I used California Closets for the first time and had a wonderful experience. We worked with Marie, who came to our home and helped us design a closet layout that perfectly met our needs. She was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. The turn-around time for the installation was much quicker than we had anticipated. We are very satisfied with our CC. I would highly recommend
Amazing designer Maria comes prepared with her laptop and designs your closet as you discuss your needs and wants. You pick out your materials. Any changes are easily done.The installation was great, cleaned up everything before they left.California Closets are not cheap but at least you feel you got a good product for the money
Keith is SO GOOD at his job. He was very easy to work with, patiently listened to all my weird ideas and questions, and guided the process so smoothly with expertise and intellect. I really believe my closet layout is the best it possibly could have been.

We hired CC for closet design, rip and paint and installation. Our designer was Kim and she was very helpful with making suggestions during the design process. The installation team was also great. They were on time and finished exactly within the time frame they gave us. The closets turned out beautifully!!

Before installation, my closet just had a bar to hang some items on and one shelf--a ton of wasted space. I had a virtual consultation with California Closets where I was able to design my dream closet that was within my budget and maximized the space. I got to choose literally everything from the number of drawers to the finish of the handles. Installation was quick and clean. The reps were super helpful and responsive as well. I highly recommend working with this company!
I recently worked with Kim to design and install three large closets in my new apartment. Kim was absolutely amazing to work with. The was attentive to my needs, and yet fast paced in narrowing down the decision space to reach a great design. She was also fantastic throughout the implementation process, assisting me (over late night Friday) to solve issues generated by my contractor, alternating the design and suggesting possible solutions. Overall a great experience.
We recently worked with Keith Johnson from the TriBeCa location to design our three custom closets. I cannot recommend Keith more! He’s very experienced, patient, diligent, creative, and always brings great conversations. Keith even showed us his own beautiful CC closets! His attention to details is much appreciated, both on-site and virtually. He was also able to use up every last inch of space we have (in NYC that is everything). I would ask for Keith if you want perfect custom closets.Will update my review for CC team after the installation.
Keith came out to our apartment and was so incredibly helpful. He was so professional and knowledgeable. He gave me all the options to choose from and made helpful suggestions. The entire process was easy. The software and 3D pictures of the proposed design were really great. The installers were neat and professional and did an excellent job. Absolutely satisfied. Cant wait to do another project with them.
When less becomes more! Loved our experience with Nina at CC. She was creative, communicative, efficient and worked within our budget. Installation was neat, on-time and professional. Would recommend to anyone that dreams of their Mr. Big closet, but actually lives in a 1 bedroom apartment.

Keith is an absolute gem to work with. We spoke to many different companies and contractors as we considered re-doing our closets. Keith from the get go was a pleasure to work with. Not only is he a great and fast architect - he also is a great listener, quickly understanding what we were looking for (even if we couldnt even totally articulate). We were sad when Keith left our appointment and are thrilled that we have another closet to work through so we have an excuse to reconnect. Cannot recommend him and the team enough!
Highly recommend California Closets. I had a phenomenal experience working with Kim! She came to see the walk-in closet space and help me design exactly what we needed. She was also extremely flexible in terms of working within our budget to make sure all our needs were met. The men who installed everything were very friendly, efficient, and clean. This is my second time using California Closets and both time Ive had excellent experiences. The previous owner had built-ins that were a poor use of space. CC helped me figure out the best use of the space and I was able to add little touches like a pop out mirror, laundry hamper and jewelry drawer. Im so excited to move in and use the closet!
When looking into different options to redo my bedroom closet, I was hesitant to choose California Closets because it was more expensive than the alternatives (Ikea), but I cannot stress how my new closet was worth EVERY PENNY. I was so lucky to work with Kim Van Woesik. I was going in thinking that I would need to compromise on what I wanted because the designer couldn’t possibly fit everything into such a small space. I was blown away by Kim’s creativity that she not only put in everything that I wanted, but was even able to give me so many options to do so. She was endlessly kind and patient with me as I went back and forth with all the possibilities. I cannot wait to work with Kim again on another closet in my apartment and I would recommend her to anyone looking to transform their closet into their dream space!
I have a small closet. Kim Van Woesik from California Closets came over to see my closet, gave me great suggestions for my needs and designed a fabulous closet for the space that I have. Everything is also adjustable in case I want more/less drawer or hanging space down the road. I would definitely work with her again and she is highly recommended!

