Beautiful and solid Italian craftsmanship furniture is sold at this store. I ordered a bedroom set online and had it shipped from the East Coast to the West Coast. The furniture was packaged very well. The quality, 100 percent made in Italy, is amazing. Do not hesitate to order online. The customer service is superb. Great customer communication with David. Highly recommend this store. Will definitely order again in the future.

These guys have been a pleasure to work with on all fronts. Pricing, service, quality of product, delivery, etc. It’s clear from my experiences with them, that they are professionals at what they do best. Three years ago, I bought two bedroom sets from them & a couch; All have turned out exactly as I had hoped. I now went back to them to buy 2 more pieces to add to my bedroom set & would definitely buy from them again.
My husband Bob and I ordered three bedroom sets and had them delivered to our home in Michigan. Dimitri helped walk through the bedrooms and sent us text messages of their in store bedroom collections which was great. With Dimitris help and guidance we ordered 3 bedroom sets that are absolutely gorgeous and great quality. A piece of hardware was missing from my bedroom set. It came from Portugal. It took a while but we finally did get the piece that we needed. I’m very satisfied and happy with the result.

I was delighted when I received my new office furniture, until I went to set it up and noticed a problem. Immediately emailed the salesperson providing photos of the problem. My requests to resolve the issue have been ignored for several days by the salesman. Very disappointed, but still hoping for a positive outcome soon.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Canal Furniture and our sales rep Dimitri. We ordered an Alf Italia king bedroom set (Versillia) a couple of months ago. The set arrived this past Saturday, and it is absolututly beautiful. Everything was perfect. I don’t usually like to buy big ticket items online, but with Canal everything was smooth and positive (great price, great quality and great service). Purchasing online can be a questionable experience! However, buying a piece of furniture sight unseen can be down right scary. Canal Furniture has demonstrated the highest honor in honesty, quality, service and support. We ordered the accademia dining room table and Forza (A761) leather sectional. The table looks good online but amazing in my home. Its heavy solid wood with great design. Its so nice we are looking to get it covered with a glass top. The leather sectional has great detail and color but most importantly is super sturdy for a 62 stocky man. We recently did a home renovation and went with a modern look. The furniture make our home look like a Manhattan apartment. The best thing is we didnt pay Manhattan prices and my wife cant stop smiling. Delivery to Staten Island was top notch and took less than 20 minutes to assemble using 3 workers. I highly recommend Canal Furniture.

I have been shopping at Canal Furniture for about 10+ years. I have always been very pleased with every aspect of my Canal Furniture experience. I have always found my saleperson, Nathan, to be very knowledgeable about their furniture. I am not good at matching things together. He makes suggestion as to what will look good together, as well as what he thinks I would like, and when all these things are pulled together, they look beautiful. I ordered furniture that I had seen out of state. I was concerned that I was not familiar with this store, but with very little problem, I ordered what I wanted, and it was delivered with white glove service within a short time after I ordered. The furniture is high quality and is beautiful, it arrived in perfect condition and was completely assembled in my home. I could not be more pleased.
Very large store with 3 floors of furniture, couches, tables etc. The couches were mostly leather, only 2 were made out of microfiber looking material. The designs were similar to what Ive seen online, but as to my personal taste they appeared to be more office / commercial like furniture instead of cozy home.Sales person on the main floor was helpful and knowledgeable.If you are looking for leather couch this is a good place to check out! If you are looking for a microfiber, wool etc upholstery they only had two at the time of my visit.Another thing to note is that most furniture there is for large spaces. I have a pretty big (700 sf) 1 bedroom apartment, but nearly all of the furniture was too large for it.Also if you are looking for commercial or office space couches this might be a good fit!

I purchased a bed online from Canal Furniture; I was a little hesitant to order such a large piece without seeing it but the service from Canal was excellent, they were able to deliver the bed less than a week after I placed my order, and it looks great.

Great store with great quality! I really liked this furniture store! The salesmen are very attentive and helpful in finding whatever it is you are looking for and even if they dont have it, they may refer you to a different store. Surprizingly, for Italian quality and modern furniture look they have SOME pieces reasonably priced (while many furniture pieces are rather expensive). I ended up getting a bedroom set there and 4 dining room chairs and wish I discovered this place earlier! Check it out and dont be afraid to climb up to 2nd and 3rd floor - they have many more options there!

I have looked for the Teodora table for some time. I found them on the web. Walked in to their store and ordered the table. Table is GORGEOUS. Delivered 5 days later. You guys are awesome! I will be back!

2022-06-17It was an all around excellent experience. Canal furniture truly delivers. The bedroom set that I bought was even more beautiful that I expected. Order confirmation and shipping was all completed and set up within a couple of days. The furniture was delivered a couple of days later via white glove delivery. The guy was a total professional, assembled everything and cleaned up and removed all the boxes and packaging. I am so happy with the experience that I just placed another order for a couch!

2022-06-07Its always a little scary buying a major item from an out-of-town, online seller. I have to tell you all that Canal Furniture is the real deal! I was very pleased with my experience from beginning to end. They were very professional to deal with, they promptly communicated with me and answered my many questions, I got a great price, the (huge and heavy) beautiful table that I ordered was new and in perfect condition, and the shipping was FAST and carefully executed. I dont usually leave reviews, but Canal Furniture deserves a good one. I recommend them highly.

I went to 3 different places for the same product -but- Dimitriy at Canal furniture was willing to go above and beyond to describe/show me the piece they didn’t carry as a sample. No hassle, no pressure to buy. Fast delivery and cleanup by the crew. I would recommend anyone looking for a modern upgrade to visit the showroom.

2022-04-27Been driving all around town looking for furniture in stock. Yeah, I get that the pandemic has created this supply chain issue, and waiting is the norm. But I didnt have to wait. I got a super popular sectional delivered within 3 days. Will be coming back. As you know that icky feeling you get sometimes when shopping for things like cars because you get stuck with an overbearing salesperson?? Not here. They gave me plenty of space, were very patient, and made me feel welcomed. Thank you for the awesome service!!!

2021-10-25I couldnt believe this place sold the exact bedroom set we were looking at for much cheaper and offered free delivery. When we first moved into our original house, my parents bought us a beautiful bedroom set made by Alf Italia. The quality of the furniture was incredible and offered a nice modern touch. Unfortunately, the only place we knew that offered this brand of furniture was at a Chinese furniture shop in Brooklyn. Fast forward to present, we are looking to upgrade to a king size bedroom set for our new house. We went back to the furniture store in Brooklyn, but the manager stated we need to order more items to get a price break, as just ordering the headboard and frame would be over $2300+ and we had to pick it up! We initially didnt know what brand our original bedroom set was, but we knew it was from the store in Brooklyn and it was made in Italy. I was able to snap , a couple photos, and identified the brand and model of the bedroom set we liked. A simple Google search revealed Canal Furniture stocked the same bedroom set! Not only was it cheaper, but they offered free shipping! We went with the Versilia with two nightstands, which came out cheaper than if we just ordered the headboard and frame from the store in Brooklyn. Customer service was VERY RESPONSIVE in the chat. Highly recommend buying from this place! Delivery personnel were very careful in moving from their truck to my garage. Will definitely buy from Canal Furniture again!
