Ive seen the gate or entrance of the park on the West St is closed. Park is not maintained well.. And no visitors are seen inside. But it has a good number of trees and shadows. I havent seen any seating inside. But the walkway looked clean in red ceramic brick. No public restroom is available here. No water, no food.

Now this is a Park. One of the largest parks in NYC. So much history. Do not go here without googling it. Almost every spot has history and decades of use. From Cleopatras Needle to the Castle, to Strawberry Fields. Truly a place to go again and again and.....
