Weve used this place twice in 2019, and are now returning to use it in May of 2022. They are very courteous and professional. They also are quick to arrive as soon as you let them know you are passing through customs.
Wow, this parking lot was an excellent find on google. We texted Charles to make the reservation and he told us to text him a half hour before our arrival. Charles met us at his lot on time with his Mercedes van. We parked, hopped in the van and were at the airport in 5 minutes. Charles knows all the ins and outs of jfk. Upon our arrival We texted Charles and he was waiting for us as soon as we stepped outside. Can’t beat the price for such excellent service. We will be back :)
C&D Parking is the best kept secret for parking at JFK. I was a little skeptical when I found them on Yelp. But the reviews made me take a chance the first time I used them. This is my second time using them, because after the first time I knew I would never use another parking service at JFK.This is not a conventional, big company, commercial parking service. Its a small operation run by Charles - and that is the beauty of it! Once you can get comfortable with the fact that his parking service is a little bit unconventional, you will find that its AWESOME!You drop you car off at Charles small, private, fenced/locked lot, and they take you directly to your terminal in their Mercedes van within 5 minutes of your arrival. Because its a small operation, you usually are the only customer in the van. The rates are extremely reasonable.Upon your return flight, you just text Charles when you land, and then one of his drivers comes and picks you up curbside in your own car! You just put your bags in your own car and you are on your way home - no return to the lot! No shuttle to deal with when you just cant wait to get back on the road and get home!You car will be well taken care of. Charles and his team are extremely trustworthy and super friendly. Fast, friendly, convenient, great value, easy to deal with, no crowds - just a great service. You will not be disappointed if you use C&D! I just hope Charles doesnt grow the business too big! Its perfect the way it is!
Most ecnomical and best service. He dropped us at the airport and picked us up in timely manner. Very professional and generous person. He also fixed door mirror for my car when we told him we have to drive back to Canada. I recommend him strongly.
It was a great experience. Fully recommend. It is a small lot so you will want to book in advance. You cant really beat the price. Dropping off to the airport with a family of 4 was very easy and the pick up after or trip was fast as well. A++++
Very happy with the service and level of communication with Charles. Good pricing, great service - offered to bring our car to the airport after a long trip home overseas - so we could leave directly from the terminal, which was great. Met other couples in the shuttle when I dropped my car off, who were happy, repeat customers - always a good sign. Again, Charles communication and responsiveness - top notch. Highly, highly recommend!
Im another satisfied customer. In addition to his competitive rate, after dropping off our car, Charles took us to our hotel where we stayed the night before our early morning flight. On return, he picked us up within 10 minutes of calling in our own car. We were able to drop him off just outside the airport and proceed on our way home without any fuss. We will definitely use this service again and recommend it to others without reservation.
I will most definitely use C&D in the future! The price is very reasonable and the vehicle drop-off, shuttle to the airport, and pick-up all went seamlessly. Charles and his wife - this is a family establishment - were professional, courteous, accommodating, and punctual. My vehicle was unscathed so I can say with confidence the vehicles are well stored and cared for. And it was extremely convenient to have my car driven to the airport when I returned from my 11-days trip abroad in order to be able to leave directly from there to go home! Charles & his wife make a fantastic team. I called Charles back in June and reserved my spot for our November trip. Finding the location was easy and more painless than I imagined (first time driving through the city/boroughs before!) and Charles was very thorough in looking over my vehicle when I parked it...I could tell he cared about his business and had integrity. Took us right to our gate, came back a week later and texted Charles at baggage claim and within 15 minutes our vehicle was there (and WARM!) waiting for us. Definitely the best deal around and I felt my vehicle was left in good hands...plan to use C&D next October for another trip out of JFK!
I am writing at Charles’ request in response to a recent negative review stating that his driver had been rude to him. Four of us were in the vehicle returning from the airport and witnessed her end of the conversation. She calmly explained that she was on her way. She also explained that it was important that she be called 30 minutes prior to arrival.I use Charles’ service several times a year. I have each time had good service and been treated professionally. I enthusiastically recommend this business.
I would highly recommend C & D Long Term Parking. It was reasonable, close to the airport and they drove me to the airport and picked me up right at the terminal. Charles is personable and professional, and so is his wife who accompanied him when I returned. They actually had to make an extra trip back to get me since my luggage was delayed. They even offered to drop my car off at the airport. They are awesome.It seems a little odd at first to be driving into a neighborhood in Queens NY to drop off your car, but no worries! My car was well taken care of😊 I will definitely be a return customer! Thanks Charles.
We could not be happier with C & D parking! By far the best prices, with a free shuttle. This hard working family man (Charles) knows the airport like the back of his hand and even has the flight schedules memorized. He made sure we were picked up, dropped off on time and our car was well taken care of. My husband and I travel around the world and will be using this company every time now!! It was a little hard to find initially but he was super responsive to calls and texts!
I travel plenty for work. On my last trip, which was a long one, I lost my old parking spot on short notice! Thankfully Charles was able to accommodate me and my vehicle. Given the uniqueness of the experience, Charles and his wife are nothing but timely and professional in every way! The prices are great, and the service is fantastic. Charles was amazing. Easily the best long-term parking experience Ive had. Just a few minutes from JFK, he got us to the gate quickly on departure and was waiting at the curb when we landed. No waiting for a shuttle or driving around dropping multiple people at their cars. Charles brought us directly to our vehicle and got us on our way home in a flash. The price is right, and best of all, youre supporting a local entrepreneur when you park with C&D. I couldnt recommend Charles more highly.
Charles runs a great operation that is well priced. He takes service and client care very seriously, it only took him 5 min to pick me up at the terminal. Also, my plans changed towards the end of my trip so I texted him at 2a his time and he responded immediately. I was extremely satisfied with my experience with C&D.
At first I was a little unsure about such an unusual parking solution, but after reading reviews and contacting Charles, I was happy to give C&D a try. First of all, Charles is very professional and courteous, and everything about dealing with him was a breeze. Despite what other reviewers have said, I had no trouble finding him at all using Google Maps. He was ready for us at our appointment time, and drove us to JFK very quickly. Upon our return, we texted him and he was at the airport to pick us up within minutes. There were absolutely no problems with the whole experience, and it was less expensive than any other JFK long term parking we found. I would use Charles again without hesitation. Great service!!
Everything about the experience was great. Charles was super friendly and helpful. Our car was stored very safely; I had zero concerns while gone out of the country for over a week. Using Charles and his JFK service not only saved me money but my girlfriend and I were treated like family. Charles operates a well-organized business and is very professional in his inspection of your car before you leave as well as logging all your flight information for your return. We texted him the moment we landed and notified him again when we had collected our bags for pickup. My friend and I drove from NC to NY to hop on a plane overseas for a week and didn’t want to spend a small fortune on parking. We found Charles on Google and though we were hesitant at first, this was the absolute best decision! Charles is very professional and personable. Great service. Very friendly staff. Dropped my car off at C&D at 6 AM and Charles was there to greet me. In less than 15 minutes I was then at airport terminal. When I returned, I called Charles from baggage claim and in less than 15 minutes he was outside the terminal to greet me. Best service, and most affordable and a real pleasure to do business with. I will use C&D everytime I fly out of JFK. You will not be disappointed.
