I went shopping in here because CK clothes fit my body well. One suggestion, make sure you find your own stuff. The girl I requested for help from was completely useless. She said they have nothing of what I was looking for... which was a black t-shirt mind you... and so I walked out of the dressing room and around the store and found three, and I saw her walk right near one of the tables on which I found 2 of the three shirts I picked up. 🤦🏽♀️
Hours of operation are incorrect, they are supposed to open at 11am on Sundays but I called and they said noon. Terrible customer service!
Very organized and clean. Everything is folded neatly and easy to look through. No overcrowded racks. Helpful but not pushy associates. Great selection with many colors and sizes available. Go an hour before close and youll be the only one in the store. Its a fantastic and relaxing way to shop in a normally crowded atmosphere.

I bought a belt, and the first time that i wore it, it broke. I went back to the store and they said because i didnt have the receipts, they couldnt return it or exchange it for something else, long story short, they wanted to give me credit 4 dollars when i pay almost 40, what a steal.

I been in many CK stores and I can say this is the worst customer services I have ever experienced, cashiers are very rude as slow , prices are marked a price and where your purchase they charges you a different price .when I noticed the person that attended me madison was her name didn’t even apologizes, so while I was waiting there’s another one that tells me I can’t be laying in the clOthes if I want to sit should I go outside . At this moment I’m already frustrated I had to hold myself to not say something. Worst experience ever .very disappointed at how they treat people in this place
Please read carefully before entering this establishment. If you like to be spoken rudely to for no reason. This is your spot. If you want to be shouted at for no reason. This is your spot. If you want racist comments about your culture. This is your spot. I would go here just to be entertained and hear things I didnt know existed. Clothes are fine. But the people working here especially the cashier, can spoil your day even if you had just won a lottery. I asked for the manager to complain about this situation. This is their reply (without telling the manager.) Please talk to me or leave you @&�/3 I really want to see how they reply to this. Generic answer I am pretty sure.
This store is located at the Tanger Outlets in Deer Park. Close to Commack Road. Restaurant and movie theater near by. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Staff is very accommodating. Reasonably priced. Many items on sale. You have to do a little Hunting, but you should be able to find what youre looking for. We will definitely be going back.

Pretty good prices compared to retail and as expected with outlets. a hit or miss selection. The cash register process seems to take quite some time, so expect lines and waiting.

What is interesting is, the clothing with the discount at this outlet is more expensive than their same brand in the discount stores. I am of the opinion that if you open a store in an outlet mall the prices should be a bit reasonable.

2017-10-14Always a sale here. Be sure to check the deals and coupon stack. There is complimentary wifi an phone charging here. There are two chairs to sit down here if youre shopping with someone who might take awhile and the charging station is conveniently placed next to the chairs.

I enjoy the aesthetic which makes the store pop.The staff is very friendly and is willing to help you find the right size when needed.The prices are fantastic in comparison to say the mall; I dont know why youd ever shop at a mall these days besides to browse.

2021-05-12First time in Calvin Kline even, my experience was better than expected. Left with two jeans for les that $120. They have phenomenal specials. If its your first time you can become a member and get additional discounts on top of the one they already have. I like quality stuff, but like to get the most out my buck. I call is shopping smart. I may have the money, but definitely not try to spend it all.
