Homes are of good construction. The actual developments they’re built in however aren’t engineered correctly at all. Poor water runoff. Narrow and unsafe roads with no egress for pedestrians or adequate room for emergency vehicles in the event of traffic in the opposing direction. And Camelot insists on working year round at the detriment of people already living there. Essentially Camelot is money grabbing and playing fast and loose -take from that what you will.