Charles was incredibly professional, hardworking, and punctual! I was a bit wary of using an outside service because I had a tight schedule and a rental car, but the reviews reassured me, and upon meeting him, I was instantly comfortable. He was warm and efficient and got me to my gate in a very timely manner while driving safely and providing a very interesting conversation. He told me to call him when I cleared customs, which I did, and when I got outside after claiming my baggage, he was right there. In the end, MUCH cheaper and more efficient than using the public parking and you will be contributing to the business of a very hardworking, honest, responsible man.
I had a really good experience with them. Good long term prices, no hassles or hidden charges. Parked the car, dropped us to the airport immediately, on return picked us up on time, got the car back and went our way back home. Charles is a real easy person to deal with, very friendly and accommodating.
I cant recommend Charles and the rest of the C & D parking team enough. The initial scheduling and communication involved were a breeze. Drop-off was simple, we went directly to their house and then were driven directly to the airport. Although it may seem unusual at first, I promise its worth it.Before leaving for the airport we took a look at my car to note any dings / dents and also provided my mileage. There was no reason not to trust them but this was nice for peace of mind.We were out of town for 16 days and when we came back we texted Charles once we landed. Then another text when we were at baggage claim and they arrived within minutes. He drove my car directly to the airport so we hopped in the car and were on our way. Not only was this the best parking experience Ive ever had, it was also FAR AND AWAY the most inexpensive option. If youre flying out of JFK you have to park here.
I can’t see why anyone would give this business anything but 5 stars!! We parked our car for almost 2 weeks and had absolutely no issues! The owner was very responsive to our messages and communicated well. The location is great and the prices were the best for airport parking! The owner even had our car started and the heater on to warm up the interior of the car when we got picked up from the airport as it was very cold out. We will definitely be using this company for all our airport parking from now on!! Keep up the awesome work C&D!
Charles is great! He is friendly and professional. This was our first time flying out of JFK, so we werent sure which places were good for parking, but after reading all the positive reviews, we decided on C&D. We left right away for the airport after arriving at his house, got to the airport with plenty of time, and after we returned he was there in like 5 minutes after calling him to let him know we landed. Definitely would use C&D Parking again!
At the beginning my husband, and I felt a little weird about leaving our car. After we arrived they automatically checked our car, and checked the mileage with us. When we arrived back home, we just called Charles and he arrived with our car. Our car was exactly how we left it. He was very fast and efficient! Charles service is everything as described. I was a little skeptical with his location, but once I met him my mind was set to rest. He is responsible, kind, easy to deal with and most importantly fast! He takes your card, races you to the airport to make your flight on time. My trip was extended and I forgot to call him, he was waiting for me at the airport and called me in Spain to remind me. He said it was no problem and was there when I came back within 5 min of getting my bags. Great service, will definitely use him again. My car was well taken care of and the price was absolutely reasonable.
I found Charles (C & D Cheap JFK Parking) here in a google search. I saw all of the positive reviews and figured, why not give it try? So I did, and discovered what everyone else already knew - Charles is the most polite and professional guy! I arrived, we processed the transaction quickly and he immediately dropped me off at the airport. Two weeks later I arrived back, and it was freezing outside - he came in to the terminal to find me so I would not have to wait outside. HE IS THE BEST!
Charles did an exceptional job for us! We arrived 1 1/2 hours ahead if our scheduled time with him, calling him 30 minutes prior to our arrival and he met us at his house. He was professional in recording car and flight details. After our trip we called from baggage pick up and he met us at the airport terminal with our car so we were underway right from the airport. If we fly from JFK again we certainly would use his service. He and his wife did an outstanding job!
After reading all of the great reviews online, my husband and I decided to book parking with C & D while we were traveling for 2 weeks. From the start it was a smooth process. Charles was quick to reply back to my inquiry and he was on time and prompt for both drop off and pick up. We plan on using C & D in the future for long-term parking. Charles gave us an awesome service. We travel with 2 babies and Charles offered us to pick up our car in the airport so we will save time and effort with the kids, strollers, and car seats. We just returned today. We wait for less than 3 minutes in the pick up area. Our car was exactly as we left it 3 weeks ago.This parking lot is not the cheapest one in the area but the great service that Charles offers and the trust that you will find your car just as you left it worth every penny.I definitely recommend this long term parking. I will use it again for sure!!
We found this online, on the way to the airport, as we searched for a cheaper alternative for parking. I was a little dubious, as it involved coming to Charles house, then being driven to the airport, and my car being taken somewhere I didnt know. But I thought, well, I know where he lives - so it cant be a scam.I was right about that. I saw Charles lovely house, and kids. Hes a sweet guy, and it immediately felt like being driven to the airport by a friend or family member. The airport was only minutes away, and he knows the shortcuts, and all the lore and arcana hes accumulated over the years about where and when the lines are long, etc. And the return was just as good; he was right there when I got the baggage, and I was at my car in a few minutes. Definitely better than any parking lot shuttle.Charles started doing this when he lost his job (I think it was) five or six years ago, and didnt immediately find other work. My impression was that he originally intended this to be short-term, but its worked out well for him. I am so happy for him that he figured this out, and I am very happy to bring him more business. Though I dont get the impression he needs more!
Excellent service- Fifteen minutes after pulling up to Charles house, we were at JFK. When we returned, he arrived within 15 minutes of my call and took us directly to our car. The service is fast, professional and affordable. I already gave his number to two friends who are traveling from JFK this summer. His prices are excellent.
Charles is amazing and his service is wonderful!! Was driving up from VA to catch an international flight and was running late - he was able to meet me and my family at Alitalia with a luggage cart. It took away so much stress! 10 days later he was curbside within 5 minutes of leaving the terminal, all for less money than any other option. Such great, professional service! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for long term parking. We chose C&D on a whim, because our car service to the airport cancelled at the very last second. The reviews were fantastic and the price couldn’t be beat so we gave it a shot. Any time I called or texted someone got back to me immediately. They were ready for us the second we arrived and rushed us to the airport because we were running really late. When we returned from our trip they picked us up within minutes and had our car ready and waiting for us. We will definitely be using C&D JFK Parking every time we fly out of JFK!
Amazing experience for a very reasonable rate! Flying in and out of JFK can be a nightmare! Charles, the owner of C & D parking, runs an amazing operation. He took us to our terminal in less than 10 minutes and when we returned from Europe late at night, he was quick to pick us up. I also enjoyed talking to him in French. We were gone for 2 weeks and our rate was cheaper than taking a taxi from our friends house (they live about 30 minutes from JFK).
What an incredible experience! Charles was exceptionally professional and accommodating! He was unable to drive our party of 6 and all of our luggage so he met us at JFK and picked up our vehicle as we unloaded at the check-in area.When we landed and called from baggage pickup, he met us immediately outside. What a great experience. We were running late when we dropped the car off and I was nervous. With most places that you park long term they fill a shuttle and then bus you to the airport which sometimes takes 30 mins. C&D had me checked in and at the airport in under 10 minutes. When my flight arrived I was picked up immediately upon walking out of the airport. 11/10 would recommend. Plus the obvious, you’re saving money! Will use exclusively from now on when flying out of New York. Thank you!