Connected with the team at California Closets to design and install a custom closet for our son’s room. Met with Kim who came to our house to help us design the most optimal closet for the space. Once we approved the design Kim was very quick to find a date that worked for us and it was much sooner than the 10 week lead time to manufacture and install the closet.We got our closet on a month and could not be happier with it.The installation team arrived on the day agreed upon, on time. Brought up all the materials, installed the closet very fast and cleaned the closet and the room once done. They were very professional and considering COVID pandemic, they wore masks the entire time and left their shoes outdoor and wore single use covers.I am very happy with the closet and it complements the room so nicely, in addition to being of high quality and functional.Would highly recommend the company, the team and their closets to anyone.
Kim van Woesik came to my apartment to measure the closets and worked with me to design a custom solution based on our needs. She was highly professional and organized, great to work with. At one point I changed my mind and she quickly modified the plans and sent them to me until I was satisfied. The closets are now done and I couldnt be happier with the entire experience.
We had an amazing experience with Megan Garcia at California Closets. She helped us design a custom murphy bed wall unit with book shelf, side cabinets and additional storage. It is perfection. Megan was incredible to work with, answered my millions of follow up questions, checked in with me on install day and post install, and I would happily recommend her to anyone. The install guys were also professional and knowledgeable. We had a different custom unit designed and installed with a name brand French company and the overall service levels do not even compare. I would not hesitate to go back to Megan at CC again for anything.
We recently had California Closets design and install both a closet for a second bedroom and a wall unit for a den. Every aspect of the project was performed professionally and on time yielding an excellent result.The designer, Mr. Keith Johnson, was the consummate professional. He was courteous and spent extensive time explaining all options available and answering all of our questions. We decided to make some adjustments to the project that we thought of after the initial consultation. Mr. Johnson helped us to make those changes without any difficulty. On the day of the installation the crew came to work on time and completed the job in several hours. They also cleaned up their work area leaving the rooms in immaculate condition. The wall unit and closet are finished exactly as we wished. Furthermore, Mr. Johnson has contacted us for follow-up after the work was completed to be sure that we were satisfied. Our response was a resounding yes! We had an incredible experience working with Keith Johnson from CC on three closets in our apartment (master bedroom, kids bedroom, and pantry). Keith was extremely thoughtful and creative about how to make the space work for us, gladly showing us many different combinations of options til we landed on the right one. He was also very open and direct about ways we could save a little money on finishes without compromising the design or storage space, which gave us a ton of confidence that we were getting the best value we could. Keith is an architect by training and so was even able to help with suggestions like moving a closet light fixture so we could put in deeper shelves and create more storage in an existing space. Had a great experience with California Closets, particularly Keith Johnson. He was knowledgeable, responsive, enthusiastic and flexible--all the things you want when partnering with someone on a project! The planning and installation went very smoothly, I couldnt be happier. I also assumed California Closets were out of my reach budget-wise, but a little research showed that they are very very competitive, and the quality is first rate. I will happily go back to California Closets again for any of my closet needs.
Moving from an apartment with a walk in closet to one with a standard closet was no easy feat. Keith was amazing in helping us to find real solutions! He listened to all of our wants and needs, thought of details we hadnt thought of, and problem solved for our small space in a way that resulted in a beautiful and useful end product. He was incredibly patient and professional. He gave recommendations and yet allowed plenty of space for our own preferences. He and his colleagues made the entire process so simple, which is a feat given the approvals needed for our condo board.

