off saying none of my tires were at the appropriate PSI level. Don’t listen to Josh, he will lie.

2021-11-20I originally used this location when it was QB Collision and they were great. Using that experience as a benchmark for this experience with Caliber, I can say without any hesitation Caliber blew my expectations away! This organization is FANTASTIC! 2020-12-16First met Lindsey, who is the general manager and Pete the production manager, along with Brandon who showed nothing but professional support and positive attitude that my vehicle would be in good hands at the shop. I got a rental from my insurance company, however, Caliber Collision was in constant contact with me every other day, to advise me of how the repairs were going. The time anticipated was on point and my vehicle was returned finished in the time allotted by them. I would really think twice about going somewhere else, when Caliber Collision has an excellent reputation and team. Thanks for restoring my baby.