Great guy great service very accurate, price? i dont think you can beat that. I called Charles same day i was on my way from NJ to JFK was going away for 10 days he was able to host my car i was a new customer totally satisfied ,we parked my car then he drove me to the airport with his vehicle he helped me with the luggage and he was very friendly. On my way back i had an issue at the US border ended up losing my flight and i needed a document that was in my car, called Charles and he managed to fax it within 10 minutes he really saved me time and money. Charles was wonderful! I needed last minute parking because my other plan fell through. I messaged Charles around midnight before my 9:30am flight. He got back to me early in the morning with a quote that was $20 less than competitors and said it was ok to bring my car by. I hit traffic on the way to drop off the car but once we arrived he was speedy and efficient with checking the car in and getting us to the airport in less than 10 minutes. Pickup was also seamless and I couldnt be more grateful. I highly recommend C&D!
I have used C &D multiple times now. As others have noted Charles is very dependable, punctual, and friendly. The service is significantly better than all of the larger corporate services I have used, as well as the other self-run services in the JFK area.Rates are very good and car came back in good condition every time.Will definitely book with Charles again in future.

Found C&D through a web search and read the reviews... I was VERY pleasantly surprised to find that they were all accurate. C&D was easy, affordable, and VERY convenient. Set up by phone, dropped car at his place, at the airport in 10 mins. Best of all, he brought our car to us at the terminal when we returned, and then had his wife pick him up so we could leave directly from there - great after a red-eye!! Would highly recommend.
I found C&D on Yelp.Charlie, the owner, delivered exactly what he promised. This is the second time I use him. Both are as smooth as silk with a price as low as basement. Just the way I like it!During the past week, I left my car in his lot. And on Monday, I called him to pick me up at the airport. He was there already when I finished custom and baggage claim. He suggested to get all my family of 5 in his car to his lot, saving us at least 30 minutes compared with me going back to pick up my family again in the congested airport traffic.Highly recommend his service! First of all, thank you Charles for a great experience and an amazing service. Upon arriving to Jamaica, NY, I was lost. Charles took time out of his busy schedule to help find me in one of those streets and directed me to the location. Of course as many mention, you may think that its odd that you are arriving at a home, but do not worry, they provide excellent service and the best part is the affordable price. Highly recommended and I will make sure to use C&D Parking next time I fly out of JFK.
Great Service. Called in to get a quote for parking. A nice gentleman told me to text him the details of my trip, what type of car, etc. I got a text back with all details (pricing, location). They asked to call them 30 minutes before arriving at their location. On the way there, I called to let them know i will be arriving soon. When we got there, someone was waiting for us, took down the details, I made the payment and we got promptly dropped off at our departure terminal. We gave them return flight details and someone was waiting for is at the terminal. Fantastic service - no wonder they have five stars!! Will definitely use again.Update 9/17/2019 - left my car with them again for 10 days, as my wife and I took off to greece. Great service again! Kind and friendly, prompt drop off (we were running a little late). Got picked up at airport, car was up and running by the time we got back to the lot. Will use again in future.
Charles was as reliable as all previous reviews attest! I was a bit unsure, pulling into the residential area. Rest assured Charles was there to greet us, after a quick phone call. He delivered us to JFK, promptly. Our original return flight was cancelled, and Charles was very accommodating of our revised timeline. A bargain, and nice to support a small business owner. I will happily book with Charles, on my next JFK flight.
We used C&D after during a recent vacation and his service was great. Charles Dumay was waiting to pick us up when our flight landed as he automatically checked for flight changes. Good price, good service. Dont let the humble lot fool you. Car was safe and unused.
C&D parking provides excellent parking service. I was a bit worried because I have generally parked in hotels when flying out of the NY area. However, C&Ds service is far better than any hotel I have used to park my car. They dropped us off and picked us up at the airport terminal without any wait. Both these times, we were the only passengers in their shuttle. They are very prompt on text and call, and always respond right away. Their rates are very reasonable and I highly recommend using their service whenever flying through JFK.
The address to drop off your car is in a small Jamaica neighborhood, dont be afraid, Charles and his wife will take care of you and your car! We left our car for 12 days and when we got back, Charles offered to drop off the car at the airport so we can leave directly from there, perfect for us after a long trip back from Europe! I definitely recommend their services and will use it again next time! Thanks Charles!
Great alternative to the big off-site parking lots. Its definitely feels unusual at first, pulling up to a private home for long-term parking, but you wont have to wait for a shuttle, Charles will take you right straight to the airport from there, and hes very close. Upon return, we called him as soon as we landed, and he met us there with our car! No shuttling to a lot and waiting for your car, just hop in and drive home! Would definitely use again.
Just used Charles and his service while I was away for over two weeks. Charles was very courteous, professional and prompt both with departure and arrival. It was less costly than other bigger lots and I had door to door service both times (no shuttles!). Its nice to be able to support a small local business. Highly recommended and would definitely use Charles in the future.
We used the C&D Cheap JFK Long Term Parking services twice (the last time in the beginning of October, 2014) and we would warmly recommend them to anyone that is looking for budget but reliable parking services. Charles, who is running the operations, was very responsive and customer oriented in the whole process. For example, the last time he tracked our flight (we arrived earlier than expected) and he was waiting for us instead we have to call him upon our arrival. Charles is everything that everyone says he is!!!! This is honestly the best parking experience I’ve ever had. I texted him when I was 30m away and he was waiting for me at the lot. It took less than 5m to get to the airport, and on my return flight I texted him from baggage claim and he was there within minutes. Communication was amazing, he’s available 24hrs a day, and he is the sweetest man. I’m a single woman who traveled alone for the first time and he made me feel perfectly safe in very unfamiliar territory! My car stayed with him for a week and it cost me $103 cash. There is NOTHING better out there, guys. The buck stops with Charles!
We used C & D parking service for our 8 day trip abroad this summer.The communication by texting was very easy, straight-forward, and professional. I appreciated that we were given the option to pay by Venmo, PayPal or cash (you get a discount if you pay in cash) and was given a quote immediately after exchanging information about our trip. Admittedly, it felt odd dropping off our car at a person’s home, but Charles was assuring and courteous...and it helped that another customer was also there dropping off his car for a trip out of jfk. He took me, husband, and two toddlers with all our luggage, stroller, and car seats in the Mercedes van to JFK during rush hour in under 10 minutes!!! Pick-up was equally smooth - texted him once we got our luggage and he met us at the terminal exit with the Mercedes running. It was the easiest experience we’ve ever had with a parking service. My husband, who travels often and uses valet service at airports, was very impressed that I found C&D parking and vows to only used Charles when we travel out of JFK. Thank you, Charles!