I am an awarded, luxury lifestyle interior designer and have always been completely happy with the quality and service I receive from Cal Closets. I have clients in many different states, and I find that some of the options change in different locations, but the quality and service remain top notch. They have the most current finishes, hardware, and organizing solutions, and will always adjust or fix something that isnt 100 percent to your liking. I have used others if my clients require it, but if its my choice I choose Cali Closets. Recently I did a large project in NYC with many closets with different functions - like a golf closet, yoga room closet, various bedroom and storage closets and laundry room. My clients are thrilled, and so am I. Thank you for being consistent and always meeting - and often exceeding - my expectations!
Loved the final results of my California closet. My consultant Kim Vanwoesik was amazing. She was so thorough and detail oriented. She took her time in design of my 3 closets that would make the best use the space efficiently. I was able to get an earlier install then originally promised which was a nice surprise. When the technicians came to build the closets they were quiet, tidy, and quick. Couldnt be happier with the results as well as the quality of the product!

He was thoughtful in asking questions about what I needed and wanted and continually reworked the design for my new bedroom closets until it was just right. I love my closets! I worked with design consultant Keith Johnson to make the coat closet, linen closet, guest room closet, and master walk-in closet. He walked me through the process and designed super functional and attractive closets within my budget. He was really responsive to my multiple emails about the closets. (sorry about that, Keith!) He also managed to make sure I got to hop in on a cancellation and get the closets built out much earlier than expected! Highly recommend!
We hired California Closets to create a custom bookcase in a nook in our apartment. While they are not cheap, we feel the quality of the build and materials are worth it. Our design consultant, Kim Van Woesik, did a great job helping us turn an idea into a working plan, and she was very responsive. When there were a few mistakes with our installation, she worked with us and her management to make sure that everything was done right. The installation crew were professional, quiet and courteous, showed up on time, and were done quickly. We will certainly consider California Closets for our next build.

The whole process of having our closets (his and hers) designed and installed went very smoothly from start to finish! Keith, our designer, listened to our storage needs and was very sensitive to our design sensibilities. He patiently worked with us to come up with excellent solutions that maximized our walk-in closet space. The finishing touch to a two apartment renovation was to install custom closets. We had the good fortune to work with designer Kim Vanwoesik. Her designs were genius, especially how she worked with the quirks and limitations of the old apartment. She clearly explained the many options and was readily available when we had questions. Her service didnt end with the installation of the closets. She followed up to ensure that we were happy with the end product. A few months after moving in we realized we needed a few more shelves. Kim was most responsive to our request and in the blink of an eye the new shelves were delivered.In addition the installation crew was polite and professional. The companys front office well run.
We bought a new condo in Brooklyn, NY and hired design consultant Kim Van Woesik of California Closets to design our master bedroom walk-in closet. For the initial design, she arrived on time and drafted a closet configuration that satisfied all our requirements. She then was extremely transparent into the subsequent next steps and provided us with clear and consistent communications. The team that installed the closet were great and professional, and completed the job on time with no issues. I moved into a new apartment, and had a nice size walk in closet that I wanted to get built-ins for etc. We went to the California Closets showroom in NYC and met with Kim Van Woesik to have her help with the design of my closet. Kim was very knowledgeable on all of the materials/finishes available and spent a good amount of time talking with us about different options and configurations for the closet. Once we decided on a design, she came and measured and we placed the order. Kim was very responsive/professional whenever we had a question throughout the design process and she was always willing to make a change that we requested or take a second look at something if we asked her. Additionally, the closet was built in the time quoted for us, and we were extremely happy with the results!! I would absolutely recommend Kim, she was wonderful to work with.
We used California closets for a home study and walk-in closet in downtown Manhattan. In both cases Keith Johnson was a superb partner in helping us to choose the right styles and color for our new cabinets and shelving. He has an amazing eye for style and color and gets what you are trying to do. We first had video conferences with him and then when he was able he came to visit our place- twice, once for the study and once for the closet. The thing that really sets him apart is how meticulous he is in his measurements and assessment of how much and what kind of space you need. For example, in our closet he literally counted how many shoes there were to make sure we ended up with ample shoe space. The cut outs in both spaces were also a bit funky and he was able to foresee where they would have to get creative with the shelving and bookcases to accommodate that. We have nothing but good things to say about CC and Keith! It was a seamless, professional, excellent experience all around. We are thrilled with the value and quality of the materials and the services we received.