Used c&d three times and was great. Charles is very helpful with getting to terminals and suggestions for easy pickup on the way back too. Car was as we left it and ready for us to go home. You drive to his house and he takes care of the rest.
I wish there was a higher ranking to more accurately reflect my experience. My family and I returned from 3 weeks in Europe to one of the coldest snaps I have ever experienced (I live in Canada). Charles waited an extra hour and a half at the JFK arrivals and had a big smile when we finally met; zero complaining. We arrived at his house to collect my car, and the car wouldnt start. Charles stood in the cold with a flash light so I could boost my battery and fix a loose connection. Boosting proved fruitless. He was outside in the freezing cold with me for an hour. I had to call AAA and he invited my family to wait inside his house while waiting for the AAA truck. Instead, we waited in his heated car as my kids were asleep. He finally saw us off at midnight (he picked us up at 10:00). He had nothing but smiles and good wishes for the new year. Charles turned a crappy situation into one that is retold as a story of incredible professionalism, helpfulness, and a great way to start the year.I would recommend, urge, people to use Charles services. Charles did a great job and was extremely professional. My wife and I were unable to find another JFK long term parking lot on a busy holiday weekend and Charles had space available. He promptly brought us to the airport from his parking lot and picked us up from the airport when we returned. His prices were reasonable and we plan to use him again.

I decided to park with this company after reading the reviews and Charles did not disappoint. It was my best parking experience I ever had! And I used a lot of companies in the past.I left my car here for three weeks. When he saw that I was traveling with my large family and many suitcases he offered to wait with my own car at the terminal upon my return, to avoid the hassle of multiple times loading and unloading the luggage into the shuttle. Highly Recommend! Mr. Charles had us to our terminal in less than 10 minutes after our car was parked. Upon our return, he met us, !WITH OUR CAR!, at the terminal, ready for us to drive home in less than 10 minutes. All for cheaper than any other service out there. Excellent service from start to finish. I was at first skeptical of this service but that skeptism went away fast. I felt comfortable with Charles right away and knew that my car would be in good hands while on vacation. I highly recommend C&D JFK LONG TERM PARKING. Wonderfully convenient and punctual waa the service we received here. When we came a person was waiying fir us early Sat morning. The car was kept perfectly safe and pickups was instantaneous. They knew when our flight arrived and immediately contacted with us to keep in touch until we settled into their van.I will definitely use them again and recommend it to others.

This was a fantastic experience. Charles was very fast and very courteous. Choose C&D! I emailed Charles to reserve a space. He told me to call him 24 hours before we leave, so I did. We showed up around 7am to drop off our car (me, boyfriend, and child). He drove us to our gate and helped with all the luggage.As soon as we landed I gave him a call. He was there to pick us up within 10 minutes and helped us not only get our luggage in the car, but he also helped me to get in the car too (I sprained my ankle on the trip).Basically, if youre looking for a very helpful, stress free and low cost way to get to the airport, then use Charles! We wont hesitate to call him next time. Dont be wary when you pull onto his street and dont immediately see a parking area. His parking spots are behind a gate and cant be seen from the street.
This is a great service. Under 10 minutes to airport, Charles will personally drop you off and pick you up. Very responsive, professional, he was waiting for me, so I had not got to wait at all on either end for a shuttle bus. He is also very resonable. Will definitely use again.
Charles runs the most affordable and convenient option for long term parking near JFK. Charles brought our car to us when we returned and arranged for someone to pick him up so we could go home right away. No need to wait for a shuttle, load, drive to the parking lot, unload and load again. Thats a relief after a long trip with children. Great place to park for a flight from JFK. We dropped our car off and Charles took us to the airport, about 10 minutes away. When we returned, we gave him a call and he was there within 10 minutes to pick us up. Great service at prices that are less than most of the valet lots around JFK. And no damage to our car. We will use him again, for sure.

Great experience. Very close to the airport and very responsive once we returned to the airport. From when i texted saying we were ready at the airport to when i was back sitting in my own car was 15 minutes. By far the fastest and most efficient airport shuttle i have personally experienced. The man is a gem. I and other members of my extended family have been using him for the past few years and have ALWAYS had nothing but exemplary service with a smile. The most recent trip was no exception. Everything went well, on time, car returned in great shape and Charles was there at the airport within 10 minutes of our calling. Little hesitant at first but Charles made us feel extremely comfortable at drop off. His place is 5 mins from JFK, so he got us there in no time. At pick up, I texted him at landing and after we got our bags. He told us to meet at Pickup area A outside the international terminal. I thought wed have to go back to his place, but he brought our van! This was great because we loaded up and headed home! I would definitely use again.
We loved using this service. They were prompt and friendly. We have 3 kids And car seats, so taking a shuttle to and from the airport adds a ton of time and hassle. It was amazing to just have the car picked up at departures and returned to us upon arrival. I’ll never use anything else!