We worked with Kim V. -- good ideas, really responsive, courteous and professional. After working with her for a while and coming up with plans, we considered having the work done by our own contractor. After weighing the differences, we decided that Cal Closets while not inexpensive, was a better value. We called Kim months later to revive the plans and she didnt miss a beat. We had five closets done and now live in a well-designed, tight ship.

California Closets makes installing closets easy. Kim came to our home, took measurements, and in an instant their software was able to show us options and designs to consider with pricing. A few signatures later and we were ready to go. The installers who came were professional and did their work quickly. You might be able to save a few bucks with other solutions, but theres a definite reason why people love California Closets, why weve now had California Closets put in our last two homes, and why I think you get more value for this service.
When I moved into my new apartment, there was not a single closet. I reached out to several contractors. None matched California Closets in responsiveness, price nor design. The design consultant I was assigned, Keith Johnson, was very helpful and designed the perfect closets for the bedroom and library for my living room. It has even more space for my books than I had imagined. The builders were very friendly, efficient, fast and competent. They answered all my questions and helped me with the rearranging of shelves. I highly recommend this company and Keith as a design consultant.
We walked into California Closets TriBeCa and met Kim! Could not have been happier to meet her - she seamlessly assisted us in creating our closet design for our master bedroom closet. We were undergoing a stressful and lengthy renovation and Kim was patient and extremely helpful. We used California Closets to redo our linen/shoe closet and hall coat closet. Keith came for the initial consultation. He took the time to measure everything we were looking to store in the closets in order to make sure all the items would fit somewhere in the design he created. He went through everything with me and even helped me find the best way to store some larger items in another closet we weren’t even redoing to help maximize our storage space. Keith (our design consultant) was very accessible and responsive via email throughout the whole process from initial consult to installation. He even followed up after installation to make sure everything was to our liking. The closets themselves are wonderful - everything fits perfectly and the shelving is excellent quality. Installation was relatively quick and very neat. I will definitely use California Closets in the future, especially with Keith as the design consultant.

She helped design two custom closets for (smaller) NYC apartment - one walk in master closet and one entry-way closet. I was very impressed with her and would recommend using her for future services! The design and build team were also extremely professional and clean. They completed their jobs in 1 days work.

I worked with Keith Johnson (Tribeca showroom) to fit out all the closets in my newly renovated UWS apartment. Keith was a joy to work with. Aside from being responsive and timely, some of the best parts of the experience were:1. Keith is an experienced designer and helped me maximize the closet space I have, which is not much in a Manhattan pre-war coop. He found extra space for me.2. He provided important logistical suggestions to improve form and function (eg. cutting back the top shelf to maximize light; maximizing vertical height while assuring boxes and things had enough clearance).3. He designed each closet with me over a Zoom call where I could see everything and ask questions as we went.4. He is a good listener! I could tell he understood my aesthetics and storage needs. It made the whole process so much more efficient.5. He was able to make changes quickly.6. He or someone in his office got back to me quickly when I emailed.7. He and Cali Closets were very flexible re: changes and install dates. Even though they dont have a lot of leeway, they worked with me to find solutions. This is SO important when youre stressed out in the middle of renovation delays.8. Keith and everyone I spoke with were helpful and nice. Some vendors make you feel like theyre cutting off an arm to help you. Keith and his colleagues were realistic about expectations but always over-delivered. So refreshing!