I have to start off by saying that I never leave comments online, but the way he attended to us was Over the top. Charles offers a GREAT SERVICE for a cheap price. He drops you off at the airport and picks you up. When He first went to pick us up, we were delayed at customs and he came back to pick us up when we were done. I recently parked here when we took a trip to the Caribbean during the week of March 30th. As instructed, I called 15 minutes before arriving and Charles was waiting at the curb when we got to his lot. He took us immediately to the airport and even took us to a different entrance so as not to get stuck in traffic. When we landed, we called and Charles was waiting for us when we got out of the airport. Charles was very nice and I would definitely use this service again. I would highly recommend using this service.

First of all, I agree with the reviews here and yelp. Charles the owner/operator is a gentleman first and a good operator. I was quite surprised that I arrived at the listed street address. It’s a house near JFK. It’s not a parking lot!!! I almost thought it’s been a mistake. However, I was impressed by his manner and calm demeanor. He even dropped off my car at the curb at JFK terminal. So I am grateful. Price is very reasonable. I would go back again. Just remember, call first and confirm your time is okay. This is always a recommendation for any parking long term places.

My husband and kids were concerned on the way from CT that we were driving to someone’s personal home for parking. Literally Charles lives 5 min from JFK. My husband sat in the front seat and talked the way to and from airport. Charles is a lovely, personable and professional. He inspects your car along with mileage to prove he hasn’t driven your car. He drops and picks you up in front of terminal ASAP. Cheapest parking you will find in NYC. Will park here again. 3/2018
Who writes a review of a long-term parking business? Apparently I do. Charles leases a small lot and runs this business out of his home near JFK. You drive to his house and park there, he drives you to the airport and then moves your car to his lot. When you return he picks you up at the airport and brings you back to his place where your car is waiting. Initially I was skeptical, thinking it might be some sort of scam. But its not. I just returned from two weeks in France and can attest, like everyone else who has written a review, that this is a professionally run operation that is cheaper and better than its bigger competitors who are notoriously unprofessional. I will be using C&D every time I fly out of JFK. Now if only I could find a similar operation at Laguardia.
Used Charles service already twice.Sure weird to just leave your car with someone that does not have flashy signs outside, but its 100% worth it.Hard working small business owner - will continue using him on any trip out of JFK. Cheaper than taking a taxi from Brooklyn/ Manhattan two way too, if you stay for a week or less.

Charls was nothing short of professional! :D I parked my car in an open spot & he took me to the JFK which is 5 min away driving. On the day of my return, I called Charles only once I landed (I was away for 2 weeks) it was clear that he was expecting my call and asked me to call him when I pass the passport check and waiting for my suitcase. when I came out he was there waiting. a 5 min drive back to my car and Im off home. Just recently used his service on 1/24/2015. This is a small residence parking lot with roughly 15-20 spots. Charles was very professional and very timely when it came to my departure and arrival times. His rates of $10/day is the cheapest in town. I will definitely use his service again if taking a flight from JFK. At the beginning was worried about private residential parking but the area was maintained and fenced in. Will recommend to all. After parking, he will shuttle you to the airport and shuttle you back when you arrive back at JFK. Plus he is local and only 10 minutes from JFK; you cant ask for anything better than from a driver. Trust me his service is great.

Great service. You drop your car with them at a side street very near the airport, they then drive you to your terminal. The drop of point isnt a parking lot, so dont be surprised. They take your car to the lot.When you return, they come get you at the terminal and take you to your car. Its very fast and efficient and the staff is great. If youre lucky they might just bring your car to the terminal and you can leave right from the airport. We were very happy with the service.

We used C&D parking for our two week trip out of the country. Charles service was exceptional and beyond convenient. It was so good I referred his services to friends who were traveling the following week. From here on in we would not use any other parking or shuttle service besides C&D.
Do not be put off by the location. In fact, during busy times it may be an advantage because Charles has access to obscure entrances to JFK that few know. Nevertheless, this service is a diamond in the rough, Charles was professional and courteous. It is, by far, the best value in long-term JFK parking. We had skis and ski boots. He was more than accommodating. When we informed him that our luggage was slightly delayed, not a problem for Charles. He was on the ball, and at the pickup spot on arrival within minutes of texting him our pickup location.
As a midwestern, born and raised, I was a bit skeptical when I reserved a parking space, but I can tell you the service my wife and I received was beyond expectations. C & D were responsive to my calls and texts. They are friendly and engaging. Without hesitation, I will use their services again.