Owning a “California Closet” is like a dream come true. When I attempted to design my small, uniquely spaced, walk-in closet, I was so lost. However, the designer Brian Ogle created a space I could have never imagined. He took precise measurements of the space and of my clothing. Then, he made a remarkable design in a matter of minutes. I was blown away. He listened to all my wants and needs and catered to them all. I was so impressed that I even had him design my reach in closet layout, which I had not even planned to do. After the closet was installed, I was nervous my 6 rolling racks of clothes (hubby’s too) and endless pairs of shoes wouldn’t all fit—BUT IT DOES! It fit just as Brian planned. I’m still in awe. From start to finish, working with Brian and the installers has been a dream. Brain always followed up and even modified things just days before install. The installers were excellent as well! Very clean and courteous. I am extremely satisfied and will be recommending Brian and California closets to everyone.
We had a great experience with Alexis. She helped us create better function and space within our daughters small NYC walk-in closet. We are so happy with the final outcome. The wood finish is beautiful. Everything Alexis recommended was perfect for us and fit our needs. She was extremely professional and was able to get this done for us quickly and safely during the COVID-19 pandemic. The designer they sent over, Jennifer, was pleasant, polite, and so accommodating. She went through multiple iterations of multiple projects with us and stayed over two hours to help show us all of our options. She was responsive and professional by email and even called unprompted to ask us if we wanted to move our date up when they had a cancellation. The team arrived on time and worked quickly and thoroughly, they even made a reasonable effort to work quietly while my baby was sleeping even though I never asked them to. I thought both of my projects would take a whole day, but they were finished in half a day and both spaces look amazing and work perfectly in my small apartment. I know there are cheaper companies out there, but for the quality and the service I would 100% use California Closets again.
Keith Johnson is a pro! He has a great eye for details, he knows his product, and he pays attention to the individuals needs. And, he is a delightful person to work with. The process is quite efficient. After Keith took measurements, he was able to input the measurements into his computer program and within minutes he showed us the computer generated drawings of the design. The company has a realistic time line for manufacturing the components. The installers have a wealth of experience and did a great job. I am looking forward to unpacking and moving in to my new closet.
With Covid 19 and living in a different state, planning 4 closet designs can be a challenge. However, Maria Castro with California Closets NY NY did an excellent job hearing what we needed and designing the perfect closets all on zoom. I highly recommend Maria. She managed the design and the installation, which was professionally done and all the work was done in a timely fashion.
Worked with Kim Vanwoesik from California Closets to create a wardrobe solution for our master bedroom. She was very attentive and took great care to design a closet that fit all our needs and accomodated a few odd conditions of the room. The wardrobe looks great! Highly recommend California Closets and Kim.
Worked with Kim from CC and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Not only did she assist with the design of a new closet but also helped us retrofit an existing walk-in closet despite the material/color of the latter being discontinued. She was able to special order the needed pieces and get them delivered to us. In addition, Kim successfully navigated a number of challenges related to the installation of our new closet post Covid-19. Excellent customer service!!! Highly recommend!
I worked with Rachel who is professional, responsive and excellent at design. She listened to what we were trying to achieve in the kids closets and quickly turned it into a digital design that I could see and understand. Her communication throughout the process was impeccable, and I am happy to relay that the piles on the floor have miraculously disappeared after the closet installation.
We absolutely LOVED working with Kim at California Closets. She was extremely organized, professional and responsive - even with last minute changes and some unique work-arounds in our pre-war apartment. We did a full master closet wall, pantry closets off the kitchen and a simpler reach-in 2nd bedroom closet. The installation was quick (a few days) and completely seamless. From the start of our experience with the Sales person/Designer thru to the professional installation, our experience was stellar. During the initial consultation our designer, Kim Van Woesik, was professional, swift, and precise. She understood our needs and quickly translated it into a straightforward design. We waited a few weeks for installation and they installed on the exact dates promised. Our installer, Ariel Decclesiss and his Assitant were professional, super clean and respectful of our home. They asked a few questions to ensure the installation was flawless and then executed perfectly. I’d recommend California Closets and this team in NYC without reservations.
I needed 2 closets redesigned to maximize their storage space, and 1 wall unit built into a very weird nook in my bathroom. I worked with Megan Garcia. She came over the looked at the closets and weird nook, asked about my storage needs and took measurements. She was able to design the new spaces and show me materials all in one appointment. It was super efficient and Im thrilled with the results. I dont even have enough stuff to put in all of the new storage space that I have, which is a situation that is normally impossible to conceive of when you are living in NYC. I would absolutely work with Megan and CC again.They also uninstalled and removed the existing closet materials!