At first ill be honest it was a bit skeptical giving the fact i was not familiar with the process, but thanks to Charles he made the process as simple as me parking my vehicle and hoping into the plane! You can pay via Cash, credit card (additional charge applies) 10min to the airport even with traffic! He will get you there at all costs! My wife and I used Charles service while we were out of the country for 2.5 weeks. I was nervous about leaving my car, but like others, the amount of positive reviews made me feel confident. Upon returning at night, I immediately noticed damage done to the front bumper of my car - deep scratches, a gouge, and you can see that part of the bumper is no longer flush with the rest of the car. I immediately got down on my hands and knees and inspected the damage, and told the attendant that that wasnt there when we left the car. She looked a bit nervous, then said shed check, walked to the other end of the lot for a little bit while my wife and I talked about the damage. After some time had passed I walked over to where she was standing, behind another vehicle, and she was holding the piece of paper that we used to assess the car at drop off. On the piece of paper is an outline of the vehicle from different sides. There was a scribble on the side outline that the attendant had made at check in, to note some scratches on the side of the vehicle. What I had not seen before, and what looked newly added, were marks scribbled onto the front of the car (in different pen weight) that showed where the new damage was. She said see, it was here. I shook my head, but there wasnt really anything I could do to prove otherwise, so we drove home. The damage is immediately visible on the vehicle, there is no way I would have ever missed it. If the attendant had pointed it out, as he did the side scratches, I would have been super surprised - and way bummed out. My wife would have been too. It would be memorable.My gut instinct is that they damaged my car and either that lady scribbled the marks down onto the form while she was at the back of the lot, or someone else simply doctored the form after it happened. As other reviewers have noted - the lot is tiny, the cars are squeezed in like sardines. They have to play car tetris all the time Im sure, and there are a lot of objects/gates/steep ramps in and out to clip a car on.Im writing this review because I wanted to warn others about my experience, not to try to shake down Charles for money - I imagine that is a lost cause so I will not even bother. Like you, I was looking to save money for my trip and I was wood by the 5 star reviews on multiple platforms, many of which might be fake - there are multiple services that sell fake reviews for Amazon, Facebook, Yelp, etc. If you decide to use this parking service, make sure you protect yourself. I cant stress this enough - take a photo of the form you sign at the start which notes the damage. Have the attendant hold it up next to his face and give you a thumbs up. Take a video of your car, with the attendant there, and perhaps even have him verbally confirm everything. Otherwise they can easily change the sheet at any time and you really have no recourse but to warn others on the internet. With the damage done to the car, it would have been cheaper to have just used the official lot. Consider it next time when youre trying to save some $. I, personally, will never use this service again. Sad end to an otherwise fantastic trip.EDIT: Please continue to read his reply to me, posted below. I hope it turns your stomach a bit. We have not and will not pursue Charles for any money, as stated above. We are not scammers, or liars. My sole purpose for writing this review was to share our honest experience and to warn others. Im sure plenty of people have left their car at C&D with no problem. In the event that there is one, be prepared for it to be handled in a strikingly unprofessional, unapologetic, and paranoid way, as shown below. WORSE parking lot ever booked! Had minor bumper scratches on the rear right side of the bumper, & they claimed “it was there”. They are truly disrespectful and will message you for adding the bad review. Compensate the 95$ elsewhere- trust me, IT’LL SAVE YOU MONEY AS THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR! We have nothing but great things to say about C&D Long Term Parking for JFK! I want to say I’m grateful for those who came before us and left reviews...it’s because of them that we felt this was the right way for us to go. We feel the rate was beyond reasonable: $96 for 8 days for a Ford Fusion. Other than calling to make our initial reservation all we had to do was get to their address and they took it from there. While you might be a little apprehensive (like we were) that you park at a residence...this is exactly what we found to put our minds at ease. No matter where you park concerning airports there is always some risk of break-ins but parking with C&D gave us the additional peace-of-mind we needed because our vehicle was locked up in their driveway (at the end of a cul-de-sac) behind their GATED privacy fence. Once we drove our car up into the driveway, we all walked around it to make notes of any current scratches/dents, paid our fee in cash (paying by credit card would have been just a little higher at $105), put our luggage in the back of the shuttle (plenty of room for a family in their Escalade) and we were off to the airport. It was such a quick and stress-free process! They just asked that we call when we landed upon our return. We called after debarking the plane and on our way to passport control. Unfortunately, the shuttle was already on their way as we found ourselves held up by the long lines and an unforeseen issue. We felt badly that they had to wait longer than expected but our overall experience with C&D was exactly as we hoped/imagined based on customer reviews and pics of the parking area! Thank you so much C&D for taking away one worry we had while preparing for our first flight out of JFK!
Charles is the best! Checks over the car as soon as you drop it off and is nothing but prompt and courteous. Our return flight was delayed from Venice so I emailed him and he replied, No problem, just call me when you return and Ill be there. We called and he was at JFK in 5 minutes!!!!!!
C&D may not be the closest lot to JFK but Charles compensates for the extra few minutes to the airport with his personal, prompt, and reliable service. And he drives you himself in a nice car -- not a crowded van that needs new shocks. The airport drop-off went smoothly but what really counted was the ease of the pickup from an overseas flight. Charles has the timing for JFKs customs processes and baggage claim down to a science; I texted him when I landed and he was ready and waiting for me by the time I made it out of the airport to passenger pickup. I only wish there was a C&D at LaGuardia and Newark!
Unbelievable service by Charles. He notes down the mileage on the car and its condition when you leave it with him (you leave the keys with him), notes down the info on when you expect to return, and will be waiting by the curb when you get out of the terminal. He also does things that make you realize that he will go that extra distance to ensure that you have a pleasant experience with his service. His rates are also the best near JFK. I see no reasons not to support this family operation; 5 stars.