I cannot speak more highly of my experience with California Closets. I worked with Kim Vanwoesik in a new home that was being renovated as we went through the COVID situation, so as a given, everything was confusing and challenging. Kim was a consummate and utter professional. She was almostp instantly responsive, met with me via zoom to work up the design (which was turning a small room off the master bedroom into a closet), and accommodated last minute changes to the design. She also helped me keep the price point down, which was fantastic because this process was not cheap. I couldn’t recommend this experience any higher, and if you get to work with Kim on your project, I can guarantee you it will be fantastic to work with her, and the end result will be stunning.
Mario Castro is the designer/consultant -- an excellent job reviewing and suggesting changes to our closets, for which she was also available at all times for questions. A seamless process, which takes on importance in this pandemic era. In brief, we described what we wanted and within what budget and she drew up an ideal plan with multiple options for change and finish. The installation was also superb, respectful with our family life and WFH situation. Two thumbs up across the board!

I dont know what else to say about Keith from California Closets other than he is amazing. He did a terrific job planning our closet. He was so kind and patient...we had A LOT of questions. Keith even took the time to call us a few times to talk us through a few things we had questions about. He was prompt in getting back to us via email and very knowledgeable in what works and what doesnt. If I ever have another closet that needs to be built, I will FOR SURE be working with Keith again. He was lovely, accommodating and I really cannot write enough nice things about him!

I used California Closets to install 2 bedroom closets as well as a large under the stairs storage solution. I worked with Kim Van Woesik to design the spaces and not only was she incredibly knowledgable and excited to help me with this process, she walked me through every step of the way and helped create the closets of my dreams. We worked virtually with Brian Ogle to design a full wall of closets and storage for our postage stamp sized pied a terre in Long Island City. Brian is extremely skilled with CCs design software. It was very comfortable working with him in a zoom-type meeting. He is also enthusiastic, creative and fun to work with. He suggested enhancements, such as lighting, that made the units more functional for us.He came to the apartment to do socially-distanced measurements which must have been challenging because none of the surfaces were straight.Then a few weeks later it was a two day installation. The installers were professional and efficient. Everything came out perfectly and exceeded our expectations. Five stars for quality, creativity and a positive customer experience!

Kelly Parham was excellent. She helped us design a kitchen pantry and a front hall closet. She presented many different options and helped get our very blank slate project to something we are very proud of. The added organization has been extremely useful and she has designed it in a thoughtful manner with sliding drawers so we get the most out of it.
I worked with Erika to envision a walk-in closet that provided ample room and accessibility in a tight space, the layout for which was not obvious. She designed a highly functional and visually appealing space and was a true pleasure to work with. Wood samples and guidance on lighting and electrical work were part of the job. We had a wall unit made for our bedroom to replace a very old one that the prior owner installed but that we used for 30 years. Our new wall unit takes the same footprint but permits much more storage. Ms. Allegra Pennisi was our designer and she was extremely professional, responsive, patient, and moved our project along at the appropriate speed given the COVID-19 pandemic restraints. From the salesman (Keith in NY) through to the installers, this was the easiest part of home renovations and half the price of millwork estimates. Everyone was prompt, professional and expedient. They were transparent in explaining differences between traditional millwork and their product. They had streamlined samples to choose from. My only gripe was lead time (I had to compete with the holidays) and the fact that they are clearly busy because it is a great product, but well worth the wait and when they showed up it got done asap. Recommend highly.