There are so many positive reviews, I was skeptical they were paid or fake. However, my experience was as professional and smooth as others. They run a legit, organized, secure parking business. Cost when using credit or debit is higher than if paying with cash, but still reasonable compared to other nearby long term parking rates. And the peace-of-mind you get from using them is priceless.
Charles provided a reasonably priced, efficient and punctual parking option to the higher priced lots near JFK. His place is about a 5 - 7 minute ride from JFK and he transports you in his clean and air-conditioned vehicle to and from your terminal. Used a few weeks ago and I highly recommend this business. The owner was great with communication and the price is drastically cheaper than any other parking around. I parked at his lot, he dropped me off at my terminal...when I returned back I texted him, he ended up having to wait for me, picked me up right out front & helped me with my bags, drove me back to the lot, helped me put my luggage back in my car & I was on my way. Much better and cheaper alternative to off site parking lots or JFK long term lot. Charles was great. Short ride to the airport. Upon pick up, he was even able to bring our car, so we could leave right from the airport.

We received a good service. The only thing that threw us off, was confusion about how things were organized - it seemed very unprofessional, but it all worked out great! We had to put a lot of trust into this, and it payed out. We just dropped off our car in front of our terminal, and when we came back, the car was delivered to us to the terminal. Great service; dont get mislead by its unprofessional handling.
This place is great! Ive used them twice, each time at the last minute, and they were very accommodating. One big advantage over the hotel-based parking is that I was not stuck with an every-30-minutes shuttle schedule. Rides to and from the terminal were provided on my schedule. The guy who was picking me up stayed in touch by text, so I wasnt left wondering if he was really en route.
Conveniently located just minutes from the airport. When we returned from our 2 week vacation, I called Charles as soon as we cleared customs and he was there in 5 minutes. Wouldnt trust my car with anyone else.
ALL of these 5 star reviews are ON POINT! This number is saved in my phone because we will never use another parking facility! Traveling with 4 kids is not easy and they made our trip so much less stressful by providing secure parking, a personal phone number to reach them and quick service even after multiple flight changes!

You receive First Class service from C&D Cheap JFK Long Term Parking.I forgot my cell phone in the car and it was there when I returned. Charles even offered to bring it to the airport for me even after he had taken me and my mother there. I sure couldnt find a better long term parking around JFK.

Great service by Charlie. He dropped us at the airport and he was waiting for us when we arrived at the passenger pick up zone.We parked for 10 days and it costed us $100. Thats amazing.I highly recommend Charlie to anyone wants to park near JFK.

Super friendly, called when we got turned around in the area (from DE not NY) and they gave us directions to the lot. Flew in late Saturday night and got picked up promptly. Was cheaper to get a ticket out of JFK and park at C&D than to fly out of PHL.
Just returned from a two week trip, C&D Long-term parking was excellent. It was by far the easiest long term parking solution we have ever used. I would recommend this them and use C&D next time I fly out of JFK.

Minutes away from the airport. The owner has a gated locked area to store your car . Much more reasonable than long term at airport. He comes and picks you up and returns you to his house to your car. Friendly and professional. Highly recommended..

I am a physician in nyc and i go abroad for 2-5 weeks four times a year so i would spend huge cash to park my car if it werent for charles. I have been working with him for a few years and all i can say is you cant do better. The car is always taken care of, the place is easy to find and close to airport, charles takes me to airport and picks me up and never late, is the nicest guy you could imagine, My only problem is that writing this review might make him too popular and I might lose my spot!
Excellent service! Very accommodating to my ever changing travel plans (dropped my car earlier than anticipated and plane was incredibly delayed upon return) and Charles was in constant communication and my car was ready to go when I was!
Reliable, cheap parking. Communication done mostly thru text and cell. They offer meeting you at airport and driving your car to their lot if youre in a hurry. Prompt pickup. No complaints. Would use again in the future.

Worked like a charm.... we left the car for two weeks, he brought us to the airport and when I came back he was already there waiting. Everything went smoothly. 10-15 minutes from the time we dropped the car to the time we were in the airport. And he picked us up within 10 minutes of arrival on our flight back.
Charles was punctuate with reasonable price and friendly. I would recommend it for long term parking around JFK. We parked 10~12 days and it was convenient and price was reasonable.

2022-04-06The parking lot looks small and, not like a typical parking lot, but we had a great experience. It was a little tricky to find it, but when we did (by calling them), they parked our car and dropped us within 10 minutes at the JFK airport. The return was quite quick as well. Also, as our flight landed after midnight, we requested the owner to pick up some food (ordered by Doordash) at a nearby restaurant and he was kind enough to do that. The prices was quite reasonable---about $17 per day including all taxes etc. Very happy overall---we will use them in our future trips from JFK.

2022-06-19Just used them for the third time last week. Prompt, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. Called half hour, as instructed, prior to arrival and waited less than 5 minutes for driver to show. When plane landed, on return, I contacted service to let them know our status. Was instructed to call them when ready with baggage, driver arrived within minutes. Will both recommend and use them again. Smooth service during hectic time of travels.

2022-03-12I literally almost missed my early morning flight last week Thursday secondary to my inability to get in contact with the lot. I was told that the line was disconnected by Verizon due to service issuesIm sorry, but that is extremely unprofessional and totally bizarre. If you are seeking a reliable parking lot you may have to look elsewhere. Pay a little more and assure you will make your earlier flights on time without disappointments. Never again.