2022-01-07We decided to use California Closet for storage needs, as we wanted to take advantage of the space in our home as efficiently as possible. Personally, I wanted to improve my closet space, as I had been struggling for the last several years to find dresses or tops, because of how my closet space was organized.Keith was a great partner in designing and implementing a solution that met all of our needs. He listened to us and, in real-time, made updates to his designs to show us the results of our feedback. Together, we designed solutions that once installed, were beyond our expectations. The quality of the cabinets is superb, and we often receive comments from visitors on how perfect the designs are for the space.My personal favorite is my closet (of course, I had a vested interest!). First, it is better than I even expected. Every part of the closet is used efficiently. One of my favorite things we did is we created a space for my shoes in a corner that we thought might be dead space.We couldnt have done this without Keiths collaboration in listening to our concerns and working with us to find solutions. I no longer have the issue where I cant find a garment because of the way Keith designed the space.I absolutely recommend California Closets and Keith, specifically, if you have the chance to work with him.

It was a large project, and we went through many iterations of the design before we were satisfied. Kims experience and insight was invaluable. 2022-01-21I moved into a small apartment in New York city and needed to maximize space. Kim Vanwoesik worked with me to create a useful and beautiful closet, taking into consideration all of my needs. There was a lot of communication throughout the entire process. Everything that was promised was delivered, including the installation date and getting the approval from the building. The installation went smoothly and the 2 installers, Ryan and Matt, were delightful. The quality of the furniture is superior. I would highly recommend California Closets. It is expensive, but worth it.

2022-01-05We had custom closets installed in our NYC condo. California Closets was recommended by our building manager. From the first call to the time they left our condo it was a great experience. Kim Van Woesik was our designer and project manager. She gave us many options and guided us to the best design for our space. She gave us an install date and sent updates and reminders prior to install. She was proactive and supportive. The install happened on the scheduled date and time. The installers were respectful, efficient and clean. Loving our new closets thanks to Kim and California Closets.

2022-03-24Keith Johnson did an outstanding job designing the closets for the new apartment. He was very responsive to our needs, and demonstrated professionalism and creativity. His ability to transform our wishes and customize our closets was superlative. All work was done in a timely manner and we actually came in under budget. Keith is very responsive to changes and he is a wiz using CAD. (computer aided design). He was able to make design changes on the fly and present us with elevations while we were meeting via Zoom. He also gave us sage advice and steered in the best direction.. The closets are a masterpiece! Thank you Keith!

From the moment I opened the door of my home to the final installation Keith was always there for advice and support.Keith is not only kind but also professional, courteous, dedicated and love his work!! 2021-09-15We met with Keith Johnson at California Closets remotely to design a wall unit to house a murphy bed with lighting as well as multiple storage and office options. The design process went great and our final design was exactly what we were looking for. Keith was wonderful to work with, flexible, so knowledgeable and professional. Once designed, I came into the city to Keith at the showroom to choose final color and hardware options. Highly recommend doing this as colors were quite different in person than on zoom. Installation was on the 2 days committed to at the beginning of the process. The installation team (Ariel and Matthew) were probably the best installation team Ive worked with on home projects. We are so happy with the final product but equally as happy with everyone we worked with. I highly recommend requesting Keith Johnson to start your project. California Closets did a great job and the murphy bed is awesome!

2022-04-29Price point for what I wanted was similar (cal closets Vs container store) so I decided to go with cal closets bc of the name. They did not disappoint! My designer Keith Johnson did an AMAZING job! Any question or thought I had, he had great recommendations and you could tell he knew so much about the design and use of the space. Very professional and on time, highly recommend!
